This study was to investigate the changes of shape of the lower limb surface, the rate of the measurement of expansion and contraction and correlation coefficient between variables caused by hip joint and knee joint movements. The results of the investigation are as follows; 1. According to the development figure of shell when the leg was raised $45^{\circ}$forward($M_{2}$), total length of F.L shortened while B.L lengthened. This result is contarary to $M_{3}$raising the leg $15^{\circ}$ backward. In both $M_{2}$, $M_{3}$movements, the rate of expansion and contraction to the course direction was insignificant. When hip joint was bent $15^{\circ}$ with knee joint $120^{\circ}$bent ($M_{4}$) and hip joint was bent $30^{\circ}$ with knee joint $90^{\circ}$ bent($M_{5}$), upper section of back hip expanded while the front hip section contracted slightly. In the Movement of sitting on the chair($M_{6}$), abdomen, front hip section and upper thight section contracted to the wale direction remarkably while the back hip section expanded conspicuously. 2. According to the rate of expansion and contraction of skin (surface) by the somatometry. In $M_{2}$, C.F.L. upper and middle thight girth contracted and B.L, C.L, L.L expanded. This fact is contarary to M3. In M4, M5, C.F.L showed remarkable contraction and C.B.L expanded remarkably. In $M_{6}$, C.B.L contracted most of all the items measured and knee girth, F.L, L.L, C.B.L, hip girth expanded conspicuously. 3. According to the correlation coefficient between variables. In various movements, the correlation among girth items commonly showed a high or middle grade, the correlation among length items also commonly showed a low grade and that girth and length items showed a very low grade commonly. Waist girth, hip grith, F.L, B.L, L.L items showed that there were significant correlation.

The effects of prostaglandin $F_2{\alpha}$ were investigated on the uterine smooth muscle motility in the pig. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Prostaglandin $F_2{\alpha}$ caused the contraction of the porcine uterine smooth muscle and the contractile responses increased between the concentration of prostaglandine $F_2{\alpha}$ $10^{-9}$ M and $5{\times}10^{-8}$ M with a dose-dependent manner. 2. The contractile response induced by prostaglandine $F_2{\alpha}$($10^{-8}$ M) was not blocked by pre-treatment with cholinergic receptor blocker, atropine ($10^{-6}$ M). 3. The contractile response induced by prostaglandine $F_2{\alpha}$(10$^{-8}$ M) was not blocked by pretreament with ${\alpha}$-adrenergic receptor blocker, phentolamine($10^{-6}$ M) and ${\beta}$-adrenergic receptor blocker, propranolol($10^{-6}$ M). From these results, it was concluded that the effects of uterine smooth muscle by prostaglandine $F_2{\alpha}$ were only the contraction mediated by prostaglandine TEX>$F_2{\alpha}$ receptor in pig, and that it may not be related to the cholinergic and adrenergic receptor.

The aims of this study were first to determine the influence of vibration displacement amplitude $(200{\mu}m, 300{\mu}m peak-to-peak)$ at selected frequencies (40-200Hz) on a commonly observed but often undesired motor response elicited bylocal vibratory stimulation, the Tonic Vibration Reflex (TVR). Second, to determine the degree of synchronization of motor unit (MU) activity with vibratory stimuli. Vibration was applied to the distal tendons of the hand flexor muscles. Changes in root- mean-square electromyographic (EMG) activity of the finger and wrist flexor muscles were analyzed both as a function of their initial contraction level (0%, 10%, 20% of the maximal voluntarycontraction: MVC) and as a function of the vibration parameters. The results indicate that the TVR increased with the initial muscle contraction up to 10% MVC: The TVR increased with vibration frequency up to 100-150 Hz and decreases beyond; A significant increase of the TVR with vibration displacement amplitude was observed only for the wrist flexor muscle; MU synchronization at vibration frequency (VF) was found more often in the low frequency range $(f{\leq}100 Hz)$ and tended todecrease beyond; In the high frequency range $(f{\geq}120 Hz)$, MU activity at subharmonic frequency was predominant; The "cut-off" frequency of the synchronization with VF was neither affected by the vibration displacement amplitude nor initial muscle contraction level. The surface EMG turned out to be a useful means to analyze MU synchronization since it is noninvasive, and it can be easily used for analysis of different muscle contraction levels, while single MU technique might have some difficulties at high muscle contraction levels. Furthermore, these results indicate that high frequencyvibration (f>150 Hz) tends to induce less muscle/tendon stress and MU synchronization. Such remarks are of importance for the design of hand-held vibrating tools.ing tools.

We establish a coupled coincidence point theorem for generalized compatible pair of mappings $F,G:X{\times}X{\rightarrow}X$ under generalized symmetric Meir-Keeler contraction on a partially ordered metric space. We also deduce certain coupled fixed point results without mixed monotone property of $F:X{\times}X{\rightarrow}X$. An example supporting to our result has also been cited. As an application the solution of integral equations are obtain here to illustrate the usability of the obtained results. We improve, extend and generalize several known results.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of modified TAC-Suzuki-Berinde type F-contraction and modified TAC-(${\psi}$, ${\phi}$)-Suzuki type rational mappings in the frame work of complete metric spaces, we also establish some fixed point results regarding this class of mappings and we present some examples to support our main results. The results obtained in this work extend and generalize the results of Dutta et al. [9], Rhoades [18], Doric, [8], Khan et al. [13], Wardowski [25], Piri et al. [17], Sing et al. [23] and many more results in this direction.

We establish coincidence point theorem for S-non-decreasing mappings under Geraghty-type contraction on partially ordered metric spaces. With the help of obtain result, we derive two dimensional results for generalized compatible pair of mappings F, G : X² → X. As an application, we obtain the solution of integral equation and also give an example to show the usefulness of our results. Our results improve, sharpen, enrich and generalize various known results.

An investigation made of the variations of angle of bias on the top of the sleeve cap curve line and calculated easing contraction ratio by capheights(A ; a,h$\times$5,/6) B: A, H/4 +4cm C:A.H/3 D: A.H/ 4+3cm E:AH/4+2cm, F: A,H/4+1cm, G: A,H/4, H:A,H/6, I:A,H/8) and the efects of easing contraction on the cap curve lines of sleeve A, D, G by easing stitch density with the gathering foot: sewing condition-lockstitch industrial machine stitch density(N1.0 ; 38stitches/3cm N1.5: 26stitches/3cm, N2.0 ; 19stitches/3cm, N2.5 ; 14stitches/ 3cm) The results obtained were as follows; 1) The variations of the angle of bias on the top of the sleeve cap curve line by cap heights can be done according to the angle balance (front; $\alpha$-$\beta$ back ; $\alpha$'- $\beta$') between the angle (front ;$\alpha$, $\beta$, back ; $\alpha$'- $\beta$') of bias of the two base-lines. 2) The higher cap height the more higher the calculated easing contraction ratio. 3) The lower the stitch density the higher easing contraction ratio. 4) The effects of easing contraction was that sleeve G was more than sleeve A, D.

This study was carried out to investigate the action of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) on the motility of immature pig uterine smooth muscle. ATP appeared contractile responses in a dose-dependent manner, showing the maximal contraction at the concentration of $10^{-3}M$ in the uterine smooth muscle strip. The contractile responses by $ATP(10^{-4}M)$ were not affected by atropine $(10^{-6}M)$, phentolamine $(10^{-6}M)$, propranolol $(10^{-6}M)$, pyrilamine $(10^{-6}M)$, cimetidine $(10^{-6}M)$, and theophyulline $(5{\times}10^{-5}M)$, but were inhibited uncompetitively by quinidine. The effects of these drugs on the contractile responses by prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}(PGF_{2{\alpha}})$ were also comparable to those observed with ATP. When muscle strips were pretreated with indomethacin $(5{\times}10^{-5}M)$ for 20 min., the contractile responses by $ATP(10^{-4}M)$ were completely inhibited. But the contractile responses by $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ were not affected by indomethacin. These results suggest that ATP elicited the contraction through noncholinergic- and nonadrenergic-receptor mediated by prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}$ in pig uterine smooth muscle.
