In this study, the dynamic environment of satellite consists of excessive vibration at low
frequency and irregular acceleration transferred by launch vehicle structure.
Excessive vibration at low frequency is generally approximated by a sinusoidal wave from
100Hz to 200Hz and primarily used to preliminary design The random vibration is created by
structural vibration due to the combustion of launch vehicle, separation stage and external
aerodynamic noise. these are transferred to the adapter structure between satellite and launch
vehicle through the structure of launch vehicle. random vibration is being specified for acceptance
tests, screening tests, and qualification tests, because it has been shown that random vibration
more closely represents the true environments in which the electronic equipment must operate.

Human body signals collected by the MRI system are very weak, such that they may be easily affected by either external noise or system instability while being imaged. Therefore, this paper analyzes the nonuniformity caused by a design of the RF receiving coil in a low-magnetic-field MRI system, and proposes an efficient method to improve the image uniformity. In this paper, a method for acquiring 3D bias volume data by using phantom data among various methods for correcting such nonuniformity in MRI image is proposed, such that it is possible to correct various-sized images. It is shown by simulations that images obtained by various imaging methods can be effectively corrected using single bias data.

The paper is to solve the problem of existing audio signal transfer system which has a difficulties of system organization and the increase of additional install cost and unfriendly interior. To solve the existing system, we drew the new audio signal transfer system based on PLC and evaluated it. A transmitter and a receiver were designed using the PLC chip INT5500CS. An audio signal transfer system was configured with a CD player to which audio signals are sent from the transmitter and a speaker connected to the receiver. For performance evaluation of this system, a USBPre external sound card and Smaart Live 5 which is a PC-based sound measuring program were added. As a result of our experiment, the measured signal level is $2{\sim}3$ dB lower than reference signal, latency is 16.69 ms, and the specific character of coherency is bad in high frequency band. Otherwise, this system transmits and receives signals over 90 % in good condition as a result of measuring pink noise, frequency (1 kHz), and phase, magnitude. In view of the result so far achieved, the system designed this study has excellent performance, it resolves defect of existing audio signal transfer system.

The comversion of printed maps into computerixed data bases is an enormous rask. Thus the autmaotion of the conversion process is essential. Efficient computer representation of printed maps and line drawings depends on codes assigened to chracaters, symbools, and vestor representation of the graphics. In many cases, maps ard constructed in a number of layers, where each layer is printed in a distinct color, and it represents a subste of the map infromation. In order to properly repressnet road information from color map images, an automatic road extraction algorithm is proposed. Road image is separated from graghics by color segmentation, and then restored by the proposed concurrent conditional dilation operation. The internal and external noise of the road image is eliminated by opening and closing operation. By thining and vectorizing line segments, the desited road information is extracted.
Approximately 20 percentage of energy consumptions in buildings is consumed as lighting energy. Thus, most of the corporations of lighting fixture have launched low energy products. However, many researchers focused on the only luminous efficacy for energy conservation and used the evaluating tool of study. This can not gauge the precise cooling load related on generated heat of artificial lighting. In order to assess an effect of the temperature variation of lighting resources, the main purpose of this study is to predict the generated heating energy from lighting by measuring the thermal variation in scale model to reduce external noise. Also this paper used MX100 data logger to record at an interval of 1 minute for 60 minutes for the temperature of interior lightings such as incandescent lamp, fluorescent light, halogen lamp and LED lamp. As a result, LED lamp generated the lowest heat. On the other hand, incandescent lamp did the highest.

The PD measurement method is very useful to detect insulation degradation. Recently, the HFPD(High Frequency Partial Discharge) measurement testing is widely used in partial discharge measurement of HV machines because HFPD measurement testing receives less influence of external noise and has a merit of good sensitivity. Therefore it is very useful method compare to previous conventional PD testing method and effective diagnosis method in power transformer that requires in-service diagnosis. But partial discharges have very complex characteristics of discharge pattern so it is required continuous research to development of precise analysis method. In this study, simulated transformer is manufactured and HFPD occurred from simulated transformer is measured with broad band antenna and active-line RF measurement system in real time, the degradation grade of transformer is analyzed through produced patterns in simulated transformer according to applied voltages. Also the PD pattern which was measured with EMC analyzer and RF measurement system is compared.

For the success of a structural integrity management, it is essential to acquire structural response data at some critical locations with limited number of sensors. In this study, the structural response of numerical model was estimated by data fusion approach based on the Kalman filter known as stochastic recursive filter. Firstly, transient direct analysis was conducted to calculate the acceleration and strain of the numerical standing beam model, then the noise signals were mixed to generate the numerical measurement signals. The acceleration measurement signal was provided to the Kalman filter as an information on the external load, and the displacement measurement, which was transformed from the strain measurement by using strain-displacement conversion relationship, was provided into the Kalman filter as an observation information. Finally, the Kalman filter estimated the displacement by combining both displacements calculated from each numerically measured signal, then the estimated results were compared with the results of the transient direct analysis.

A graphite calorimetry system was built and tested under irradiation. The noise level of the temperature measurement system was approximately 0.08 mK (peak to peak). The temperature of the core part rose by approximately 8.6 mK at 800 MU (monitor unit) for 6-MV X-ray beams, and it increased as X-ray energy increased. The temperature rise showed less spread when it was normalized to the accumulated charge, as measured by an external monitoring chamber. The radiation energy absorbed by the core part was determined to have values of $0.798J/{\mu}C$, $0.389J/{\mu}C$, and $0.352J/{\mu}C$ at 6 MV, 10 MV, and 18 MV, respectively. These values were so consistent among repeated runs that their coefficient of variance was less than 0.15%.

In the fast data communication system, synchronized by a clock source, the loss of data will often occur due to several reasons as a differential routing path between data and clock, a differential propagation delay of components or an unstable phase of clock and data by external noise. In this paper, we describe the ASIC implementation of the data compensation circuit which can detect the data loss from above problems and recovery to original data with stable synchronization. Especially it supports a strong stability and a good BER in the communication system for fast data transfer as optic area. This circuit is implemented by Verilog HDL and available to the digital ASIC implementations related to fast data transfer.
This paper suggests that the immune network algorithm based on fuzzy set can effectively be used in tuning of a PID controller for multivariable process or nonlinear process. The artificial immune network always has a new parallel decentralized processing mechanism for various situations, since antibodies communicate to each other among different species of antibodies/B-cells through the stimulation and suppression chains among antibodies that from a large-scaled network. In addition to that, the structure of the network is not fixed, but varies continuously. On the other hand, a number of tuning technologies have been considered for the tuning of a PID controller. As a less common method, the fuzzy and neural network or its combined techniques are applied. However, in the case of the latter, yet, it is not applied in the practical field, in the former, a higher experience and technology is required during tuning procedure. Along with these, this paper used the fuzzy set in order that the stimulation and suppression relationship between antibody and antigen can be more adaptable controlled against the external condition, including noise or disturbance of plant. The immune network based on fuzzy set suggested here is applied for the PID controller tuning of multivariable process with two inputs and one output and is simulated.
