In recent year, the coat layer drops and the rebar rust of bridge parapets, which caused the structural performance degradation. In order to achieve the comprehensive rehabilitation, ultra high performance cementitious composites is proposed to existing RC parapet rehabilitation. The influence factors of UHPCC rehabilitation includes two parts, i.e., internal factors related with material, such as UHPCC layer thickness, corrosion ratio of rebars, fiber volume fraction, and external factors related with the load, such as impact speeds, impact angles, vehicle mass. The influence of the factors was analyzed in this paper based on the nonlinear finite element. The analysis results of the maximum dynamic deformation and the peak impact load of parapets revealed the influence of the internal factors and the external factors on anti-collision performance and degree degradation. This research may provide a reference for the comprehensive multifunctional rehabilitation of existing bridge parapets.

This research empirically investigated the influence factors on the activation of environmental innovations (EI) in Korean manufacturing firms. In this study, external factors (compulsory demand, government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure) and internal factors (environmental resources, top management support, integration of environmental tasks, capabilities of environmental personnel, and environmental strategy/environmental management systems) were totally considered. The results of a multiple regression analysis showed that influence factors such as top management support, environmental resources and integration of environmental tasks have a significant and positive impact on levels of EI. However, the effects of external factors were not statistically significant. We also examined whether capabilities of environmental personnel as well as environmental resources, which are directly related with degrees of EI, have a moderating impact on relationships between other internal factors and levels of EI. With a subgroup analysis, the moderating role of abilities of environmental personnel were empirically confirmed. Through a multiple regression analysis, the direct effects of external factors on the adoption or construction of internal factors were demonstrated. The effects of government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure on internal factors were significant and positive. It was also found that external factors have indirect effects on EI through internal factors. Finally, the results of multiple regression analyses indicated that EI positively influences the achievement of environmental competitive benefits, and environmental competitive advantages can improve the organizational performance of a firm.

본 논문에서는 백열전구의 외부 열 또는 외부 충격과 같은 외적 스트레스에 의한 소손 패턴에 대하여 실험, 분석하였다. 점등 중 외부 열에 의해 유리구가 용융되면서 필라멘트가 산화되고 결국 단선되어 필라멘트에는 용융흔이 식별되었다. 또한, 백열전구의 설치 방향에 따라 증발된 필라멘트 입자의 흡착 패턴에 차이가 있었으며 증발된 필라멘트 입자는 도입선, 앵커, 유리구 내에 흡착되었다. 점등 중 외부 충격에 의해 소손된 경우, 필라멘트는 단선되고 용융되었으나 증발은 되지 않았다. 이상의 연구결과는 화재현장에서 백열전구의 통전유무를 입증하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, the reliability analysis of internal and external stabilities of Reinforced Soil Walls (RSWs) under static and seismic loads are investigated so that it can help the geotechnical engineers to perform the design more realistically. The effect of various variables such as angle of internal soil friction, soil specific gravity, tensile strength of the reinforcements, base friction, surcharge load and finally horizontal earthquake acceleration are examined assuming the variables uncertainties. Also, the correlation coefficient impact between variables, sensitivity analysis, mean change, coefficient of variation and type of probability distribution function were evaluated. In this research, external stability (sliding, overturning and bearing capacity) and internal stability (tensile rupture and pull out) in both static and seismic conditions were investigated. Results of this study indicated sliding as the predominant failure mode in the external stability and reinforcing rupture in the internal stability. First-Order Reliability Method (FORM) are applied to estimate the reliability index (or failure probability) and results are validated using the Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) method. The results showed among all variables, the internal friction angle and horizontal earthquake acceleration have dominant impact on the both reinforced soil wall internal and external stabilities limit states. Also, the type of probability distribution function affects the reliability index significantly and coefficient of variation of internal friction angle has the greatest influence in the static and seismic limits states compared to the other variables.

본 연구는 한국 중소기업의 수출 증대와 고용 증대에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구 흐름의 깊이를 심화시키기 위해 외부 기술 연구개발 협력 네트워크의 다양성이 중소기업의 수출 증대와 고용 증대에 미치는 영향을 연구 모형화 하였으며, 대한민국의 2,200개의 중소기업으로부터 수집된 데이터를 사용하여 연구 모형을 실증적으로 검증 하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 실증 검증 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 2개의 연구 결과를 조명한다. 첫째, 중소기업의 외부 기술 연구개발 협력 네트워크의 다양성은 기술 개발로 인한 고용 증대에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중소기업의 기술 개발로 인한 수출 증대는 기술 개발로 인한 고용 증대가 외부 기술 연구개발 협력 네트워크의 다양성에 의해 받는 양(+)의 영향을 부분 매개한다.

Purpose This study highlights the crucial role of external APIs in driving dynamic evolution within a digital ecosystem. Drawing on the concept of evolutionary network biology perspective, this study hypothesizes that APIs' (non)network properties can significantly impact a digital ecosystem's product variety. Design/methodology/approach This study analyzes plug-in source code data from WordPress.org between January 2004 and December 2014, using survival analysis to test this hypothesis. Findings The empirical results demonstrate that external APIs have a more significant impact on promoting ecosystem evolution over time than those offered by a focal platform system. This research enhances our understanding of ecosystem dynamics and emphasizes the critical role of the generative nature of APIs in fostering ecosystem growth.

본 연구의 목적은 개방형 정보 혁신을 기술 흡수형 혁신과 기술 활용형 혁신으로 나누어 전략적 제휴 요인과 통합하여 수출성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구는 구조방정식모형의 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 사용하여 개방형정보 혁신과 전략적 제휴, 수출성과의 관계에서 조직문화의 조절효과를 설정한 6개의 가설을 201개 표본으로 실증분석 했다. 분석 결과 개방형 정보 혁신 중 기술 흡수형 혁신은 전략적 제휴에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 반면 기술활용형 혁신은 전략적 제휴에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 전략적 제휴는 또한 수출성과에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과 분석 결과 조직문화와 기술 흡수형 혁신의 상호작용은 전략적 제휴에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 또한, 조직문화와 기술 활용형 혁신의 조절효과도 전략적 제휴에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 그러나 조직문화와 전략적 제휴의 조절효과는 수출성과에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 본 연구는 조직문화의 조절효과를 분석한 점에서 기여도가 있다. 향후에는 개방형 정보 혁신과 외부요인의 통합분석이 필요하다.

The unbalanced mass of a high precision rotor deteriorates mechanical performance of the rotor. The geometrical center of a rotor generally corresponds to the rotational axis of the rotor. However, this alignment carried out with a stationary rotor does not guarantee the dynamic rotor balance. There have been a number of schemes for the correction of the imbalance published for decades especially in the hard drive industry where the issues are directly affecting manufacturing costs and product performances. Realizing the significance of the problem, the present work tries to refine one of the methods that works by applying external impact during a rotor spins. A systematic way to apply the external impact to a rotating rotor has been introduced to minimize imbalance correction process time.

This paper aims to stretch the technology acceptance model (TAM) approach by investigating a clothes rental network. One of the understudied geographies of the world economy is the large-scale international trade in clothes, which are consumed by Chinese consumers. An online (www.sojump.com) survey was conducted by including 303 Chinese respondents. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results indicated that external influence has a significant impact on the perceived ease of rental. Furthermore, consumers' perceived ease of rental influences the attitude towards renting, and perceived ease of rental plays a complete mediating role between them. However, external influence has no significant impact on perceived usefulness, and consumers' perceived usefulness has no impact on rental intention. In addition, attitude towards renting works as an indispensable mediation between perception and behavior. This study highlights the role of perception, attitude, behavior on clothes rental, and provides guidance and suggestions for clothes rental platform.
