The goal of this research was to survey a method to reinforce the efficient political function for lifelong learning when Busan metropolitan city promotes lifelong policy. To achieve this goal, the survey to reinforce the political function for lifelong education was carried out on persons in charge of lifelong education in Busan metropolitan city. The results are as follows: First, they showed high degree of perception on lifelong policy and business. Second, on a question about how much the tasks to promote lifelong education presented by our nation are needed, they answered that concrete agenda for an aging society is needed and a necessary institute to invigorate it is lifelong learning institute. Third, they answered that the policy which is necessary to be implemented as soon as possible is the development education for vocational competency, and the ratio of the perception which requires to hire education experts for life long education was high.

Purpose Live commerce, a real-time product promotion method using portable hardware, is experiencing significant growth. This approach involves product experts or celebrities endorsing products, providing consumers with valuable information to mitigate uncertainty. This research underscores the significance of the seller's authenticity and their value similarity with consumers in live commerce. The study's first objective enhance the seller's authenticity and elucidate the mechanism that influences purchase intention. The second objective is to demonstrate the interactive effect of value similarity and the seller's authenticity on positively influencing purchase intention. Design/methodology/approach This research utilized previous studies to develop models and hypotheses, focusing on adults experienced in live commerce product purchasing. The study tested the research hypothesis using 330 samples. The study analyzed the path from seller authenticity to purchase intention via structural equation modeling (AMOS 22.0), and also explored the interaction between value similarity and seller authenticity using the Process 3.1 macro. Findings The research validates that the seller's channel activities and external perception amplify the seller's authenticity, influencing purchase intentions. It also affirms that value similarity fosters seller authenticity and interactive effects, thereby boosting purchase intentions. These findings provide insights for devising seller management strategies on live commerce platforms.

This study investigated the utilizations and needs of the gifted students, parents and experts as to the development of the Information Center for Gifted Education in Science (IC-GES). The participants of this study were 343 gifted students, 194 parents raising gifted students in science, and 113 experts in gifted science education. The survey instrument was developed to examine their perspectives and needs. The results of this study revealed that the gifted students, their parents, and experts showed the diverse utilizations and needs. The gifted students showed the more interest in information on the recruitment of gifted students. On the other hand, parents and experts were interested in gifted education programs and curriculum. They exploited various resources to find out the information on science gifted education. In addition, with respect to the development of the IC-GES, all of the participants of this study indicated that they needed the resource center providing the information regarding gifted science education programs. They also noted that the IC-GES could be a crucial foundation as well as essential reinforcement for gifted science education. This study provides and supports the rationale and needs of the development of IC-GES.

Due to the absence of rehabilitation sports service systems linked to post-discharge medical measures and rehabilitation, disabled people cannot participate in physical activities suitable for individual disability types, characteristics, and physical functions. In December 2017, the Act on the Rights of Health for the Disabled) was implemented to provide an institutional basis for disable people to address their needs for rehabilitation sports. Based on related studies conducted in Korea, this study aims to collect the results of a demand survey conducted on experts who are rehabilitation sports service providers and analyze the demand for rehabilitation sports services from a policy perspective. This study extracts the needs of experts presented in the literature and presents the extracted content as an inductive content analysis. The criteria for selecting the literature were selected based on studies related to "adaptive physical activity and exercise," "sports for all for the disabled," and "rehabilitation sports" conducted in the Republic of Korea, including the results of a demand survey on experts. The study results were categorized into seven categories (perception of sports activities, programs, leaders, facilities, accessibility, cost/support/financial resources, and others) of field experts who are rehabilitation sports service providers. In a future study, it will be necessary for people with disability, who are consumers who will provide actual services, to identify problems at the disabled sports site and come up with measures to improve them.

The study aims to find the strategies to support the successful settlement of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" which was established as a new subject based on the 2015 Revised National Curriculum in order to assist high school students to explore career choices. For the research purpose accomplished, the study was performed to compare high school administrators' perception with teachers' regarding how they differently perceive the introduction and utilization of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" in the educational environment of high schools. The survey tool was developed through the content investigation of two experts in the field of invention education. Questionnaires were administered to 115 participants in a training course run by KIPA(Korea Invention Promotion Association) for high school administrators and teachers, which lasted for one month, December in the year of 2016. However, 95 questionnaires were analyzed for the research. SPSS 22.K was utilized for data analysis with the 5% significance level. The study findings are as follow: First, both administrators' group and teachers' showed the moderate level of perception according to the necessity of the subject as well as the curriculum content of "Introduction to Intellectual Property". Second, the two groups presented the above-average of preception according to the utilization of the subject, and the high level of perception regarding the necessity of strategies for the successful settlement in high schools. Third, teachers' perception on the curriculum of "Introduction to Intellectual Property" was higher than administrators' within the statistically significant level. Moreover, the two groups showed the significant difference only in the effort to facilitate intramural activities based on the subject regarding perceiving the necessity of the subject.

Current environment in civil and construction industry has changed to actively adopt construction management (CM) in various areas. While it is found that exemplary CM projects have been carried out in many civil engineering sectors, concrete system framework has not been suggested due to ambiguous boundary between CM and supervision system, unclear perception of CM's role, and inexperienced organization and regime. This paper investigated the challenges faced in civil and construction industry, and analyzed the strategy that could improve the current immature CM system by conducting questionnaire survey from experts in various construction sectors. The results could provide valuable information that can involve diverse opinions and view points in project participants.

This study conducted the international evaluation of the APEC educational cooperation projects initiated by the Korean government and drew out strategies and tasks for their sustainable implementation. To this end, eight projects implemented by the Institute of APEC Collaborative Education were selected for the evaluation which examined participants' awareness of and the degree of participation in the eight projects as well as contribution to the intended outcomes of the projects. An online survey was conducted to participants of the eight projects and 283 experts and participants from 18 economies responded. The descriptive analysis found that the participants of ALCoB Cooperation Project reported the most positive perception of the awareness while the participants of the ALCoB Internet Volunteers showed the lowest degree of participation in and contribution to the intended outcomes of the project. Based on the results, several suggestions for further progress in Korea's APEC educational cooperation were made.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the subjective perception pattern of Good Death of the Elderly by using Q-methodology. The researcher conducted individual in-depth interviews of 9 people, 4 times FGI and literature reviews to collect self-reflective statements about good death and dying. The interviewees were death-related workers, people who had experience with death of their spouse or parents, experts and the elderly through individual or group interviews. Thirty-four Q-samples were extracted from the Q-population and P-samples of thirty people male and female 15 each from sixties to eighties participated in Q-sorting. Data analysed using by QUANL program and found that three factor structures were appropriate accounted for 54.64% of the total variance. Perception pattern on Good Death was analysed into 3 types; Death without fear(type 1), Burdenless death(type 2), Long-lived-death(type 3). According to these results, the researcher discussed theoretically and suggested some significant implications.

As school violence gets serious, the school system created the local board against school violence in order to respond to school violence effectively. Yet, there are not many studies about the effectiveness of the local board against school violence. A few studies investigated teachers' perception about the local board while the information about the school resource officers' perception is not known much. The current study surveyed school resource officers about their perception towards the function of the local board, its member, and the response of the principal to school violence. Participants are the school resource officers working for the four metropolitan police agencies(Seoul, Kyunggi, Busan, and Ulsan) in Korea, and were asked to answer to structured and open-ended questions. The results indicated that the officers thought the local board did not very well for the function of protecting the victim's rights. In addition, they believed that the participation of parents needs to be limited in the membership, and more experts should be included in the membership of the local board. They also thought the principals should be tough in dealing with school violence. The discussion includes ideas about improving professionalism of the membership and making changes on the related regulations.

This study investigates the perception of the general public through analysis of various potential risk factors reflecting nuclear power generation and nuclear power (radiation) and risks. A total of 293 copies of the data were collected from various strata in Busan. As a result, among the potential factors in everyday life, there was a high awareness of the risk to the fire. Next, the perception of risk for radiation terror and nuclear (nuclear) energy was relatively high compared to other risk factors. In the analysis according to age, educational background, and political ideological tendency, the results were contradictory to the necessity, risk and safety of nuclear power generation. The potential risk factors and the perception of nuclear power according to the tendency of political ideology were analyzed to be positive recognition of conservative ideology and negative recognition of progressive group. In other words, the perception of nuclear power was analyzed differently according to the tendency of political ideology. Therefore, it should be decided to reflect the opinions of experts and various opinions of the general public in the setting of nuclear radiation (radiation), it is believed that ordinary people need to take flexible action without having a vague sense of anxiety about various potential risks and nuclear power (radiation) based on objective and scientific grounds.
