Sport commentators play an increasingly influential role in commercial sports broadcasting. Public trust is regarded as one of the most significant qualifications for sport commentators and this study used a Fuzzy AHP method in deciding the relative importance of professionalism, reliability, dynamic, and narrative skill. Based on the results, we conducted an evaluation of the public trust for the four SBS sport commentators for the 2010 South-Africa World Cup. The conclusion showed that professionalism and narrative skill were regarded as the most important factors for sport commentators to gain public trust. Among the four commentators evaluated, commentator # 1 got highest score overall, the soccer expert group highly appreciated commentator # 2, and the non-expert group highly appreciated commentator # 3.

This paper attempts to find an improved organizational structure for operating the traffic safety facilities. Currently, police is in charge of the facilities while the local government is in charge of its budget. By doing so, many inefficiencies and problems occur in these things. A delphi technique is used to survey these inefficiencies. Problems, and improved role and organization by three expert groups in local government, police and university The survey results are analyzed by each expert group as well as by the total group. The multidimensional scaling technique is also used. The most preferable answer is to newly establish a traffic experts' agency under the local government. The second preferable answer is to set the current traffic police under the control of the local government.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess and improve the work scope of emergency medical technicians (EMT)-paramedics in emergency medical centers. Methods: Data were collected from February 1 to 14, 2018. The questionnaire comprised a total of 56 questions: eight general questions, six questions about the recognition of EMT-paramedics in emergency medical centers, and 42 questions about their work. Data were analyzed via frequency and correlation analysis using SPSS version 18.0. Results: Regarding the work of EMTs in emergency medical centers, positive opinions were found in 23 items, negative opinions in 4 items, and both positive and negative opinions in 9 items. Regarding the questions about the necessity, work importance, professionalism, and the need for an increase4 in EMR-paramedics, depending on respondents' career, there was no statistically significant difference between the group of beginners and the group comprising beginners and that of experienced workers (p>.200). Conclusion: The expert survey revealed that the work performance of EMT-paramedics in regional emergency medical centers was trusted and showed positive results of improvement and expansion.

Using the observation technique and in-depth interview, the current study compared various aspects of multicultural education between Korea and Canada and suggested the direction Korea's multicultural education needs to take. As a part of class curriculum, the researcher interviewed the representative of Ansan Foreign Center (AFC) and the president of the Kosian's House, a NGO for multicultural educations. The observations and experiences of the researcher were also used in this study. The results of the current study are as follows. First, multicultural education is provided for the minority group in Korea, whereas multiculturalism is included and taught for every student in Canada. In addition, the current multicultural education of Korea focuses on language and culture acquisition to help the students to adjust. Canada, on the other hand, focuses on accepting other cultures and ethnic equality, creating both identities as their ethnic origin and as Canadians. Second, in language educations, both countries had students enrolled in lower school years than their age. However, the differences occurred in terms of emotional support and availability of expert teachers. Third, comparing teacher's attitude towards multicultural education, Korean teachers were not free from perceiving the multicultural student as 'different', whereas Canadian teachers have been taught since little to consider multicultural students as Canadians, but accept their ethnic backgrounds. Based on the results, the current study suggested multicultural education program for the majority group, increase in number of expert language teachers and teaching assistants, and an education program to teach multiculturalism as part of an identity of humankind. The limitations and suggestions for future studies were provided afterwards.

In this paper, effects on industrial accident prevention based on better safety and health environment by utilizing ergonomics expert were studied. This study was mainly based on the data from 'the survey for occupational safety and health trend' conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute. The number of industries participated in the survey was 2,084. Main results of the study were as follows; 1) Only 22.9% of the industries participated in the survey utilized ergonomics expert. The rest of the industries have never had an ergonomics expert due to the reasons such as lack of knowledge for the field of ergonomics, etc. 2) Specific activities done by the industries with ergonomics expert in order to have better safety & health were 'providing work orders'(94.8%), 'providing monitoring guidelines'(85.5%), 'providing information for dangerous work'(95.8%), 'providing safety education'(96.6%), and 'other safety management'(94.1%). 3) When the odds ratio for the levels of communication and the levels of environmental stability regarding safety & health for the different groups(with experts and without experts), it was found that the group with ergonomics experts had a significant higher ORs(2.391, 95% confidence interval(1.949-2.932) and 2.128, 95% confidence interval(1.786-2.537)) respectively than those of the industries without ergonomics expert. The results suggested that ergonomics expert has been unique in most of time in terms of his/her contributions in the field of industrial safety and health.

As one of recent issues in the information and communication industry, internet of things has attracted attention to provide intelligent infrastructure services which connect and share data and information between real and virtual world. According to the development of these internet of things technologies, types of machines, telecommunication devices, and terminals are increasing tremendously. In this situation, connectivity and interoperability between internet of things components are important issues to build a hyper connected society. To visualize this society, it is important to set up and develop information and communication technology (ICT) standards among stakeholders. However, under limited budget and human resources, it is essential to rank standardization work items for setting standards with respect to efficiency. The purpose of this study is to provide a method for setting standardization strategies within group decision making. As a multi-criteria group decision making tool, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted and applied to determine the priorities of setting work items. The proposed method first defines decision making problem with objective, criteria, and alternatives which produces a hierarchy consisting of upper and lower criteria. Then, pairwise comparisons of academy and public sector experts are performed with respect to their relative meaning and importance. Individual surveys of expert groups are collected and summarized to determine relative criteria importance measures. Furthermore, to deliver reliable importance criteria measures, differences between academy and public sector expert groups are compared and tested using Mann-Whitney non-parametric test. The results are illustrated for useful guidelines to practical group decision making in standardization strategy establishments.

Mindmap is effective method to analyze informations. And, through mindmap, students can be able to grow their ability of logical reconstruction. In Modern society, people have been developing IT technology and variety of portable devices. So, Educational environments have been being changed accordingly, too. In this study, we have implemented mindmap application that based on android to share the group member's thinking. To effective sharing, we have used mindmap technique and photo attachment feature. In this study, expert evaluation has been carried out by elementary current teachers. In result of this expert evaluation, we have obtained positive feedback at sharing function, input technique and information display. Also, teachers have gave feedbacks that they are willing to use this application in class, if classroom environment is possible.

Expert Systems (ES) have been successfully applied to bank loan decisions. However, with regard to bank loan decisions, most loan officers approach the acquisition of an ES with apprehension, which implies that organizational resources devoted to the development and implementation of ES may have been wasted or misused. Because the primary cause of the users resistance to use ES are more significantly related to the behavioral elements rather than technical elements, applying appropriate behavioral theory to the well representative sample group of the whole bank loan officers in the United States with a very accurate measurement tool can provide some clues for developing successful ES for bank loan officers. In this study : 1) Vroom's (1964) expectancy theory was selected to explain bank loan managers' motivation to use an ES ; and 2) the ANN model's prediction power to estimate bank loan officers' motivation levels of using an ES was examined.

In this paper, it is introduced about Auto-Tuning Method which applied to Expert Controller. This method constructs heuristic knowledge of the tuning experiment in order to realize relay tuning theory of Astrom &. Hagglund. This method applies to various Plant and showes utility which is used for Controller design of PID group. Result of simulation showed superiority for speed reponse and robustness of all Plant.

Attention has been focused recently on the concept of shared cognition which encompasses the notion that effective team members hold knowledge that is overlapping and complementary with teammates. This shared cognition is expected to improve team effectiveness. In contrast to the continued efforts in developing theoretical approach of shared cognition, empirical studies are meager. Thus, we conducted an empirical study to investigate the role of shared cognition on team effectiveness. This study classifies shared cognition into two types, team mental model and transactive memory system, by shared meaning. A total of 121 new product development teams in the IT industry were surveyed for the data collection. The results of analysis can be summarized as follows: first, team mental model has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect. And the relation with team mental model and team performance is moderated by the similarity of knowledge structure among the expert. Second, transactive memory system has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect.
