Purpose: This study aimed to understand and explain the essences and structures of the experience of Korean nursing students' college life who have defected from North Korea. Korea. Methods: The data were collected in 2012 through individual in-depth interviews using open-ended questions. A total of 6 nursing students who have escaped from North Korea participated in the study. Each interview lasted about 2 hours. Verbatim transcripts were analyzed using Phenomenological analysis. Results: Four theme clusters emerged by the analysis using Collaizzi's method: a dream of passing, the stern realities of life, out of the frying pan into the fire, and passion for my dream. These theme clusters illustrate that although most participants faced very strange and strenuous situations in most aspects of college life, each of them had hope to be an a good nurse in the future. The essence of the experience of participants was "living as a star in the black night". Conclusion: This study provides deep understanding of college life of nursing students who defected from North Korea. Based on the results of the study, the Korean government, society, and college should support refugees in order to help settle well in Korean society.

The purpose of this study was to understand life experience of mother's abscence to the adolescent boys. Nine participants(7th-9th grades) were selected and interviewed intensively. Data were analyzed according to the methods of Colaizzi. Significant statements were extracted from data. From those significant statements, 37 themes, 15 clusters of themes and 5 categories were emerged. Fifteen cluster of themes formed 5 categories : Feeling loneliness, longing for mother and suppressing the painful feelings, sense of distance between toward father and friend, being pessimistic about the situation they face, and feeling envy. In this study the author described unique life experience of adolescent boys who are living with single father.

본 연구는 역경으로서의 재수를 한 대학생이 그 경험을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보았다. Lee와 Jung(2014)의 연구에 참가한 재수경험이 있는 대학생 중에서 대학 만족 수준(더 만족/덜 만족), 재수 경험에 대한 긍정적 인식 수준(더 긍정/덜 긍정)의 4개 유형에서 각 3명씩 총 12명의 참여자를 선정하여 현상학적 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 재수경험에 대한 7개의 구성요소와 19개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었으며 이를 세 가지 시간적 맥락에 따라 범주화하였다. 재수경험에 대한 인식이 각 관점에 따라 달랐는데, 첫 번째는 재수과정에 대한 실천적 관점으로서, 재수는 '한계와 고통을 주지만 목표를 위해 이겨내야 하는 것'을 의미했다. 두 번째는 재수의 결과에 대한 평가적 관점으로서, 재수는 '나를 발전시키지만 보이지 않는 상처를 남기는 것'을 의미했다. 세 번째는 앞의 두 관점에서의 긍정적 또는 부정적 영향에 대해 전체적인 의미를 부여하는 의미적 관점으로서, 재수경험이 '내 삶을 있는 그대로 받아들이게 해준 것'을 의미했다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후연구에 대한 방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 장애인 취업자에게 제공된 직무 관련 배려경험이 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 실시한 장애인 고용패널조사를 활용하여 장애인 중 임금을 받고 근로 중인 취업 장애인을 대상으로 하여 직장에서의 배려 경험과 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족의 수준을 조사하였다. 수집된 자료를 기반으로 빈도분석으로 통해 현재 장애인이 경험하는 적절한 배려의 현황을 알아보고, 분산분석을 통해 배려 경험에 따른 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 여전히 직업 현장에서 장애인 취업자를 위한 적절한 배려나 지원이 이루어지지 못하고 있다는 것이 밝혀졌으며, 직무조정 및 근무시간 조정 관련 배려경험이 장애수용과 직무만족, 삶의 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀졌다.

본 연구는 노인요양병원 근무자의 감사성향이 직무만족 및 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 감사일기 경험의 조절효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구설문지는 감사일기와 관련된 캠페인을 추진하고 있는 4개의 노인요양병원 근무자를 대상으로 총 485부를 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 단순, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 노인요양병원 근무자들의 감사성향은 감사일기와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였고 감사성향은 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 나타냈다(p<.01). 그러나 감사성향이 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 감사일기 경험의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구의 의의는 노인요양병원 근무자의 감사성향이 직무만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향과 감사일기 경험의 조절효과를 규명하여 근무자의 직무만족과 삶의 만족을 위한 프로그램 개발과 노인요양병원 인력관리의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the life of newly appointed professors of nursing by exploring the meaning and essence of their academic work and life experience. Methods: The participants consisted of 11 newly appointed female full-time professors with less than five years of experience who had been purposely sampled from three or four-year nursing colleges. Data were collected from October 2010 to December 2011 through the face-to-face interview and phone interview. Thematic analysis was conducted using hermeneutic phenomenological methodology. Results: The findings were classified into seven themes: 'Starting feeling hope and delight', 'putting sustained energy into lecturing and training', 'struggling in the tense atmosphere where assessments are often conducted', 'gaining courage in an associated relationship network', 'experiencing confusion of the identity as a professor', 'seeking compromise, handling their work and housework', and 'shedding new light on reality with self-awareness'. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it offered the foundation for the creation of human resources networks and mentoring programs that help newly appointed professors to effectively adjust to university society on the basis of the sympathetic understanding of and support for their life.

Purpose: This study is a qualitative research to identify new nurses' adaptation experience to sleep changes. Method: Grounded theory methodology was utilized. Participants were 10 new nurses from one university hospital. The information was collected and analyzed using the grounded theory of Corbin and Strauss'(2008). Results: Through constant comparative analysis, central phenomenon was identified as 'Shaky daily life due to the sleep change'. A core category emerged as 'In the shaky daily life, go grab my position', Causal conditions were 'Heaviness in shift work', 'Not released after getting off work', and 'Body and mind are exhausted'. Context were 'An environment that does not tolerate mistakes' and 'Clogged breathing due to worries'. Intervening factors were 'Support of colleagues', 'Recovery volition in restoration of altered relationships due to sleep'. Action/Interaction Strategies were 'To strive for a good sleep', 'Require a reasonable duty schedule' and 'Find a breakthrough'. Consequences were 'Become the master of shaky daily life' and 'Accepting the life of a nurse'. Conclusion: New nurses experience sleep patterns changes from the hospital shift system. but throughout the process of adaptation, came to accept sleep disorder as part of the life of a nurse.

This paper aims to propose teaching plans based on individual learner's experience and from a cross-cultural viewpoint by applying Currere as a method of Korean life-culture education. Current Korean culture education programs are not systematic, and are being executed without differentiation from language education. Thus, this study proposes Korean life-culture teaching plans based on the method of Currere. We suggested Currere teaching-learning stages and strategies for Korean language learners by adapting Pinar's and Jeong Seong-a's method of Currere. The Currere teaching-learning stages consisted of introduction, regression, progression, theme analysis, data analysis, group discussion, and integration. Although the method of Currere is implemented through autobiographic writing, this study added the strategies of 'personal experience telling' and 'schema utilization and background knowledge provision'. In order to enhance the applicability of Currere to Korean life-culture education, we suggested teaching plans for the theme of "How to dispose rubbish" as an example. We suggested detailed teaching plans that teachers can apply in the actual classroom. We expect that these teaching plans may be applied to actual classes so that Korean culture education may not be limited to the acquisition of knowledge, but be linked to their real life.

본 연구는 익스트림 스포츠 참여자를 대상으로 스포츠 참가 기간, 빈도, 시간과 몰입경험 및 생활만족의 관계를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 익스트림 스포츠 프로그램을 운영하는 시설 및 동호회에 소속된 사람을 대상으로 판단표본추출법(judgment sampling)을 사용하였다. 420명을 표집해 불성실한 응답으로 평가된 60부를 제외하고 360명의 설문지를 유효 표본으로 분석에 이용하였다. 통계분석은 탐색적 요인분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참가기간, 빈도, 시간은 몰입경험에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참가기간, 빈도, 시간은 생활만족에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참가자의 몰입경험은 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 이용 아동이 경험하는 차별경험과 학교생활부적응 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 아동의 학교생활적응 증진을 위한 효과적인 개입 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구대상은 지역아동센터 아동패널 조사 데이터 중 3기 제1차 패널 초등학교 4학년 648명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0으로 상관관계 분석과 3단계 매개 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 차별경험 중 차별 가해정도와 차별 피해정도는 학교생활부적응과 정적인 관계, 자아존중감과는 부적인 관계로 나타났으며 자아존중감과 학교생활부적응은 부적인 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 자아존중감의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 먼저 차별 가해정도의 경우 부분매개요인으로 작용하고, 차별 피해정도에서는 완전매개요인으로 작용하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 학교생활적응을 위한 차별 예방의 일환으로 자아존중감 향상 증진의 실천적 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
