The main purpose of collecting and analyzing operating experience events is to look for insights to improve safety. The underlying assumption is the correlation and causality between events with different safety significances. The analysis of this assumption could be valuable to optimize operating experience feedback programs and to enhance safety. This paper analyses the correlation between events with different safety significances. Groups of events from six nuclear energy related databases are considered. The findings are that a correlation exists but with various levels and not as large or consistent as might be expected across different databases. These results might be the basis for further work to analysis causality, to find out how a similarity in causes influences the correlation, and finally to improve the operating experience program.

Efforts to build metaverse platform services and expand profit structure are developing in a more realistic direction. The metaverse, which has been centered on 'creation and economy' and 'discovery', will evolve into an 'experience' metaverse, creating tangible business effects where satisfaction with the user experience leads directly to purchase. In this paper, the condition of the avatar used as a medium of economic activity between the metaverse platformer and the user and the business utilization plan were sought. In addition, a new 'metaverse business model' was proposed based on 'experience, discovery, creation and economy', and in particular, it was intended to lay the foundation for the experience metaverse to further develop in the form of 'business experience'. In addition, a survey was conducted on the 'application of metaverse service and avatar' targeting the MZ generation, the main customer base of the current metaverse service. In order to provide a service that satisfies the user, it was concluded that the appearance of the avatar needs to be changed according to the purpose and function. Accordingly, we propose an 'selective switch mode' that can change the avatar's appearance at the desired timing according to the 'experience' and 'purchase purpose' of each metaverse service area. In addition, by strategically utilizing the 'Digilog' psychology, we believe that it will be possible to promote the influx of new users while increasing the loyalty of existing users to the platform. Through the establishment of 'avatar purchase system' by 'selective switch mode' and 'avatar decorating system' by 'digilog' strategy, the experience metaverse, which has been focused on 'digital twin experience' so far, is As it develops into 'business experience', it is expected that the user experience can be further satisfied.
This study investigated the consumer acceptance process of the fourth industrial revolution new product to be introduced into the market in the future. The 4th Industrial Revolution new products are technological advances compared to the existing ones. The technology acceptance model that was used in the past has been modified to reflect variables like the social effects of the 4th Industrial Revolution, expected experience, and perceived risk. Modified models were proposed and verified. Six representative new products of the 4th Industrial Revolution were selected and examined by 40 respondents, and the hypotheses were verified using programs such as SPSS and AMOS. And conclusions and implications are as follows. First, the innovativeness of the fourth industrial revolution new products influences positive evaluation factors such as expected experience and perceived usefulness and it also affect positively to the perceived risk. In addition, the expected experience of the fourth industrial revolution new products has a great effect on the perceived usefulness and social influence, but it didn't affect to the perceived risk. Like the results of the TAM model, purchase intention of the fourth industrial revolution new products are strongly influenced by perceived usefulness. Finally, the perceived risk of the new product of the 4th Industrial Revolution had no statistically significant effect on the purchase intention, and the social influence of the 4th Industrial Revolution had a significant effect on the purchase intention. In general, respondents are highly aware of the social impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and seem to be very positive in this respect.
This study was intented as an investigation of the meaning of clinical experience for gapproach was used to investigate clinical experience for Korean health professionals, A total of 10 health professional immigrants working in UAE hospitals were selected who has experience in Korea over 2 years and UAE for 1 year. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and questionnaire. The findings were created with four essential themes; struggling to adapt at workplace at the beginning, feeling frustrated to communicate with different languages, professional reputations as a specialist, a variety of opportunities for self-development supported from hospitals and caring system of staff's health. The results indicate that the Korean health professionals were able to develop capabilities and competency with clinical experience in UAE hospitals. The results of this study suggest that lived experimental evidence for Korean migrants of health professionals. A further direction of this study, will be expected to provide more experimental information for health professional immigrants to middle east.
In recent years, the Augmented Reality Technology is improving in order to support the user-oriented interaction depending on growing trend in smart phones. In this paper, we present the Realistic Experience App. Contents which help the smart phone users experience the real situations by using the Object Recognition Technology of the tourist attractions and the users' location information. The developed system pinpoints both the location of the user and that of the tourist spot object through the GPS of the smart phone and the information of Beacon, providing the realistic experience contents about the tourist attraction after estimating the distance and the direction between the user and the place. The Realistic Experience App. Contents are expected not only to impress the culture of Jeju on the tourists but also to increase the potential to uncover the unknown tourist attractions and improve the image of Jeju as one of the best sightseeing cities.
This study started from the practical need for a career experience program in the fashion major that is creative and responds to current methodologies. The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion work experience program that combines digital technology and practical experience. The research methods and procedures were as follows: fashion items and wearable devices were selected, the LED smart bag program was developed, and it was executed. A total of 123 students participated in the program, and a satisfaction survey was conducted after observation and oral evaluation. All of the participants completed the LED smart bag processes of design ideation, material selection, production, and styling using an eco-bag (one of the fashion items and as an LED wearable device). As a result of the participants' satisfaction (on a 5-point scale), most items showed a high level of satisfaction of 4.39 points or more. The smart bag program was evaluated to increase interest based on the time allotted and the students' level and to bolster their understanding of, and interest in, the fashion major. Therefore, this study is expected to be baseline to explore diversification of the fashion major work experience program, in order to create interest in the fashion major based on creative convergence competency.
The purpose of this study was to examine the cases of the family head's costume culture and to apply them to field experience education of adolescent's home economics subject. To examine the family head's costume culture, women in the family head in the Hampyeong area, Jeollanam-do were selected and interviewed. The focus of examining the family head's costume culture was on the life story of the family head, the reason to wear or possess such costume, and a motive of making. The findings of the head family's costume culture suggests that the head family of the Mos of Hampyeong had unique shroud making and custom. Also it was found that the eldest daughters-in-law of the Lees of Hampyeong have horizontally exchanged the information of the family head's costume with village women of the same family. They have initiated their costume culture directly through their daughters and it had the great influence on after-ages. The learning program for youth to experience the head family's costume culture consisted of four subjects:(l)Educating the family head's traditional living culture including etiquette training, (2)head family village walk, (3)experiencing the family head's clothes life including natural dyeing and sewing, and (4)a field trip of Hampyeong Local Life Culture Museum. For a model experience of the family head's costume life culture, three families with middle and high schoolers participated in 8- hour experience learning program. To examine the effect of learning program to experience the family head's costume culture, youth and their parents who participated in the program were asked open-ended questions, which included the content validity of experience learning, impressive experience, model experience level(difficulty), and expected effect after a model experience. As a result, their responses were found positive.

This study was conducted to present an alternative instructional model through natural experience activities by developing a natural experience activity program that can learn and feel how to recognize and act on nature based on flow learning. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a nature experience program, which consists of four stages of meeting nature, exploring nature, playing with nature and sharing emotions, was developed based on the main procedures of each stage of the ADDlE instructional design model. Through the research process, activities and precautions for each stage of the nature experience activity program were presented, and major educational implications were discussed based on the developed program. The nature experience program developed through the study can provide teachers with a basic direction for nature experience activities along with changing their perception of how to do nature experience activities, and infants are expected to become learners who freely feel, experience nature and make up their own knowledge through the nature experience program.

The purpose of this study was to identify the experience factors (4Es) of live commerce that provide differentiated value for consumers based on Pine & Gilmore's experience economy and analyze the relationships between experience factors, flow, attitude, and purchase intention. This study conducted an online survey to collect live commerce user responses and employed a path analysis to test the research hypotheses, using Smart PLS 4.0. The results of the study were as follows: 1) all experience factors had significant effects on flow, 2) both entertainment experience and educational experience had significant effects on attitude, while esthetic experience and escapist experience did not have significant effects on attitude, 3) flow had a significant effect on attitude and purchase intention respectively, and 4) attitude had a significant effect on purchase intention. The findings of the study are expected to provide the implications for further research and marketing strategies grounded on the understanding of the experience factors in live commerce.
This study adopts the phenomenological approach in order to explore the experience of urinary felt by the small island women and to find the meaning and structure of their experience, for the further understanding of them. This study succeeded in detecting five topics and three basic structure from eight participants, and followings are the comprehensive statement of them. The five topics include neglect of care after childbirth, unavoidable life in the tidal flat, shame which cannot be expressed even to their husbands, endless anxiety toward the expected future, and sad(dilemmatic) lived experience. The basic structure is that small island women who have urinary incontinence are apt to regard their disease as a natural destiny of women who fail to get adequate care after childbirth, and something to be endured to live in the seashore. They think of urinary incontinence as something so shameful that they cannot reveal it even to their husband and family. They believe that it even changes their personality since they must always stay alert in order to cope with the situation; for example, when it takes place unexpectedly, like too often to go to toilet, to change the underwears, to wake up in the middle of the night to go to toilet, to try not to laugh loudly, or to have showers. In addition, they accept it as a natural process of aging and incurable disease, and they consider themselves already ruined on the way of becoming uglier. They show dilemmatic abandonment: give it up unwillingly but at the same time think it is natural for others too. The unique experience of small island women with urinary incontinence implied in those statement are inseparable with the specific conditions for survival in the island. Unlike other diseases, it is considered the result of traditionally poor care after childbirth. However this misunderstanding that it is a natural phenomena for all the women who experience childbirth and aging and thereby incurable leads to an undesirable attitude toward urinary incontinence. According to the analysis, environmental conditions specific for small islands make the women there have distinct and unique experience concerned with urinary incontinence. Consequently, the future nursing plan for urinary incontinence in the small island area must be made and enforced with the consideration of these specific phenomenological meanings. Modern Korean nursing has basically been centered to hospital or urban areas. Besides, nursing intervention has long depended upon the research of western countries. This research, however, shows how greatly the regional and cultural characteristics influence the understanding of a certain disease, and is expected to make more specific and in-depth nursing approach enable for those who have urinary incontinence in small islands.
