독시라민 중독으로 발생한 횡문근융해증 환자에게서 혈중 크레아틴인산활성화효소 수치가 정상화되는 시기를 예측할 수 있는 인자 (The Predictive Factors of the Serum Creatine Kinase Level Normalization Time in Patients with Rhabdomyolysis due to Doxylamine Ingestion)

  • Purpose: Doxylamine succinate (DS) is frequently used to treat insomnia and it may induce rhabdomyolysis in the overdose cases. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors that can predict the serum creatine kinase (CK) level normalization time for patients with rhabdomyolysis due to DS ingestion. Methods: This study was conducted on 71 patients who were admitted with rhabdomyolysis after DS ingestion during the period from January 2000 to July 2009. Rhabdomyolysis was defined as a serum CK level over 1,000 U/L. The collected data included the general characteristics, the anticholinergic symptoms, the ingested dose, the peak serum CK level, the time interval (TI) from the event to the peak CK level and the TI from the event to a CK level below 1,000 U/L. We evaluated the correlation between the patients' variables and the TI from the event to the peak CK level time and the time for a CK level below 1,000 U/L. Results: The mean ingested dose per body weight (BW) was $30.86{\pm}18.63\;mg/kg$ and the mean TI from the event to treatment was $4.04{\pm}3.67$ hours. The TI from the event to the peak CK level was longer for the patients with a larger ingestion dose per BW (r=0.587, p<0.05). The CK normalization time was longer for the patients with a larger ingested dose per BW (r=0.446, p<0.05) and a higher peak CK level (r=0.634, p<0.05). Conclusion: The ingested dose per BW was correlated with the TI from the event to the peak CK level, and the ingested dose per BW and the peak CK level have significant correlations with the CK normalization time. These factors may be used to determine the discharge period of patients who had rhabdomyolysis following a OS overdose.

  • 본 연구는 문화이벤트 태도에 따른 문화이벤트 참여자의 만족도 및 충성도를 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 최근 다양한 문화이벤트가 이루어지고 있고 이는 문화이벤트 참여자에 대한 다양한 긍정적인 역할을 수행하고 있다고 알려지고 있다. 그러나 문화이벤트 참가자가 어떠한 생각과 태도를 보이는 가에 대한 실증적인 연구가 부족하여 좀 더 체계적이고 효과적인 문화이벤트 구성과 기획을 위한 활용자료가 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 즉 융합적 연구활동을 통해 참가자의 다양한 욕구와 요구에 맞는 문화이벤트 프로그램 구성과 컨텐츠 개발이 필요하다고 할 수 있으며 어떠한 요소가 문화이벤트 참가자의 만족도와 충성도에 영향을 주는 가에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 문화이벤트 관여도에 대한 조절효과를 분석할 필요가 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구의 범위 및 방법으로 서울지역 문화이벤트 참여자를 대상으로 실증 분석하여 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구결과 문화이벤트의 태도에서 자기성찰과 지식습득, 자부심과 성취감, 스트레스 해소 및 도전 등이 문화이벤트 참여만족도 및 충성도에 영향을 미치며 문화이벤트 관여도의 조절효과를 설명할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 문화이벤트 기획과 운영, 프로그램 구성과 컨텐츠 개발에 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

EEDARS: An Energy-Efficient Dual-Sink Algorithm with Role Switching Mechanism for Event-Driven Wireless Sensor Networks

  • Energy conservation is a vital issue in wireless sensor networks. Recently, employing mobile sinks for data gathering become a pervasive trend to deal with this problem. The sink can follow stochastic or pre-defined paths; however the controlled mobility pattern nowadays is taken more into consideration. In this method, the sink moves across the network autonomously and changes its position based on the energy factors. Although the sink mobility would reduce nodes' energy consumption and enhance the network lifetime, the overhead caused by topological changes could waste unnecessary power through the sensor field. In this paper, we proposed EEDARS, an energy-efficient dual-sink algorithm with role switching mechanism which utilizes both static and mobile sinks. The static sink is engaged to avoid any periodic flooding for sink localization, while the mobile sink adaptively moves towards the event region for data collection. Furthermore, a role switching mechanism is applied to the protocol in order to send the nearest sink to the recent event area, hence shorten the path. This algorithm could be employed in event-driven and multi-hop scenarios. Analytical model and extensive simulation results for EEDARS demonstrate a significant improvement on the network metrics especially the lifetime, the load and the end-to-end delay.

최근 5년간 국내원전 운전경험보고서 분석 (An Analysis of Operating Experience Reports Published in the Domestic Nuclear Power Plants for Resent 5 Years)

  • The Operating Experience Report(OER) has written about the event and accident happened at a Nuclear Power Plant(NPP). The purpose of publishing the OER is to prevent the similar event or accident repeatedly by spreading the experience of a single plant to other plants personnel. Before initiating the analysis mentioned in this paper, 2,298 review reports for the same number of OER published from 2007 to June 2012 have been written to achieve the correct and objective statistics. The analysis introduced in this paper is performed with the various factors such as year, plant type, equipment, type of work, root-cause. The root-cause analysis is showed that the equipment problem is the major factor in domestic NPPs, but on the other hand human-error is the main part of the foreign NPPs. Moreover, while the number of the man-made event is decreasing, the equipment-made event is rapidly increasing in domestic NPPs.

가변 지속시간을 갖는 이벤트 기반 원격제어 (Event Based Tele-Operation with Variable Holding Time)

  • Necessity of the tole-operation has been increased in many fields. Since the Internet is inexpensive and available all over the world, it is a strong candidate for the transmission media of the tole-operation. However, the Internet has random time delays that may cause instability in the system especially if the tole -operation is bilateral. In the past few years many attempts have been made to overcome the random time delay, So far, they are still insufficient in terms of performance. The ‘Variable holding time’ is introduced to improve the performance of the ‘Event based tole-operation’ which controls a system with a non-time action reference. By holding each event for proper time, the system can quickly respond and be stabilized. The proper holding time should be selected based on the characteristics of the task that the system performs. The factors that reflect those characteristics are investigated. The fuzzy logic is employed to obtain the proper holding time for each event while the tole-operation system is in operation. The experimental results presented in this paper verify effectiveness of the proposed method.

강수 및 비 강수 사례 판별을 위한 최적화된 패턴 분류기 설계 (Design of Optimized Pattern Classifier for Discrimination of Precipitation and Non-precipitation Event)

  • In this paper, pattern classifier is designed to classify precipitation and non-precipitation events from weather radar data. The proposed classifier is based on Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN) and consists of three FNNs which operate in parallel. In the proposed network, the connection weights of the consequent part of fuzzy rules are expressed as two polynomial types such as constant or linear polynomial function, and their coefficients are learned by using Least Square Estimation(LSE). In addition, parametric as well as structural factors of the proposed classifier are optimized through Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm. After event classification between precipitation and non-precipitation echo, non-precipitation event is to get rid of all echo, while precipitation event including non-precipitation echo is to get rid of non-precipitation echo by classifier that is also based on Fuzzy Neural Network. Weather radar data obtained from meteorological office is to analysis and discuss performance of the proposed event and echo patter classifier, result of echo pattern classifier compare to QC(Quality Control) data obtained from meteorological office.

일개 지역사회 재해 주민의 외상 후 스트레스 장애 정도와 관련요인 분석 (A Field Study of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder in a Community after Typhoon Rusa)

  • Purpose: In South Korea, as growing the need of psychological support in disaster situation psychological assessment on stress after disaster is important to find out the factors affecting coping, and to plan intervention in the community. Method: The volunteers of Korea Redcross who live around K city, and the research team visited all homes at Jirye town, one of the high-impact area, 4 month after the typhoon. One of the family members who is over 18 years old, answered the self-report questionnaire composed of disaster experience, damage, exposure to traumatic event, and posttraumatic stress with IES-K (Impact of Event Scale-korea) He also, described his family members symptom related to re-experiencing, hyper-arousal, and avoidance. Six hundreds households were surveyed. Result: The prevalence of moderate to severe PTSD symptom was 36% of the subjects. The severity of PTSD was affected by gender, economic status and affected by damaged property, physical injury, worsening existing disease, getting infectious disease, amount of experienced traumatic event before disaster, warning, taking shelter, and subjects revealed differences in somatization as severity of PTSD. According to the description, community members had re-experiencing, hyper-arousal and avoidance. Conclusion: At a rural area, South Korea, community members have suffered from psychological distress after disaster. So psychological interventions are required as affecting factors and also to plan for warning and shelter in disaster situation is needed for preventing PTSD.

  • According to various researches, one of main causes of flight accidents is influence of human factors. It is important to collect and analyze event data in advance to minimize and prevent human errors by developing safety checklist. As a result international aviation industry developed Flight Operations Quality Assurance for commercial airliners, and, upon its proven effectiveness, it is now highly recommended to adopt for helicopter operations. Consequently, S government organization instituted Helicopter Flight Operations Quality Assurance system in 2012. Hence, this study conducted regression analysis of S organization's flight event frequency and applied ICAO SMS Matrix to categorize the severity of the events according to international standards. Based on the analysis, this research derived fundamental checklist factors for helicopter, which can be a proactive measure for safe operation.

중환자실 간호사의 외상성 사건 경험, 자기노출, 사회적 지지 및 외상 후 성장과의 관계 (The Relationship among Traumatic Event Experience, Self Disclosure, Social Support, and Posttraumatic Growth of Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study examined the levels of traumatic event experience, self disclosure, social support, and posttraumatic growth of intensive care unit nurses and their relationships. Methods: Participants were 142 nurses who had worked for more than 3 months in six general hospitals, J province from August 7 to September 25, 2020. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the program SPSS version 22.0. Results: The posttraumatic growth was found to correlate significantly with self disclosure (r=.23, p=.005), individual support (r=.54, p<.001), and organizational support (r=.32, p<.001). Factors influencing the participants of the posttraumatic growth were individual support (β=.46, p<.001) and organizational support (β=.21, p=.007). These factors explained 32.0% of the variance of ICU nurses' posttraumatic growth (F=14.13, p<.001). Conclusion: Efforts to support positive changes after traumatic event experience for ICU nurses are needed. We suggest to develop individual and organizational supportive programs for posttraumatic growth for ICU nurses and to investigate the effects of the programs.

  • This study attempts to understand factors influencing the persistence of companie's outsourcing arrangements using the techniques of survival analysis. It provides an insight into the dynamics of outsourcing relationships between clients and vendors. This is particularly relevant considering that current IS sourcing arrangements are strategic and long term, and require close interdependent relationships between the client and the vendor.
