In this study, the evaluation index was developed to design the project evaluation model, and the weight was given through the AHP survey. project was evaluated for the first time by using the designed evaluation model for the field appraisal. As a result, it was revealed that the weight of the propriety index of the participant effect and the project content was the highest among 20 indexes. This study is significant in having built a base on which the evaluation system could be stabilized, by developing the integrative project evaluation model of . However, we have yet to adequately address the evaluator's acceptability and efficacy in evaluating indicators. The validity and continuity of the evaluation model will be secured through this.

There are two streams on e-Learning. The first one is to create new value through aligning products included information systems and service. The second one is to utilize the service system and the service process for service systematization. The service system is made up human, technology, value proposition, service network, and shared information. The service process consists of design, development, operation and evaluation phases. In this paper, we design and implement the evaluation management of e-learning service based on the service science. The evaluation management service is sets of evaluation type management, general review management, award management, evaluation sheet management and evaluation result management. Feature of this paper is that we can service with different criteria to learner, guardian and evaluator. The worthy of this paper is that we construct service oriented environment possible to systematize evaluation work easily and provide evaluation results clearly.

The evaluation systems on the National Spatial Information Policy(NSIP) has been changed, since the Establishment and Use of the National Geographic Information System Act(NGIS Act, 2000) was abolished and the National Spatial Data Infrastructure Act(NSDI Act, 2009) was enacted. As compared to the NGIS Act, the policy evaluation systems for National Spatial Information are regarded as unified and centralized. However, some argue that the claim of budget and the legal feasibility of the NSIP was weakened. Given the different views on the two laws, this study aims at analyzing the changes in the evaluation system by comparing the NGIS Act and the NSDI Act. A Comparative Analysis framework is employed. The subjects of the comparative analysis are evaluation mechanism, evaluator, evaluation target and range, after-assessment utilization, and agent. In order to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation system, it is recommended that the clarification of evaluation purposes, institutional enhancement for evaluation agency, the development of evaluation indexes, the combination of top-down approach and bottom -up approach, and the increased linkage between budget and evaluation result.

The Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) has carried out the research on the development of the standards on teaching evaluation between 2004 and 2006, and particularly on the 'mathematics' teaching evaluation in 2006. The purpose of development of mathematics teaching evaluation standards is to improve not only mathematics teachers' professionalism but also their own teaching methods or strategies. The standards on mathematics teaching evaluation were developed based on the standards on general (not individual subject) teaching evaluation. They were revised and modified by analyzing the results of the interviews and survey with teachers about the adaptability of the standards in school. The standards were classified into four major areas of knowledge, planning, practice, and professionalism. Each area of these four were categorized into 6 smaller divisions and 36 elements. In addition, it was presented that brief descriptions on each teaching evaluation standards(element), guideline for evaluation methods, evaluator's observation index, and performance level with explanation for the standard achievement in four stages.

A track circuit has used stably more than 100 years for detecting train position, but solution of track circuit sort circuit incapacity due to a rust is necessary for side line in station yard, coast line and level crossing for conventional line in rural line. Domestically, Axle Counter System(ACS) has partially used for Hot Box System for high speed line and turnout for CBTC system. In contrast, most of countries has used ACS not only trunk line but also rural line and its application has increased for metro, electric car and industrial railway. In this paper, we has verified the operating status of ACS which installed with existing track circuit through log analsis to implement pilot application in mail track and turnout in station yard. And interface test with interlocking system has conducted at Obong shunting yard, as well as Cheongju station and has analyzed test result. Based on a test result, we made fail safe design, manufacturing skill and established system requirement specification for the smooth operation and maintenance.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the shortcomings and the direction of the web accessibility evaluation studies by analyzing the research trends on web accessibility evaluation in Korea. For this aim, a total of 59 theses presented in the registered academic journal and the candidate of registration academic journals from January 2000 to March 2017 were selected. The selected dissertations have been analyzed based on the evaluators, the evaluation targets, the evaluation methods, and the evaluation results with regard to web accessibility. As a result of the analysis, the highest rate in the evaluator aspect was 'independent evaluation (66 percent)' and the highest percentage in the evaluation target aspect was 'web site (83 percent)'. When it came to the evaluation methods, automatic evaluation and the mixture of automatic evaluation and manual evaluation had a similar percentage. Lastly, only two papers showed that web accessibility did not have any problems. This study is meaningful in the sense that it suggested a desirable direction for the web accessibility studies in Korea and web accessibility evaluation studies in the situation when the meta studies which analyzed research trends are insufficient.

It is essential suity management and standardized asset analysis for telecommunication networks, however existing risk analysis methods and tools are not enough to give shape of the method to evaluate value and asset. they only support asset classification schemes. Moreover, since the existing asset classification schemes are to evaluate comprehensive general risk, they are not appropriate for being applied telecommunication networks and they can´t offer any solutions to an evaluator´s subjectivity problem. In this paper, to solve these problems, we introduce the standardized definition of asset evaluation model new asset classification scheme, two-dimensional asset process classification scheme to consider business process and asset, various evaluation standards for quantitative value and qualitative evaluation. To settle an valuator´s subjectivity problem, we proposed $\beta$-distribution Delphi method.

Rehabilitation dog-walking can be used to improve physical activity and restore QOL in stroke patients. This study investigated the effect of rehabilitation dog-walking on the QOL and physical activity of stroke patients. Twenty-four stroke patients were recruited for this study. Twenty-four stroke patients were randomized 1:1 into two groups. The evaluator measured stroke specific-quality of life (SS-QOL), six minute walk test, and maximal grip strength on the affected and non-affected side. The experimental group received gait training with a rehabilitation dog for 30 minutes once a week for 8 weeks. As a result of the study, there was a significant increase in SS-QOL, six minute walk test, and maximal grip strength on the affected side in the experimental group after the intervention. In addition, the experimental group showed significant improvement in SS-QOL, six minute walk test, and maximal grip strength on the affected side than the control group. Rehabilitation dog-walking may be an intervention method that can improve QOL and physical activity after stroke.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute which have been carried out from 2014 to 2017. Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute has been developed since 2014, the test is operated in 99 institutes of 46 countries now (As of first half of 2017) When this study analyzes the result of evaluation for 4 years, it was found that the number of nations enforcing the evaluation, institutes and examinees has continued its growth. In the early stage of evaluation, the examinees from Asian regions take up majority but the recent proportion of European region is getting bigger gradually. In addition, only beginner level evaluation was carried out in the early stage but recently its range is expanded to the intermediate level. This Language Achievement tests of King Sejong Institute can be utilized very valuable data which can diagnose the present and future of oversea Korean language education. In order to elevate public confidence as Korean language achievement test, this study suggested, first, increase the feedback effect of evaluation, second, establish the learning history information of examinees along with the test scores, third, conduct the training for evaluator in order to increase the validity and reliability of the evaluation, fourth, seek to utilize the results of the achievement test.

The purpose of this study was evaluated the relationship between echocardiography and cardiac computed tomography in normal adults by visual assessment, and evaluated the effective doses of cardiac computed tomography. The subjects were 100 normal patients who visited two general hospitals in Chungnam, from January 1 to May 30, 2018. We obtained images by using these modalities and evaluated the wall thickness and internal dimension of the Left Ventricle with visual assessment. To evaluate the appropriateness of the visual evaluation, two evaluators who were trained for one week were measured and the agreement between the evaluators were verified by statistical analysis. The effective doses of computed tomography were evaluated using the dose length product. As a result, there was a high correlation between the two modalities. The agreement between the two visual evaluator were also highly agreed. The mean X-ray dose of the subjects was $11.1{\pm}3.1mSv$. Although the purpose of imaging is somewhat different in the clinical setting, echocardiography could achieve the same results as radiation-invasive computed tomography. It is thought that utilization will become even larger.
