UI 중심의 소프트웨어 사용성 평가 방법 (The Evaluation Method of Software Usability based on UI)

  • 소프트웨어의 품질을 바라보는 관점이 다양한 특성으로 나타날 수 있으나, 소프트웨어의 내부적인 면에는 관심이 없는 엔드유저 입장에서는 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface)가 소프트웨어의 품질을 표현하는 전부일 수도 있다. 그러나 사용자 인터페이스에 기반을 둔 상세화된 평가기준은 다소 미흡한 실정이므로 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스는 사용성 품질 특성의 주요 대상이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 품질평가에 관련된 국제표준의 품질특성들과 사용자 인터페이스를 구성하는 요소들과의 관련성을 명확히 분석하여 소프트웨어의 사용자 인터페이스로부터 측정할 수 있는 품질특성 요소들을 추출하고 평가하는 방법에 대한 체계를 구축하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was the evaluation about the evaluation of the local community as family-friendly residential environment. We executed the survey to find 1) the evaluation of local community as family-friendly residential environment, 2) the usage and satisfaction of the local community facilities and programs, 3) the improvement of local community as family-friendly residential environment. The method was a residents survey. Data were collected from 160 married men and women with children lived in Seoul and Gyenggi-Do. The findings of this study are as following; It was more satisfactory residential environment with family-friendly elements than residential environment without family-friendly elements in residential environment satisfaction. The children care facilities was used higher. Local community facilities and program for family-friendly residential environment was not satisfied. Local community facilities and program for family-friendly residential environment was needed higher. The representatives as leading role was local community and residents in family-friendly residential environment.

AHP를 활용한 SWG 조합기술 평가기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the AHP based Evaluation Criteria for the Combinatorial Technology of Smart Water Grid)

  • In this study, the evaluation criteria of performance and applicability is developed to rank the combinatorial technologies for SWG (Smart Water Grid) system using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Security, safety, solution, suitability and sustainability which are goals of SWG technology, are used as upper level hierarchy elements. And three detailed elements for each upper level hierarchy are adopted as the lower level hierarchy. The weighted value which represents the importance of each element, could be determined through questionnaires accomplished by groups of specialists who are engaged in relevant waster industry and research area. To assess the accuracy of the evaluation criteria developed in this study, a simulation on four decision alternatives for smart water grid was carried out as an evaluation. Consequently which showed 90 % of accuracy.

기술제안서의 개발조직 부문에 관한 정량적 평가 (A Quantitative Evaluation on Developmental Organization of Technical Proposals)

  • The technical proposal suggested and published by MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication, henceforth MIC) contains too general assessment elements, which causes qualitative and subjective assessment of technical proposals. Thus, in terms of the technical proposal assessment. It lacks In fairness, validity and accuracy. Furthermore, it has a great deal of difficulty in assessment caused by the inconsistency between proposal planning and assessment methods. Also, each company has different writing format, so it is impossible to make use of its maneuvering data for the assessment. To overcome these weaknesses, our research focused on a quantitative evaluation on development organization, which is a part of organizational and administrative part of the technical proposal suggested and published by MIC. In this research, we divided development organization for the technical proposal into organization, teams, and team members, and then studied addition, deletion and merging for the assessment criteria. For the related study, we chose especially CMM(Capability Maturity Model) from a lot of international and national references, which is a model measuring the maturity of organization, and then we focused on Small-CMM which is available in the small-sized organization. We also suggested input form, description method, assessment elements for the quantitative assessment in the chosen developmental organization, and finally we proposed standard referencing criteria for the assessment. Our study concludes that our assessment method are valid and available in comparison with the previous Delphi method through a validity evaluation test.

  • 모바일 기술의 빠른 발전으로 1인 1-스마트폰 시대가 왔다. 스마트폰 앱(Application : App) 또한 이제 없으면 부자연스러운 생활의 일부가 되었다. 현재 모바일 앱에서 가장 많은 사용자 및 커다란 시장 층을 형성하고 있는 것은 모바일 게임, 그 중에서도 모바일 RPG 분야이다. 하지만 모바일 RPG에 기존의 PC용 RPG 품질평가모델을 그대로 적용시킬 경우 정확한 평가 결과가 나올 수 없다. 스마트폰의 특성을 잘 반영한 새로운 모바일 RPG의 품질평가모델에 관한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어품질에 관한 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 9126을 기반으로 모바일 RPG의 품질평가요소를 도출하였으며 이를 검증하기 위한 매트릭을 재정의하여 새로운 품질평가모델을 제안하였다.

초등학교 과학 교과서 과학 탐구 활동의 지식정보처리역량 요소 분석 (Scientific Inquiry Activity of Elementary Science Textbook Analysis Based on Knowledge Information Processing Competence Elements)

  • 이 연구에서는 초등학교 3~6학년 과학 교과서 과학 탐구 활동에 나타난 지식정보처리역량 요소를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지식정보처리역량의 구성 요소를 추출하였고, 지식정보처리역량 분석틀을 구안하였다. 초등학교 3~6학년 과학 교과서 8권을 분석 틀로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 지식정보처리역량은 '수집', '분석', '조직', '선택', '평가'의 5가지 요소로 정리할 수 있다. 둘째, 초등학교 과학 교과서의 과학 탐구 활동의 지식정보처리역량의 요소는 고르게 구성되지 않았다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 초등학교 과학 교과서의 과학 탐구 활동은 지식정보처리역량 5가지 요소 중 '수집', '분석'에 치우쳐 있었으며, '조직', '선택', '평가' 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들로부터 초등학교 과학 교과에서 지식정보처리역량을 기르기 위한 과학 탐구 모형이나 과학 수업 모형이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

공공 휴양림과 민간 휴양림의 개발요소별 이용 만족도의 차이 (Differences of Resources of Natural Recreation Forest Developed by Public and Private Body)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the differences of user´s satisfaction of development elements of natural recreation forest(NFR) developed by public and private bodies in order to answer the research question: What is the differences of user´s satisfaction of development elements of NFR\ulcorner After reviewing the literature, mechanism of outdoor recreation, and development elements in NRF, we constructed the conceptual framework and have formulated the hypothesis of this research. We had obtained data through a questionnaire, which surveyed 584 visitors at 10 of the 72 natural recreation forests in Korea in 1999. We have analyzed the data using he descriptive statistical method, the mean difference test, and logistic regression method. We have found that 1) all the development elements have turned out to be significantly different from the mean difference test, 2) the two elements of atmosphere and activity have turned out to be statistically significant in determining the difference of NFR developed by public and private body in logistic regression analysis while user´s satisfaction in recreational resources, facilities and service make no differences between public and private NRF, 3) the higher the degree of user´s satisfaction in atmosphere and activity at NFR, the more the NFR developed by private body, and 4) their relative contribution of atmosphere and activities on whether the NFR is developed by public or private body have been turned out to have 0.258 and 0.242 respectively, which have a similar importance. The research results suggest that a guideline for the creation of marketable NFR by public and private developer, and development of use-programs and recreational atmosphere be recommended in the planning and development process of NRF. The approach and anlaysis method adopted by this research is highly useful for an evaluation of NRF developed by the tow bodies and development of devices for increasing user´s satisfaction and marketing positioning of NRF by the tow developers. It is recommended that more empirical study on individual development elements affecting user´s satisfaction be performed in the future.

해양구조물의 파력산정을 위한 3-차원 무한요소 (THREE-DIMENSIONAL INFINITE ELEMENTS FOR WAVE FORCE EVALUATION ON OFFSHORE STRUCTURES)

  • The finite element technique incorporating infinite elements is applied to analyzing the general three dimensional wave-structure interaction problems within the limits of linear wave theory. The hydrodynamic farces are assumed to be inertially dominated, and viscous effects are neglected. In order to analyze the corresponding boundary value problems efficiently, two types of elements are developed. One is the infinite element for modeling the radiation condition at infinity, and the other is the fictitious bottom boundary element for the case of deep water. To validate those elements, numerical analyses are performed for several floating structures. Comparisons with the results from culler available solution methods show that the present method incorporating tile infinite and the fictitious bottom boundary elements gives good results.

공공 어린이도서관 자료열람실의 실내환경디자인 평가 연구 - 국내 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Evaluation of Interior Environmental Design in the Reading Room of Public Children's Library - Focused on National Examples of Public Children's Library -)

  • Children stage is an important period the foundation of growth is accomplished. During the period, children are the most sensitive to environmental effects and experiences and interactions with surroundings can make lots of effects on their physical and cognitive development. Under the background of the above contents, a representative institution of the society, which is helpful to cultivate children's reading habit, will be children library. The purposes of this research are to analyze intensively reading room among the children library's spatial organization and compare/analyze cases of children library's reading room with the elements of interior environment. The methods of research are theory study and case study. Through the on-the-site visiting and shooting, interior environment design was investigated and then, it was arranged, analyzed and evaluated. Cases were analyzed by elements of interior environment design evaluation. As the result, comfort was the highest and variety was the lowest. Especially, Songpa children library showed various factors generally through the various designs. 7 evaluative elements of children library's reading room were mutually different, but there was a certain different in relation of them. Especially, variety and flexibility must be more strengthened. So, children can interests and joy in reading room various designs are requested by getting out of library's uniformed furniture and arrangement plan.

  • 현재 선박의 대형화 및 선박의 운항시간 단축 요구 등의 환경변화에 따라 컨테이너터미널의 생산성 향상이 요구되고 있다. 컨테이너터미널의 생산성은 어떠한 생산성 평가 모델을 이용하여 생산성을 측정하는지와 투입요소인 장치장, 장비, 종업원, 시설 등의 개별적인 투입요소에 따라 서로 다른 측정 결과가 나온다. 그러나 컨테이너터미널의 생산성을 측정하는데 단순히 부분적인 생산성 평가 모델이나 기존의 일반적인 투입 요소만으로 생산성의 정도를 평가하는 것은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 컨테이너터미널의 생산성을 측정하기 위해, 기존의 컨테이너터미널 생산성 평가 모델에 관한 분석 및 투입과 산출의 명확한 인과관계를 밝히기 어려운 의사결정단위들의 상대적 효율성을 평가하기 위해 개발된 자료포락분석(DEA) 기법을 활용하여 컨테이너터미널의 생산성을 평가하고자 한다. 더불어 투입요소의 변화에 따라 생산성의 측정 결과가 어떻게 변화하는지 파악하여 보다 정확한 생산성 평가 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
