  • The domestic liquefied natural gas project has been carried out as a national energy scheme since the late 1980's in Korea. The natural-gas supply for civilian demand is limited to the Kyung-In area. In addition, seven major city gas corporations which now participate in the project occupy the monopolistic service area. In this study, objective cost evaluation criteria for gas distribution and an improved proposal in the evaluation method are suggested. They will go forward in solving the problems to promote demand and prevent excess profit or deficit according to the physical characteristics of the monopolistic service area.

Self-evaluation in catering companies was conducted for sanitary management. Unsatisfactory results from self evaluation were found in three categories, such as, measurement of internal temperature of food materials at reception, ventilation system in the working area, and hand-washing stations with equipment cleaning and sanitizing facilities in front of the working area. Most catering companies expressed a willingness to apply the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system from this survey. $\ulcorner$Professional catering business has arisen as an area requiring more consideration and further study for the production of a safe food.$\lrcorner$

  • Development of forest garden for city dwellers utilizing green space within urban area is nowadays highly regarded as a means to invigorate city and to raise living standard for city dwellers. Thus, development of forest garden has become pressing and important agenda for city governments. Promoting forest garden to solve many environmental and social issues city governments face today requires evaluation criteria to determine whether target green space is suitable to serve as forest garden. In this respect, we believe that evaluation of values of forest garden from previous studies can serve as foundation for developing evaluation index for forest garden. Thus, we aimed to develop evaluation criteria for values of forest garden. First, various evaluation criteria collected from previous studies were assessed by expert groups. Then, the result was studied through AHP technique and we developed evaluation criteria for forest garden based on such result. Especially, evaluation criteria were divided into main and sub-levels for more detailed and precise evaluation system.

The results of the study were as follows : 1. A common measurement tools for evaluation in the clinical area was used by 74.4% of universities and Junior colleges of nursing. Only 0-4.5% of Junior colleges of nursing and 1.5-7.4% of universities used a evaluation tools developed according to their major. 2. Theoretically, 3% of those sampled applied the nursing process as an instrumental means of nursing practice. Bloom's theory was applied by 35.8% of the schools. • The IAEA launched the International Project on Innovative Nuclear Reactors and Fuel Cycles (INPRO) and developed the INPRO Methodology to provide guidelines and to assess the characteristics of a future innovative nuclear energy system in areas such as safety, economics, waste management, and proliferation resistance. The proliferation resistance area of the INPRO Methodology is reviewed here, and modifications for further improvements are proposed. The evaluation metrics including the evaluation parameters, evaluation scales and acceptance limits are developed for a practical application of the methodology to assess the proliferation resistance. The proliferation resistant characteristics of the DUPIC fuel cycle are assessed by applying the modified INPRO Methodology based on the developed evaluation metrics and acceptance criteria. The evaluation procedure and the metrics can be utilized as a reference for an evaluation of the proliferation resistance of a future innovative nuclear energy system.

However, It is lack that developments of suitable evaluation index of PMIS based on ASP service quality. Hereupon, In this study, we propose the evaluation indicators. First, The evaluation area is classified by form the foundation of D & M IS Success Model (2003); system quality, information quality, service quality. Second, The detail evaluation item which include considerations which are gotten through investigation of the construction industry and PMIS based on ASP is grouping by form the foundation SERVQUAL which is a service quality evaluation tool proposed PZB(1988). It is suitable to evaluate PMIS based on ASP service quality in construction industry and able to evaluate various aspects.
