몬테카를로 방법을 이용한 치료용 방사성동위원소 사용 시 단일 세포에 대한 선량 분석 (Analysis of Radiation Dose on Single Cells Using Therapeutic Radioisotopes Using the Monte Carlo Method)

  • Targeted radionuclides treatment (TRT) requires the establishment of treatment plans that consider various factors, such as the type of radionuclides, target organs, and administration methods. For this reason, in this study, the absorption dose of a single cell was analyzed according to the type of radioisotope used to treat target radionuclides. In this study, a simulation was performed on beta rays used in the treatment of target radionuclides at the cell level using MCNPX (ver. 2.5.0). First, according to the calculation formula, the beam path according to the type of radioisotope for treatment was calculated. Second, the amount of self-radiation by beta rays emitted from cell diameters of 5 ㎛ and 10 ㎛ cell nuclei was evaluated. As a result, it showed a high range proportional to the maximum energy of the beta-ray, and the highest self-dose distribution from 177 Lu radiation sources among therapeutic radioisotopes. This was analyzed as a result that is inversely proportional to the maximum energy of the beta-ray, and it suggests that the selection of a nuclide considering the range of the beta-ray is necessary in the treatment of target radionuclides in the future.

용융드래그방법으로 제작한 마그네슘합금 박판의 특성에 미치는 기본적인 공정조건 확립 (Establishment of Fundamental Process Conditions on Properties of Magnesium Alloy Thin Plates Fabricated by the Melt Drag Method)

  • AZ31 magnesium alloy was used to manufacture a thin plate using a melt drag method. The effects of roll speed, molten metal temperature, and molten metal height, which are the basic factors of the melt drag method, on the surface shape, the thickness of the thin plate, Vickers hardness, and microstructure of the thin plate were investigated. It was possible to manufacture AZ31 magnesium alloy thin plate at the roll speed range of 1 to 90 m/min. The thickness of the thin plate, manufactured while changing only the roll speed, was about 1.8 to 8.8 mm. The shape of the solidified roll surface was affected by two conditions, the roll speed and the molten metal height, and the Vickers hardness of the manufactured magnesium alloy thin plate value ranged from Hv38~Hv60. The microstructure of the thin plate produced by this process was an equiaxed crystal and showed a uniform grain size distribution. The grain size was greatly affected by the contact state between the molten metal and the solidification roll, and the amount of reactive solids and liquids scraped at the same time as the thin plate. The average grain size of the thin plate fabricated in the range of these experimental conditions changed to about 50-300 ㎛.

  • This study measured the change of media properties using Time domain Reflectometry (TDR) and Tensionmeter (TM) to measure volumetric water content of soil affecting in land subsidence and pollutant diffusion under saturation/unsaturated condition by water-level fluctuations. Also, actual water content compared their changes aspect by dry oven test for quantitative determinations of these measured values. In the case of TM, initial unsaturated condition confirmed that range in dimension of each other different according to their establishment depth, but measured values of TM can know that is shown measured value in almost similar measuring range under drain condition after the first injection. Also, the results of TDR showed that can measure enough change of volumetric water content in saturation/unsaturated condition by water-level fluctuations. Therefore, we are judged that TDR measurement equipment is very effective to measure the variations of volumetric water content and water-level being caused in groundwater level fluctuations.

반촉성 관비재배 오이의 생육단계별 시비관리를 위한 일일시비량 및 엽병즙액의 농도 기준 설정 (Determination of Daily Amount of N and K Required in Various Growth Stages and Establishment of Diagnostic Criteria Using Petiole Sap Analysis in the Semi-Forcing Culture of Cucumber)

  • This study was conducted to determine the daily application rate and amount of N and K with fertigation during different growth stages in semi-forcing culture of cucumber plants (Cucumis sativus L. cv. Eunseongbaekdadagi). The diagnostic criteria for N and K also investigated based on petiole sap analysis. The dry weight increased slowly until 30 days after transplanting. The highest dry weights were observed at 60 days after planting, then it decreased. As the plant grew, the contents of N and K in the petiole sap and fruit of cucumber decreased. The daily uptake of N and K were highly correlated with the growing days. The $NO_3$ concentrations in petiole sap were in the range from 3,500 to 4,500 mgㆍ$L^{-1}$ in the early growth stage, but those were in the range from 2,000 to 3,000 mgㆍ$L^{-1}$ after then. However, K concentration in petiole sap were in the rang from 5,000 to 7,000 mgㆍ$L^{-1}$ The fluctuation in petiole sap concentration of K was severe in the monthly fertigation and moderate in the daily fertigation. The fertigation by petiole sap diagnosis forced EC of soil to be low and yield to increase compared to the control.

전자파차폐효과 측정시스템의 구현 (Establishment of the Electromagnetic Shielding Effectiveness Measurement System)

  • 재료의 전자파차폐효과는 일정한 송신전력에 대해 측정치구 내에 차폐재료가 놓여 있을 때와 없을 때에 수신 되는 수신전력의 차를 측정하므로써 결정된다. 구현된 전자파차폐효과 측정시스댐은 다양한 측정치구를 이용하고, 트랙킹신호원, 스펙트럼분석기, 스텝감쇠기, 고주파스위치, 신호증폭기 동을 사용하였으며, 퍼스날컴퓨터에 의해 측정이 자동으로 이루어지도록 설계되었다. 특히 고주파스위치와 쌍방향성결합기를 이용하여 한대의 스펙트럼분석기를 사용하여 입사전력, 반사전력, 투과전력을 측정할 수 있어 재료의 전자파차폐효과 측정은 물론, 차폐 특성에 관한 분석도 가능하여 재료의 설계에도 활용될 수 있다. 구현된 측정시스댐은 10 MHz~1 G GHz의 주파수대역에서 120 dB 이상의 동작영역을 가지며, 각종의 복합재료의 전자파차폐효과를 효과적으로 측정할 수 있다.

코덱 입력레벨을 이용한 디지털 전화기의 송화음량정격 설계 (The establishment of sending loudness rating for digital telephone using the input level of CODEC)

  • 본 논문은 음량정격의 평가척도를 적용하여 디지털 음성통신 서비스 단말기인 디지털 전화기의 통화품질을 연구한 것으로서 디지털 전화기의 송화음량정격을 설계하는 방법을 제시하고 바람직한 전송특성의 범위를 제시하였다. 송화음량정격을 설계하기 위해서 디지털 전화기의 코덱 입력레벨을 최적으로 규정하기 위한 주관평가 실험이 수행되었다. 실험 결과로 부터 70dBspl의 청취레벨에서 -12dB~-18dB 사이의 코덱 입력레벨이 코덱의 양자화 잡음이나 왜곡을 유발하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 최적의 코덱 입력레벨은 -15dB임을 알 수 있었다. 이 결과를 디지털 전화기의 송화감도에 적용하여 디지털 전화기의 바람직한 통화품질을 설정하기 위한 송화음량정격의 범위는 6.2dB 이상으로 설계되어야 함을 확인하였다.

국내산 닭고기의 유통규격별 이화학적 조성의 변화 (Changes of Physicochemical Compositions in Domestic Broiler Chickens of Different Marketing Standard)

  • 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 유통되고 있는 닭고기를 중량규격인 5호∼16호로 분류하여 수분, 지방, 단백질 및 회분의 일반성분과 전단력, 보수력, 지방, 단백질 및 회분의 일반성분과 전단력, 보수력, 가열감량 및 육색 그리고 무기물 힘량을 분석하였다. 가슴살에 대한 수분의 함량은 중량이 비교적 큰 11∼16호의 평균이 74.87%인 반면 중량이 작은 5호∼10호의 75.50%중량이 증가할수록 약간 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 조지방 함량은 5호부터 8호가 2.78∼2.35%을 나타내었으나 12∼16호에서는 0.47∼0.66%로 낮은 지방 함량을 보였다. 그러나 조단백질의 함량은 중량이 적을수록 감소하였으나 중량이 증가할수록 높았다. 보수력과 가열감량은 중량에 따라 일정한 경향을 보이지 않았으나 전단력의 경우 중량이 적을수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 무기물 중 칼슘은 중량규격이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 보인 반면 인은 반대의 경향을 보였다. K와 Mg는 중량규격이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 보였으나, 철은 중량이 낮은 6호의 경우 6.16 ppm인 반면 15호는 3.50 ppm으로 중량이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 육색은 명도를 나타내는 L*값은 5호가 71.33으로 가장 높게 나타난 것을 제외하고 나머지에서는 중량규격별 큰 차이를 나타나지 않았다. 황색도를 나타내는 b*값은 가슴살에서 6.79∼1.73의 분포를 나타냈으며 중량이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 다리살도 중량규격별 11호부터 16호까지 수분, 지방, 단백질 및 회분의 일반성분과 전단력, 보수력, 가열감량 및 육색 그리고 무기물 함량을 분석하였는데 가슴살과 같은 중량범위에서는 부위(가슴살, 다리살)에 따른 차이는 있었으나, 중량규격(11호∼16호)에 따른 증감율은 서로 비슷한 경향을 나타내었다.

  • This paper is focused on the desirable improvement schemes of the local network of information and telecommunication network. In this study, we examined whether polices of information and telecommunication of government have been carried out a desirable programme to meet the public interest, found out several problems in the these policies. Such problems as follows : (1) a system of local information & telecommunication is developing by a Model of Top-Down. In the present management system, an interest of the public of local society about the local telecommunication network is a much lower level, (2) there is no general controlling roll of the local information & telecommunication, (3) there is no service controlling system of local telecommuni-cation, and (4) there is no organic coordinating system of inter-departments in the central government level. In order to resolve these problems, this study suggests a few desirable sxhemes for the local telecommunication : (1) an establishment of middle-long range planning for the integrated future network of info-telecommunication, (2) an organizing of telecommunication network being suitable for the local characteristics toward B-ISDN.

  • Style have been changing by the situations and the background of contemporary politics, society and economics, and which influence significantly to create new forms. Since the style of ART DECOC 1929s -1930s) has been studied with main reference to its cause and motivation, it is known that the style of ART DECO is one that has given $$\mu$h potential and chance to the development of interior design.In the study, it was focussed on to study on interior design, architecture, funiture, etc. in America where ART DECO had been once successful in his career. The following are the contents of the study implying the establishment of directions concerning styles in accordance with the transitional process of the era, etc.; i.e., the purpose of the study, the range + period of the study, contemporary backgrounds, elements of ART DECO' style, ART DECO in AmericaCthe background of ART DECO s subject, etc.).The writer of this study, while referring to the study and groping for any help to finding a brilliant concept of design and the merit of the trend of a contemporary era, hope to contribute more my own interior design.

수영장 관리 (Management of Swimming Pool)

  • Management of Swimming pool is focused on Swimming pool samitation in relation with chlorination of swimming water and potable water, disposal of waste and excrement within the boundry of swimming pool that may be summerised as follows: 1. Chlorination of Swimming Water Residual chlorine must be kept within the range of $0.4\~0.6 mg/l$ and in case of chloramine should be $0.7\~1.0mg/l$ while swimming pool is in operation 2. Chlorination of potable Water Residual chlorine must be kept within the rangs of $0.2\~04 mg/l$ at all time 3. Disposal of litters must be kept in the water tight waste bin with fitted lid, and waste should not be overflow -out of the bin. When waste in landfilled, the sufficient amount of cover material should be used daily. 4. Disposal of excrement Toilet must be water-flush type. However, The establishment of pit latrine is unavoidable the excrement must be covered with lime or dirt so that excrement should not be exposed to air.
