패션 기업의 환경특성 및 조직특성이 지속적인 인터넷 비즈니스 수용의도 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Environmental and Organizational Characteristics of the Fashion Companies on Continuous Acceptance Intention and Performance of the Internet Business)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether environmental and organizational characteristics have an effect on continuous acceptance intention and performance of the internet business in fashion companies. A survey was conducted from January 15 to February 15 in 2009, among members of fashion companies carrying out internet business. The data was collected with 288 subjects, the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows; First, environment characteristics(internal pressure, external pressure) and organizational characteristics(chief executive officer, capacity of the organization and future directivity) of the fashion companies had an effect on continuous acceptance intention of the internet business. Second, environment characteristics and organizational characteristics of the fashion companies had an partially effect on performance of the internet business. Third, elevation of the business, customer relationship improvement and raise the market reactivity in performance factors of the fashion companies had an effect on continuous acceptance intention of the internet business.

도시내 용도지역의 토지피복형태가 열섬현상에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Land Cover and Zoning on the Urban Heat Island in Cheongju)

  • The present study observed temperature in order to identify factors affecting temperature by zoning and to measure the intensity of their impact on temperature. The empirical results of analyzing observed data are as follows. In order to make up for multicollinearity, a problem in multiple regression analysis, and to give more specific explanations, this study conducted factor analysis and obtained desirable data with adequacy and statistical significance. In the correlation matrix, factors decreasing temperature were planted areas, water surfaces and grasslands, and those increasing temperature were bare grounds, paved areas, and building area. According to land cover patterns, commercial areas had the highest temperature lowering effect. Through the rotated component matrix, we found that factors are grouped into those decreasing temperature, those increasing temperature, and those with low significance in increasing or decreasing temperature. In order to solve the problem of multicollinearity in multiple regression analysis, we performed factor analysis between the land use patterns and temperature and confirmed the usability of factor analysis as a new analysis method in urban heat island.

다변량 통계기법을 이용한 미호천 본류 수질특성 평가 (Assessment of Water Quality in the Miho Stream Using Multivariate Statistics)

  • 본 연구는 금강 수계 주요 지류인 미호천수계를 대상으로 수계의 공간적 특성을 조사하고, 수질분석과 통계분석을 이용하여 수질에 영향을 주는 주요인을 파악하였다. 조사 대상은 미호천 수계의 본류에서 수질측정망을 운영 중인 7개 지점으로 선정하였고, 2012년부터 2017년까지 6년간 측정망 수온 등 16개 항목, 기상자료 등을 사용하여 다변량 통계분석을 실시하였다. 수질 분석 결과, 유기물질 지표인 BOD와 COD의 6년간 평균 농도는 환경부 수질 및 수생태계 생활환경기준(하천)과 비교하여 III등급(보통)으로 나타났다. 지점별 비교 결과 질소계열과 인계열의 농도는 상류 지점에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이후 감소하는 경향을 보이다 수리적, 지형적 영향으로 다시 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 공간 및 수질 특성을 고려한 계층적 군집분석 결과, 총 3개의 군집으로 평가되었으며, 수계에 유입되는 오염원의 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 각 군집과 본류 전체를 대상으로 실시한 주성분 및 요인분석 결과, 각각 3~4개의 주성분이 추출되었다. 요인분석 결과 제1요인은 본류와 Cluster1,3에서 질소계열 요인과 계절적 요인, Cluster2에서 질소계열 요인과 수온으로 나타나 미호천 수계의 수질에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 질소계열의 농도인 것으로 나타났다.

  • The environmental elements which naturally occur can result in structural damages and operating faults of vessels under the navigation and mooring. These primary factors are considered as wind, waves and tide. In order to investigate wind shielding effects with respect to wind load conditions between two ships which face the wind directly or slantingly to the wind direction, this numerical simulation was preferred in terms of the variation of wind loads according to different distances, wind velocities and wind directions between two ships. The results were proved to be quite reasonable, comparing with experimental data from Danish Maritime Institute, and the report, "Environmental Conditions And Environmental Loads" published by Det Norske Veritas.

청소년기 군인자녀의 환경적 특성이 인생태도와 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Environmental Factors on the Life-Positioning and the Self-Concept of Adolescents from Military Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the environmental factors on the life-positioning and the self-concept of adolescents from the military families. Subjects were 75 male and 92 female students from Y-middle school in Kye-Ryong city. The results of this study were as follows: First, the life-positioning was influenced by the scholastic achievement of an adolescent and father's rank. Second, the self-concept was influenced by the gender, the order of birth, the scholastic achievement of an adolescent and parent's age, social economic status, and father's rank. Finally, the self-concept of an adolescent was influenced by one's life-positioning.

Analysis of RC beams subjected to shock loading using a modified fibre element formulation

  • In this paper an improved one-dimensional frame element for modelling of reinforced concrete beams and columns subjected to impact is presented. The model is developed in the framework of a flexibility fibre element formulation that ignores the shear effect at material level. However, a simple shear cap is introduced at section level to take account of possible shear failure. The effect of strain rate at the fibre level is taken into account by using the dynamic increase factor (DIF) concept for steel and concrete. The capability of the formulation for estimating the element response history is demonstrated by some numerical examples and it is shown that the developed 1D element has the potential to be used for dynamic analysis of large framed structures subjected to impact of air blast and rigid objects.

  • Characteristics of joint orientation, length, spacing and their distribution are very important factors for slope stability, Especially, the effect of joint spacing is an essential factor of slope stability. This study is to analyze the effect of joint spacing in cases of sliding and toppling, which is a typical failure mode. Joint spacing can divided into vertical spacing(spacing) and horizontal spacing(gap). And then, the spacing/length ratio of joint directly affect rock slope failure. When the ratio is below 0.05, the possibility of failure is rapidly increased. In case of toppling, the possibility of failure depends on the ratio of spacing to height of slope ratio slope. As the ratio decreases, the possibility of toppling failure increased. The critical ratio of spacing to height of slope is determined by the dip angle of the slope and the orientation of joint sets.

  • Recent studies showed that air pollution is a risk factor for hospitalization for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). However, there is limited evidence to suggest which subpopulations are at higher risk from air pollution. This study was undertaken to examine the modifying effect of specific secondary diagnosis (including hypertension, diabetes, pneumonia, congestive heart failure) on the relationship between hospital admissions for COPD and ambient air pollutants concentrations. Hospital admissions for COPD and ambient air pollution data for Taipei were obtained for the period from 1999-2009. The relative risk of hospital admissions for COPD was estimated using a case-crossover approach. None of the secondary diagnosis we examined showed much evidence of effect modification.

버스정류장 쉘터 형태의 시각적 선호요인 분석 (Visual Preference Factor Analysis for the form of bus stop shelter)

  • 본 연구는 이용자 중심의 버스정류장 쉘터를 계획, 설계함에 있어서 필요한 시각적 선호요인을 파악하기 위하여 “주변 환경이 일정할 때 쉘터는 어떠한 요인에 의해 선호되어지는가?”에 대한 연구의문에서 출발하여 버스정류장 쉘터 형태에 영향을 미치는 선호요인을 구명하였다. 본 연구는 등간척도의 점수부가체계를 적용하여 이용자에 의한 쉘터 형태의 시각적 선호를 평가한 후 시각적 선호와 이에 영향을 미치는 선호요인들과의 관계를 다중회귀분석방법으로 검정하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통하여 버스정류장 쉘터 형태의 시각적 평가에 의한 요인분석 결과는 이용자 중심으로 한 버스정류장 쉘터 디자인에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구 결과는 버스정류장 쉘터의 계획 및 설치에 필요한 지식을 제공해 주고 이용자의 만족을 극대화할 수 있는 쉘터 디자인과 버스정류장 조성에 기여할 것이다. 또한 버스정류장 시설물 관리에 있어서 이용자 중심의 쉘터 관리를 전략적으로 마련하는데 유용한 지침을 제공할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 일상생활에서 대중교통 이용자의 시각적 평가에 의한 선호요인 분석은 버스정류장 계획에 요체가 될 것으로 판단된다.

병원 근로자의 직무스트레스 현황과 요인분석 (The Effect of Hospital Environment on Employee레s Job Stress)

  • This study aims to explore the importance of job stress for hospital employees and psychosocial risk factors of their job stress. 1,890 survey questionnaires collected from 14 hospitals are used for the analysis. The study results shows that stress is the most important risk factor perceived by hospital workers. Also stress-related symptoms and diseases are perceived to occur most frequently among hospital employees. The multiple logistic regression analysis shows age, working hours, shiftwork, job demand, decision-latitude and social support from supervisor and colleagues affect stress level of hospital employees.
