This paper discusses entrepreneurship as a mean to overcome problems that arise from economic growth with no job growth and with aging population. In particular, this paper focuses on senior (elderly) entrepreneurship based on technology. It examines and defines restraints of various public and private sponsor programs for senior entrepreneurship. In comparison, Bridge Program of Finland was studied and its success factors are presented. Some of these success factors are enterprise-driven program operation, diverse education program focused on successful senior entrepreneurship, providing networking opportunities among entrepreneurs, and increased awareness in social responsibility of private enterprises. This paper suggests CBI (Corporate Business Incubator) in order to promote senior entrepreneurship. This study is expected to foster economic growth and job creation through utilizing increased elderly population in today's aging demographics. In addition, this study will be able to identify direction for government's role in boosting senior entrepreneurship.

In this study, entrepreneurship opportunities, get in anywhere, in any situation, whether in respect to entrepreneurship through empirical research is to analyze. The mission of the university is to grow young people who will be responsible for the next generation nation to mature society. In particular, the role of universities in the 4th Industrial Revolution era is to foster creative talents. Therefore, innovative changes are required for existing infusion education and employment-oriented college education contents and teaching methodology. In the high youth unemployment rate, entrepreneurship education is spreading to universities to innovate existing organizations and create new jobs. Until now, however, the effects of university entrepreneurship education have been studied mainly in the field of start-up. Therefore, it is very difficult to study various effects on entrepreneurship education. In this study, empirical analysis of the effect of entrepreneurship training on career preparation behaviors of university students who are about to enter the society is verified. The sample of this study was surveyed from August, 2016, and the questionnaire was applied to 393 university students who selected 5 universities and entrepreneurship education. As a result of the analysis, the ability of communicative communication and creative problem solving cultivated through entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, Entrepreneurship and self - efficacy had a positive (+) positive effect on career preparation behavior. However, cooperative communication ability, creative problem solving ability, and effective work behavior ability by entrepreneurship education were not directly related to career preparation behavior. On the other hand, in verifying the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, it proved that mediating role of positive communication between collaborative communication ability, creative problem solving ability and career preparation behavior. The implications of this study are as follows This study examines the effects of university entrepreneurship education on career preparedness behaviors.In other words, the university proved the direct effect and the mediating effect that affects positively (+) effect on career preparation behaviors by encouraging entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, rather than quantitative extension based on competency. Also, the implication of the parameters (entrepreneurship, self - efficacy) as a key variable for the effect and performance of career preparation behavior was derived.It also suggests that it is necessary to improve the creativity ability of entrepreneurship education so that it can have a direct and meaningful influence on career preparation behavior. First of all, it is urgent to develop a qualitative evaluation index for entrepreneurship education in order to measure these effects. Therefore, further study is required to verify the various implications for future entrepreneurship education, as well as the implications that entrepreneurship education is indispensable for the preparation of university students' careers.

This study analyzes the current state of entrepreneurship education and start-up foundations by country in order to find ways to improve the domestic entrepreneurial environment and to promote the recognition of desirable entrepreneurship practices. It also investigates the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial will, and the level of opportunity-based entrepreneurships, by using data from the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Trend Report (GETR). First, the results show the urgent need for the expansion of entrepreneurship education in Korea. In the GETR category of 'experience of entrepreneurship education in elementary, middle and high schools', Korea was ranked very low (19th place), among the 20 countries. In the 'college' and 'lifelong entrepreneurship education' categories, it procured a mid-level ranking (15th). While entrepreneurship education for all ages is being promoted globally, entrepreneurship education for middle-aged individuals in Korea is relatively weak. This implies that the expansion of entrepreneurship education to lifelong education and education for employees and retirees is required. Second, the individual's entrepreneurial intention in Korea was 3.8 points, implying a mid-level ranking (15th), and it ranked the lowest in terms of opportunity-based entrepreneurship (20th). In comparison to China (4.55) and the United States (4.01), the entrepreneurial intention of Koreans was found to be low. The level of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship was also found to be very low, compared to China (4.35), Japan (4.04) and the United States (4.59). In general, the proportion of the level in opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, increases from the factor-driven and efficiency-driven, to the innovation-driven type. In Korea, the percentage of entrepreneurial ventures centered around involuntary entrepreneurship and small businesses is high. It is also interpreted that opportunity-based entrepreneurships are low in number because of this high proportion of involuntary start-up and small businesses. Last, the entrepreneurial intention in all types (factor-driven, efficiency-driven, and innovation-driven) was exceptionally high. It has been confirmed that exposure to all entrepreneurship education (elementary, junior high, university, and lifelong education) in innovation-driven countries, greatly increases entrepreneurial intention. In the case of Korea, which is an innovation-driven country, qualitative improvement based on quantitative expansion of entrepreneurship education is expected to be a major driving force for individuals' entrepreneurial intention to obtain a mid-level ranking (15th).
In spite of the interest related to the entrepreneurship, the problems related to the creation of companies by the public civils servant still remain unanswered and not unanimously identified. In fact, a central question arises in this respect: "which are the factors which encourage the public civils servant to launch out in the creation of their own company?" or "how can one explain the entrepreneurial intention of the public civils servant?". For this end, and after having reviewed the principal subjacent factors of the entrepreneurial intention as well as the central assumptions of our research task, we will devote the second part to the empirical validation of the explanatory factors of the entrepreneurial intention in the specific case of the Indian public civils servant while proposing some recommendations on the matter.
This paper reviewed the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship(innovativeness, risktaking, proactiveness) and managerial innovation(organization innovation, human resource innovation), and the moderating effect of shared vision. The data to verify proposed hypothesis consist of the responses from 243 employees in Kyeong-Gi and Kang-Won province. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that innovativeness and proactiveness are related positively with organization innovation and human resource innovation, but risktaking is not related with innovation. Although risktaking has not effect on human resource innovation, it is appeared that it will be positively related with human resource innovation while shared vision is high.
Purpose South Korea and China have a long and deep relationship from ancient times to the present. There are many exchanges between economic and educational or other aspects. It will be interesting to compare the perceptions of preliminary entrepreneurs in South Korea and China. Design/methodology/approach This study attempts to analyze the intentions of Korean and Chinese entrepreneurs, and to find the differences between Korean and Chinese entrepreneurs. The research model of this study is composed of internal and external affecting variables, and one dependent variable as the intention of entrepreneurs. A structured questionnaire was distributed to college students and graduate students in South Korea and in China. Data have been analyzed using a Lisrel 8.80 software. Findings The results of this study indicate that all variables except for successful role model have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions. The nationality partially mediates the causal relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Some discussion and implications are suggested.

While the body of cases on startup has grown substantially, there has been a lack of a one-stop gateway of entrepreneurship. The study attempts to build a subject gateway for startup information services based on case studies, users' needs analysis, and literature reviews. The results show that users have difficulty in selecting useful information since the excess of information and the search for the desired information as it is scattered across a wide range of sources. The study designed a subject gateway by a navigation system that enables flexible browsing within the entire gateway through the ontology modeling. The study also presented an example of startup records to display how startup information can be explored. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of the current status related to business startup services. The business startup digital gateways based on empirical data analysis will contribute to extending library service for startup.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of university students' entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial spirit on their entrepreneurial intentions. The results of the study are as follows. As for the correlation among entrepreneurial environmental factors affecting entrepreneurial intentions of college students, it was confirmed that educational environment, legal system and government support, and social values had static correlation coefficient values. It was predicted that the six detailed hypotheses would be valid and would have an impact, but unexpected results were also derived. First, the hypothesis that the entrepreneurial environment of college students will affect entrepreneurial intention was partially accepted. Employment environment and education environment were dismissed, legal system and government support. It was confirmed that social values had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, the hypothesis that entrepreneurship of college students will affect entrepreneurship intention was also partially accepted. Risk sensitivity was rejected, and innovation and initiative were confirmed to have a positive (+) effect.

This research is brought to suggest the policy paradigm shift alternative and to show breakthrough by diagnosing the cons of government's current youth entrepreneurship promotion emphasizing a showup performance. More specific points, first, this paper investigate the policy limitations of government's current youth entrepreneurship promotion. Second, this paper develop upgrade model of youth entrepreneurship promotion through benchmarking the foreign successful cases. Third, this paper suggest, the alternative of taking off ver 1.0 of government's current youth entrepreneurship promotion policy paradigm, new paradigm of government policy emphasizing 'Good Quality Youth Startup.' In this research, youth entrepreneurship promotion policy should be emphasized that the implementation of the "open" system. Open systems can collaborate in the young founder of the market building, matching based entrepreneurship run in conjunction with enough experience and the founder of the startup entirely after reviewing the market, or starting to reconsider, and also will open the path be employed in the leading venture firms participating in the group market. Therefore, entrepreneurship promotion policy raising the capabilities of the current situation of young people in the business after graduating from a wide selection of alternative plan that is characterized by a large system.
