Digital technology has become a new economic and social force, reshaping traditional business models, strategies, structures, and processes. This is a challenge for human capital to develop continuously in this dynamic era; one of the solutions is digital entrepreneurship. Digital entrepreneurship focuses on creating new ventures and transforming existing businesses by developing novel digital technologies or novel usage. Further, digital technology has also enabled the growth of the sharing economy, linking owners and users, and disrupting the previous dualism of businesses and customers. This paper provides a novel contribution regarding the emerging concept of Digital Entrepreneurship. Based on a qualitative literature review and interview with university staff, lecturers, and students in four large public and private universities in West Java and DIY Province, an interpretative framework for Digital Entrepreneurship has been proposed, which comprises of the following components: motivation (the rationale for the adoption of digital technology for academic entrepreneurship), stakeholders (the stakeholders involved through digital technology to achieve the academic entrepreneurship goal), process (the processes of academic entrepreneurship supported by digital technologies), and business form (the emerging forms of digital academic entrepreneurship). This research also shows several alternative government policies to improve digital entrepreneurship in the academic environment.
This study aims to diagnose research trends and to deduct implications from meta analysis of entrepreneurship studies in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business (APJSB), one of the most well-known academic journals in management and entrepreneurship field in Korea. Frequency and crossover analysis are executed in multi-dimensions by time period, topic, author, research level, data, and methodology by complete enumeration of every published paper for 40 years in APJSB which included core terms of entrepreneurship in its title, abstract, or keywords. From objective and quantitative schematization of research trends and characteristics of entrepreneurship studies, novel improvement plans which are highly applicable in research fields are suggested such as diversification of studies from ecosystem perspective, identification of authors, and standardized system of extended abstract of research papers. Implications and suggestions derived from the results propose future research directions and tasks when entrepreneurship studies have been rapidly increased. Furthermore, the innovation plans of management system of journals and papers are expected to contribute promotion of entire studies by significantly reducing trial and error, and inefficiency in research process.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship and management with respect to research and education. There has been scholars who argue entrepreneurship is, and should be, different from management. Most famous example is Shane, who strongly advocate the distinct domain of entrepreneurship clearly distinguishable from (strategic) management. In spite of the argument, it is true that in most universities, entrepreneurship research and education are encompassed as part of a business school. In Korea, however, where entrepreneurship education has been supported and in part led by government, the situation is different. In this paper, we examine such phenomena and then investigate the related papers published in Korea since 2000. We categorized the papers according to the research context, theory and methodology adopted, and variables used for empirical study. The result illustrate that there exist a substantial number of entrepreneurship papers, distinguishable from management papers, focusing the narrow topic of 'entrepreneurial intention'. However, the other papers with titles or keyword of entrepreneurship are on the borderline of entrepreneurship and management. Futhermore, in-depth research on the entrepreneurial process which is often argued as unique topic of entrepreneurial research is very rare. Therefore, the quantity and quality of future study on the entrepreneurial process will be the touchstone to judge whether or not the entrepreneurship and management are differentiated.

This study examines the determinant factors affecting young people in preparing entrepreneurship in Indonesia. This study involved several variables, including the need for achievement, risk perception, locus of control, entrepreneurial attitude to predict entrepreneurial intention, and preparation for entrepreneurship among young people. The approach utilized in this study was a quantitative research design using a survey model. The participants of this study were recruited from young people in East Java, Indonesia. Structural equation modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was implemented to test the hypotheses and the relationships between variables. The findings of this research showed that the attitudes toward entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention of young people in Indonesia are determined by several variables such as the need for achievement, risk perception, and locus of control. The correlation between variables showed one positive direction in which all independent variables can influence dependent variables. Additionally, the result of this study confirms a robust relationship between the attitude toward entrepreneurship and preparing for entrepreneurship among young people. Lastly, this study showed a positive correlation between entrepreneurial intention and preparation for entrepreneurship. This study suggests that government institutions and universities need to be concerned about entrepreneurial programs to promote young entrepreneurs.
The purpose of this study is first to analyze the effects of university students' autonomous motivations to start a business on their attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, second to analyze the effect of university students' attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurship intentions, and third to analyze the moderating effect of entrepreneurship education for university students on entrepreneurship intention. Based on the previous research, a research model and a research hypothesis were established. 251 questionnaire responses were collected through a survey of university students in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and empirical analysis was performed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 23. As a result of the analysis, first, the autonomous motivation was found to have a positive effect on attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. In addition, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control all showed a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship education for university students was found to control the effect of subjective norms on entrepreneurship intention and the effect of perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurship intention in the positive direction. The results of this study can contribute to the establishment of more effective educational policies and startup support program planning that can increase the entrepreneurial intention of university students.

This study conducted a meta-analysis on the effects of innovation, risk-taking, and enterprising on entrepreneurship. From 2013 to 2020, 392 papers, which were judged as quantitative research from doctoral and master thesis, and academic journals published in Korea were selected as research subjects. 28 duplicates of thesis and thesis are excluded. A total of 52 papers were finally selected, excluding 312 papers that were insufficient to be used as research data because there were no statistical values such as correlation coefficients. For the 52 selected papers, the homogeneity of the variables was first verified. As a result of the homogeneity test, the innovativeness, risk-taking, initiative, and entrepreneurship education all showed great effects on heterogeneity, and the average effect size was analyzed by random effect model. The average effect size analyzed was 0.38 ~ 0.49, and all four variables showed moderate average effect size. As a result of analyzing the average effect size by forest plot, all showed proper results. From the results of funnel plot analysis of entrepreneurship education, published errors were confirmed asymmetric. Research data on entrepreneurship education shows that it cannot represent the whole. It is a structural equation model with entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention as a parameter. Iinnovation and risk-taking have an impact on entrepreneurship by taking entrepreneurship education as a parameter. Initiative had an effect on the entrepreneurial intention a business, regardless of entrepreneurship education. In a number of studies, university entrepreneurship education has had an impact on the entrepreneurial intention. It should be changed to entrepreneurship education that combines theory and practice. Entrepreneurship education should be transformed into continuous and field-oriented education.
The 4th Industrial Revolution is rapidly changing the business environment and enterprises are required to accelerate various innovative activities for sustainable competitiveness. Recently corporate entrepreneurship is widely spread to organization for establishing innovative corporate culture and stimulating corporate ventures. However, many enterprises are not successful and productive due to lack of readiness of corporate entrepreneruship. Therefore, finding the factors influencing corporate entreprensurship, innovative activities and business performance is a very important research issues. A research model and hypothesis are developed by through literature review to analyze positive effects of corporate entrepreneurship to corporate performance and influential effects of factors such as innovation-based efforts at the organizational level, vision and organizational strategies and innovative operating system to corporate entrepreneurship and business performance. The result of Entrepreneurship Survey with Corporates conducted by Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation in 2017 is used for the research sample. Hypothesis test used 1,326 samples and the structural equation modeling is applied. The results show that corporate entrepreneurship improves innovative idea activity performance and business performance. And, establishing innovative vision and strategies and innovative organizational culture enhances corporate entrepreneurship. In addition, it was confirmed that the innovative operational system has a moderating effect that strengthens the positive influence relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and innovative idea performance. The results of this study have implications for previous research on corporate entrepreneurship in Korea by presenting the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and business performance and the multilateral relationships between innovative organizational structure and corporate entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the trends of the start-up research in Korea. To accomplish this, meta-analysis was carried out using text mining methodology by dividing the entrepreneur-related master's and doctoral theses registered in RISS into the first term of entrepreneurship research by 2009 and the second term of entrepreneurship research from 2010. As a result of this study, it can be seen from the three different analysis that the entrepreneurship education and government policy and support are the subject of continuous research topics in the whole period and that the researches on small business start-ups have been studied continuously and conducted more in the second half. In addition, empirical analysis is strengthened in the latter stage of entrepreneurial research. The TF-IDF analysis reveals that many researches on veterans have been carried out in the field of entrepreneurship research, and in the latter period, it was found that many studies related to the elderly were conducted with cultural contents and aging society. In addition, research on brand-related research has been carried out throughout the entire period, and research on venture-related research, characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship motivation and start-up strategy have been conducted a lot and female entrepreneurship was also studied. In the latter period, we have emphasized entrepreneurial achievements and found that research on start-ups such as industry-academia cooperation, start-up investment, and social enterprise diversified. This study is meaningful to apply the method which is becoming a recent issue such as text mining and topic analysis to the meta-analysis related to start-up. Future research will need to be undertaken on a variety of more detailed topics related to entrepreneurship.

The first step to conducting a conceptual content analysis is to choose the level of analysis, specifically words, phrases, word sense and the second step is the relational content analysis by choosing the concept to be examined, only that the analysis entails examining the relationships between concepts Result - According to the investigation of numerous previous literature review, the current authors found out total six solutions and the application of suggested solutions indicated that the use of innovative models, startup organizations can gain a competitive edge against dominant competitors in their industry of operations, Conclusion - Finally, the conclusion of this research indicates through the use of innovative solution models, startup organizations can gain a competitive edge against dominant competitors in their industry of operations and startup companies may range from an increase in reputation to growth in profitability and entrepreneurs' satisfaction.
