This study derived the success factors of youth enterprises by applying the Delphi Method to start-up experts. Through this, it aims to improve understanding of youth enterprises in entrepreneurship education and start-up support projects and contribute to the development of education and support programs suitable for youth enterprises. Also The purpose of this study is to help youth entrepreneurs solve their curiosity about the success factors of youth enterprises, identify the factors that youth entrepreneurs should first secure or perform among the factors they need to consider during start-ups, and use limited resources efficiently and effectively to succeed. In this study, the Delphi Survey was conducted twice in total. The first Delphi Survey utilized the Modified Delphi Method using structured closed-ended questions, and a pilot test was conducted on youth entrepreneurs and start-up experts to compensate for the problem of the Modified Delphi Method. In the first Delphi Survey, IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and Microsoft Office Excel 2016 were used to calculate the mean, standard deviation, median, interquartile range, and content validity ratio. In the Delphi 2nd survey, the same statistical values in the 1st survey and additionally cronbach's alpha were calculated. As a result of the Delphi Survey, four factors, such as the entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial preparation, entrepreneurial strategy, and entrepreneurial environment, and 22 sub-factors were derived as success factors for youth enterprises.

The purpose of this study was to develop a female entrepreneurial competency model. For the purpose, two Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted with seven outstanding female entrepreneurs, and three expert reviews were conducted. In addition, in order to verify the validity of the provisional female entrepreneur competency model derived from the FGI and competency modeling expert review, the female entrepreneur competency model was finally confirmed through a survey of 442 female entrepreneurs. The results were as follows. First, a female entrepreneur competency model consisting of 6 competency groups and 25 competencies of entrepreneurship, emotion, business management, relationship management, strategic management, and multitasking, and 75 behavioral indicators describing each competency was developed. Second, sensibility and multitasking are competencies that reflect the characteristics of female entrepreneurs. In particular, 'social sense', which is the ability to be considerate of others in the emotional competency group and the ability to respond well to subtle nuances, and the multitasking competency group's unique strengths are women's ability to perform various tasks at the same time. The 'work-family control ability' of a female entrepreneur who maintains a balance between 'multi-tasking' and work and family is a representative competency of only female entrepreneurs. Third, the developed female entrepreneurship competency model is meaningful in that it not only increases female entrepreneurial competency so that prospective female entrepreneurs can successfully run a business through entrepreneurship education, but it also makes it easy for existing female entrepreneurs to reflect and improve their competencies. If we provide appropriate training programs to female entrepreneurs based on their competency, it will be possible to effectively enhance the entrepreneurial competency, which is the key to strengthening the competitiveness of female entrepreneurs. The female entrepreneur competency model developed through this study can provide a basis for future research on competency diagnosis and education needs analysis.

Entrepreneurial hope plays an important role in entrepreneurship, but theoretical and practical understanding of what it is and what it does is lacking. This study examined the effects of entrepreneurs' hope on their emotional exhaustion and psychological well-being. Psychological well-being was classified into three dimensions: self-acceptance, personal growth, and positive relationships. Data were collected from 156 CEOs of entrepreneurial firms. Results of this study indicated that entrepreneurs' hope was negatively related to emotional exhaustion, but positively related to self-acceptance, personal growth, and positive relationships. Results also indicated that emotional exhaustion was negatively related to self-acceptance, personal growth, and positive relationships. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the results were discussed.
Purpose - Corporate activities for enhancing and improving corporate performance can largely be divided into exploration and exploitation. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of implementing organizational ambidexterity in SMEs, including distribution firms, by reviewing the extant literature and deriving the basis on which this strategy affects the managerial performance. Research, design, and methodology - The study uses a systematic review methodology, which employs a structured process to discern trends and meaningful themes across a wide body of literature on specific subjects and research questions. This qualitative study examined the influence of ambidextrous strategies of SMEs on firm performance, and the results were synthesized from the literature. Results - Organizational ambidexterity in SMEs is related to the firm's managerial performance. However, it is crucial to know that there are many ways to generate an ambidextrous organization, and decisions about what method to choose should be based on the environmental aspects of the enterprise. Conclusions - The following aspects should be considered for execution; : making practical decisions based on accurate information about the resources the firm has, considering the organizational level of human resources for implementing organizational ambidexterity, and sharing specific performance goals.

The study examines the influence of the five pillars of inclusive financing on the empowerment of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and the influence of institutional conditions on the empowerment of MSMEs. This study uses primary and secondary data. The population of the study are MSMEs; the is a total of 930,620 MSMEs in Jakarta. Owners of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises is a good population to be measured because they are the main actors that know exactly the challenges and the obstacles in doing business addressing problems faced in inclusive financing, which is related to the purpose of the study. The research borrows from finance and entrepreneurial theories for model design. The results of the study show that all the variables are significant and positive in the efforts to finance MSMEs in Indonesia, which means that financial education plays an important role in the sustainability of financial inclusion. The financial theory, developed to explain financing at the company level, needs to be adapted to the entrepreneurial situation, so that it can explain the behavior of small businesses. This means that, with correct financial knowledge, financial inclusion plays an important role in the sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the simulated effects of the Philippine tax reform, which is called Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law, on household income and occupational choice. The study utilized the Family Income Expenditure Survey and tax collection as input to Computable General Equilibrium-Top Down Behavioral Microsimulation approach to determine the effect of Philippine tax reform on household income and occupational choice. The results of the study show that the household income in the Philippines will increase due to the implementation of the Philippine tax reform. Also, the study had found that tax reform results drive the household to shift from being farming entrepreneur to salaried workers since the utility derived from being workers is much higher compared to the utility derived from being entrepreneur. The findings of this research suggest that the Philippine Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law is beneficial to the household since their income would increase, which will further result to an increase in their capability to buy goods and services. However, the tax reform would also lead to imbalance between the distribution of numbers of workers across sectors such as entrepreneurial farming, entrepreneurial non-farming, and wage sector.
Purpose: As the public interest in entrepreneurship has been highlighted and entrepreneurship policies have been generated, this study is to construct Entrepreneurship Ecosystem (EE) models which have a significant relationship to national entrepreneurship with quantitative analysis. It aims to provide implications to EE policymakers that which national components are effective in cultivating innovative entrepreneurship and validate its EE quality based on quantitative performance goals. Methods: This study utilizes secondary data, categorized under the PESTLE factor from credible international organizations (WB, UNDP, GEM, GEDI, and OECD) to determine significant factors in the quality of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This paper uses the Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) analysis to select the significant variables contributing to entrepreneurship performance. Using the AUC-ROC performance evaluation method for machine learning MLR results, this paper evaluates the performance of EE models so that it can allow approving EE quality by predicting potential performance. Results: Among nine hypothesis models, MLR analysis examines that the number of the Unicorn company, Unicorn companies' economic value, and entrepreneurship measured as GEI can be reasonable dependent variables to indicate the performance derived from EE quality. Rather than government policies and regulations, the social, finance, technology, and economic variables are significant factors of EE quality determining its performance. By having high Area Under Curve values under AUC-ROC analysis, accepted MLR models are regarded as having high prediction accuracy. Conclusion: Superior EE contributes to the outstanding Unicorn companies, and improvement in macro-environmental components can enhance EE quality.
Purpose: As Thailand endeavors to solidify its position in the global supply chain, unraveling the determinants of innovation and performance becomes imperative for sustained competitiveness. This research delves into the multifaceted landscape of logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand, aiming to identify and understand the key factors that significantly influence innovation and organizational performance in this dynamic sector. Research design, data, and methodology: A questionnaire is developed to survey to 400 employees who have at least one-year experience in selected ten logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. The sampling techniques involved judgmental, convenience and snowball sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were employed to assess and validate the model's adequacy and to conduct hypothesis testing. Results: The findings reveal that ICT use significantly influenced entrepreneurial orientation and innovation but has no significant influence on organizational performance. Additionally, innovation was significantly influenced by collective entrepreneurship but not by entrepreneurial orientation. Finally, innovation significantly influenced organizational performance. Conclusions: The study concludes with actionable insights for logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. This research serves as a valuable resource for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to advance the understanding of organizational dynamics in this critical industry.
Purpose: This study investigates the factors influencing medical school faculty's entrepreneurial decisions and prioritizes these factors. Methodology: The study examines the determinants of entrepreneurial decisions among medical school faculty by reviewing prior studies. These determinants were categorized into four perspectives: resource-based, industrial organization, entrepreneur characteristics, and other. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the study analyzed the relative priorities of 27 specific indicators. Surveys were conducted with medical school faculty with startup experience, professors with relevant expertise, and organizational leaders involved in entrepreneurship. A total of 33 responses were validated for consistency, and an empirical analysis identified the priority of factors influencing medical school faculty startups. Findings: The findings reveal that 'entrepreneur characteristics' and 'institutional and organizational support' are the highest priority factors for medical school faculty. Key resource-based factors include the 'leave of absence' or 'concurrent employment policy,' availability of 'professional human resources,' and 'organizational support' specializing in startups. An integrated analysis shows that while intellectual resources such as research publications, patents, and physical space are necessary, the highest priority is given to leave policies, professional human resources, and organizational support. Practical Implication: Medical school faculty are recognized as key innovation agents in the bio-health industry. The results provide crucial insights for policymakers and stakeholders at governmental, institutional, and organizational levels. Strengthening self-competence, increasing entrepreneurship opportunities, and establishing professional human resources and organizational support within medical universities or hospitals are critical for facilitating medical school faculty startups.

This study analyzed various factors of influence affecting the will to start a business and established and empirically analyzed a research model to see which factors significantly affect the will to start a business. To this end, we investigated the general characteristics and experiences of individuals, conducted a study on the will to start a business, and analyzed the entrepreneurship passion for startups, the ability to find business opportunities, and the ability to connect with partner companies. The intent to start a business survey was investigated in a recertive style with a 7 point scale, and the reliability and feasibility review were analyzed through the PLS analysis method, which enables the implementation of a measurement model and a structural model. To collect valid data, the survey was conducted using an entrepreneurial curriculum class hours to collect and analyze 421 data. In summary, the results are as follows: First, college students have many opportunities to develop their capabilities through competitions held by universities and support institutions, and by utilizing them, they have no fear of starting a business. Second, the ability of students to discover product clients themselves has been improved by fostering entrepreneurship in the special lectures on startup in universities. Third, it can be seen that it has received various information on startups from support agencies to enhance its commitment to startups. The implications are as follows. First, they should foster entrepreneurship among college students by offering practical oriented courses that can broaden their understanding of startups. Second, it needs to be improved from entrepreneurial enthusiasm to a program that can grow into a company that can collaborate with partner companies and confirm its commitment to corporate establishment and product development and determine market opportunities. Third, it is necessary to establish an ecosystem of start-ups that can carry out systematic planning and performance management as it is weak to carry out projects with will to startups.
