This article aimed to investigate problems relating to medical tourism based on a review of medical tourism reports and statistics in the global healthcare industry. To be a leading nation in the global healthcare industry, the needs and culture of many peoples, including Muslims, should be considered. Qualified medical services by JCI certification, including nutrition services, will provide opportunities to participate in the international and Asia medical tourism markets. In this article, the definitions of medical tourism, medical service, Halal and Haram, nutrition service for inbound Muslim patients, and Halal food supply in Korea were examined for medical service improvement. Mutual assistance between the government and private enterprise, sharing of medical service information, and construction of a cooperative network system are needed and should be supported by the government.

Recent trends in internet access to the device network require that information be provided from anywhere in the enterprise. One then needs to integrate both device network protocol and data network protocol to realize Virtual Device Network (VDN). On a conceptual point of SCM, as a order of development, physical distribution, logistics management, basic supply chain management and advanced supply chain management etc. they are magnifying gradually, confusing with information and analysis techniques which seems possible. But on executing, it has a lot of problems because it is so complex and wide, so the enterprise which knows necessity of SCM, they don't have a total execution solution. On this paper, we will focus a proposal of alternatives with reasonableness of manufacturing and making a profit of sales department like most of enterprises to overcome carelessness and unready strategy of investment. And we will find a element through a analysis of cases, a statistical method of effective SCM, and actual survey to propose a alternative proposal. And, we will prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain.

The rolling schedule procedure has been an important part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The performance of production planning in an ERP system depends on the selection of the three parameters in rolling schedule procedure: frozen interval, replanning interval, and planning horizon (forecast window). This research investigated, in a theoretical approach, the combined impact of selections of those three parameters. The proven mathematical theorems provided guidance to re-duction of instability (nervousness) and to seek the optimal balance between stability and responsiveness of ERP systems. Further the theorems are extended to incorporate the cost structure.

현재 어느 기업이든 업무 환경을 e-Transformation하는 쪽에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 이의 성과는 곧 기업의 경쟁력 제고와 밀접한 관계에 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 건설산업에 있어서도 예외일 수 없으며 오히려 국내외 현장에서 Business가 이루어지는 건설산업에서는 더욱 업무환경을 e-Transformation화하는 것이 필요한 상태이다. 그러나 많은 기업들의 노력에도 불구하고 If의 실제적 가시효과는 크지 않은 것이 현실이며 Best Practice도 국내외의으로 많지 않고 이에 따라 건설업에서의 17 활용 수준은 매우 미미한 상태이다. 국내외에 널리 알려진 ERP Package도 국내의 건설 업무 Process에 최적으로 적용할 수 있는 Solution은 없어 많은 기업에서 IT 적용의 방향 수립을 제대로 못하고 있는 상황이다: LG건설은 이러한 건설환경에서 IT를 활용하여 모든 업무를 공사과 손익이 연결된 사업관리를 이루고 언제 어디서든지 IT를 활용한 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 통합정보시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있으며 현재 많은 성과를 거두고 있다. 또한 핵심 기술에 대하여는 정보화 사업 전략하에 건설업계에서는 드물게 정보화 사업도 추진 중에 있으며 이러한 성공사례를 공유하고자 한다.

급변하는 환경 속에서 기업은 경영환경변화에 따라 새로운 경쟁력 강화 방법들을 모색하고 있으며 불안한 환경에서의 생존을 위하여 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning : 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. ERP 시스템의 도입은 회사 내부의 업무 프로세스에 대해 전반적인 변화를 가져올 만한 시도이며, 도입의 실패 시 막대한 물적 피해가 야기되므로, 성공적 구축을 위한 노력이 절실히 요구된다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 ERP 시스템 도입을 위해 요구되는 인력 및 자금이 부족한 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업에서의 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 방법론으로서 산ㆍ학 협력모델을 제안한다. ERP 시스템 구축을 위해 기업과 학교가 산ㆍ학 협력체제를 구축함으로서 기업측과 학교측 모두에게 이득이 되는 전략을 마련하고자 한다.

경영환경의 변화를 예측하고, 변화를 창조하며 적극적으로 대응하고자 하는 오늘날 기업 활동의 노력은 전통적인 경영관리시스템(MIS, Management Information System)의 한계를 인식하고 있다. 테일러의 과학적 경영관리 기법을 근간으로 발전해온 MIS분야는 종래의 경영환경, 즉 변화 정도가 미약하거나 또는 예측 가능한 변화의 환경 속에서 기업관리 활동이 가능한 경우에 그 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 전략적 기업관리(SEM, Strategic Enterprise Management)는 기업의 가치창출을 위한 근본적인 프로세스에 관심을 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 기업의 가치중심 경영 기법과 연계되는 성과관리시스템의 새로운 설계 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 기업의 전략적 가치동인(value driver)을 도출하여 전략방향의 대안을 제시하고 그러한 전략대안을 달성하기 위한 균형성과지표를 개발한다. 향후 이 지표들은 다시 가치동인도에 반영되어 기업의 전략적 가치향상을 위한 지표 선정의 적정성을 검증하게 된다. 결국, 기업의 가치창출이라는 대명제 안에서 가치평가모델링(VBM, Value Based Management)과 균형성과 지표의 연계성을 강조하는 틀을 제시하게 될 것이다.

To improve the quality of the services and to concentrate on the core capability, in public sector the IT outsourcing is recently being vitalized by the institutional support of the government for the entrusting non-government. Because the lots of general studies so far have simply focused on indicating fragmentary factors i.e. economical factors, risk factors, system factors, or induction objects, etc., they are insufficient in making the practical decisions, therefore we indicated systemized model extending over the whole range of the IT outsourcing to support substantial decision makings, and assorted 4 categories and drew considerable 55 factors from the literature study to materialize the previously considerable factors at each decision making stage. And the principal factors were drawn from each decision making category by a group of 11 experts. Besides, a henceforth plan for the application was also presented through an actual example of the IT outsourcing decision making process of 'M', a public enterprise.

As more organizations undertake IT-enabled business process reengineering(BPR), IT-enabled BPR projects become a major concern. Especially, one of IT, Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) is recognized as a revolution solution. But the success cases of ERP project are rarely reported. In this study, ERP implementation is defined as a IS implementation project based on BPR concepts To explore the issues of implementing ERP systems, a company implementing ERP successfully in Korea is selected. The research framework consists of four components: 1) strategic plan dimension , 2) organizational environment dimension, 3) implementation process dimension, and 4) IT dimension. On this framework, to implement ERP systems successfully, the analysis of the results clearly suggests appropriate planning, top management support, change management, appropriate methodology , ERP specialist commitment, management of standard process and master data, and the extent of IT localization.
