Many companies have been implementing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for their organizational transformation in order to survive and achieve strategic advantages in an increasing competitive business environment. Thus, it is meaningful to identify factors that affect ERP system operation positively. Organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) are discretionary, extra-role behaviors of employees which go beyond the prescribed formal roles, and are known as to be the contribution factors for organization performance. The purpose of this study is to develop the measurements for the OCB constructs in ERP system context and empirically test the relationships between the OCB construct and ERP system success. The four constructs - altruism, conscientiousness and courtesy, civic virtue, and sportsmanship - and fifteen measurements on the OCB were developed based on previous studies (i.e. Organ 1988) and empirically verified by confirmatory factor analysis. The results of testing the relationships between the OCB and ERP system success show that the OCB have a significant direct impact on the information quality and intention of IT innovation while they have an indirect impact on work efficiency mediated by information quality. This study enhances the OCB model into information system arena and helps better understand the user behaviors of information systems.

최근 비즈니스 프로세스와 IT 시스템은 점점 더 복잡해져 가고 있다. 특히 엔터프라이즈 어플리케이션은 복잡도를 제어하기가 힘들어지면서 관리비용도 계속 증가해가는 추세다. 따라서 복잡도는 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서 방심해선 안될 중요한 문제가 되었으며, 이와 같은 문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 방법이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 엔터프라이즈 어플리케이션 개발 복잡도 문제를 해결하기 위한 ISIS(Integrated System of Independent Subsystems) 아키텍처를 제안하고자 한다. ISIS는 대규모 엔터프라이즈 어플리케이션의 복잡도를 줄이고자 하는 노력에서 연구개발 되었으며, 시스템 개발의 복잡도를 줄이고 컴포지트 어플리케이션 개발이 가능한 아키텍처 모델이다. 엔터프라이즈 어플리케이션은 상호연관성 및 ISIS 분해방법에 따라 독립적인 서브시스템(sub-system)으로 나뉘게 된다. 그리고 이 기종 분산 플랫폼에 위치한 각 서브시스템의 상호연동을 위해서 ISIS 지원 미들웨어를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 ISIS 기술을 검증하고자 ITSM(IT Service Management) 시스템에 ISIS 아키텍처를 적용 및 구현하였다. 결론적으로 ISIS 아키텍처는 개발 복잡도를 줄임으로써 비즈니스 요건이 변경되거나 기존 시스템을 업그레이드 할 경우 구조유연성 및 개발생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션을 빠르고 쉽게 개발하기 위해 썬사에서 제안한 Java 기반의 EJB를 사용하여 로컬과 웹에서 따로 운영되고 있는 도서 대출 관리 시스템을 통합하는 기법을 제시한다. EJB를 사용하여 따로 운영되는 도서 대출 관리 시스템을 통합하고 기능별로 분리하여 설계/구현함으로써 유지/보수의 비용을 절감 할 수 있으며 JSP를 사용하여 웹 기반 인터페이스를 제공함으로써 인터넷이 가능한 모든 플랫폼에서 서비스를 제공한다 또한 EJB와 JSP를 사용함으로써 플랫폼에 독립적으로 구현이 가능하다.

Information-security management systems (ISMSs) are becoming very important, even for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, implementing an ISMS is not an easy task. Many obstacles must be overcome, e.g., complexity, document tracking, competency management, and even changing cultures. The objective of our study is to provide ISMS application tools, based on ISO 27001:2013 ISM frameworks. The application was developed on the Odoo Open Enterprise Resource Planning platform. To validate its feasibility for future improvement, the application was implemented by an MSME company. For this implementation, information-security-related users gave their feedback through a questionnaire. The distributed feedback questionnaire consists of nine assessment parameters, covering topics from the application's technical aspects to users' experiences. Based on the questionnaire feedback, all users of the application were satisfied with its performance.

인터넷을 통한 공동작업이 활발해짐에 따라, 가상의 작업공간을 지원하는 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 공동작업에 참여하는 구성원들은 이러한 가상의 공간을 통하여 서로의 정보를 효율적으로 교환하고 공유하게 된다. 이러한 시스템은 서비스의 안정성을 보장하면서도 다양한 사용자의 요구에 따라 용이하게 확장될 수 있는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 협업지원 컴포넌트와 이를 통하여 개발된 iPlace (internet workPlace) 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. iPlace 시스템은 웹 상의 개인공간인 개인작업장과 그룹의 구성원이 공유하는 공간인 공동작업장을 통하여 구성원들 사이의 정보의 공유와 재사용을 효과적으로 지원한다. 또한, 협업지원 컴포넌트는 EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans) 기술을 이용하여 구현하여 높은 확장성과 안정성을 제공한다.

본 연구에서는 국내 제조 및 서비스업체를 대상으로 하여 기업의 경영전략과 정보화 전략의 적합성 요인이 기업 특성 요인과 정보기술의 도입성과 간에 조절적인 역할을 하는지에 대하여 검증을 하였다. 과업특성은 정보 제공정도, 시스템 품질, 지각된 효과, 환경특성은 경쟁정도, 외부압력, 환경 불확실성 등으로 설정하여 분석을 하였다. 분석결과 전략의 적합성 요인은 과업특성의 시스템 품질, 지각된 효과, 환경특성에서는 경쟁정도, 외부압력, 환경 불확실성 등의 변수와 도입성과 간에 조절적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 전략의 적합성이 과업특성의 정보 제공정도와 도입성과 간에는 조절적인 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 기업에서는 새로운 정보기술의 도입과 확산을 위해서는 기업의 경영전략과 정보화 전략이 서로 밀접하게 계획되고 실행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the Chinese investment environment and analyze the actual investment condition of Korean enterprises in China and examine the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in China shows satisfactory progress. China has a multiple and regional extension policy in investment. And the environment for investment changes to insufficiency of company profit, extension of service market, maintenance of legislative system, and insufficiency of preference about foreign company. There are situations of inclining to manufacturing, inclining of region, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, difficulty of financial assistance, excess of logistic cost, delay of logistic term, difficulty of settlement of legal dispute and difficulty of taking a relative information in investment of Korean enterprise in China. The results of the study indicate mostly that the investment of Korean enterprise into China needs turnover of service trade-tertiary industry, portfolio of investment territory, cooperation with Chinese enterprise through joint venture investment and a large-scale investment for extension of Chinese domestic market.

국내외 기업들이 기업포탈(Enterprise Portal)에 대한 관심이 높아지연서 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface)에 대한 중요성이 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업포탈(Enterprise Portal)에 대하여 살펴보고, 현행시스템에 대한 사용자의 개선요구사항을 조사, 분석하였다. 사용자 분석결과와 Checklist 평가를 통하여 UI Checklist Matrix 를 작성하였다. Matrix 의 가로축은 사용자 요구분석결과인 Layout, Navigation, Information, Function, Visibility, Interaction 6 가지 항목으로 구성된다. 세로축은 학습성, 효율성, 정확성, 접근성, 일관성, 즉시성, 통합성, 개인화, 기술, 표준화 10 가지 항목이 있다. 가로와 세로 항목이 만나는 곳에 중요도를 표시하고 세부항목을 정의한다. Matrix 가 반영된 가이드라인을 작성하고 가이드라인에 따라 업무화면을 설계하고 Matrix 로 평가한다. 본 연구는 보험사의 차세대 시스템 구축 프로젝트에서 진행된 내용으로 1 년여 기간 동안 업무담당자들과 업무정의에서부터 긴밀한 협조 하에 진행되었다.

Enterprise system (ES) reflects a significant IT commitment to achieve corporate goals and satisfy its thrust toward a sustainable competitive advantage. This research investigates the required ES architecture, the value of a well-planned ES, and the human factor capabilities that drive the effective implementation of ES from a management perception. This paper examined the critical factors shaping the business systems' performance, architecture readiness, experts' readiness, and enterprise systems planning. Based on an extensive literature review, the attributes of factors mentioned earlier were identified, classified and then statistically examined using the author's' proposed conceptual structural model. This study employs a quantitative research methodology, with a random sampling technique. This paper has used the data collected from 510 respondents working in service, engineering and health sectors in OMAN. The study model analysis utilized both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, followed by a structural equation modeling using SPSS 25 and EQS6.3 statistical tools. The results unveil a piece of remarkable and robust evidence suggesting that ES planning is the most significant aspect of influencing performance, followed by IT personnel, staff and consumers expertise, and architecture readiness.

A systematic construction and re-use of technology related to the product development and production has been the most important for the semiconductor industry dependent on process and equipment. Therefore, numerous outputs in the form of paper has been produced in the process of information management ranging from the creation to recycling and disposal of technologies. In this research, the technology and documents necessary for the business management in the field of semiconductor manufacturing were classified in an effort to solve problems while the modeling of document management architecture at the enterprise level was performed by properly setting up the security system to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of the product development technology to the third parties. Especially, the product and process specification are designed in such a way as to ensure a real-time response in interface with the production system in order to shorten the development lead-time and improve the productivity. This paper is to discuss the modeling approach, the strategy to construct the system and its results.
