The prefix 'bio' with the meaning of 'life,' has been used for biotechnology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biomedicine, bioethics, bio-information as well as 'bio art' since 1990s. Bio art is an art as life itself and a kind of new direction in contemporary art that manipulates the processes of life. Bio artists use the properties of life and materials as scientists in laboratory of biology, and change organisms within their own species, of invents life with new characteristics. Technologically and socio-culturally, bio art has been connected with bioengineering. This essay is on the bio art that use vegetables, and on the specified gaze of so-called 'Sci-Artists.' Not only the genetically modified vegetables like works of George Gessert, Ackroyd & Harvey, and Eduardo Kac, but also the works made from the critical viewpoint like those of Paul Vanouse, Natalie Jeremijenko, and Amy Youngs, have 'the molecular gaze'(Suzanne Anker and Dorothy Nelkin's concept) of the genetic age in their art works. As the art history have showed, artists' gazes have insights about social problems that surround us. Bioartists' gazes reveal their insights about social and ethical problems, possibly concealed by science itself. Those problems are about results from practical discoveries of the sequencing of the genome, genetic engineering, cloning and reproduction of human and animals, body transformation, and the commercialization of cell and genes etc. We can find the significance of bioart in the molecular gaze about those problems, and we can rethink the identity of human, the reception of social influences from bio-technology and medicine.

The latest, Digital art is attempt new field's Art, that is utilize variously digital media image, sound, simulation, 3D holography. A large number of Digital Art is contact with the audience in pavilion(limit place and limit period). However, It will be possible, Digital Art can use place digital form media even there are indoor, outdoor, anywhere. Prior to study, I was to analyze the feature of Digital Art in order to using Digital Art, Interactivity make communication between humans and the art as well as cause audience participation, and take a role of bridge between human and space. A study was base on the relationship between human and space, space and Digital Art, Digital Art and human taken the focus interaction between human and space, and Interactivity of Digital Art. This paper analyze reciprocal action for utilize Digital Art in indoor space design, and this paper study expression about indoor design base of interactive.

본 논문에서는 Ends-In Search Stretching 기법을 적용하여 명암 대비를 강조하고, 명암 대비가 강조된 영상에서 삼각형 타입의 소속 함수를 이용한 퍼지 이진화 기법을 적용한 후, 그 다음 임의의 패턴 입력에 대해서도 효과적으로 특징을 분류하는 개선된 ART2 알고리즘을 이용하여 결함 영역을 검출한다. 제안된 방법을 세라믹 소재 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 기존의 방법보다 효율적으로 결함이 검출되는 것을 확인하였다.

Automation and robotic technology (ART) has been successfully applied in the manufacturing and allied industries to achieve on-time delivery of quality products at increasingly reduced costs. Meeting time, quality and cost targets still remains a big challenge in the global construction industry with prevalence of time and cost overruns. Application of ART in the construction industry could contribute to significant improvement in the efficient and effective delivery of projects to meet and exceed client expectations. However, the uptake of ART is still low in the construction industry. This study investigates the various ways in which ART could be applied to improve construction project delivery, potential areas of applications, and constraints to the uptake of the technology in the construction industry. Recommendations are made for improving the uptake of ART in the construction industry.

ART2 알고리즘은 신경 회로망 모델로서 실시간 학습이 가능하여 저속 및 고속을 지원할 뿐만 아니라 지역 최소화(local minima) 문제가 발생하지 않는 장점을 갖는다. 그러나 ART2 알고리즘은 경계 변수 설정에 따라 클러스터의 수가 달라지며, 이러한 경계 변수 설정은 패턴의 분류와 인식 성능을 좌우한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ART2 알고리즘에서 효율적으로 경계 변수를 설정하기 위해 패턴셋 설정을 통한 경계 변수 설정 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 경계 변수 설정 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 숫자 및 영문 패턴을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 패턴 분류의 성능이 기존의 방식 보다 개선된 것을 확인하였다.

We tried new interpreting about the work of art in this paper. The work of art respects the intention of the artist to make it and interprets intention until now. After critics distinguish by a period, an area that they set to philosophical thought which is the time and interpreted. We set to each one subjectivity and interpreted between artist to make the work of art and appreciator. But in this paper, we tied various criteria which appreciates the work of art. We tried so that we presented the intimacy each other newly. Otherwise we tied with the subjectivity of the individual and are the try to be an objectification low through statistical technique. We looked into the culture and art in the introduction and explain the discussion about the work of art interpreting which the main subject. We set the category 6 area, and explain an each criteria explanation and assessment method. We tried to propose new interpreting as the intimacy to be multi-variate data analysis result of the assessment analysis.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the plan reflecting the place in cultural regeneration was implemented and whether it was a change of place in culture through culture analyze. Mullae-dong has changed its urban structure into a textile factory, a manufacturing industry, an ironworks+artistic complex, and the Mullae art factory has been organizing a festival that has been created by artists and residents alike in the Mullae creative village. However, prior to the creation of the Mullae art factory in the social element, self-sustaining programs of Mullae creative villages were derived, but now commercial space is mainly derived. Therefore, it is necessary to plan for coexistence of ironworks, cultural space and commercial space rather than expanding into commercial space. Geumcheon-gu Geumcheon-gu Geumcheon Art Factory has become an integrated complex where various industries coexist in industrial complex. Geumcheon Art Factory also holds an artist support program every year and actively works as an international creative exchange center in Seoul. However, programs that act as a mediator are not implemented since 2014, and the Open Studio stops once a year. Therefore, Geumcheon-gu needs to expand programs that can include local programs and programs that can be combined with local cultural media.

This study is to understand how fluidity and natural features of Art Nouveau style are reflected in hair style of Art Nouveau age and Modem age and be a help to the trend analysis of hair style in the future. The study is conducted with the research on Art Nouveau expression in hair style and analysis of hair-show, trend presentation, documents related with hair style, TV drama, theses, journals and internet etc through advance research for Art Nouveau and Hair. The result of the analysis on Art Nouveau pattern in hair design is presented as below. First, it shows rounded, winding, flowing and thick-waved style of Art Nouveau pattern in modem long and short hair style. It also shows the beauty of long, bending and flexible lines, waving liveness and thin and slim lines and this is the Art Nouveau pattern that is also applied to other fields. In terms of decoration, it does not use tree vines, leaves and petals that are expressed in paintings of Art Nouveau age. Second, it shows natural up-style by lifting hair up with waved long hair that is one pattern of Art Nouveau and expresses hair style with feathers of birds, tree vines, leaves and petals etc for more decoration in animal pattern to make cute, romantic and elegant style in hair style.

디지털 비디오에 있어서 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 및 검색 시스템 구축을 하기 위해서는 비디오를 여러개의 장면으로 분할하는 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 종류의 장면 전환을 검출하기 위해 기존의 규칙기반이 아닌 신경망 이론을 접목하여 자율학습과 실수값 입력이 가능한 ART2를 이용하였다. 매프레임마다 발생할 수 있는 변동의 폭을 줄이기 위해 MPEG 동영상의 DC에 해당하는 값만을 이용하고, 프레임마다 색상의 분산값을 이용하여 Plateaus 구간을 검출한 다음 Plateaus 구간에 해당하는 프레임들에 대해서만 프레임차이, 히스토그램차이, 상관계수 등의 특징치를 추출하여 ART2에 특징벡터를 입력하여 장면 전환을 검출하였다.

본 논문에서는 ART2 기반 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘을 이용한 운송 컨테이너 식별자 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 일반적으로 운송 컨테이너의 식별자들은 글자의 색이 검정색 또는 흰색으로 이루어져 있는 특징이 있다. 이러한 특성을 고려하여 원 컨테이너 영상에 대해 검은색과 흰색을 제외한 모든 부분을 잡음으로 처리하기 위해 퍼지를 이용한 잡은 판단 방법을 적용하여 식별자 영역과 잡음을 구별한다. 식별자 영역을 제외한 잡음 영역을 전체 영상의 평균 픽셀값으로 대체시킨다. 그리고 Sobel 마스크를 이용하여 에지를 검출하고, 추출된 에지를 이용하여 수직 블록과 수평 블록을 검출하여 컨테이너의 식별자 영역을 추출하고 이진화한다. 이진화된 식별자 영역에 대해 검정색의 빈도수를 이용하여 흰바탕과 민바탕을 구분하고 8방향 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 식별자를 추출한다. 개별 식별자 인식을 위해 ART2 기반 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘은 입력층과 은닉층 사이에 ART2를 적용하여 은닉층의 노드를 생성하고, 은닉층과 출력층 사이에 일반화된 델타 학습 방법과 Delta-bar-Delta 알고리즘을 적용하여 학습 성능을 개선한다. 실제 컨테이너 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 기존의 식별자 추출 방법보다 제안된 식별자 추출 방법이 개선되었다. 그리고 기존의 식별자 인식 알고리즘보다 제안된 ART2 기반 자가 생성 지도 학습 알고리즘이 식별자의 학습 및 인식에 있어서 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.
