대학생의 자기효능감과 자존감이 취업 불안감에 미치는 영향: 학업스트레스의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Self-Efficacy and Self-Esteem of the College Students on Employment Anxiety: Focus on the Moderating Effect of Academic Stress)

  • In this study, we examined the effects of self-efficacy and self-esteem on employment anxiety based on existing prior study and verified the moderating effect of academic stress between self-efficacy and employment anxiety, and moderating effect of academic stress between self-esteem and employment anxiety and the analysis result are as follows. The first result shows that self-efficacy and self-esteem negatively affect employment anxiety. Second, academic stress has not played a role of moderating in the relationship between self-efficacy and employment anxiety. As academic stress increases, employment anxiety increases. However, the regression analysis results confirmed that the academic stress can be an independent variable that explains employment anxiety. Finally, academic stress plays a role of moderating in the relationship between self-esteem and employment anxiety. This means that students with relatively high self-esteem are less likely to have employment anxiety than those who do not, and that increasing academic stress increases the employment anxiety of college students.

미용 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스가 진로결정 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Employment Stress on Cosmetology Students Occupation Decision and Job Hunting Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for career guidance to cosmetology students by examining the effects of job stress on career decisions and job preparation behaviors. Overall 214 parts were empirically analyzed as final samples. Collected data and statistical processing are based on SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. An analysis of the effect of job stress on career decision showed that employment anxiety (β= .206, p<.05), job anxiety(β=.824, p<.05), and anxiety in career search(β=.118, p<.05) showed a statistically significant effect(+). However, employment concerns(β=-.312, p<.001) in career determination and employment concerns(β=-.223, p<.01) in career search are statistically significant parts(-). An analysis of the effect of employment stress on employment preparation behavior found that employment anxiety(β=.364, p<.05) has a statistically significant effect(+) on information use preparation, It was found that the statistically significant part(-) affects employment anxiety(β=-.188, p<.01). The study found that the more anxious cosmetology students are about employment, the more they plan and explore career options, and make information-based preparations for employment. Through this research, we hope that there will be lively discussions among cosmetology students on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구를 바탕으로 학업스트레스가 취업 불안감을 초래할 것이라고 가설을 설정한 후, 자기효능감과 자존감이 학업스트레스와 취업 불안감 간의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는지 여부를 검증하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업스트레스가 증가할수록 취업 불안감도 커진다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 학업스트레스와 취업 불안감과의 관계에서 조절역할이 없는 것으로 나타났으나 자존감은 조절역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과로부터 자기효능감은 조절역할은 하지 못하지만, 자기효능감이 증가할수록 취업 불안감은 감소된다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 자존감은 일반적으로 취업 불안감을 감소시키지만, 학업스트레스를 받는 상황에서는 취업 불안감을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.

전공 선택동기, COVID-19 불안, 직업가치관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향: 보건계열 대학생을 중심으로 (The Effects of Major Selection Motivation, COVID-19 Anxiety, and Work Values on Employment Preparation Behavior: Focused on Health College Students)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the motivation for choosing a major, COVID-19 anxiety, and work values on the employment preparation behavior of health college students and to provide evidence for developing programs for employment preparation behavior in the future. Methods : Employing a random sampling method, a survey was conducted from April 22 to June 3, 2022, using an electronically-disseminated questionnaire with college students majoring in medical technician, health administration, and nursing from D and K colleges located in Daegu. A total of 402 students who fully understood and agreed to the purpose of the study participated. The SPSS statistical program was used to analyze the collected data, which were verified using correlation and regression analyses. Results : The results of the study are: First, employment preparation behavior was positively correlated to major selection motivation, COVID-19 anxiety, and work values. Second, significant relationships were found between employment preparation behavior and motivation behind choosing a major, work values, and COVID-19 anxiety, in that order. The higher the major selection motivation, work values, and COVID-19 anxiety were, the better the employment preparation behavior was. Conclusion : The study's results indicate that it would be meaningful to provide health college students who were highly motivated to select their major and who possess sound work values with well-prepared job training programs. Various activities organized by the school for improving the students' self-satisfaction and self-efficacy, which can strengthen their long-term work values, could also be provided. In addition, due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, college students may feel anxious about new infectious diseases that might occur in the future. Therefore, considering the contemporary situation, a helpful educational program will be invaluable to fit the pupils for life's battle after they finish their education.

은퇴자를 위한 재취업교육의 효과분석 (Analysis of the Re-Employment Education For Retirees')

  • 본 연구는 은퇴자를 위한 재취업교육이 취업불안, 취업스트레스 그리고 진로신념에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. K에 소재한 G교회에 출석중인 은퇴자 67명을 선정한 후 각각 실험집단 32명과 통제집단 35명으로 구분하였다. 매주 1회 총 14회기의 재취업교육을 실시하였으며, 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재취업 교육에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 취업불안이 감소되었다. 둘째, 재취업 교육에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 취업스트레스가 감소되었다. 셋째, 재취업 교육에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 진로신념이 향상되었다.

  • 2000년에 접어들어 고령화 사회로 진임하게 된 대한민국은 2017년 고령사회로의 진입하게 됨에 따라 장기적으로 청년 노동력의 감소와 그로인한 숙련된 중장년 및 고령인구의 감소가 국가경제의 중요이수로 부각되고 있다. 따라서 은퇴 및 실직자들의 창업 및 재취업이 사회의 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 중년기를 위한 창업 및 재취업교육이 재취업불안, 재취업스트레스 그리고 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 디지털콘텐츠 전공 대학생의 취업에 관한 주관성의 유형별 특성 분석 (Analysis of Characteristics by Type of Subjectivity Regarding Employment of College Students Majoring in Digital Content)

  • 본 연구는 실기 교육에 중점을 두는 디지털콘텐츠 전공 대학생들이 취업 과정에서 겪는 어려움을 다각도에서 이해하기 위해 Q방법론을 활용하여 주관성 분석을 실시하였다. 임의로 선정한 31명의 P 표본으로부터 취업스트레스와 취업불안을 중심으로 구성된 Q 표본을 활용하여 기초 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구 결과 '실무경험 부족', '취업 및 실무역량 부족', '진로 결정장애 및 의지박약', '멘토 및 취업정보 부족' 등 총 4개 유형이 도출되었다. 이러한 유형에 따라, 학생들이 인턴십 프로그램에 참여하도록 유도하고, 비교과 프로그램 교육을 제공하며, 진로 탐색 워크숍을 운영하고, 선배 멘토링을 확대하는 등의 시사점과 해결 방안을 제시하였다.

패션 전공 대학생의 취업정보 탐색과 취업관련 불안에 관한 연구 (A Study of Vocational Information Search and Vocational Choice Anxiety of Senior Fashion Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data regarding the career development supporting system of senior fashion students. This study investigated contents of required vocational information and vocational information seeking behavior of senior fashion students. And this study also intended to analyse vocational choice anxiety factors and its relationship with level of vocational information requirement. The subjects of this study consisted 261 senior fashion students at eleven universities in the nation. The results of the study are as follows. First, five dimensions of required vocational information of fashion students were identified by factor analysis; information related to judgement of eligibility to apply for the job & company, information of work environment, information of fashion company that has the potential to hire them, information of level of compensation, stability of employment and promotion, and information of kind of job & job roles in the fashion field. Second, the senior fashion students faced few obstacles obtaining vocational information such as insufficient online vocational information, difficulties in discovering the sources of vocational information and time restriction for job search & career indecision. Third, the fashion students perceived diverse anxieties about making vocational choices. The survey identified five categories of the anxieties; anxiety about adapting to new job environment & recruiting process of the fashion company, anxiety about too heavy workload, anxiety about stability of employment & level of compensation, anxiety about lack confidence of their ability to do the job and anxiety about ability in English & the qualification for application. And there was significant relationship between vocational choice anxiety and requirement level of vocational information. This result proved providing vocational information relieves anxiety about getting a job.

한국 근로자의 업무관련 불안감 및 우울감 경험에 대한 직장폭력의 영향 (The Influence of Workplace Violence on Work-related Anxiety and Depression Experience among Korean Employees)

  • Purpose: Work-related anxiety and depression are frequent work-related mental health problems. In this study the relationship between workplace violence and work-related anxiety and/or depression among Korean employees was evaluated. Methods: Data were obtained from the Korean Working Condition Survey of 2006. Participants were 9,094 Korean workers aged 15-64 yr. Multiple logistic regression using SAS version 9.1 was used. Results: The incidence of work-related anxiety, work-related depression and workplace violence were 4.5%, 3.5%, and 1.8% respectively. When personal and occupational risk factors were adjusted, workplace violence was significantly associated with work-related anxiety and depression (OR for anxiety: 4.07, CI: 2.62-6.34; OR for depression: 4.60, CI: 2.92-7.25). Work-related anxiety was significantly related to type of employment, working period at present workplace, work time, shift work, job demand, and social support from superiors. Factors influencing work-related depression were gender, education, alcohol consumption, company size, type of employment, working period at present workplace, work time, shift work, and job demand. Conclusion: To promote psychological health in workers there is a need to develop work-related anxiety and depression prevention programs and to decrease in workplace violence. In developing these programs, consideration should be given to personal factors, working conditions, and psychosocial working environments.

집합주의 문화가 청년실업에 대한 불안 지각 및 정신건강에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Collectivism on Anxiety Perception and Mental Health in Youth Unemployment)

  • 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 집합주의적 성향이 청년들이 지각하는 취업불안에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있었고, 두 번째 목적은 이러한 집합주의적 성향이 취업불안 지각에 미치는 영향에 있어서 구직효능감, 자존감 그리고 상향·하향 사회비교의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있었다. 이를 위하여 연구 1에서는 서울특별시에 소재한 상위권 A 대학과 중위권 B 대학의 대학생을 대상으로 총 179명의 응답자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 집합주의적 성향을 가진 사람일수록 취업불안이 높고 취업 정신건강 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 구직효능감과 자존감이 집합주의적 성향과 취업불안 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 드러났다. 연구 2에서는 서울특별시에 소재한 C 대학의 대학생을 대상으로 총 118명의 응답자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 상향 사회비교는 집합주의적 성향과 취업불안 간의 관계를 매개한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 하향 사회비교에서는 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 그리고 추후 연구과제에 대해 논의하였다.
