의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션이 환자만족과 치료성과에 미치는 영향 : 환자참여의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Doctors' Patient-centered Communication on the Patient Satisfaction and Treatment Outcomes : Focusing on Mediating Effect of Patient Participation)

  • 본 연구의 주된 목적은 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션(경청요인, 배려요인, 금지요인)이 환자만족과 치료성과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션과 환자만족, 치료성과 간 환자참여(행동적 참여, 감정적 참여, 정보적 참여)의 매개효과 여부를 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위해 C지역의 종합병원에서 진료를 한 339명의 외래환자를 중심으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 경청요인과 배려요인은 환자만족과 치료성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 보였으나 금지요인은 그렇지 않았다. 둘째, 경청요인과 배려요인은 감정적 요인과 정보적 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보였으나, 금지요인은 환자참여의 3개 요인에 유의한 영향을 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션과 환자만족, 치료성과 간의 관계에서 환자참여의 부분 매개효과가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 환자만족과 치료성과를 높이기 위한 방안들을 제시하였다.

한국 농수산물 수출업체의 무역보험상품 이용에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on the Use of Trade Insurance by Korea Agricultural and Marine Products Trading Companies)

  • Export and import of food, agriculture, forestry, fishery products are suffering from low growth rate due to the European financial crisis, global recession, and Japan's 2012 export expansion following the aftermath of 2011 earthquake. Upon the signing and enactment of Free Trade Agreement with the U.S. and the EU, agriculture and fishery product have become the center of attention. Agriculture and fishery was reported to be 80million dollars, 1.46% of total national export, in 2012. Starting from2000, South Korea's government began its effort to expand agriculture and fishery export and as a result, export has steadily increased despite decreased consumption led by global recession. K-Sure has started an insurance program with the purpose of promoting SME business's export. It protects SME business against risk arising from credit, emergency, bad debt, and domestic price increase. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of K-Sure's insurance program via surveying SME businesses in the agriculture and fishery industry. Also this study will identify key service factors for SME businesses and explore ways to expand SME exports of agriculture and fishery by analyzing consumer satisfaction index. Results indicated service product quality factor, service communication quality factor, and social quality factor was key to improving consumer satisfaction for SME businesses in agriculture and fishery industry. Service product quality factor had a negative effect on consumer satisfaction in term of variety and results indicated that service communication quality factor's responsiveness element had minimal impact on consumer satisfaction. Conversely, all elements for social quality factor had positive effects on consumer satisfaction. Thus, leading to the conclusion that improvements in service product quality factor and service communication quality factor will indeed increase consumer satisfaction.

GSIS 공간분석을 활용한 토양침식모형의 입력인자 추출에 관한 연구 (The Extraction of Soil Erosion Model Factors Using GSIS Spatial Analysis)

  • 강우나 물의 유출에 의한 토양침식은 농업 생산성을 떨어뜨리고 목초지를 손상시키며, 물의 흐름을 방해하는 등의 각종 환경적인 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 환경에 대한 관심이 고조되는 시점에서 토양침식이 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있지만 아직은 체계적인 자료의 정리와 분석이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 최근 부각되고 있는 GSIS를 활용하여 토양침식을 예측하는 모형에 입력되는 인자를 추출하는 기법을 제시하는 것으로 침식모형에는 ANSWER, WEPP RUSLE 등 여러 가지가 있으나 본 연구에서는 GSIS 자료와의 연계가 용이하면서 유역에 대한 일반적인 토양침식을 예측할 수 있는 RUSLE 침식모형을 사용하였다. RUSLE 입력인자에는 강우침식인자 R, 토양침식인자 K, 침식사면의 길이인자 L, 침식사면의 경사인자 S, 식생피복인자 C 그리고 경작인자 P로 구성되어 있다. RUSLE 입력인자 중 L과 S인자 추출에 사용되었던 기존의 식은 대부분 농업지역에 적용된 식으로 유역에 적용시 한계가 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 GSIS 자료를 통해 격자별로 유역에 적용 가능한 수정된 경험식을 활용하였다. 또한 격자형 RUSLE인자를 유역추출 알고리즘을 이용하여 유역별로 분석함으로서 유역별 RUSLE인자의 최소값, 최대값, 평균 그리고 표준편차를 계산할 수 있었다.

베이비붐세대의 디지털라이프 지수 (Digital Life Index of Babyboom Generation)

  • Our study measures the Digital Life Index (DLI) of baby boomers by considering the utilization of digital devices in their everyday life. The study was conducted by implementing the following three-step approach: (1) development of survey questions and data collection; (2) build Digital Life Index (DLI) model and lastly; (3) empirical analysis using the Digital Life Index (DLI). In the first stage in order to develop the survey questions to measure the digital index, two surveys were conducted. For the first preliminary survey, it was done based on the existing literatures which enabled this investigation through FGI analysis involving real professionals. The second survey was conducted by commissioning a specialized external firm. In this survey, a total of 400 data was collected to verify the validity and objectivity of the data sample. The data gathered through the survey questions was used to develop the digital index. Firstly, the appropriate factors were extracted by conducting factor analysis. This factor analysis validates and verifies the factors which are appropriate in measuring Digital Life Index (DLI). The derived factors are broadly divided into five main factors. The first factor describes the possession, purchase and use of digital device (x1). Meanwhile, the second factor describes the digital device's software (x2) and the third factor describes the participation in utilizing digital device (x3). The fourth factor describes the utilization of digital device in human personal relationship (x4) and lastly, the fifth factor describes the effect of digital device in everyday life and work environment (x5). Secondly, the digital index model was developed. The variables to represent the Digital Life Index (DLI) are ${\chi}1t,{\chi}2t,{\chi}3t,{\chi}4t$ and ${\chi}5t$. Furthermore, as experience in using the digital index grows overtime, the growth can be represented by the "S" shape. Based on the results, Digital Life Index(DLI) is distributed with the highest point at 90.3 and the lowest point at 25.9.

EU 국가 소득의 고찰을 통한 소득위험분산과 소비위험분산 간 관계 분석 (The Relation between the Income Smoothing and the Consumption Smoothing: the EU Case)

  • 본 연구는 소비위험분산 목적으로 실행된 소득위험분산이 실질적으로 소비위험분산에 기여할 수 있는지 여부를 실증분석을 통하여 검증한다. 국가 간 생산요소 이동에 따른 순요소소득의 발생은 국가 간 소득위험분산의 주요 수단 중 하나이다. 순요소소득 변화가 소비 변화에 미치는 영향과 GDP 변화가 소비 변화에 미치는 영향이 동일하다는 선행연구의 가정 하에서 국가 간 생산요소 이동을 통한 소득위험분산은 소비위험분산에 기여하는 것으로 여겨졌다. 1999년부터 2010년 기간 중 EU 12개 국가들의 사례를 통한 본 연구의 실증분석 결과 순요소소득에 대한 소비반응은 GDP에 대한 소비반응보다 낮으며, 더 나아가 순요소소득의 변화가 소비의 변화에 미치는 영향은 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 순요소소득과 GDP 각각에 대한 소비반응이 동일하다는 기존 선행연구의 가정 하에서, 국가 간 생산요소 이동을 통한 소득위험분산의 소비위험분산에 대한 기여도는 과대평가되었음을 본 연구는 암시한다. 본 연구는 국가 간 생산요소 이동을 통한 소득위험분산이 실질적으로 소비위험분산에 기여하도록 하기 위해서는, 순요소소득이 소비에 유의하게 영향을 미칠 수 있어야함을 시사하며, 따라서 국외로부터의 순요소소득이 보다 직접적으로 소비로 귀결되기 위한 법제도 및 관련 시스템의 개선이 필요할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the nature of the relationship between several factors representing shipping service quality enumerated in the service marketing literature and the adaptability to the marketing strategy of container shipping company. An empirical study was carried out to examine not only the determinants of shipping service quality but also its implications to the marketing strategy. The data investigation the determinants of shipping service quality were collected from 35 UK container shipping companies. Factor analysis was carried out to analyze the data.

Top Management Commitment in Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation Success : Preliminary Study in Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises

  • This preliminary study held in two Indonesian state-owned enterprises (SOEs) showed empirical evidence that top management commitment was perceived to be the most important critical factor contributing to enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation success, compared to top management support and top management involvement. Therefore, top management and middle management must continually show commitment during the ERP implementation process. This finding could serve as a reference for further study in a larger number of Indonesian SOEs.

  • Small group activity in Korea was introduced from the United States as QC circle, ZD group movements and the like, but it has developed into a Korean style from so-called factory saemaul panel activities contributing much to the management of enterprises. Based on human motivation theory, the principles to activate small group activity is suggested on which a new diagnosis of small group activity is proposed here. It is consisted of checklist and radarchart. The factor to activate small group activity have been obtained in terms of multivariate analysis for data from the new diagnosis.

  • It is an important and hot issue how to improve the competitiveness concerned on product, company and industry. It is necessary to develop the strategy of competitiveness for an efficient operation as well as improving the competitiveness in view of product, system, industry, price, quality and so on. This paper aims at proposing a model to choose dominating factors of competitiveness including a method o( resources allocation which can be applied to all products. And we show its empirical application on tile-industry.
