In this paper, we designed and developed an Emotional Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) processor. Multi-speaker emotional speech synthesis technology that can express multiple voice colors and emotional expressions have been developed, and we designed Emotional SSML by extending SSML for multiple voice colors and emotional expressions. The Emotional SSML processor has a graphic user interface and consists of following four components. First, a multi-speaker emotional text editor that can easily mark specific voice colors and emotions on desired positions. Second, an Emotional SSML document generator that creates an Emotional SSML document automatically from the result of the multi-speaker emotional text editor. Third, an Emotional SSML parser that parses the Emotional SSML document. Last, a sequencer to control a multi-speaker and emotional Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine based on the result of the Emotional SSML parser. Based on SSML which is a programming language and platform independent open standard, the Emotional SSML processor can easily integrate with various speech synthesis engines and facilitates the development of multi-speaker emotional text-to-speech applications.
This study analyzed the effects of hospital service quality, emotional attachment, and perceived value on customer satisfaction. In particular, the purpose of this study was to understand the role of emotional attachment and perceived value in the relationship between hospital service quality and customer satisfaction. For this purpose, the results of structural equation model analysis with the data collected by conducting a survey on customers visiting small and medium-sized hospitals were as follows. First, hospital service quality felt by hospital customers had a significant effect on emotional attachment and customer satisfaction, but had no significant effect on perceived value. Second, the emotional attachment felt by customers who visited the hospital had a significant effect on perceived value and customer satisfaction. Third, emotional attachment felt by customers in the relationship between hospital service quality and customer satisfaction had a significant mediating effect. Through the above results, it was confirmed that the service quality felt by customers visiting the hospital leads to attachment to the doctor's competence and medical technology competency, which leads to an increase in customer satisfaction through this attachment. The implications obtained based on these results are as follows. In order for the service quality felt by the customers who visit the hospital to lead to customer satisfaction, above all, it is important to focus on the emotional attachment they can have and find a strategy to improve the service quality. In other words, it is necessary to establish excellent medical staff and medical technology so that hospital customers can have high confidence in the competence of doctors and medical technology, and establish a public relations strategy that can effectively display these competences. Through these efforts, hospital customers will feel a strong attachment to doctors and medical technology, which will increase their satisfaction with the hospital.
The purpose of this study is to prevent risk of emotional labor and health through verifying the mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and somatic symptoms and insomnia in non-medical hospital workers. For this study, a sample of 533 tertiary hospital's non-medical workers completed the questionnaires of the Korean Emotional Labor Scale, PHQ-15, ISI, PHQ-9. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results can be summarized as follows. 1. Among the emotional labor sub-factors, emotional dissonance had a significant effect on depression, somatic symptoms and insomnia. Other sub-factors had a relatively small effect or had no effect. 2. The results showed the partial mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and somatic symptoms. 3. The results showed the full mediating effects of depression on the relationship between emotional labor and insomnia. On the basis of the results, we suggest the necessity of dealing with emotional dissonance and depression in non-medical hospital workers' emotional labor and health issues.

The development of the latest emotional recognition and multimedia technology has changed the traditional broadcasting system. The previous broadcasting system, which was operated by the terrestrial broadcasters, is now transformed to the viewer-centered and bidirectional broadcasting through the convergence of internet, mobile and smart TV. In this paper, smart-phone application for estimating human emotion(sadness, anger, depression) has been developed and emerged with smart TV, thereby we can present broadcasting service for enhancing the sense of common humanity among people of same group. If there is friend in the depression, we can bring comfort to him by inviting one for TV program what I watch and having a honest talk with facial avatar or emoticon. The proposed emotional broadcasting service inter-working with smart-phone application can give feeling of belonging and happiness to the people suffering from the blues, and it can prevent him from attempting suicide. In addition, smart-phone based emotional broadcasting service can be expended to program recommendation service customized to user's emotion, emotional LED lighting service to maximize the sense of reality and home shopping service taking advantage of the mood of customer.

A total of 200 participants in the study were collected from structured questionnaire online and the data collection was from July $1^{st}$ to July $31^{st}$, 2018. Health control behavior questionnaire was developed by Wallston, K.A., Wallston, B.S. & Devellis, R (1978), Emotional happiness was analyzed by using PANAS (positive and negative affect schedule) developed by Watson, Clark and Tellegen (1988). The collected data were chai-square($X^2$), Pearson correlation, Dummy regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and the mediated effect analysis by SPSS 18.0. As a result, Under statistical significance, there were differences in the recognition of pregnancy necessity were depending on religion, participant's age, number of siblings, thought of optimal marriage age(p<0.05). More siblings, more religious, older age, and more recognized the pregnancy necessity. The analysis of Pearson correlation with the pregnancy necessity, health control behavior, and emotional happiness reveled that it was relevant (p<0.01). Dummy regression analysis showed that people who thought that pregnancy was necessary were 0.700 times more likely to felt emotional happiness that people who thought it was unnecessary (p<0.01). Analysis on the mediation of health control behavior, in which the effects of pregnancy recognition on emotional happiness, showed that it was effect (other people's health control behavior: B:.299, p<0.01, internal health control behavior : B:.217, p<0.05). Based on these results, this study suggested that to promote pregnancy recognition, families with brother and sister should be programmed with recommendations for exercise and alcohol abstinence, religious belief and health control programs.
Since emotion, creativity, and imagination has become the source of creating added value, the purpose of this study is to grasp the concept of high concept which has appeared as a major key word of modern culture and analyze the types of emotional expression found in modern fashion. Study methods were focused on literature review and case study. The literature review was conducted by news stories at home and abroad. The examples of case study were collected in fashion collection journals and related Internet web sites with their focus on from 2000 S/S to 2009 F/W to analyze emotional expression found in high concept-reflected fashion. Emotional reaction should be different from the purpose of the robot system. The method for emotional reaction is also different from the specification of the robot system. Therefore, emotional behavior decision model, which is applied to social robots regardless of specifications and purposes, is necessary. This paper introduces a universal emotional behavior decision model designed for applying to various social robots that have different specifications and purposes. Multiple emotions, a set of probability value of every emotion, are calculated independently and expressed according to the purpose of the robot system. Then, behavior, for emotional reaction according to the calculated multiple emotions, is decided regarding the specification of the robot system. The decided behavior is a combination of unit behaviors that indicates the smallest expressible behaviors in each expression parts. It is possible to express various undefined behaviors by generating unit behavior combinations according to multiple emotions. The universal emotional behavior decision model is applied to three kinds of social robot systems that have different specifications and purposes.
The change of digital technology caused not only the whole human life but also the change of a thinking form and an expression method of human beings. Also, the interactive communication structure became to form in space structure, and space users also get changed to an active system. The interaction between a human being and space, which uses digital media as a medium, makes a human being experience sensitivity through a cognitive process of a human being. The present research aimed to find out characteristics and expression of emotional space applied with digital technology based on the relationship between media space and cognitive functioning and to realize new emotional space. The research method was to define on digital media and experience by cognition of a human being through a literature research and a precedent research and to consider on approach to emotional space through experience of a cognition process like this. Based on the theory like this, the present research progressed by focusing on dramatized characteristics of experience in the digital media space and emotional space expression by induced characteristics. Through the analysis like this, the space applied with digital media could appear as a field of communication that can experience by forming mutual relation through perception of a human being. Additionally, the space induces active participation of a human being through various productions of media and responds to movement, and thus, this suggested infinite possibility as emotional space that can try new experience by stimulating a sense as effect of a cognitive process of a human being.
