Brand space is one of the important elements of urban cultural space and can stimulate the urban culture as a significant landmark. Thus, it is necessary to develop factors for evaluating the communication with users in brand spaces. In particular, factors for evaluating the psychological, emotional aspects of users is essential. This study is aimed at developing evaluation factors with a space marketing perspective through an user behavioral analysis. As for research method, the emotional responses of users will be examined and analyzed through an eye-tracking device. First, The researcher will visit brand spaces and take photos of them to collect data and analyze the status. Second, we filled out the questionnaire based on analytical framework and selected 20 architectural students for survey. Third, Eye-tracking experiment will be conducted. Forth, Space design marketing evaluation factors will be established based on the results. Final, suggestions for future research based on the analysis results. When the 30 images of premium supermarkets were used for the survey, men were more sensitive to the store design. But women were more sensitive to the quality or store accessibility. Also, the furniture factor was most important for women, and spatial factor was most important for men. When the eye-tracking experiment was done as to the 5 selected brand spaces, both men and women looked at the furniture factor that includes the showcases more than anything else. It shows the same result as the previous survey.

In this study, we sought to find out the effect of different emotional interior images of the community facilities in an apartment complex on a youth brain wave by analyzing an Electroencephalograph (EEG). Based on the frequency of usage, we selected learning facilities, cultural facilities, and sport facilities. For brain stimulation, the visual stimulants with three different emotional words, cheerful, gentle, and elegant, were used based on I.R.I image scale. Overall, total nine different emotional images were used. Based on our findings, we conclude that: first, in order to improve learning concentration of the youth, a learning facility for the youth needs to be designed by skillfully combining the soft and comfortable colors from the gentle image and the murky and dark colors from the elegant image. Second, when designing a cultural facility, it is preferable to consider the elegant image for a calm and comfortable space. Third, a sport facility design needs to preclude dark colors and apply light colors to create a dynamic and lively space. Furthermore, we found out that the youth has established static images of each functionally different facility through their experience and learning. Therefore, it is imperative to plan community facilities in an apartment complex in a way to connect the space function with the emotional characteristics of the youth in order to support and encourage energetic activities and learning of the community youth.

These days, a cultural life level is improved through the industrialization and information-oriented age. It is becoming Emotional. Especially, people spend most of time in the office space. The office space is the place where they usually have mental activity and Inter-communication with others. So people who work in the office space need to apply not only convenience and public welfare but also comfortablespace. Moreover, This study analyzes color of a office space and materials, and accept from efficiency and an economic design. And will present direction of a color plan to be able to feel the sensitivity design that accepted from functionality and decoration.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction and recognition for applying to component of Emotion of the elementary school space with characteristics of child development. For the accomplishment of the study is to deduce types of emotional component and characteristics of child development based on literature and advanced research related to 'Child development and behavior', 'The elementary school space', and concept of 'children' and 'emotion'. In addition, The level of recognition of teachers and students about creation plan of school space by types of emotion component and preference and relationships of students on emotion component of elementary school space is investigated. The space environment has great influence in childhood going through big changes in physical, cognitive, emotional and social ways, Providing space environment built with emotion component such as 'affordance', 'diversity', 'territoriality', and 'relationships' considering characteristics of child development is most important of all, In particular, when building indoor space in elementary schools where students going through various development stages live, providing friendly environments for emotion of children put top priority on students in the decision-making process and guaranteed the participation of students is expected.

본 연구는 대학도서관의 공간과 관련된 감성어휘들을 도출하여 향후 도서관 공간 설계 및 평가의 근거를 마련하고자 하는 연구이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 5단계의 추출 및 정제 과정을 통하여 대학도서관 공간과 관련된 주요 감성어휘 12개를 도출하였다. 감성어휘와 관련된 문헌조사 및 선행연구 분석, 대학도서관 사서 및 이용자를 대상으로 한 포커스그룹 인터뷰 및 설문조사, KJ법을 통한 유사도 평가 등을 한 결과, 최종적으로 '다양하다, 만족스럽다, 필요하다, 가득하다, 깨끗하다, 안정적이다, 알맞다, 조화롭다, 개방적이다, 따뜻하다, 자연스럽다, 훌륭하다'가 대학도서관 공간과 관련된 감성어휘로 선정되었다.

The basic concept for the remodelling of the youthhostel H is to define a rest through the remodelling design. The notion of a rest can be explained better in Chinese character. '休', which means a rest, is the Chinese character that unites two different meanings, the man and the tree or the nature. The intrinsic meaning of a rest,'a man taking a rest under the tree', is applied to the design concept that implies the mutual relationship between the man, the nature and the youthhostel. The design idea for the main areas such as the lobby, the reception, the front, the multi-purposed restaurant and the functionally designed rooms targets the harmony of the aesthetic and the functionality. The diverse space experience which steers the hotel visitors to the reciprocal interrelationship, the exchange of various informations, the comfortable relaxing and the motivation makes it possible to perceive a youthhostel as a space for the various intercourse and the emotional experiences.

본 연구는 기독교 예배공간 강단부 이미지를 대상으로 피험자를 통해 나타나는 감성반응을 연구하고, 감성 자극 요소가 감성반응에 미치는 기여도를 정량화하여 향후 예배공간 강단부 계획에 있어 감성의 공간을 구현하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 예배공간을 대상으로 추출한 감성 표현어휘 23개와 선정한 예배공간 강단부 이미지 32개와의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 기독교인 143명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행 하였다. 통합된 데이터를 수량화이론 III류 분석법을 이용해 2차원분산 분포도로 나타내었으며, 분석 결과, 이미지의 '단순복잡성'을 나타내는 가로(x)축과 이미지의 '독창성'을 나타내는 세로(y)축으로 성립됨을 밝혀내었다. 더불어 분석 결과에 따른 감성 반응치(反應値)와 감성 자극요소와의 인과관계를 수량적으로 추출하기 위해 클러스터 분석에 의한 유사도를 기준으로 가로축의 대표 감성어 소박한, 장엄한 과 세로축의 전형적인 독창적인 을 4개의 감성 어휘 그룹으로 선정하였으며, 해당하는 감성어휘 평가치의 총계를 기준변수로 하고, 예배공간 강단부의 감성 자극 요소를 독립변수로 하는 수량화 이론 I류 분석법을 이용해 분석하였다. 강단부의 감성 자극 요소의 구체적 부분은 벽의 색상, 형태, 마감과 바닥의 형태와 마감, 천장의 형태, 색채, 창의 형태, 상징적 요소의 유(有) 무(無) 9가지로 선정하였으며, 그에 따른 하부 카테고리 31개를 선정하여 감성 자극 요소가 감성반응에 미치는 기여도를 분석하였다. 그 결과 벽면의 색상과 마감이 피험자의 감성반응에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상징적 요소의 유(有) 무(無)와 천장의 색상은 크게 영향을 미치지 않은 요소임을 밝혀내었다. 본 연구는 예배공간의 종교적 숭고미와 관련되는 감성적 요구를 표현하는데 있어 디자이너의 주관적인 해석을 객관화, 정량화시켜 사용자의 감성적 만족을 높이고 공간의 유형과 목적을 만족시킬 수 있는 공간 디자인 접근에 도움이 되리라 본다.

Digital technology in modern society is entering the era of digital convergence and ubiquitous computing, and is playing an important role to overcome the limitation of time and space. Based on new media method's rapid application development, a wide range of forms as digital design is made possible. A large part of our living such as information sharing, collaboration, production, recreation, working and various social activities has been realized from the space that digital media offer. As we see a much broader range, the digital media's diverse expressions affect, in interactive ways, not only the relationship between humans and things, between each individual human, and between humans and the environment, but also even emotional purification and realm of educational, cultural, and social aspect. In this study, the aim is to discuss the user-centered design considered for integration into the interaction space design method and is to concentrate on research on. Focusing on digital media, user-friendly interface features of the space environment, construction and utilization of digital media have been applied to try to analyze the interaction effect of space that is created for the design and application of various applications and will seek ways. Thus, various case-studies have been explored where interface space is developed, creating virtual reality through cognitive basis and 3-D interface space. For example, emotional expressions are embedded for the space of commerce, education and exhibition, enabling intercommunication through haptic interface, with changing sound and visual effects which are caused by the movement of people in a certain space. With consideration of the relationship between physical environment and objects, interactive design should be achieved by providing a human oriented interface based on social, cultural and environmental aspects.

In this paper, we introduce the LED emotional lighting system realized with the aid of both intelligent algorithm and RGB LED combined with White LED. Generally, the illumination is known as a design factor to form the living place that affects human's emotion and action in the light- space as well as the purpose to light up the specific space. The LED emotional lighting system that can express emotional atmosphere as well as control the quantity of light is designed by using both RGB LED to form the emotional mood and W LED to get sufficient amount of light. RBFNNs is used as the intelligent algorithm and the network model designed with the aid of LED control parameters (viz. color coordinates (x and y) related to color temperature, and lux as inputs, RGBW current as output) plays an important role to build up the LED emotional lighting system for obtaining appropriate color space. Unlike conventional RBFNNs, Fuzzy C-Means(FCM) clustering method is used to obtain the fitness values of the receptive function, and the connection weights of the consequence part of networks are expressed by polynomial functions. Also, the parameters of RBFNN model are optimized by using PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization). The proposed LED emotional lighting can save the energy by using the LED light source and improve the ability to work as well as to learn by making an adequate mood under diverse surrounding conditions.

As an aging society accelerates its pace for the present, providing a pleasant environment to nursing homes is such an environmental requirement with which elderly people could improve their quality of life and even acquire the effects of healing. As an optimal element of ensuring amenity, nature is a general hospital that heals human beings physically and mentally. In this vein, the investigator drew out the frame of analysis, namely emotional/healing/relating amenity, by means of theoretical examination of such natural elements as water, light, soil/stone, and plant. And on the basis of the drawn amenity, the investigator examined the application of natural elements to study subjects in order to analyze the ensured amenity. Study findings show that the existing nursing homes have ensured healing amenity sufficiently, but they are unsatisfactory in ensuring emotional and relating amenity. Based on interview survey, the investigator suggests that the introduction of natural elements into nursing homes such public space as mediation space, interaction space, and rest places to ensure emotional/healing/relating amenity must be ideally equipped with the formation of outdoor forest in which water, light, soil/stone, and plant get joined together, rather than Introducing a single element respectively. In addition, the plan of construction of nursing homes must take residing elderly people's emotional/healing/relating amenity into account on the basis of physical amenity.
