In recent years, if we order food by easily accessing the online market with our smartphone, we can receive the product in a fresh state at dawn the next day. Cold chain is an industry that can create high added value because it has both the characteristics of general logistics and sensitivity to temperature. Based on the electrical specifications derived from the reefer container capacity requirement investigation, we proved that power supply to up to 33 reefer containers can be made by using three additional auxiliary power supplies which are applied for freight trains in Korea. In this paper, we conducted a research on a design of power supply system for freight train reefer container based on simulation as a basic research necessary for low-temperature distribution and cold chain construction based on the reefer container railroad. Consequently, the simulation was conducted using the three-phase inverter diagram in PSIM and the SVPWM (3-harmonic injection method) control technique, and it was verified that the required power voltage was satisfied with 622Vdc, which is lower than the input voltage of general SPWM of 718Vdc. The details of this paper could be used as a foundational study for constructing cold chains based on a reefer container dedicated to freight trains in the future.
As information and communication technology has developed remarkably, it has become possible to analyze various types of large-volume data generated at a speed close to real time, and based on this, reliable value creation has become possible. Such big data analysis is becoming an important means of supporting decision-making based on scientific figures. The purpose of this study is to develop a big data analysis tool that can analyze large amounts of data generated through engineering education. The tasks of this study are as follows. First, a database is designed to store the information of entries in the National Creative Capstone Design Contest. Second, the pre-processing process is checked for analysis with big data analysis tools. Finally, analyze the data using the developed big data analysis tool. In this study, 1,784 works submitted to the National Creative Comprehensive Design Contest from 2014 to 2019 were analyzed. As a result of selecting the top 10 words through topic analysis, 'robot' ranked first from 2014 to 2019, and energy, drones, ultrasound, solar energy, and IoT appeared with high frequency. This result seems to reflect the current core topics and technology trends of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In addition, it seems that due to the nature of the Capstone Design Contest, students majoring in electrical/electronic, computer/information and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and chemical/new materials engineering who can submit complete products for problem solving were selected. The significance of this study is that the results of this study can be used in the field of engineering education as basic data for the development of educational contents and teaching methods that reflect industry and technology trends. Furthermore, it is expected that the results of big data analysis related to engineering education can be used as a means of preparing preemptive countermeasures in establishing education policies that reflect social changes.

Interest in the future of the battery market is growing as Tesla announces plans to increase production of electric vehicles and to produce batteries. Tesla announced an action plan to reduce battery prices by 56% through 'Battery Day', which included expansion of factories to internalize batteries and improvement of materials and production technology. In the trend of automobile electrification, the expansion of the battery market, which accounts for 40% of the cost of electric vehicles, is inevitable, and the size of the electric vehicle battery market in 2026 is expected to increase more than five times compared to 2016. With the development of materials and process technology, the energy density of electric vehicle batteries is increasing while the price is decreasing. Soon, electric vehicles and internal combustion locomotives are expected to compete on the same line. Recently, the mileage of electric vehicles is approaching that of an internal combustion locomotive due to the installation of high-capacity batteries. In the EV battery market, Korean, Chinese and Japanese companies are fiercely competing. Based on market share in the first half of 2020, LG Chem, CATL, and Panasonic are leading the EV battery supply, and the top 10 companies included 3 Korean companies, 5 Chinese companies, and 2 Japanese companies. All-solid, lithium-sulfur, sodium-ion, and lithium air batteries are being discussed as the next-generation batteries after lithium-ion, among which all-solid-state batteries are the most active. All-solid-state batteries can dramatically improve stability and charging speed by using a solid electrolyte, and are excellent in terms of technology readiness level (TRL) among various technology alternatives. In order to increase the competitiveness of the battery industry in the future, efforts to increase the productivity and economy of electric vehicle batteries are also required along with the development of next-generation battery technology.
This article uses panel data of thirteen prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2007 to 2021, and adopts entropy method, SBM model, and coupling coordination degree model to empirically study the development level of new model of urbanization and green economic efficiency in Jiangsu Province and the coupling coordination relationship between them. The results show that: the coupling coordination was in a moderate disorder and on the verge of disorder in 2008 and 2009. However, it steadily improved after 2010, and even witnessed a significant increase from 2018 to 2021. After that, it shows a high-quality coordination in 2021, indicating that the level of coordination between urbanization and green economic efficiency in Jiangsu province is steadily improving. Analyzed from a spatial perspective, the overall development of the regions in the province is sound and the coordination is growing at a significant rate, but there are still certain gaps in the coordinated development between the regions.

The QR code in this study is refer to the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which was officially implemented by Bank Indonesia starting on January 1, 2020 as a means of payment for digital transactions nationally. The research method uses a quantitative approach by way of surveying questionnaires using Likert scale of 100 samples. Results: The hypothesis analysis proved that the variables of satisfaction, trust and commitment together have positive and significant influences on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This research found that there are high interest in Millennials to do transaction using QRIS because it is deemed to be more easy, quick and safe. If a customer achieves a level of loyalty in the usage of digital transaction using QRIS then cashless society lifestyle can be considered successful and can be used in the future.
Smart clothing products can experience a decrease in performance and reliability due to various mechanical, biological, and chemical stress factors that occur throughout their life cycle. These issues can hinder consumer acceptance of the products. This study aims to enhance the reliability of smart clothing and facilitate quality control by analyzing and identifying the current status of international standardization for smart clothing and electronic textiles (e-textiles). The focus of this analysis was on the durability test methods in the use environment. Furthermore, similar standards published by different standardization organizations for durability tests were compared in depth. The study showed that a total of 27 international standards have been developed or are currently under development. The current standardization efforts mainly aim to develop functionality and durability test methods for smart clothing and e-textile products. A detailed comparison was made between two international standards (IEC 63023-204-1:2023 and AATCC TM210:2019) specifically in relation to the washing durability test method and the electrical resistance measurement standards (BS EN 16812:2016 vs AATCC EP13-2021), before and after the environmental exposure tests. Based on this comparison, several suggestions have been made and discussed for the future revision of these international standards.

Smart farm technology using IoT is one of the technologies that can increase productivity and improve the quality of agricultural products in agriculture, which is facing difficulties due to the decline in rural population, lack of rural manpower due to aging, and increase in diseases and pests due to climate change. . Smart farms using existing IoT simply monitor farms, implement smart plant growers, and have automatic greenhouse opening and closing systems. This paper implements a smart farm system based on MQTT, an industry standard protocol for the Internet of Things, and Node-RED, a representative development middleware for the Internet of Things. First, data is extracted from Arduino sensors, and data is collected and transmitted from IoT devices using the MQTT protocol. Then, Node-RED is used to process MQTT messages and store the sensing data in real time in MongoDB, a representative NoSQL, to store the data. Through this smart farm system, farm managers can use a computer or mobile phone to check sensing information on the smart farm in real time, anytime, anywhere, without restrictions on time and space.
According to an analysis of 560 foreign-invested companies investing in South Korea's manufacturing industry, the following three facts were found. First, the proportion of sales by manufacturing foreign-invested companies is divided into 68.5 percent of domestic sales and 31.5 percent of exports. From 68.5 percent of domestic sales, sales to Korean companies are 60.5 percent, including 37.1 percent for large companies and 23.4 percent for small and medium-sized companies, while only 8.0 percent for domestic consumers. Second, the investment sectors of manufacturing foreign-invested enterprises are 'machine and equipment manufacturing', 'chemical and chemical-chemical material manufacturing-excluding pharmaceuticals', 'electronic components, computers, video, sound and communication equipment manufacturing' and 'vehicle and trailer manufacturing'. It overlaps with electric·electronics, petro-chemicals and automobiles, which are Korea's main industries and areas of Korean global companies. Third, 31.5 percent of the sales of foreign-invested companies in the manufacturing sector are exported. Foreign-invested companies export their products to use them for their parents or affiliates or to the third countries. The analysis shows that foreign-invested companies invested in Korea for B2B transactions with Korean companies. The implications are that Korea can attract foreign investments by utilizing Korean companies' demand for intermediate goods. Foreign-invested companies can invest in Korea in order to use Korea, which has signed free trade agreements with the US, the EU and ASEAN, as an export platform.

Noise and Radio-frequency interference or RFI causes a significant restriction on the Free induction Decay or FID signal detection of the Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance procedure. Therefore, using this method in non-isolated environments such as industry and ports requires extraordinary measures. For this purpose, noise reduction algorithms and increasing signal-to-noise-and-interference ratio or SNIR have been used. In this research, sodium nitrite has been used as a sample and algorithms have been tested in a non-isolated environment. The resonant frequencies for the 150 g of test sample were measured at 303 K at about 1 MHz and 3.4 MHz. The main novelty in this study was, (1) using two types of antennas in the receiver to improve adaptive noise and interference cancellation, (2) using a separate helical antenna in the transmitter to eliminate the duplexer, (3) estimating the noise before sending the pulse to calculate the weighting factors and reduce the noise by adaptive noise cancellation, (3) reject the interference by blanking algorithm, (4) pulse integration in the frequency domain to increase the SNR, and (5) increasing the detection speed by new pulse integration technique. By interference rejection and noise cancellation, the SNIR is improved to 9.24 dB at 1 MHz and to 7.28 dB at 3.4 MHz, and by pulse integration 44.8 dB FID signal amplification is achieved, and the FID signals are detected at 1.057 MHz and 3.402 MHz at room temperature.
