Device-Centered Personalized Product Recommendation Method using Purchase and Share Behavior in E-Commerce Environment (이커머스 환경에서 구매와 공유 행동을 이용한 기기 중심 개인화 상품 정보 추천 기법)

  • Personalized recommendation technology is one of the most important technologies in electronic commerce environment. It helps users overcome information overload by suggesting information that match user's interests. In e-commerce environment, both mobile device users and smart device users have risen dramatically. It creates new challenges. Our method suggests product information that match user's device interests beyond only user's interests. We propose a device-centered personalized recommendation method. Our method uses both purchase and share behavior for user's devices interests. Moreover, it considers data type preference for each device. This paper presents a new recommendation method and algorithm. Then, an e-commerce scenario with a computer, a smartphone and an AI-speaker are described. The scenario shows our work is better than previous researches.

  • Passive Device는 RF Circuit을 제작할 때 많은 면적을 차지하고 있으며 이를 감소시키기 위해 여러 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 SoP-L 공정을 이용한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있는데 PCB 제작에 이용되는 일반적인 재료와 공정을 그대로 이용함으로써 개발 비용과 시간 면에서 많은 장점을 가지기 때문이다. SoP-L의 또 하나 장점은 다층구조를 만들기가 용이하다는 점이다. 각 층 간에는 Via를 사용하여 연결하게 되는데, RF Circuit은 회로의 구조와 물성에 따라 특성이 결정되며, 그만큼 Via를 썼을 때 그 영향을 생각해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 multi-layer LCP substrate에 다수의 Via를 chain 구조로 형성하여 전기적 특성을 확인하였다. Via가 70um 두께의 substrate를 관통하면서 상층과 하층의 Conductor을 연속적으로 연결하게 된다. 이 구조의 Resistance와 Insertion Loss를 측정하여, Via의 크기 별 수율과 평균적인 Resistance, RF 계측기로 재현성을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공정에서의 안정성을 확보하고 Via의 크기와 도금방법에 의한 RF Circuit에서의 영향을 파악하여, 앞으로의 RF Device 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 특히 유기물을 이용한 다층구조의 고주파 RF Circuit에 Via를 적용할 때의 영향을 설계에서부터 고려할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이다.

  • An accurate and efficient single-integral semi-numerical model is developed and applied to analyse effects of localized electronic states in the mobility gap on the drain-current versus gale-voltage characteristics of hydrogenated amorphous field-effect transistors. It is shown that the low-density deep-gap states distributed in the midgap also sensitively and largely influence the device electronic performance as well as well as the large-density tail states distributed near the conduction band edge.

Analysis on Coexistence between Unlicensed Wireless Device based on 802.11ah and LTE User Equipment (802.11ah 기반 비면허 무선기기와 LTE 단말기 간 공존 분석)

  • Recently, a lot of attention is fallen to IoT(Internet of Things) for hyper-connected society and the number of unlicensed wireless device has been increasing. Thus, this paper analyzed the impact of unlicensed wireless device on the basis of 802.11ah on licensed LTE user equipment in 900 MHz frequency band for efficient frequency use. As the interference analysis method, Minimum Coupling Loss (MCL) method and Monte Carlo (MC) method were used. In case of one interferer, minimum separation distance between interferer and victim was calculated as about 22 m through the MCL method under the assumption of the worst case. The maximum number of interferer to meet the interference probability of 5% below within a cell radius of the victim was computed as about 3000 by using MC method based on statistical technique. The analysis method and results in this paper are expected to be used for the coexistence between unlicensed wireless device and licensed wireless device.

The Electro-optical Propeties of Multilayer EL devices by blending TPD with P3TH as Emitting layer (TPD와 P3HT의 블렌드한 다층막 EL 소자의 전기-광학적 특성)

  • High performance organic electroluminescnet(EL) devices which are composed of organic thin multilayer films are fabricated. The basic structure is ITO/Emitting layer/LiF/Al in which have a blended emitting layer. The emitting layer is consisted of a host material(N,N' diphenyl-N,N' (3-methyl phenyl)-l,l'-biphenyl-4,4'diamine)(TPD)) and a guest emitting material(poly(3-hexylthiophehe)(P3HT)). We think that the energy transfer in blending layer occurred from TPD to P3HT. Red emitting multilayer EL devices were fabricated using tris(8-hydroxyqunolinate) aluminum$(Alq_3)$ as electron transport material. The device structure of ITO/blending layer(TPD+P3HT)$/Alq_3$/LiF/Al was employed. In the Voltage-current-luminance characteristics of multilayer device, the device tum on at the 2V and the luminance of $10{\mu}W/cm^2$ obtain at l0V. Red emission peak at 640nm was observed with this device structure. We have presented evidence that the excitation energy migration between a polymeric host and guest has to be explained. And by using multilayer, the red light emitting EL device enhances not only Voltage-current-luminance characteristic but also stability of device.

The Electrical Properties of SBT Thin Film for Semiconductor Device (반도체 소자용 SBT 박막의 전기적특성)

  • SBT thin film for semiconductor device that is made by RF magnetron sputtering method studied electrical properties under various temperature condition. Dielectric constant who differ annealing condition appears highest in $750[^{\circ}C]$ and it is 213. Also, C-V properties by annealing temperature of SBT thin film for semiconductor device is no change almost to $600[^{\circ}C]$ and shows non-linear butterfly shape more than $650[^{\circ}C]$ Maximum capacitance and difference of smallest capacitance show the biggest difference in $750[^{\circ}C]$ as degree that domain wall motion contributes in ferrelectric polarization value in C-V characteristic curve of ferroelectric that this shows typical ferroelectric properties. Therefore, SBT thin film for semiconductor device that is annealing in $750[^{\circ}C]$ expressed the most superior electrical and ferroelectric properties.

Comparison of the torque stability of Implant Torque Controllers

  • Tightening of the screws in implant restorations should be accurate and precise. If applied torque is too low, screw loosening would be occurred. With too high torque, the screw fracture might take place. Various torque generating devices are developed and employed to apply a proper torque. The purpose of this investigation was to determine and compare the accuracy of the torque controllers. In this study, 4 types of torque controllers were used; electronic torque controller, torque limiting device, torque indicating device and contra angle torque driver. Digital torque gauge was employed to measure the de-torque value. Thirty cycles of tightening and loosening were done with each torque controller. All implant torque controllers have shown slight errors and deviations. The torque liming device exhibited the most accurate data. No significant difference was found among the mean de-torque values of the electronic torque controller, torque indicating device and contra angle torque driver. In the limitation of this study, it would be recommended that the implant torque controllers should be checked whether uniformed and precise torque can be generated and a measuring error should be corrected.

Efficiency Improvement of OLEDs depending on the Hole-size of Crucible Boat (Crucible Boat의 홀 크기에 따른 유기발광소자의 효율 개선)

  • In the device structure of ITO/tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum ($Alq_3$)/Al device, we investigated the efficiency improvement of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) depending on the hole-size of crucible boat. The device was manufactured using a thermal evaporation under the base pressure of $5{\times}10^{-6}\;Torr$. The $Alq_3$ organics were evaporated to be 100 nm thick at a deposition rate of $1.5\AA/s$, and in order to investigate the optimal surface roughness of $Alq_3$, the $Alq_3$ was thermally evaporated to be 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, and 1.5 mm as a hole-size of the boat, respectively. We found that luminance and external quantum efficiency are superior when the hole-size of the boat is 1.0 mm. The external quantum efficiency of the device made with the hole-size of 1.0 mm boat were improved by a factor of ten compared to the devices made with the hole-size of non boat.

A compact and low-power consumable device for continuous monitoring of biosignal (소형화 및 저전력소모를 구현한 실시간 생체신호 측정기 개발)

  • A compact biosignal monitoring device was developed. Electrodes for electrocardiogram (ECG) and a LED and silicon detector for photoplethysmogram (PPG) were used. A lead II type was arranged for ECG measurement and reflected light was measured at the finger tip for PPG. A single chip microprocessor (model ADuC812, Analog Device) controlled a measurement protocol and processed measured signals. PPG and ECG had a sampling rate of 300 Hz with 8-bit resolution. The maximum power consumption was 100 mW. The microprocessor computed pulse transit time (PTT) between the R-wave of ECG and the peak of PPG. To increase the resolution of PTT, analog peak detectors obtained the peaks of ECG and PPG whose interval was calculated using an internal clock cycle of 921.6 kHz. The device was designed to be operated by 3-volt battery. Biosignals can be measured for $2{\sim}3$ days continuously without the external interruptions and data is stored to an on-board memory. Our system was successfully tested with human subjects.
