Recently, the global demands for high voltage power semiconductors are increasing across various industrial fields. The use of electric cars with high safety and convenience is becoming practical, and IGBT modules of 3.3 kV and 1.2 kA or higher are used for electric locomotives. Delicate design and advanced process technology are required, and research on the optimization of high-voltage IGBT parts is urgently needed in the industry. In this study, we attempted to design a simulation process through TCAD (technology computer-aid design) software to optimize the process conditions of the fielding process among the core unit processes for an especial high yield voltage. As well, the prior circuit technology design and a ring pattern with a large number of ring formation structures outside the wafer similar to the chip structure of other companies were constructed for 3.3 kV NPT-IGBT through a unit process demonstration experiment. The ring pattern was designed with 21 rings and the width of the ring was 6.6 ㎛. By changing the spacing between patterns from 17.4 ㎛ to 35.4 ㎛, it was possible to optimize the spacing from 19.2 ㎛ to 18.4 ㎛.

As information asset protection is recognized as an important management factor for organizations, organizations are increasing their investments in information security(IS) policies and technologies. However, strict application of IS may cause non-compliance behavior through IS stress on employees of the organization. Accordingly, this study suggests a mechanism by which employee stress affects IS compliance intentions through self-determination, and a method to reinforce IS compliance intentions through person-organization fit. We conducted an online survey of employees working at companies that adopted IS policies and tested hypotheses using 475 samples. First, as a result of analyzing the main effects of applying the structural equation model, role stress affected IS compliance intention through self-determination. Second, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect of applying Process 3.1, personal organization fit strengthened the relationship between self-determination and IS compliance intention. The research suggests a direction for achieving internal IS goals by confirming the influence of IS stress and behavioral causes of employees.

Recently, remote controls for home appliances have been produced as many as the number of home appliances per household, and new home appliances are being released, but the number of new remote controls is continuously increasing due to their separate functions. Therefore, it is not inconvenient for first time users to use many remote controls because it is difficult and bulky. In recent years, the practical use of a universal remote control, such as large companies such as SAMSUNG and LG are producing a variety of forms. In this paper, we explain how to transmit and receive data format and infrared remote control through custom code identification method used in IR remote control for each company, and to see the size, characteristics and difference with ordinary remote control through ATmega128 remote control experiment. The ATmega128 can be used to control various home appliances displayed on the LCD. As a result, it can be seen that the number of remote controllers having only each function is reduced, and the integrated remote controller using ATmega128 Can handle household appliances.

The fast changes of global financial environment in recent years increase the risk of trade settlement. This means are required to minimize risk of non payment and to maximize secure payment. Open Account trade accounts for 90% of global trade flows. The O/A system means that the goods, along with all the necessary documents, are shipped and delivered before payment is due, usually within a time frame from 30 to 90 days. Meanwhile, Korean small and medium-sized export enterprises are compelled to globalize their activities owing to limitation and competitiveness of domestic marketplace. To keep face with the global trade settlement system and to support globalization of small and medium-sized export firms, the BPO together with Supply Chain Finance will be solutions. The introduction of the BPO system will allow banks to broaden O/A offerings to their client base and due to secure safety, sellers could ship the goods without delay according to orders and buyers could settle promptly by payment undertaking of correspondent banks. Therefore, it is more effective for companies which have sustainable customers and stable transaction. This study take a look at the trend of the global payment systems and suggested limitation of existed payment in order to derive improvement measures of electronic payment for small and medium-sized export enterprises.

Recently, the importance of information security (IS) has been socially recognized, leading organizations to adopt IS policies, secure specialized personnel, and demand IS compliance from employees. However, the implementation of these policies can disrupt existing work processes, causing resistance among employees. This study aims to elucidate the mechanism linking work stress, caused by IS policies that do not consider the work system, to individual job burnout and IS policy resistance. We established a research model and hypotheses based on previous studies and utilized structural equation modeling with data collected from organization members of companies that have implemented IS policies. The results of the structural equation modeling confirmed that work ambiguity and work impediment are linked to IS policy resistance through job burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion and disengagement. Our findings suggest that the swift implementation of IS policies can provoke a backlash from employees, with stress being the primary cause. This paradoxically indicates the need for the development of organization-specific IS policies.

In 2007, the first domestic pet insurance policies were introduced, and by 2023, numerous insurance products had been developed. The pet insurance market has been expanding steadily. However, as of 2022, only 0.8% of all pet owners have subscribed to pet insurance. Pet owners hesitate to enroll in pet insurance due to expensive premiums, unclear coverage details, and strict enrollment criteria. This paper proposes a model capable of detecting pet eye diseases and predicting their health age. Initially, EfficientNet is employed to identify the pet's eye disease, while OpenCV is utilized to locate and measure the size of the disease, enabling the calculation of the pet's healthy age. By leveraging the calculated health age, the aim is to aid insurance companies in determining pet insurance premiums. This model can facilitate the calculation of reasonable pet insurance rates based on the pet's eye condition and health age. Ultimately, the objective is to implement a system capable of detecting pet eye conditions and predicting their health age.

Recently, the electronic control unit (ECU) has been integrating several functions into one beyond simple convenience functions. Accordingly, ECUs have more functions and external interfaces than before, and various cybersecurity problems are arising. The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29) issued UN Regulation No.155 to establish international standards for vehicle cybersecurity management systems in light of the growing threats to vehicle cybersecurity. According to international standards, vehicle manufacturers are required to establish a Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) and receive a Vehicle Type Approval (VTA). However, opinions were raised that the implementation period should be adjusted because domestic preparations for this are insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a web-based solution that maps a checklist to check the status of CSMS in the requirement and various vehicle security companies and solutions to mitigate the identified gap.

Organizations amplify their information security (IS) technical investments as the demand for IS escalates. This research suggests conditions for enhancing insider compliance with IS, focusing on the potential for behavior modification through techno-stress and organizational justice, based on the theory of planned behavior. To test the proposed hypothesis, this study utilized a survey methodology on 383 employees from companies with implemented IS. The test results showed that IS techno-stress (overload and uncertainty) caused by reduced attitudes of employees, and organizational justice increased subjective norms, influencing IS compliance intentions along with self-efficacy. Additionally, organizational justice has been found to alleviate the adverse effects of IS overload and uncertainty on attitudes. The findings are expected to help clarify measures for achieving IS performance within the organization by proposing organizational justice conditions to improve the negative IS environment of the organization.

Currently, micro LEDs (Light Emitting Diode) are attracting attention in the lighting field along with next-generation displays and have advantages such as high luminance, operating speed, energy efficiency, and long-term driving. It is predicted to bring new innovations in smartphones, televisions, and wearable electronic devices. These micro displays are self-luminous displays that emit light by themselves by being implemented as pixels composed of micrometer-sized LED devices. The main manufacturing processes can be divided into crystal growth, patterning and etching, chip separation and transfer, bonding and wiring, panel assembly and encapsulation, inspection, and quality management. Recently, this technology has developed at a rapid pace, and companies are expanding their investments in these fields. According to recent market research results, the micro LED display market is expected to continue to grow, and the main development direction of development can be summarized as manufacturing process improvement, material innovation, and driving technology development. It is believed that commercialization will accelerate through these studies and lead to innovation in the display industry with high performance and various application possibilities.

Research on corporate bankruptcy prediction has been focused on financial information. Since the company's financial information is updated quarterly, there is a problem that timeliness is insufficient in predicting the possibility of a company's business closure in real time. Evaluated companies that want to improve this need a method of judging the soundness of a company that uses information other than financial information to judge the soundness of a target company. To this end, as information technology has made it easier to collect non-financial information about companies, research has been conducted to apply additional variables and various methodologies other than financial information to predict corporate bankruptcy. It has become an important research task to determine whether it has an effect. In this study, we examined the impact of electronic payment-related information, which constitutes non-financial information, when predicting the closure of business operators using electronic payment service and examined the difference in closure prediction accuracy according to the combination of financial and non-financial information. Specifically, three research models consisting of a financial information model, a non-financial information model, and a combined model were designed, and the closure prediction accuracy was confirmed with six algorithms including the Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP) algorithm. The model combining financial and non-financial information showed the highest prediction accuracy, followed by the non-financial information model and the financial information model in order. As for the prediction accuracy of business closure by algorithm, XGBoost showed the highest prediction accuracy among the six algorithms. As a result of examining the relative importance of a total of 87 variables used to predict business closure, it was confirmed that more than 70% of the top 20 variables that had a significant impact on the prediction of business closure were non-financial information. Through this, it was confirmed that electronic payment-related information of non-financial information is an important variable in predicting business closure, and the possibility of using non-financial information as an alternative to financial information was also examined. Based on this study, the importance of collecting and utilizing non-financial information as information that can predict business closure is recognized, and a plan to utilize it for corporate decision-making is also proposed.
