$CHF_3/CF_4$를 사용한 콘택 산화막 식각 (Contact oxide etching using $CHF_3/CF_4$)

  • Process optimization experiments based on the Taguchi method were performed in order to set up the optimal process conditions for the contact oxide etching process module which was built in order to be attached to the cluster system of multi-processing purpose. In order to compare with Taguchi method, the contact oxide etching process carried out with different process parameters(CHF$_{3}$/CF$_{4}$ gas flow rate, chamber pressure, RF power and magnetic field intensity). Optimal etching characteristics were evaluated in terms of etch rate, selectivity, uniformity and etched profile. In this paper, as a final analysis of experimental results the optimal etching characteristics were obtained at the process conditions of CHF3/CF4 gas flow rate = 72/8 sccm, chamber pressure = 50 mTorr, RF power = 500 watts, and magnetic field intensity = 90 gauss.

  • The movement of electron in the semiconductor-gap-semiconductor was observed by the variation of V-I characteristic as a distance two ZnO(1010) single crystals. When the resistance between two crystals was $10^2{\sim}10^4{\Omega}$, V-I characteristics had the pattern of the field emission or ohmic contact. On the other hand, when the resistance was larger than $10^7{\Omega}$ by increasing the distance between two crystals, the effect of surface barrier was prominent. This result leads to the conclusion that both the field emission (or ohmic contact) and the surface barrier effect including the tunneling have the influence on V-I characteristics of mechanically contacted crystals.

  • Piezoresistive type contact force sensor array is fabricated by (111) Silicon bulk micromachining for continuous blood pressure monitoring. Length and width of the unit sensor structure is $200{\mu}m$ and $190{\mu}m$, respectively. The gap between sensing elements is only $10{\mu}m$. To achieve wafer level packaging, the sensor structure is capped by PDMS soft cap using wafer molding and bonding process with $10{\mu}m$ alignment precision. The resistance change over contact force was measured to verify the feasibility of the proposed sensor scheme. The maximum measurement range and resolution is 900 mm Hg and 0.57 mm Hg, respectively.

  • For turn on high pressure sodium vapor lamp, Starting Voltage is very important factor. This starting voltage supply to high pressure sodium vapor lamp as electric discharge lamp, Electric field is producted in electric discharge tube, So accelerative electron collide against vapor atom and second electron is generated, And rapidly the current flow to electric discharge tube. This starting voltage is high voltage and source for melting contact that relay is according as turn on/off high pressure sodium vapor lamp. Consequently, This paper propose that the prevention of melting contact in accordance relay of controller for turn on/off high pressure sodium vapor lamp.

자외선 조사된 HTV 실리콘 고무의 표면열화 분석 (Analysis of the Surface Degradation in UV-irradiated High-Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber)

  • In this paper we have investigated the surface degradation by ultraviolet-irradiation in high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Through the measurement of surface potential decay by corona-charging and of contact angle it is found that the change of surface electrostatic properties and the decrease of contact angle under UV-radiation. For the changes in micro-morphological and chemical structure of the UV-treated silicone rubber we utilized several analytical techniques such as SEM, ATR-FTIR,XPS. From this study it is shown that the chemical reactions(scissoring of side chain(S-$CH_3$) cross-linking and branching) occur on the surface of silicone rubber during the UV-irradiation. Also we obtained the results of the loss of low molecular weight chain by cross-linking and oxidation reaction.

  • 일반적으로 screen printing 전극은 양산용 태양전지에 많이 응용되고 있다. 이것은 공정이 진공상태 내에서 이루어지지 않으므로 비교적 간단하게 증착 가능하고, co-firing으로 인한 공정단계의 함축과, 기판의 화학적인 오염이 적으며, 시료를 용도에 따라 다양하게 선택적으로 사용할 수 있고, 많은 수량의 태양전지에 전극을 저비용으로 빠르게 형성할 수 있기에 throughput 이 높은 장점이 있다. 하지만 lithography에 의한 전극보다 저항이 높고, uniformity가 낮은 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Ag 전면전극과 Al 후면전극을 형성하고 conventional furnace에서 co-firing하여 열처리조건에 따라서 전극이 최적화된 가장 낮은 저항을 갖도록 하여 단점을 개선하여 보았다.

  • This paper presents the implementation of Real-time data acquisition system for dynamic characteristics of overhead contact wire in electric railway. The reconfigurable field-programmable gate array (FPGA) and LabVIEW graphical development tools have been used to Real-time monitoring system. The results from a field test show that the proposed technique and developed system can be practically applied to measure the assessment quantity or quantities on overhead contact lines for the online real-time process monitoring.

  • We have measured the I-V characteristics and contact resistance of jointed BSSCO tape in the superconducting state. Electrical joint was made by various type of solder. Estimated critical current was about 30 Amp, and the contact resistance of the joint was about 350 nOhm.

  • 본 논문에서는 contact mechanism을 고려한 선형 초음파 모터에 대한 특성 해석방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 수치적 방법과 해석적 방법을 결합하여 시간에 따른 접촉면적과 표면의 운동속도의 변화를 반영하였다. 제안된 해석방법은 시뮬레이션 결과와 실험결과를 비교함으로써 검증되었다.
