  • 본 연구는 전력시장에서 중요한 모선가격을 최적이 아닌 현재상태에서 계산할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 개발하였다. 모선가격을 계산하기 위하여, 한계가격, 전력조류계산을 사용하였으며, 선로손실, 발전용량, 선로용량 등을 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 방법을 시험계통에 적용하여, 제안한 방법의 우수성을 입증하였다.

  • 3kW grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system and data acquisition system are constructed for performance analysis of PV system at field demonstration test center of Gwang-Ju in Korea. As climatic and irradiation conditions are varied, operation characteristics of the PV system are collected and analyzed in data acquisition system. From these results, the performances of PV system have simulated and evaluated using simulation tool in comparison with actual value of data acquisition system of field demonstration test center. Furthermore, performance of total PV system e.g. electric power and loss factor at the site are reviewed.

대학건축물의 전력에너지 사용량 조사 및 분석 (Survey and Analysis of Power Energy Usage of University Buildings)

  • For the past seven years, the increase in the energy consumption of universities in Korea has been 3.7 times higher than the overall increase in the energy consumption across Korea (22.5%). This is an example that shows that universities have been a massive source of greenhouse gases. Such an increase has been attributed to the new and expanded construction of architectural structures on campus. Many people argue that the increasing number of buildings may cause waste of energy and loss of efficiency. Therefore, this study was conducted as a preliminary study to derive energy efficiency measures for new university buildings. The two aspects of energy-saving as required by the eco-friendly structure certification standards have been applied to analyze the use of new/renewable energy and the energy consumption of new university buildings that have applied light density and light engineering methods. Based on these results, the major sources of energy of existing buildings and new university buildings were compared to comparatively discuss how effectively they improve energy performance.

  • 최근 전력난으로 인해 각 분야에서 에너지 절감을 위한 기술에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행됨에 따라 네트워크분야에서도 에너지 절감을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 변화하는 트래픽 밀도에 따라 기지국의 전송파워를 조절하여 트래픽이 없거나 적은 경우 발생하는 불필요한 기지국의 에너지 소모를 줄임으로서 기지국의 소모 에너지를 절감하는 셀 주밍 기법을 제안하고, 트래픽의 변화에 따른 기지국의 서비스 시나리오를 비교하여 에너지 절감을 확인하였다.

  • 최근 계속되는 유가 상승과 화석에너지의 고갈 문제, 그리고 환경에 대한 관심 증가로 인해 자동차의 연비 개선 및 배기가스 저감을 위한 친환경 자동차 기술로 전기자동차에 대한 연구 활동이 활발하게 진행 중이다. 전기자동차에서 동력을 발생시키는 대용량 전동기는 큰 토크 발생에 필요한 전류를 받아들이기 위하여 내부적으로 이중 권선을 갖도록 구성되어 있고, 인버터 전력소자는 대용량 소자를 사용하거나 병렬로 구성하여 전동기 1상의 전류를 감당하도록 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 전동기의 이중 권선에 인버터의 전력회로를 병렬로 구성하여 6선 3상으로 연결함으로써 전동기에 인가되는 인버터의 PWM 스위칭 주파수를 기존보다 낮게 사용하더라도 스위칭 소음, 전류의 맥동 및 손실을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

  • A hold-up time compensation circuit is proposed to get high efficiency of the front-end phase-shifted full bridge DC/DC converter. The proposed circuit can make the phase-shifted full bridge front-end DC/DC converter built with 0.5 duty ratio so that the conduction loss of the primary side and voltage stress across rectifier in the secondary side are reduced and the higher efficiency can be obtained. Furthermore, the requirement of an output filter significantly can diminish due to the perfect filtered waveform. A 12V/100A prototype has been made and experimental results are given to verify the theoretic analysis and detailed features.

  • Total six units of 3kW photovoltaic (PV) system and data acquisition system (DAS) are constructed for analyzing performance of PV system at field demonstration test center of Gwang-Ju in Korea. As climatic and irradiation conditions are varied, operation characteristics of the PV system are collected and analyzed in data-acquisition system. Furthermore, not only performance test of each PV system component such as PV module and power conditioning system, but also performance of total PV system e.g. system efficiency, electric power and loss factor at the site are reviewed.

  • Corona discharges in air insulated electric power systems cause power loss, produce interfering electromagnetic radiation, and can indicate incipient failure. An understanding of corona discharges in air gap is clearly Important. The Wavelet transformation is an extended method of fourier transformation. The fourier method is a powerful tool for signal analysis, but it can't include information for time. However the wavelet transformation analysis can include on the information of time and frequencies at the same time. In this paper we apply the wavelet transformation to the corona signals in needle-plane air gap for the purpose of analysis of developing aspects of corona discharges. We analyzed the developing aspects of corona discharges, namely, corona discharge current, repetition rates, width of Pulse distribution region, pulseless region and frequencies distribution of corona discharge pulses.
