Link-K message is the Tactical Data Link message standard developed by the Agency for Defense Development which is optimized for the Joint Operation of ROK Armed Force. KMTF message is the standard message format of Battle Management Information System. Interconversion and propagation between these messages are definitely needed to have efficient warfare such as situation data propagation using network, the convergence of collected situation data, common situational awareness, cooperative engagement. Therefore, this study suggests a way of rule and process for format conversion between Link-K and KMTF messages.

TD-SCDMA is considered as an innovative Chinese 3G technology adopted by the ITU for the IMT-2000 family. TD-SCDMA combines TDMA and CDMA components to provide more efficient use of radio resources. According to the traffic volume and activity level, the operation mode of a mobile terminal can change from one state to other states. This paper focuses on the problem of recovery delay from inactive states, and proposes a resource management algorithm, which holds some resources for rapid recovery of service after the service determines to release the dedicated resources.

Korea Train eXpress(KTX), opened in april 2004 as well as the KOREA RAILROAD sailed in 2005 is on the second take-off stage. In 2004, on the basis of the technical stabilization, management planning centering around business was established, and to attain the object, now there is a increasing necessity for market-information which is necessary for establishment, execution and result analysis of strategies. Therefore, by performing periodical market surveying, getting out of old market strategy making ways of viewing in manager's shoes, we can quickly elaborate market strategies in consumer's shoes on the basis of the market information. And as a necessary consequence, we can expect not only to make efficient use of resources but also to maximize profits of the KTX.

This paper is to review and organize performance strategies, issues, and measures for the efficient operation of order picking function. Order picking is the process of retrieving items from storage to meet a specific customer order, which is known to be the most labor-intensive and costly function among all the warehouse functions. This function is also important in that it has a critical impact on downstream customer service. For understanding the background of order picking and related performance issues, we will briefly introduce warehousing functions. Then we will introduce material handling within a warehouse and order picking strategies. Lastly, we will discuss about performance issues and measures in the domain of order picking operations. Productive and quality measures will be reviewed in more detail.

Past, teacher's facilities space of school arranges the desk by teacher's number and businesslike function a teacher's room and night-duty room, supplementary rest space, of considered 1 room from everything mean. But, these days, teacher's space is emphasized personality of individual study conversation between teachers and a rest etc. Even though the change of such use form is very important to teacher, it is true to be not considered much in architectural planning of existing school's facilities. Plan that correspond dividing use form of school affair meeting and business, individual study, a rest etc. of forward teacher space is to need. Therefore, I wish to suggest architectural data for general and efficient operation management of integrated school through this study.

최근 사물인터넷(IoT)이 도래함에 따라 IT 산업을 중심으로 소프트웨어의 활용 용도가 컴퓨터 뿐 아니라, 의료, 교육, 금융, 자동차, 에너지 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 이처럼 소프트웨어 활용 분야가 본격적으로 확산됨에 따라 소프트웨어 보안 취약점을 이용한 공격위험 또한 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 시큐어코딩의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 시큐어코딩 관리 시스템 환경에서 효율적인 시큐어코딩 관리를 위해 운영서버와 Program Server를 이용한 시큐어코딩 관리 시스템 향상 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템을 시큐어코딩 프로그램에 적용한다면, 시큐어코딩 프로그램 성능향상과 효율적인 시큐어코딩 시스템 관리에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Many recent changes in medical area such as expansion of medical insurance, high expectation of people for medical service and the competition with foreign country open new area of medical service and hospital managements. Domestic medical personal have been doing their best for better medical service and more efficient hospital management. In other words, they are focusing on the renovation of organization culture, the reform of organization and operation process and building information systems. It has been more than 10 years since the first computer system was introduced in the domestic medical area. We have been trying to build more advance and more friendly computer systems. Recent advances of information technology could make this possible. In this paper, I introduce the system design of Integrated Hospital Information System include core technology, components of the system and important factors to be considered.

The purpose of this study is to provide information for the livestock for the livestock carcass composting operation in agricultural waste management. Burial, landfilling and incineration of livestock carcass may have environmental regulatory and economic liabilities. Dead animals amended with agricultural residues can be composted and used to promote soil fertility and reduce environmental pollution. In this study we evaluated the effect of amendments on the primary and secondary composting reaction and stability of compost. The full-scale composting bin of swine carcass in roofed system with three amendments was adequate in reaching sufficient temperature above 55$^{\circ}C$ long enough to kill the pathogen. The average temperature of the compost material in dead swine amended with corn stover increased rapidly to 64$^{\circ}C$ on the 2nd day after primary composting and dropped to near ambient temperature on the 140th day of composting. The composting with of corn stover and wheat straw are more efficient for swine carcass composting than that of sawdust. Therefore, the amendment property is an important factor in the design of composting facility.

According to the recent increase in the height of supertall buildings, construction lift became one of most important equipment for vertical transportation of resources. However, increase in lifting load during peak time in which the resources are concentrated often causes a risk of construction delay. This study suggests a concept of Double-Cage construction lift, which is a lift with two cages attached together allowing transportation of resources on two consecutive work floors simultaneously. The aim of this study is to present a simulation model suitable for calculating hoisting time of Double-Cage construction lift. The proposed model is expected to be utilized when applying Double-cage construction lift for its efficient operation and management.

The fact that the major cases of life casualties are from smoke in the fire accidents and the expected steep increase of skyscrapers, huge spaces, multiplexes and huge scaled underground spaces demand establishment of efficient smoke countermeasure. The architectural factors affecting the pressure field of building should be examined for the successful design and operation of smoke management system and the stack effect is one of the important factors. The field experiments on stack effect in stairwells of high-rise building with regard to open/close condition of door are carried out to evaluate the features of pressure applied to door between each compartments, i.e, stair, lobby and accommodation. The procedures and results of experiments are presented.
