Nonetheless, educational materials are needed to reduce misunderstanding and ignorance about school lunch programs. This study aimed to develop 3 educational videos that help students of various ages (kindergarteners/lower-grade elementary, upper-grade elementary, and secondary school, respectively), understand the school lunch program. Methods: A scenario was created, was made, and the opinions on the scenario from experts in foodservice sectors were collected. A survey was conducted to students and parents to determine topics they wanted to know about school foodservice. The final videos were produced using this information and the expert opinions. The data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 for Mac (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA); a P-value of < 0.05 was considered significant. Results: Three videos on school foodservice were developed for various age levels of students: kindergarten/lower-grade elementary, upper-grade elementary, and secondary school. Additionally, English subtitles were included for the multicultural student population. These videos, each lasting about 7 minutes, cover topics such as nutrition, hygiene, and the cultural significance of the school lunch program. The survey results showed that parents and students wanted to know the following topics about the school lunch program: "nutritionally balanced diet" (11.9%), "purchasing safe food ingredients" (10.9%), and "healthy eating habits" (9.9%). Conclusions: The developed videos will serve as valuable educational resources on school foodservice, foster a deeper understanding of the school lunch program in parents and students, and potentially address their inquiries regarding production processes, nutrition, hygiene, cultural heritage, and health.

Today when an age of unlimited competition is being ushered in, we are witnessing a Domino phenomenon driving many companies into insolvency due to the control of IMF bailout program and national management crisis. Amid such an extreme vortex, our companies are struggling hared to survive the crisis. As it is, it is very difficult for domestic companies to invest their capitals in the development of new technologies as they did in the past. Particularly, as knowhow or information regarding new technologies or products are databased or computerized enough to allow for its easier sharing or transmission, the conventional competitive edges are being dismissed more and more. Under such circumstances, the industrial design may be the best strategy or means for domestic companies to surmount their management crisis. For an industrial design may help to create a higher added value with a shouter-term investment or effort than other types of research and development efforts. In order to realize such a higher added value of the industrial design with a shorter-term investment, it is required to establish an educational system which can continue to supply the quality design professionals armed with sense of creativity and practical applicability. Only when such an educational system has been established, our companies can afford to advance into the world markets with their unique designs produced by their professional designers. With such a basic conception in mind, this study was aimed at providing for the data useful to establishment of a scientific and systematic industrial design education system or the prerequisite for development of our industrial designs. To this end, the educational system of domestic and foreign college design departments were investigated and analyzed, while researcher's experience at a design department of Yuhan college (hereunder called 'Y' college) were used. Based on the results of investigation and analysis, marketing strategies for design departments are put forwards together with a new pedagogic method of bringing up professional industrial designers through reinforcement of the design department curriculum.

In this study, we examined students' science academic achievement through an analysis of the national assessment of educational achievement(NAEA) from 2015 to 2018 when the 2009 revised curriculum was applied. This study analyzed achievement average scores by gender and region and also analyzed the trend of the rate of achievement level in order to understand the characteristics of students' academic achievement. In addition, we analyzed the characteristics of the affective aspect using a survey of students' attitudes (confidence, interest, value, and willingness to learn) toward science. The main findings are as follows; First, the average science score shows a tendency to decrease year by year at the middle school level. Second, when analyzed by achievement level, the decline in the advanced group was large, and the rate of the below basic group increased. Third, comparisons of the average achievement scores by gender, female students' scores were generally high and the difference in achievement scores between male and female students tended to increase. Fourth, a characteristic gap was found between regional scales that increased in the advanced group. The results of a questionnaire on students' attitudes show that the four constructs of the students' attitudes had a significant correlation with the average achievement scores. In addition, the mean and positive response rates on the confidence, interest, and value of science in the above proficiency group increased but decreased in the below basic group. These results can be used as basic data for revising the curriculum, improving teaching and learning, and establishing educational policies.

The main purpose of this study is to reveal the educational value of the Chinese drama and present a concrete and feasible Chinese speaking teaching-learning programme targeted at intermediate level Chinese learners through storytelling and role-play. There is some advice for Chinese speaking teaching-learning by using Chinese dramas. Firstly, applying various techniques actively such as storytelling and role play, not only could it help to correct Chinese speaking pronunciation, but it could also help students to make up and express their ideas as free as possible. Secondly, it's necessary to accord with the teaching objectives of Chinese speaking, students' actual level and requirements to select Chinese dramas as Chinese speaking teaching-learning materials. Thirdly, it's noteworthy that teachers should select Chinese dramas with various genres or theme according to social development to promote the fun of class and maximize the educational value of Chinese dramas as teaching-learning materials.
The value that students consider important in math learning may vary depending on the student's socio-cultural background and personal experience. Although socio-cultural backgrounds are very diverse, I considered overseas vs domestic Koreans, and secondary school levels as variables in terms of students' educational experiences. Overseas students had a lower perception of the value in mathematics than domestic students, especially about understanding mathematics knowledge and the value of the latest teaching and learning methods. Middle school students perceived the value of mathematics as an activity higher than that of high school students, and high school students perceived student agency as a higher value than middle school students. In addition, I considered meta-affect as one of the individual students' experiences, finally meta-affect was a variable that could explain value perception in math learning, and in particular, affective awareness of achievement, affective evaluation of value, and affective using were significant. From the results, I suggested that research on ways to improve the value and the meta-affect in math learning, test to measure the value of students in math learning, the expansion of research subjects to investigate the value in math learning, and a teacher who teaches overseas Koreans are needed.
