지방자치단체의 건강증진사업 활성화 방안 -교육적 접근을 중심으로- (Facilitating Health Promotion Programs at the Local Level: An Educational Approach)

  • This paper will discuss about how we can foster educational support mechanisms to facilitate health promotion programs at the local level. Health promotion in Korea is in the early developmental stage; it has only been since the Health Promotion Act was legislated in 1995, the health promotion programs have been planned and implemented. In the context of the recent decentralization process, local health departments have a major responsibility for developing and implementing health promotion programs at the local level. The short history of health promotion in Korea has meant that local public health departments have limited experience and organizational capacity for health promotion planning & practice. The results of one survey for investigating the progress of health promotion at the local level are instructive. The survey demonstrated that the public health workers recognized that the lack of personnels, insufficient budget, the lack of policy & the organizational support, the lack of skill & knowledge to be effective health promotors, the lack of guidance for health promotion practice were major barriers to implementing health promotion programs at the local level. The object of this paper is to suggest some ways of overcoming barriers to implementing health promotion programs at the local level This paper emphasizes on the importance of educational supports as well as environmental supports - legislative, policy, organizational, economical - in building the organizational capacity and infrastructure of local health department for health promotion. It suggests some ways of providing educational supports to the public health workers at the local level. and supports the positions that educational opportunities for training in health promotion can be better provided to the public health workers at the provincial level rather than at the national level. It argues that the educational & training programs should be developed and based on the educational need assessment; that the application of the main educational principles & theoretical models for health promotion be used to develop educational programs for the public health workers; and that professional health organizations should make plans to provide more educational programs at their annual conferences or at other convenient times. These kinds of educational supports facilitate the ability of public health workers to improve their capacity for health promotion practice at the local level and help to alleviate some of the pressure on state resources.

  • The Purpose of this study was to examine the adolescents'stress and social supports and the relationships of there two factors. Specifically, this study investigated the adolescents'stress and social supports depending on their sex, family status, socio-economic status. The subjects of this study were 467 middle school students in Pusan. Questionnaires were used consisting of adolescents'perceived stress and social supports for data analysis, Cronbach's $\alpha$-coefficient, frequency distribution, percentage, Oneway-ANOVA, t-test and Pearson's γ-coefficient were used. Major findings were as follows: Adolescents'stress were significantly different depending on their sex, father's educational level, family income and family intimacy The source of the adolescents'social support sources were different depending on their sex, family status, father's educational level, mother's educational level, family income and family intimacy. Adolescents'social support types were different depending on family status, lather educational level, mother educational level, father\`s job, family income and family intimacy. There were negative correlation between stress and social supports.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influencing factors on the economic and educational supports selection of small self-employed business. A sample of 321 was selected from self-employed workers living in Daegu. For data analysis, logistic regression was used. The major findings were as follows: 1 The determinants of the economic supports selection in self-employed business were father's working experiences in self-employed business, taking employees or not in business, having housing ownership or not, and as well as the amount of starting capital. 2. The determinants of the educational supports selection in self-employed business were self-employer's working experience as self-employed before or not, and empowerment with self-employed work.

아동의 스트레스 및 사회적 지지 지각의 행동문제 (The Relation of Stress and Perceived Social Support to Problem Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relation of stress and perceived social supports to problem behavior during childhood, with particular emphasis on the main and stress-buffering effects of perceived social supports. Such demographic data as parents' educational level, father's job, mother's employment, family income, and child's sex and age were also in chided in the study. Statistical techniques were ANOVA, t-test, and multiple regression. Major findings were that behavior problems of children increased with children's stress and decreased by perceived social supports. Perceived social supports moderated the relation between children's stress and problem behavior. Children's stress and perceived social supports differ by educational level of parents, father's job, and family income. Behavior problems of children were differed by family income, father's educational level and job. Children's stress and behavior problems differed by sex and age in some sub-domains, but perceived social supports did not differ by children's sex and age. Perceived social support from friends was the most influential factor affecting children's problem behavior. Therefore, friends may be considered the most important source of social support that is available for adjustment and for coping with stress during childhood.

  • The government supports the various systems on the premise of life-long education for improving the qualification of its people and supporting the lifelong career system. These systems help the educational activities for every generation from the teens. Each government department supports the learning activities for those who are related. In addition, each government department systemizes the regular education for advancing the performance of civil servant, by obliging a self-directed system to their member as well as by reflecting this educational activities in a promotion. This style of learning is provided not only offline but also online. However, not all necessary educational contents is furnished within the department. It is sometimes necessary to cooperate with the commissioned education and a professional educational institution. This thesis suggests three model systems while comparing one another. This paper suggests three system model. The first model is e-contents open place. The second model is e-contents open place. Finally, the suggest model is mixed form.

민간경비원의 교육훈련만족도가 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (The effect on a job performance of the Education training satisfaction of Private Security)

  • 본 연구는 민간경비원의 질을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 교육훈련만족도가 직무수행에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 수행하기 위해 신임교육을 받은 민간경비원을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 교육훈련만족도가 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 실증적 연구를 통하여 분석한 결과 교육훈련만족도와 사회적지지, 직무수행의 요인들에 대한 상관관계에서는 통계적으로 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육훈련만족도가 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에서는 교육과정, 교육행정, 교수강의 능력이 직무몰입에 정(+)영향이 나타났으며 직무에 몰입하기 위해서는 교육시설보다는 체계적이고 효과적인 교육과정과 행정, 강의능력이나 교육내용이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 사회적지지가 직무수행에 미치는 영향에서는 사회적지지가 직무수행에서 직무몰입과 이직의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사회적으로 교육훈련을 지지해 주었을 때 직무몰입과 이직의도가 상승한다는 것으로 사회적지지인 경비원의 교육기회제공과 교육비제공, 교육의 중요성 인식을 통하여 경비원교육을 받을 수 있는 업무조건의 사회적환경이 되었을 때 직무효과를 향상 시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess nurses' evidence-based practice (EBP) beliefs and competencies, and organizational supports to develop EBP. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted using a survey of clinical nurses at a tertiary hospital in South Korea. Results: The survey was distributed to a total of 1,413 nurses and was completed by 1,318 nurses. There were significant differences in the EBP beliefs and competencies, and the perception of organizational supports among nurses at different educational levels. The EBP beliefs, EBP competencies, and organizational supports had a positive correlation with each other. EBP competencies were the highest in nurses with less than 3-years of clinical experience, and the perception of organization supports were the highest in nurses with more than 10-years of clinical experience. Conclusion: The findings suggest that educational programs, training, and organizational supports are recommended for facilitating successful EBP among nurses.

  • 현재 중고등학교에 교과교실제의 도입으로 학교 내에 교과전용 교실이 마련되고 교실 내 실물 화상기, 전자칠판, 교육용 촬영기 등 다양한 첨단 교육 기자재들이 비치되어 수업에 도움을 주고 있다. 이러한 기자재의 증가에 따라 각 교육 기자재의 리모컨 개수도 증가한다. 이로 인해 리모컨을 관리하는데 번거로움이 발생하고 기자재의 성격에 따른 운용법도 익혀야 한다. 이에 본 시스템에서는 하나의 리모컨으로 교육 기자재를 통합관리 하는 원격 제어와 강의 보조 기능을 지원한다. 제안하는 리모컨은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 두 부분으로 나뉘어져 있고, 하드웨어는 일반 리모콘과 유사하지만, 소프트웨어는 교사용 PC에 설치되어 운용되어 원격 제어, 강의 녹화, 판서, 기자재 자동 종료 등을 지원한다. 본 시스템을 도입함으로써 교과 교실제를 시행하는 학교에서 교사가 교육 기자재 제어로 인해 소요되는 시간을 줄이고 필요 없는 전력 낭비를 줄일 수 있었다.

The Polarization of Wealth: The Effect of Support of Knowledge Management on Knowledge Management Activity and Company Performance

  • This study attempts to verify effects of CEO' supports, compensation and educational training and those of individual annual salaries and company's sales on promotion of knowledge management expected to contribute to enhancing construction industry's competitiveness, from the perspective of person-organization fit. For the analysis, a total of 368 effective questionnaires were used to conduct independent sample t-test, regression analysis and hierarchical moderated regression analysis. The findings show that individual annual salaries have a positive relationship with company's performance and company's sales also have positive relationships with both knowledge management activities and company performance, and CEO's supports, compensation and educational training are important factors that can improve knowledge management activities. In addition, the principle that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is also operated in construction industry, as in other industries. Therefore, members in a company should conduct optimal strategies to enhance the knowledge management activities through selection and concentration, while governmental agencies require the establishment of IT system for it and supports for related cost and consulting of it.
