소비자문제경험과 그 대응행동에 관한 연구 (Study of Consumer Problems and Consumer Complaining Behavior)

  • The Purpose of study is to provide with the basic research to aid to make policy programs for consumer education, which let reduce the Consumer Problems of nondurable goods and lead to do the aggressive Consumer Complaining behavior if they suffer the Consumer Problems. Questionare Survey method was used and the sample was taken from 315 housewives living in Seoul. Research was operated by Frequency, percentage, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major results are as follows: 1) Variables Effect on Consumer problems: If they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they have high educational level, they experienced much more consumer problems, and less experienced them in case their husband's job is businessman, Expert. 2) Variables Effect on Consumer Complaining Behavior: They have much ore consumer conplaining behavior when they experienced the Seller's Attitude problems, have more problems of after service for month live in Apartment and Consumer Skills level is high.

고객지향성과 판매원 교육간의 관계 연구 (Customer Orientation and Sales Training)

  • The purpose of this paper was to investigate the relationship between customer orientation and sales training. Data were obtained from 297 apparel salespeople working at six department stores in Daegu. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, factor analysis, correlation, and t-test. The respondents were classified into 3 groups; high, medium, and low customer-oriented groups based on the mean score of customer orientation, and the high and the low were compared in training contents and educational methods. Based on factor analysis, four factors were extracted from 27 items of training content. Two of four factors were significantly correlated with customer orientation. The regression analysis showed that customer service and duration of work had significant effects on customer orientation. Also, the results were found that there were significant differences between the high and the low customer-oriented group in training contents which salespeople want to have in the future. However, there were not significant differences between the two groups in educational methods.

국내 공학 교육통계 시스템 구축 (The Construction of Engineering Educational Statistics System in Korea)

  • Along with the industry growth, engineering colleges in Korea has have a quantitative growth. Many of the policy promotions and budgets for engineering colleges from the government are supported. And the various monitoring methods to verify their achievement have demanded. This paper deals with the construction of engineering educational statistics system in Korea. It named Korea Engineering Data Management System(K-EDMS). This system is based on the data mining tool and supports data-based decision making for an advanced engineering education service. This paper presents related researches of case studies. Then, we have designed K-EDMS, and constructed 157 cases for engineering colleges of the year 2014.

Effects of Training Contents on the Work Effectiveness of Learning Workers in the Software field

  • In this paper, the effects of educational contents on job behavior, the effects of job behavior on job effectiveness and the effects of educational contents on job effectiveness were studied when working in the Software field. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning workers who conducted the training in the IT field, and 302 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis. The research model was set up to test exploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis, and the research hypothesis was tested by applying structural equation. The effects of job behavior on job effectiveness were positively related to job satisfaction, customer orientation, and organizational commitment.

  • The objective of identifying the cause of inconsistency in determining priority of educational facility maintenance, any related factors were thoroughly identified and tested, to see if it has any effect on decision-making process in resource allocation for educational facilities. On the assumption that 'the more there are to be repaired/maintained and deferred, the higher the relevant cost will be, this will lead to a significant social loss. Accordingly, this study established a framework of determining resource allocation priority based on deferred maintenance and its related expenses. For doing so, it was required to determine relative ranking in terms of resource allocation within a pre-assigned school district, in consideration of the criticality of each deferred maintenance attribute/variable.

서비스 러닝: 환경문제를 다루기 위한 과학교육의 새로운 접근 (Service Learning: A New Approach in Science Education to Address Environmental Challenges)

  • 서비스 러닝(service learning)은 최근 환경문제를 동반한 기후변화에 대처하기 위한 새로운 교육적 접근으로 새롭게 주목받고 있다. 그러나 국내 과학교육에서는 서비스 러닝에 대한 연구들이 부족하다. 이 연구에서는 기존의 관련 문헌들을 바탕으로 서비스 러닝에 대한 이론적 배경을 소개하고, 환경문제에 대한 과학교육의 새로운 접근 방법으로서 국내 과학교육 환경에서도 적용될 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서비스 러닝과 관련하여 국내외 데이터베이스 검색을 통해 수집된 112편의 문헌들을 연구 대상으로 하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, Dewey의 경험학습에 뿌리를 둔 서비스 러닝의 이론적 배경을 소개하였고, 서비스 러닝을 학생들이 학습 내용과 관련된 구조화된 서비스 활동을 통해 지역사회가 필요로 하는 도움을 제공하고, 그와 동시에 학문적 이해의 깊이를 더하며, 나아가 사회 구성원으로서 공동체 의식과 책임감을 함양하는 형태의 경험학습으로 정의하였다. 또한 환경문제에 대응하기 위해 국내 과학교육 환경에 적용하기 위한 서비스 러닝의 개념적 틀을 제안하였다. 제안된 틀은 서비스 러닝의 구성원을 학교, 학생, 지역사회로 구분하고, 지식, 경험, 그리고 비판적 성찰(critical reflection)을 통한 학습을 그 핵심요소로 제시하고 있다. 기후변화, 생물 다양성, 대기오염, 산림황폐화 등을 포함한 다양한 환경문제를 다루기 위한 방안으로 우리나라 과학교육에서도 서비스 러닝을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 따라서 제안된 서비스 러닝의 개념적 틀을 바탕으로 학교현장에서 지역사회 환경문제를 다루기 위해 다양한 형태로 적용하고 검증하는 연구들이 추가적으로 수행되어야 할 것이다.

수업 설계 및 실연의 자기평가 기준에 대한 고찰 (A Study of Criteria for Self-Assessment of Lesson Planning and Teaching Performance)

  • As teachers' competency is evaluated based on their teaching performance. pre-service teachers need to have an opportunity to reflect on themselves by systematically analyzing and evaluating their own lesson planning and teaching performance through self-assessment. In this study, we aimed to examine what evaluation criteria for lesson planning and teaching performance pre-service mathematics teachers consider in the process of self-assessment. This study used a mixed-methods research design. To draw the self-evaluation criteria for lesson planning and teaching performance, pre-service self-reported assessments were analyzed using qualitative analyses. In addition, descriptive statistics were used to investigate the pre-service teachers' distribution across the criteria and check the ratio of pre-service mathematics teachers for each element. As a result, it was disclosed that pre-service mathematics teachers considered eight elements in self evaluating their own lesson planning and teaching performance. In addition, we found that pre-service mathematics teachers tended to consider Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) more than Subject-Matter Knowledge (SMK). Moreover, the results of this study provide educational implications for the curriculum in the pre-service teacher's education program.

물리적환경이 자긍심과 기업애호도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -서비스관련 대학교육환경을 중심으로- (Research about Influence of Physical Service Educational Environment on Self-Esteem and Company's Loyalty -On the Physical Evidence of Education Service-)

  • 최근 들어 대학들은 취업률에 총력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 취업분야와 관련한 실무지향적 학과들의 교육과정 및 환경에 대한 논거는 취업이라는 가치관에 그 성과를 측정하고 있는 실정이다. 이는 기업인재 지향적 학습 및 교육이 취업으로 이어지는 결과에서 지인한 것이다. 항공서비스과는 대표적인 예이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내대학 항공서비스과 학생들을 대상으로 물리적 교육환경이 자긍심 및 기업애호도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 분석결과 물리적환경이 높을수록 자긍심이 올라가는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 자긍심은 기업애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

초등수학 교사교육의 현장연계성 강화를 위한 예비교사-현직교사 협력적 과제 개발 사례 연구 (Case Study on Collaboration between Pre-Service and In-Service Elementary Mathematics Teacher)

  • 본 연구는 초등 교사교육의 현장 연계성을 강화하기 위한 방안으로서 예비교사와 현직교사의 협력을 시도하였다. 예비교사와 현직교사의 협력이 예비교사교육의 실질적인 대안으로 자리 잡기 위해서는 구체적인 사례와 효과가 제시될 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 현직교사와 예비교사가 협력하여 수학 수업 과제를 개발하는 사례를 구체적으로 제시하고, 그 과정에서 예비교사와 현직교사의 역할을 분석하여 협력의 가능성을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 예비교사와 현직교사는 과제를 개발하는 과정에서 학생의 수준과 흥미를 고려하거나 수학적 내용을 고려하였다. 각 주체는 학생과 내용의 상호작용 측면을 직접적으로 고려하지는 않았지만, 각자의 역할이 서로에게 영향을 주면서 과제가 개선되는 모습을 확인할 수 있었다.

마이크로티칭에서 수학 예비교사들의 수업 행동과 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on Mathematics Pre-service Teachers' Teaching Behaviors and Changes in Microteaching)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of mathematics pre-service teachers' teaching behaviors in microteaching. This study is organized along the following lines: 1) mathematics pre-service teachers conduct twice microteachings, 2) the microteaching recordings and lesson observation reports written by pre-service teachers are analyzed. Through reviewing the first microteaching, pre-service teacher have reviewed and found out improvements of their teaching. In the second microteaching, pre-service teachers' teaching behaviors have been positively and effectively changed with respect to teaching methods, proposal of learning objectives, prior knowledge usage, presenting lesson's content, concise descriptions, brief language usages, multimedia, and appropriate questions. However, they frequently used inappropriate expressions from their unconscious habits. Therefore, the educational institutions should provide opportunities involved in well-structured microteaching training program with pre-service teachers, which in turn, help pre-service teachers to have more positive teaching competence.
