Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop an educational program for the children's guardian with cochlear implants in order to provide knowledge and information about cochlear implants. Methods: The educational program was developed based on a literature review, potentially relevant website analysis, and validation by an expert group. Two out of twenty-two educational items under four domains that had item-level content validity index (CVI) greater than 0.8 by the ten experts were finally selected and used. After the children's guardian participated in this educational activity through a specially designed booklet and DVD, the effectiveness of the program was evaluated. Results: A total of 8 children's guardian participated in the program. Their knowledge levels significantly increased after participating the program (mean $15.0{\pm}3.02$ vs. $19.0{\pm}0.93$, Z= 2.371, p=.018). Satisfaction levels with the program was high, $4.1{\pm}0.87$ out of 5. Conclusion: This newly developed educational program for the children's guardian with cochlear implants is proved to be effective and can be used in nursing practice. In addition, the participants seemed to be satisfied with the program. Furthermore, this program may also improve the effects of adult with cochlear implants.

The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program of leadership for housewives as the CEO of household management. For this purpose, the related concepts of leadership as CEO were analyzed and cases on the educational program for housewives were reviewed. The program developed through this study consists of four subjects: 1. The housewives' identity 2. Household management and the CEO 3. The strategies for the development of leadership and 4. The connection between the individual household, the community, and society. It can be expected that the program will contribute to the activation of various programs in the Healthy Families Center and the strong positioning of research in "family resource management" as a practical science.

The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program that enhances a single mother's social adaptation (self-esteem and sociality) based on the precedent studies. The subjects of this program were seven single motherswholive in C city in Chung Cheong Namdo. Paired-Sample t-test, individual change and group processing description data, and behavior observation record data were analyzed. Research results are as follows based on the research questions. First, a group of 8 single mothers who participated in the program showed an improvement of their social adaptation. Therefore, the effectiveness of the educational program was verified. Second, as the group session went on, the cohesion among the group members was solidified and their will to participate in the program was increased. Third, generally, individuals' understanding, acceptance, and adaptation toward themselves and others were enhanced. On the whole, the educational program for improving single mother's social adaptation was verified. We need to develop and implement more programs that enhance single mother's social adaptation in the future.

This research aims at investigating the relationships among such variables as internet use, social-ethics, info-ethics, and the needs for info-ethic educational program. Another purpose of this study is to develop the framework for the cyber ethic educational program. For accomplishing the purpose, a survey questionnaire had been administered to 522 respondents online and of nine. The major statistical methods for data analysis were frequencey and t-test. The results of this analysis were as fellows： 1. Such variables as sex, the awareness of social law-ethics and social general ethics increased the awareness of info-ethics. 2. Variables that influenced the needs for info-ethic educational program were internet skills, social general ethics, and net info-ethics. The implications of these findings were discussed. Finally, the cyber ethic educational program was developed by the researcher band on the results of this study.

This study aims to develop an educational program for healthy families using Christoph's team performance coaching (TPC) model and evaluate the program by program participant feedback. The educational program is unique in terms of helping the program participants measure the health level of their families, setting goals for the health improvement of their families based upon minimum family performance and seeking ways to achieve these goals. The educational program was designed as 3-hour-course for the convenience of implementing education and recruiting participants. The overall program was based on the characteristics and principles of coaching. Those with a master's degree or above and professional coaches were recruited as instructors. The first workshop for the instructors was conducted in 2 sessions, for 12 hours each (Dec 29-30, 2010 and Feb 12-13, 2011) and the second workshop was conducted Mar 25-26, 2011, for 12 hours. During the workshop for the instructors, the final education program was completed based upon the instructors' impression and evaluation. 8 instructors conducted the educational programs in educational institutions and facilities across the nation. The results of the program evaluated by 419 adults of education participants demonstrated the applicability of Christoph's team performance coaching model to the educational program for healthy family and its effects. If various educational programs with flexible education hours and content according to the needs of subject groups are developed, this educational program can be used as a basic educational program for in-depth education and further service for the improvement of family health.

This study aims to conduct a case study of the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) outreach program development and their application. This program was operated by 184 middle and high school students at C University on October 2014. The major results of these studies were as follows: First, The theme of the outreach program consisted of four engineering areas, aerospace engineering, chemical engineering, architectural engineering, and mechatronics (robot) engineering; moreover, the materials for the students' workbook, the guidebook for teachers, and the program operation manual for staffs in a university were developed by working with four authors and ten subject matter experts. Second, the satisfaction level with the contents and activities was ranged from 4.24-4.31 out of 5 points. Third, the vitalizing activation plan was discussed for the sustainable development and operation of the STEAM outreach program.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to describe the development of health educational program for maternity using principle of user centered design. Method: Research process includes five distinct phases: needs assessment, analysis, design, development/testing/revision, and application release. Results: This program includes an introduction, pregnancy test and fetal assessment, maternal and fetal change during pregnancy, self-care methods during pregnancy, complication of postpartum period, process of labor, complication of pregnancy, self care during the postpartum period, information for parenting skill, father page, FAQ, helping resources and institutions. Conclusion: The program will be distributed to health centers for maternal health education. The second phase of this project was evaluation this program for further development of the program. The end result of this program will be pregnant women with a high degree of usability. Author believe this program have true potential in helping maternal health promotion and successful parenting.

The efficiency of internet lectures has been proved in many areas, and its significance and role theory has been consistently mentioned in the fields of furniture design education that demand a large amount of educational contents and practice in visual education. However, it reveals weaknesses without satisfying the demand owing to various realistic issues. In this study, the significance and developmental process of internet lecture as well as its effect after the development in terms of the education on furniture design were analyzed by counting some development cases of internet educational program in relation with AutoCAD educational course, a computer design program for furniture design. Also through such analysis, it intended to promote the development of design education by assessing the merits and problems, assignments to be supplemented, and utilization of the educational course development.

The essence of family health is to make the family stronger, which can be found in the philosophy of coaching that focuses on the individual's own change and development. In this context, this study aims to develop a coaching educational program at the Healthy Family Support Center. The educational program, 'The Happiness Balloon in My Mind' consists of 4 sessions, which are 'Perceiving the Balloon', 'Making the Balloon', 'Blowing up the Balloon', and 'Flying the Balloon'. Through the questionnaires that included open and closed questions, the effectiveness of the program was evaluated. The educators replied that their expectation to the program was met and they were highly satisfied with the program. They reported that the program brought the a change in life, elly, in their own consciousness. Even though the program would need to adjust its level of difficulty and scheduling, the results suggest that coaching educational program showsits own plausibility to the Healthy Family Support Center.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program for parents of children with epilepsy. Method: The first step was to survey the need for information and social support for these parents. The second step was to design the educational program based on the survey results, literature review, and the theory of chronic sorrow that provided a framework for understanding and working with people suffering a loss of health. Result: The information which these parents were most anxiously seeking was information on the causes of seizures, appropriate steps deal with seizures, and appropriate and supportive parental re]e for their children. The educational program for parents of children with epilepsy included understanding the responses to loss, increasing the parents' knowledge about how to care for their children, managing their stress, enhancing the psychosocial adaptation of children, and encouraging the participation of the family. Conclusion: The educational program developed by the researcher can used with parents of children with epilepsy, and is expected to enhance the psychosocial adaptation of these children.
