As the population of silver generation is increased, there are emerged the aging society and the silver industry as social issues. Previous studies in the fields of library & information science, education, the industrial art science suggested the need for fairy tale books for the silver generation, and from the design perspective, the characteristics of fairy tale books for the silver generation were analyzed. A fairy tale book is not only a medium delivering some information, but also a platform that a writer provides services to readers. Therefore, the purpose of this study aimed to suggest the importance of sensual experience on the design of fairy book for the silver generation, and to analyze such kind of fairy book's format, grid, typography, type, edition structure, image, layout, cover, paper, printing and production on the basis of five senses. According to the findings of this study, it was found that fairy tale books for the silver generation had different characteristics(type, picture, color, paper, etc.) from those for children, and it would be desirable to make designs for fairy tale books for the silver generation under the silver generation's esthetics standards with considering the silver generation's physiological, psychological factors. It is expected that this study would become a good foundation for more intensive researches for fairy tale books for the silver generation in future and would also be theoretically helpful in developing fairy tale books for the silver generation in future.

Based on the successful use of chatbot technology, this study examined what business values each company is creating. The chatbot service contributes to improving the productivity of the company by helping to answer or respond to the questions of employees inside the company or customers. And in the field of education, Instead of instructor, AI technology responds the questions and feedback of the students to reduce the work of the instructor. In the field of commerce, offline stores provide convenient and new purchasing experiences to customers by providing product purchasing services through artificial intelligence speakers and personalization service. Although chatbot service is creating business value in some business cases, it is still limited to the process of a specific company, and the spread rate is still slowing because the service scope, convenience, and usefulness are not greater than expected. Therefore, some chatbot development service providers is providing an integrated development platform to improve usability, Chatbots have the features and advantages of providing convenience instead of answering human questions. However, there is a disadvantage that the level of communication can be lowered by reducing various human subjective views and giving mainly objective answers. Through this study, we will discuss the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of chatbot services by comparing them.

The core of the transportation service, so-called Mobility 4.0 is the flexibility of the entire mobility and its implementation. By doing so, the most essential element is to build a platform to link a supply and a demand simultaneously. In other word, a comprehensive analytical framework is to be set with a data repository which can be periodically updated. With such circumstances, the entire trip chain including pedestrian movements is required to be thoroughly investigated and constructed at the viewpoint of the intermodal transit station. A few studies, however, have been attempted. In this study, the comprehensive analytical framework with the integrated mobility at intermodal transit station was proposed, which consisted of the three modules; 1) Data Repository Extracting from Smart Card DB, 2) Framework of Analyzing Integrated Mobility, and 3) Interpretation of the Integrated Mobility with GIS information and the other factors. A case study with the seven railway stations (Sadang, Sindorom, Samseong, Gwanghwanoon, Gangnam, Jamsil, Seoul Nat'l Univ. of Education) was conducted. The stations of the case study were clustered by the three groups with the statistical ground, and it is most likely to understand the effect of a variety of factors and a comprehensive data-driven analyses with the entire trip stages.

Purpose - The purposes of this editorial review are twofold: firstly, to introduce the four flagship international journals of the Korea Distribution Science Association(KODISA): the Journal of Distribution Science(JDS), the Journal of Industrial Distribution & Business(JIDB), the East Asian Journal of Business Management(EAJBM), and the Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Business(JAFEB), and secondly, to identify the direction of the KODISA journals and the roles and responsibilities of the editors of the KODISA journals. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve the goals, firstly, this review paper addresses the current progress of the four KODISA journals: JDS, JIDB, EAJBM, and JAFEB. Secondly, this paper defines the aims and missions of the four KODISA journals. JDS publishes the articles of examining past, current, and emerging trends and concerns in the area of distribution science and economics, logistics and SCM, transportation, distribution channel management, distribution innovation and information technology, merchandising and procurement, distribution and marketing, consumer behavior, and manufacturing, wholesaling, and retailing. JDS publishes both quantitative and qualitative research as well as scholarly commentaries, case studies, book reviews and other types of reports relating to all aspects of distribution. JIDB publishes the articles of examining past, current, and emerging trends and concerns in the areas of industry and corporate behavior, industry policy making, industrial distribution and business, e-commerce, and service industry. EAJBM publishes empirical and theoretical research papers as well as scholarly commentaries, case studies, book reviews, and other types of reports relating to all aspects of East Asian business and economy. JAFEB publishes original research analysis and inquiry into the contemporary issues of finance, economics and business management in Asia, including Central Asia, East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Middle East. The mission of JAFEB is to bring together the latest theoretical and empirical finance, economics and business management research in Asian markets. The audiences of the KODISA journals include higher education institutions, scholars, industry researchers and practitioners, scientists, economists, and policy makers throughout the world. The main mission of the KODISA journals is to provide an intellectual platform for international scholars, promote interdisciplinary studies in social sciences and economics, and become leading journals in the social science and economics category in the world. Thirdly, this paper addresses the current status of indexing in major databases of the KODISA journals, namely: Cabell's Directories, EBSCO, SCOPUS (Elsevier), and Social Sciences Citation Index^® (SSCI, Thomson Reuters). Fourthly, this paper identifies the roles and responsibilities of the editors of the KODISA journals as the following: (1) Make sure that the journal be published in a timely manner and in international standards both in print and online versions. (2) Maintain the online homepage of the journal is always accessible to, and (3) Make sure that every article should go through a peer review process that meets international standards. Findings and conclusion - To accomplish the goals and missions of the KODISA journals, the editors of the KODISA journals must work together to publish high scholarly journals that meet international standards of journal publications.

This study examines demand of the Korean TV VOD using monthly aggregate data and time series analysis models. In particular, the impact of box office attendance, number of IPTV subscribers, income and price of substitutes on TV VOD market is analyzed. Data on TV VOD download during the period 2013 January to 2018 June are used for the empirical analysis. TV VOD demand shows lower level of seasonality than box office attendance and the share of monthly top1 movie in TV VOD platform is also lower than that of box office attendance. The relationship between a movie's holdback and box office performance does not seem consistent. The empirical result of ARDL model reveals that in the short-run box office attendance, number of IPTV subscribers and price of substitutes have significant impact on TV VOD demand. The result on the long-term relation shows that income is the only determinant of TV VOD demand. The impact of box office attendance on TV VOD is not shown to be robust both for the short-term and long-term.

Communication between customers and service providers is an important issue at sites where various businesses and transactions take place. In particular, the ability to solve problems quickly and accurately when a problem arises and when an inquiry is received is directly linked to trust in the site. In this paper, we propose a method of handling complaints and inquiries of site users by using chatbot technology on talent market platform site. First, we implemented chatbot that can communicate with the inquirers in real time, so that users can use the site usage and word search functions. For various errors and problems of the site which can not be defined by a few words or sentences, I have specified an error code and database it. Users of the site were able to contact chatbot with the error code that was output when an error occurred and get the corresponding response in real time. The chatbot implemented in this study provided a satisfactory experience because that was able to provide quick and accurate answers to users who experienced errors or inquiries when using the site. This will have a positive impact on the credibility and favorability of the site over the long term, and will help reduce manpower and time costs for error inquiries.

New manufactural innovation was generated with combination with Do It Yourself(DIY) culture and Information and Communication Technology(ICT). It led people to make their creative idea in real things and share them. This social movement has been called as 'Maker' culture. As maker culture was developed, the places named 'Makerspace' with high-tech equipment and sharing environment have been widely spread and gotten spotlight. Futhermore, makerspaces have been diffused rapidly in Korea; because of its importance for the fourth industrial revolution. However, the operation of makerspaces is not matured as much as its popularity, so problems occurred in operating aspects. The number of related studies is not enough to foster domestic maker culture in Korea. Of that, studies on operation of makerspaces were limited and the quantity of survey sample was insufficient. Therefore, firstly, in this study, operation elements of makerspaces were extracted by literature review. And, survey for examining the extracted elements was conducted to four policy makers and researchers, four makerspace operators and four makers. Final survey was carried out by Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) method to fifty recipients composed of policy makers and researchers, operators, and makers. In result, importance located above performance in every elements and in-depth interview was followed to understand domestic surroundings and suggest way to invigorate makerspaces in Korea. The suggestion shows as follows. First, online and offline platform for makers should be expanded; second, makerspace should connect private sponsorship with makers or their projects; third, policy direction has to be improved from venturing business to diffusion of maker culture; fourth, basic maker education should be enlarged.

The Neis System is a system integrating administrative information that was operated in elementary and secondary schools in Korea. Currently, this system is operated by a central server method and contains school administration information and important educational information of students. Among student information, the student life record contains important information for a student to advance to a higher level institution, but problems such as information leakage or manipulation may occur due to malicious attacks. In this paper, we propose a hybrid blockchain system that combines the server and blockchain technology managed by the existing Neis system. The proposed system records the query information of the database in a block when student information is accessed. When a request for correction of student information or issuance of a certificate is received, the query of the blockchain, the information in the database, and the student's key value are checked to determine whether the information has been leaked or manipulated, and only if the data is normal, the request for revision of the record is performed. This process is more secure than the existing central server because it checks the manipulation of data through the blockchain. The proposed system was implemented on the Ethereum platform, and the query information of the blockchain was experimentally verified using smart contracts. This study contributes to enhancing the reliability of the Nice system by strengthening the security against forgery and alteration of student data by combining the existing Nice system with a block chain.

This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of an interactive singing-based synchronous videoconferencing program for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This study was conducted in four stages: analysis of interactive singing tasks in the literature for children with ASD, examination of differences in perception of sounds transmitted via synchronous videoconferencing platform depending on the type of singing tasks and accompaniment, construction of singing-based synchronous videoconferencing program and determination of its validity, and implementation of the constructed program with three children with ASD and confirmation of its feasibility. The results showed that different types of singing tasks and accompaniment affected perception of sounds transmitted online, which highlights the importance of considering such effects when designing synchronous videoconferencing music therapy programs. Also, increases in program engagement and singing behaviors were observed for all three participants, and their caregivers reported high levels of satisfaction with the program. The findings support the applicability of this intervention as a tele-music alternative during the COVID-19 pandemic. Clinical implications and suggestions are discussed.

In this paper, we classify and present AI algorithms and natural language processing methods used in chatbots. A framework that can be used to implement a chatbot is also described. A chatbot is a system with a structure that interprets the input string by constructing the user interface in a conversational manner and selects an appropriate answer to the input string from the learned data and outputs it. However, training is required to generate an appropriate set of answers to a question and hardware with considerable computational power is required. Therefore, there is a limit to the practice of not only developing companies but also students learning AI development. Currently, chatbots are replacing the existing traditional tasks, and a practice course to understand and implement the system is required. RNN and Char-CNN are used to increase the accuracy of answering questions by learning unstructured data by applying technologies such as deep learning beyond the level of responding only to standardized data. In order to implement a chatbot, it is necessary to understand such a theory. In addition, the students presented examples of implementation of the entire system by utilizing the methods that can be used for coding education and the platform where existing developers and students can implement chatbots.
