OObjectives : This paper aims to document the journal's history by researching academic achievements of a retiring faculty member and his contribution to the academy. Methods : To expand the boundaries of medical humanities and sociology within the Colleges of Korean Medicine, the methodology for taking oral history was followed in investigating the faculty member's scholarly and academic achievements, which will contribute to the preservation of the academy's history for years to come. Results : Yoon taught subjects such as Medical Chinese, Medical Classics, Classical Chinese, Reading Classical Texts, Medical Philosophy, Medical I-Ching at the University, while vigorously studying basic Korean Medical fields such as the Huangdineijing and the Five Circuits and Six Qi Theory. He also pushed for international communication and implemented the overseas studying program for students and faculty. At the academy, he stabilized the organization's finances, strengthened the journal's status, and built the foundation for the standardization of Medical Classics education by publishing a common textbook. Conclusions : Yoon's various achievements were made possible by other members of the organization, which was in reciprocation to Yoon's effort to bring the members together to form cooperative relationships.

본 연구에서는 2007 개정 교육과정 이후 강조하고 있는 의사소통을 향상하는 방안을 모색하고 이를 수업에 적용하여 그 결과 학생들의 수학적 성향과 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이 실험은 대구광역시 달서구 1학년 2개 반 각 24명을 대상으로 실험 반에는 의사소통 중심 수업을, 비교 반에는 전통적인 수업을 1학기 8주간 실시하였다. 학생들이 수학적 의사소통에 익숙하도록 하기 위하여 의사소통 전략을 구안 적용하였으며, 그 구체적 방법은 수정하여 재 진술하기, 질문하기와 요약하기, 발표 수신호 등이다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 의사소통 중심 수학 수업은 학생들의 수학적 성향 중 문제 해결 의지, 수학에 대한 가치 이해에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의사소통 중심 수학 수업이 기존 형태의 학업성취도 평가에는 영향을 미치지 않았다.

본 연구는 정보사회에서의 성인 비문해자 컴퓨터 교육의 성과를 극대화하기 위한 전략을 탐색하기 위해 성인 문해 정보화 교육의 당위성을 탐색하며, 현재 한국정보문화진흥원에서 지원하고 있는 문해 정보화 교육의 성과 및 그 성과에 미치는 요인을 교육기관 변인, 교육과정 변인, 학습자 변인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 교육 기관 설립주체나 목적 및 역사, 교육방식 및 강사유형, 학습자의 인구학적 특성에 따라 지식 및 기술 영역, 태도 및 정서감 영역의 성과인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 효과적인 성인 비문해자를 위한 문해 정보화교육을 위한 교육과정의 수준별 다양화, 적정인원의 학습자 집단 구성, 전문 교강사 채용 및 교육 등의 지원이 필요함을 제안하였다.

학생들은 학교 수학교육을 통해 획득한 방법으로 여러 수학 문제를 풀고 있지만 문제 해결에 부족한 부분이 많으며, 제 7차 교육과정에서도 문제 만들기 활동을 통한 학습이 강조되고 있지만 수와 연산 영역에 치우쳐 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초등학교 수학 5-가 단계에 적합한 수학 문제 만들기 프로그램을 구안하여 적용한 후, 수학 학업 성취도와 태도 및 흥미도에 미치는 효과를 분석함으로써 학생들의 전반적인 수학 학습에 대한 학업 성취도와 태도 및 흥미도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

This article is to advance the connection between students' achievements and meditation and to explore the direct relationship between two factors by performing meditation in class, which has not been researched. As a result of study, I am convinced that meditation has a positive relation with achievements and many further experiments and researches (This article suggested many kinds of meditation.) will surely confirm this fact.

The 7th National Education Process, implemented in 2004, features student-oriented, selective educational programs with a wide range of optional subjects. In 2005, reflecting this revised National Education Process, the College Scholastic Ability Test began allowing individual students to choose the subjects for examination they would like to take. As a result, the deviations of the college freshmen's academic achievements in some subjects have noticeably widened. This study shows academic abilities of the students on some subjects by comparing the results of 2008 College Scholastic Ability Test with that of the Basic Academic Ability Evaluation Test for freshmen in engineering college of Hongik university. Lastly, this paper presents some improvement plans in order to better accommodate students with academic achievement levels lower than what is expected by the university.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of academic achievements, science process skill and scientific attitude. The subjects of this study were 68 fourth-grade elementary school students who were 33 students for the 5E learning cycle instruction and 35 students for traditional instruction. The control group was taught with traditional teaching method, while the experimental group was taught 'the change to the volume of material due to heat' unit of 4th grade with the developed learning cycle model. The results were as fellows: First, the learning cycle instruction is more effective for understanding of a concept related to the change to the volume of material due to heat. Second, the learning cycle model seems more effective for the expansion of both scientific inquiry ability and scientific attitude.

본 연구는 구성주의를 반영한 교수 학습 이론인 학습자 중심 수업의 효과를 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 "학력향상 중점학교"에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 하였다. 이질통제집단 설계를 통한 준실험연구의 결과로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 실험집단은 학습한 내용에 대한 성취도 뿐만 아니라 학습하지 않은 내용에 대한 학업성취도에서도 비교집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이 결과는 학습자 중심 수업은 학습 능력이 처지는 학생들에게도 효과적인 학습방법이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

This paper studies the relationship between the college entrance examination scores and college mathematics achievements of the freshman, who are the students of college of technology and management in Yanbian University, by employing statistical analysis. First of all, we start from the correlation analysis of the majors and regions of students. Secondly, with gender and region as the classification, we divide the sample into two parts and test the mean significance, and we find that not only different gender but also different region have significant differences to college mathematics achievements. Thirdly, we use the college entrance examination scores as independent variable, and college mathematics achievement as the dependent variable to establish regression model. The model provides a realistic basis for the education department of our school, and provides reference value for the other major research.

본 연구에서는 영재교육 수혜 경험이 영재의 학교 성적 및 학업 능력에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 영재교육의 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 21세기 학습자가 갖추어야 할 핵심 능력인 새로운 지식의 습득, 창의적 문제 해결력, 논리적 사고력, 설득력, 협동력, 자기주도학습능력, 의사소통능력을 영재가 갖추어야 할 학업 능력으로 정의하고 과학고등학교와 영재학교 재학생 1,156명을 대상으로 영재교육 경험이 학교 성적이나 학업 능력에 미치는 영향에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 결과 영재교육은 학생들의 새로운 지식 습득, 협동력, 의사 소통력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으나 자기주도학습능력, 설득력 향상에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 낮게 나타났다. 또한 영재교육 수혜 경험이 학교 성적에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나 연구 방법, 실험 실습 방법, 토론 방법 등을 학습하는데 도움이 되었다고 응답하였다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 영재교육과정을 개선 방향 설정을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.
