We are fusing to the profiling techniques in education and making to a smart teaching plan production systems. Therefore, we investigated based on technical elements necessary for the proper look for profiling techniques, trends in the technology and product trends. We proposed that is smart teaching plan production system such as the smart teaching plan production and editing technique, the management technique for the smart teaching plan, and works for relation skill to smart teaching plan production systems. If you using the techniques that we were proposed to build effective smart teaching plan production system, management system for contents control, virtual classroom then they can management their's class and class teaching plan production, file management to teaching group easy. and those students can easy understand in their class too easy.

In this study, it was attempted to develop a grade-customized statistical analysis system that can be operated by a teacher without professional knowledge of statistics by utilizing profiling in the education sector. For this, with the convergence of techniques of profiling into the education sector, it examined the elements necessary for building a customized student multidimensional analysis system. Referring to the overall configuration and the current state to build multidimensional analysis system utilizing practical profiling, it showed the implementation result of the algorithm applied to each statistical method, and presented the differences and superiority to existing systems. Once the system based on the proposed techniques is built, considering differences of students' needs and abilities and clarifying precise objectives and standards, with the improvement of satisfaction in public education, it is possible not only to reduce expense of prior and private learning but also realize self-directed learning suitable to one's learning ability and aptitude.

Offender profiling, as a crime investigation technique, aims to respond more effectively to violent crimes. However, attitude that police investigators hold toward offender profiling is quite skeptical, which prevents offender profiling from making effective and practical contributions to police investigations. Therefore, the present study explored development strategies of offender profiling by examining perceptions of offender profiling among 156 Korean National Police University students. Furthermore, a total of 166 students from other universities also participated as a control group. As a result, participants showed positive attitude toward offender profiling, in terms of its necessity, effectiveness, and reliability. However, they believed that Korean police agencies are not making the good use of offender profiling and that profilers are not necessarily taking the lead in solving cases. In terms of the profiler education, the majority of the students who showed interest in becoming a profiler did not know what to learn and how to prepare for becoming one. Finally, limitations of the present study were discussed and suggestions for further research were made.

In this paper, we propose a system to a criminal profiling simulation training and assessment with virtual reality technology. Profiling has emerged as the incidence of violent crime has increased by 45.2 % in the country over the past decade. However, the number of profilers in Korea is 36, due to the problem of existing courses. "Criminal Reproduction Learning" is the common way to profiling training, but there are numerous constraints that prevent practical training. Thus, the system used virtual reality technology to overcome existing constraints. Users can receive simulation training and assessment of profiling at crime scene that have been implemented as virtual reality, with an immersive experience through interaction. We expect this system to contribute to the activation of profiling education in many institutions and to the development of good profilers with diverse training.

Pseudopodia are dynamic actin cytoskeleton-based membrane protrusions of cells that enable directional cell migration. Pseudopodia of cancer cells play key roles in cancer metastasis. Recent studies using pseudopodial subcellular fractionation methodologies combined with mass spectrometry-based proteomic profiling have provided insight into the pseudopodiome that control the protrusions of invasive metastatic cancer cells. This review highlights how to characterize the protein composition of pseudopodia and develop strategies to identify biomarkers or drug candidates that target reduction or prevention of metastatic cancer.

This study aims to analyze research domains and trends of reading education in Korea and, suggest future research direction of this field. First, In order to identify the overview of research in terms of productivity, A basic analysis was performed based on 1,465 articles of domestic serials(1935~2011). Second, The analysis of intellectual structure using author profiling as a technique of text mining was performed based on 652 papers of domestic journals(2000~2011). Third, Depending on the results of these analysis, this study suggested the directions of future research of the field.

Criminal profiling is a effective and efficient measure for enhancing industrial security of casino business. Particularly, developing criminal profiling of deviant behaviors in casino will help security management to become more effective and efficient in practical ways. Unfortunately, however, there is lack of empirical profiling study in this regard. To fill the vacuum of literature on this topic, this study was purported to create offender profiles of different types of deviant behaviors in casino based on various theories and techniques in criminal profiling literature, such as investigative psychology, linkage analysis, and behavioral evidence analysis. To fulfill the purposes, this study collected behavioral evidence from 90 casino security officers in South Korea. Offenders' behavioral evidence was analyzed to develop offender profiles of seven different types of deviant behaviors, and then the profiles were compared with each profiles that security officers focus on to identify offenders during their work hours. Results showed that, first, there were unique profiles of each type of seven different categories of deviant behaviors in terms of offenders' ways of speaking and acting, their appearance and attitudes. In addition, this study found that there were some amount of gaps between actual offenders' profiles and profiles that security officers have in mind. Based on the results, this study provided policy implications in terms of managing casino industrial security, education and training for security officers, and future study on casino security.

Recently there has been a growing interest in digital preservation and digital curation with rapid increase of digital resource. This study aims to investigate the research topics and the course topics related digital preservation and digital curation. The course information is collected from the curricular of library and information science departments and archival science departments in leading countries such as US, England, Ireland, Canada and New Zealand. Title keyword profiling and network analysis were adapted to discover core research and education areas. The key topics in the abstracts of research papers and the contents of the course were also illustrated by these methods. In the research analysis, archival system is the biggest area of researches related digital preservation and digital curation. Courser analysis shows digital curation education and process is the important area of education. As a result of content analysis, plan and strategy is a notable topic of research and record management process is a major topic of courses for digital preservation and digital curation. In addition, format of digital resource is an important topic for research and courses.

Feed cost is the main factor affecting the economic benefits of pig industry. Improving the feed efficiency (FE) can reduce the feed cost and improve the economic benefits of pig breeding enterprises. Liver is a complex metabolic organ which affects the distribution of nutrients and regulates the efficiency of energy conversion from nutrients to muscle or fat, thereby affecting feed efficiency. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that can regulate feed efficiency through the modulation of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. In this study, we analyzed miRNA profiling of liver tissues in High-FE and Low-FE pigs for the purpose of identifying key miRNAs related to feed efficiency. A total 212~221 annotated porcine miRNAs and 136~281 novel miRNAs were identified in the pig liver. Among them, 188 annotated miRNAs were co-expressed in High-FE and Low-FE pigs. The 14 miRNAs were significantly differentially expressed (DE) in the livers of high-FE pigs and low-FE pigs, of which 5 were downregulated and 9 were upregulated. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis of liver DE miRNAs in high-FE pigs and low-FE pigs indicated that the target genes of DE miRNAs were significantly enriched in insulin signaling pathway, Gonadotropin-releasing hormone signaling pathway, and mammalian target of rapamycin signaling pathway. To verify the reliability of sequencing results, 5 DE miRNAs were randomly selected for quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The qRT-PCR results of miRNAs were confirmed to be consistent with sequencing data. DE miRNA data indicated that liver-specific miRNAs synergistically acted with mRNAs to improve feed efficiency. The liver miRNAs expression analysis revealed the metabolic pathways by which the liver miRNAs regulate pig feed efficiency.

Activation tagging that uses T-DNA vectors containing multimerized transcriptional enhancers from the cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) 35S gene is a powerful tool to determine gene function in plants. This approach has been successfully applied in screening various types of mutations and cloning the corresponding genes. We generated an activation tagged hairy root pool of ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) in an attempt to isolate genes involved in the biosynthetic pathway of ginsenoside (triterpene saponin), which is known as the major active ingredient of the root. Quantitative and qualitative variation of ginsenoside in activation tagged hairy root lines were profiled using LC/MS. Metabolic profiling data enabled selection of a specific hairy root line which accumulated ginsenoside at a higher level than other lines. The relative expression level of several genes of triterpene biosynthetic pathway in the selected hairy root line was determined by real time RT-PCR. Overall results suggest that the activation tagged ginseng hairy root system described in this study would be useful in isolating genes involved in a complex metabolic pathway from genetically intractable plant species by metabolic profiling.
