This study describes the impact of early childhood teacher's artistic competence on art education pedagogy and improved curriculum design. Furthermore, the effect of drama as a way of improving early childhood teacher's artistic competence is explained. Many researchers have mentioned that early childhood is a period of sensitivity and potential. Therefore, it will be helpful if children meet a teacher who understands them and inspires their innate artistic sense at a level of their eyes. It explained which aspect of artistic competence should be focused for the teacher training education. There are many approaches to develop early childhood teachers' artistic competence. Adopting drama is one of them. The strong points of drama to improve their artistic competence are as follows. Firstly, human's movement and voice are the main artistic channel in drama. What we are doing in daily life is found are drama world. It means if early childhood teachers experience drama activity, they will feel more comfortable and intimate with it. In addition, early childhood teachers tend to be familiar with dramatic play, so they can more easily access to drama world. Secondly, drama will be helpful to understand different feelings and to broaden and deepen understandings of others' standpoints. For early childhood teachers, drama activity will be helpful to understand how dramatic art form works and to lead children's play in diversified and sincere way. In addition, drama activity will be useful to build horizontal and democratic relationships between children and the teacher. It is one of the main emphases of 2019 revised Nori national curriculum. To sum up, drama will be a excellent method to develop artistic competence for early childhood teachers. Thus, it is expected that They have more opportunities to experience drama as an art form.
Different types of bap(cooked rice) was cooked using barley or/and SoRiTae with rice as the base. Total(TS), rapidly digestible(RDS), slowly digestible(SDS) and resistant(RS) starch fractions were determined. Other physicochemical properties such as moisture, protein, amylose contents, protein digestion in vitro and color values as well as sensory properties of different bap were also investigated. Cooked rice with SoRiTae(RiSo) showed the highest moisture content of 63.9%, whereas other bap showed simillar content ranging from 62.3-63.0%. Crude protein content of RiSo was the highest, while that of cooked rice(Ri) was the lowest(p<0.05). Amylose content of RiBa was the highest, while that of RiSo was the lowest(p<0.05). In in vitro protein digestibility(IVPD), cooked rice with barley and SoRiTae(RiBaSo) was the highest, while Ri was the lowest, showing no significant difference at p<0.05. In starch fractions, as barley or/and SoRiTae were added to rice, a decrease in RDS content and increases in SDS and RS contents were observed. In addition, starch digestion index(SDI), which derived as an indicator of their in vitro starch digestibility and rapidly available glucose(RAG) value, which determined as a predictor of potential glycemic response decreased. A decrease in L value from RiSo and RiBaSo, which comprised of SoRiTae and increases in a and b values in RiSo and RiBa were observed, respectively. All sensory parameters involving color, glossiness, sweet taste, wetness, roughness, hardness and stickiness were shown to be a significant difference except sweet taste among different bap(p<0.05). L value of instrumental characteristic was negatively correlated with color of sensory characteristic and a value was positively correlated. Significant negative correlation was found between RS content and glossiness, however, positive correlation with roughness and hardness, respectively. These results suggested that cooked rice mixed with barley and SoRiTae contain significant RS and SDS contents and may improve diabetes and hyperlipidemia, due to the lowering RDS and RAG, respectively.
This study is a study on the possibility of using big data-related education programs in health and medical administration-related departments using health and medical big data. This paper intends to examine the health and medical big data from five perspectives. 1st, in addition to the aforementioned 'Health and Medical Big Data Open System', I would like to examine the characteristics and application technologies of public big data disclosed by 'Korea Welfare Panel', 'Public Big Data', 'Seoul City Big Data', 'Statistical Office Big Data', etc. 2nd, it is intended to examine the appropriateness of whether the applicable health and medical big data can be used as living data in regular subjects of health and medical administration and health information related departments of junior colleges. 3rd, we want to select the most appropriate tool for classroom lectures using existing statistical processing packages and programming languages. Fourth, finally, by using verified health and medical big data and appropriate tools, we want to test the possibility of expressing graphs, etc. in class and the steps from writing a report. 4th, I would like to describe the relative advantages of R language that can satisfy portability, installability, cost effectiveness, compatibility, and big data processing potential.

As the type of Hazardous and Noxious Substances(HNS) becomes various and the transport volume of HNS increases, HNS spill incidents occur frequently on land and the sea. In view of various damages to human lives and properties by HNS spills, it is necessary to educate and train professional personnel in preparation for and response to potential HNS spills. This study shows the current state of response systems and education courses against HNS spill incidents on land and the sea to compare those with each other between land and sea in Korea. Incident command system on land are basically similar to that at sea, but leading authority which is responsible for combating HNS spills at sea is changeable depending on the location of HNS spill, as it were, Korea Coast Guard(KCG) is responsible for urgent response to HNS spill at sea, while municipalities are responsible for the response to HNS drifted ashore. Education courses for HNS responders on land are established at National Fire Service Academy(NFSA), National Institute of Chemical Safety(NICS), etc., and are diverse. Education and training courses for HNS responder at sea are established at Korea Coast Guard Academy(KCGA) and Marine Environment Research & Training Institute(MERTI), and are comparatively simple. Education courses for dangerous cargo handlers who work in port where land is linked to the sea are established at Korea Maritime Dangerous Goods Inspection & Research Institute(KOMDI), Korea Port Training Institute(KPTI) and Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology(KIMFT). Through the comparison of education courses for HNS responders between land and sea, some recommendations such as extension of education targets, division of an existing integrated HNS course into two courses composed of operational level and manager level with respective refresh course, on-line cyber course and joint inter-educational institute course in cooperation with other relevant institutes are proposed for the improvement in education courses of KCG and KOEM(Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation) to educate and train professionals for combating HNS spills at sea in Korea.
Inquiry-centered education is important in science education, but in the actual education field, scientific research is being done in a uniform manner due to realistic difficulties. In this study, we use RS (Reverse Science) as a secondary chemistry class to provide opportunities for students to engage in inquiry learning and scientific thinking through process-oriented activities. In this study, we developed and applied it to explore the effects on the scientific inquiry abilities of middle school students and checked the students' perception of it. For the application of the program, 128 students were selected from 6 classes of the 2nd grade in D district middle school, 64 from the experimental group and 64 from the comparative group. The experimental group taught RSP-based the chemistry inquiry programs and the comparative group taught instructor-led classes and verification experiments on the same topic over the seventh hour with three themes. In addition, we analyzed the results of the pre- and post-test by using the science inquiry ability test, and discussed the effects of the program based on the students' perceptions through class observation, student activity area, questionnaire and interview. As a result, the class using the program showed statistically significant changes in the science inquiry ability of secondary school students. Specifically, the experimental group was found to be significant in its prediction among the subcomponents of basic exploration ability compared to the comparative group. The differences have also been shown to be significant in terms of data translation, hypothesis setup and variable control, which are subcomponents of integrated exploration capabilities (p <. 05). In addition, students became interested in the process of creating the theory of science, and were highly interested in collaborating with their friends. It also provided students with opportunities to experience scientific thinking through process-oriented inquiry. Finally, based on the positive impact of the RSP-based chemistry inquiry program on students, we were able to identify the potential use of the program.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the noble eight fold oriented meditation activities(NEFOM) interacts with young children's development of morality and sociability. This research has 56 participants aged 5 with a control group of 28 young children and another group with 28 kids. The instrument is a meditation program consisted with 10 training sessions; the noble eight fold was intensively applied and encouraged the participants to think of the behaviors that are desired in this theoretical framework. For the purpose, the research questions are as follows: First, are there effects of NEFOM on the morality of preschoolers. Second, are there effects of NEFOM on the sociality of preschooler. Main findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, NEFOM can improve preschoolers' morality in a sense of making a decision based upon its right and wrong in intentions, rather than immediate gain and loss as a consequence of their actions. Second, NEFOM can facilitate sociability by providing some opportunities to feel joy, happiness, tranquility, and hopeful emotions, instead of negative feelings of depression, stress, and aggressiveness. Furthermore, it can suggest concrete behavioral directions for them. To summarize, the meditation activities designed by the eight principles of the noble eight fold have strong educational potential to facilitate seeking the foundations of mindsets and thus have positive impacts on young children's morality and sociability by encouraging them to think through the principles and concrete directions for the behaviors.

For the utilization of seaweed (Capsosiphon fulvecense, algae) powder as an ingredient of bread, the quality of bread made with different concentration of seaweed powder was evaluated with physical and sensory properties. The powdered algae was shown to have crude protein content at 25.38%. The major minerals were identified with calcium with 8.38 g/kg, potassium with 9.5 g/kg, and magnesium with 5.6 g/kg, which comprised to 19.08% of total mineral content. Amount of essential amino acids content was estimated to be 835 mg/100 g. Content of essential fatty acid was found to be 27,25% of total fatty acids. For the preparation of bread added with seaweed powder, the addition ratio of seaweed was set at 3, 5 and 7% versus wheat flour with same ratio of other ingredients. L value, lightness of bread, was proportionally reduced with increse of seaweed powder. However, b value, yellowness, was increased with the addition of the seaweed powder. Adhesiveness, cohesiveness, and springiness of the bread were reduced with the addition of the seaweed powder, however, hardness of the bread was vice versa. Texture, flavor, color, and overall acceptance of the bread added seaweed powder were shown up significant differences among all tested groups (P < 0.001), that is, more seaweed powder showed less favorable texture, flavor, color, and overall acceptance. Although the bread added with seaweed powder showed a less preference compared to control group, the bread with 3% of seaweed powder was favorable to other test groups, which might have a potential for the commercialization of functional breads using seaweeds.
Physiotherapy may be defined as the use of physical techniques for the treatment of injuries and movement dysfunction. In the world of human medicine, physiotherapy has been proven as an indispensable aid in the recovery of many musculoskeletal conditions, as evidenced by the extensive physiotherapy departments within most hospitals. Nowadays, this important branch of medicine is also rapidly becoming a recognised tool in the prevention, cure, and rehabilitation of many equine, canine and feline injuries. In 1978, canine physical therapy techniques were described by Ann Downer, a physical therapist on faculty at Ohio State University. Animal physical therapy is a new and rapidly developing field of health care for animals. The benefits of physical therapy have long been recognized in humans. More recently, work in the veterinary field has shown the same benefits of physical therapy to be true for animal patients. Performing orthopaedic or neurological surgery, or fitting a human patient with a cast or splint, and then discharging the patient is an outdated approach. In such cases, physical therapy is clearly warranted. Similarly, recent research has shown that post-surgical rehabilitation and therapy after injuries significantly improves the functional outcomes for animals. The goals of physiotherapy are to relieve pain, restore range of motion/movement, improve function, prevent injuries and expand the physical potential of the patient. Once in the field, physical therapists actively continue their education to keep up to date on the latest treatments and technologies. Via continuing education courses, physiotherapists can learn how to apply their unique and specialized knowledge to other animal species.
The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships between teachers' sense of self-efficacy and their job satisfaction to improve the quality of child care centers. It is crucial for teachers to have self-efficacy to reveal their potential for change and have opportunities to work better. In addition to teachers' self-efficacy, teachers' job satisfaction should be added to offer better child care service for parents as well as children. In this study, teachers' personalities and self-efficacy were compared between public and private child care centers to have further discussion making a progress of their job satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : (a)The location of child care centers have meaningful effects on teachers' job satisfaction both in public and private child care centers equally. (b)Teachers in public child care centers have stronger influences on self-efficacy in home-related education and positive learning environment than teachers in private child care centers. (c)Teachers' participation in decision making is a significant factor that has affects on teachers' job satisfaction both in public and private child care centers.

The result verification is necessary to support a guarantee for the correctness of the task results be executed by any unspecified resources in desktop grid environments. Typically, voting-based and trust-based result verification schemes have been used in the environments. However, these suffer from two potential problems: waste of resources due to redundant replicas of each task and increase in turnaround time due to the inability to deal with a dynamic changeable execution environment. To overcome these problems, we propose a fuzzy inference-based replication scheme which can adaptively determine the number of replicas per task by using both trusty degree and result return probability of resources. Therefore our proposal can reduce waste of resources by determining the number of replicas meeting with a dynamic execution environment of desktop grids, not to mention an enhancement of turnaround time for entire asks. Simulation results show that our scheme is superior to other ones in terms of turnaround time, the waste of resources, and the number of re-replications per task.
