세계는 점점 다양화되어 가고 있으며, 우리나라도 결혼 이민자와 외국인 노동력의 증가로 외국인 100만 시대의 다문화사회로 진입하였다. 그러나 이들의 한국생활 적응은 매우 어려워 보이며, 공공도서관에서는 이들에게 다문화서비스를 제공하여 한국생활 적응에 도움을 줄 필요가 있다. 홈페이지를 이용한 서비스 제공은 도서관을 방문하지 않고도 시공을 초월하여 이용자가 필요한 자료를 이용할 수 있는 장점을 활용하여 세계적인 다문화 국가인 호주, 캐나다, 미국과 일본의 공공도서관 홈페이지에서는 어떠한 다문화 서비스를 하고 있는지 살펴보고 이를 공공도서관선언에서 제언하는 도서관의 네 가지 핵심 서비스인 정보, 문해, 교육, 문화의 영역으로 유형을 분류하였다. 국내 공공도서관 홈페이지에서는 아직 제공하지 못하고 있는 통번역 서비스나 숙제도우미, 어린이문해 프로그램은 앞으로 시도해야 할 과제로 보이며 독립된 다문화사이트 운영, 지역대표도서관과 지방공공도서관의 업무 분담, 정부나 기관, 사회단체와의 긴밀한 협조는 다문화도서관서비스를 더욱 풍부하게 할 것이다.

Based on the contents of probability and statistics areas in the seventh curriculum, we developed a statistics education model programmed by visual basic for upper grade students of elementary schools. The model that was consisted of ten modules can be easily manipulated by elementary schools students. The objects with a variety of colors are presented on P.C monitor and dynamic functions are performed by clicking a mouse. According to the survey after using the model, students positively evaluated the contents and characteristics and showed great interest in the model. We will upload the execution files of the model on our homepage. One can download and use them free.

The aims of this study are to develop web-based learning materials for science and environmental education of elementary school. The effect of environmental education was divided into eight to measure: the awareness of using web as environmental material, the ability to use web as environmental material. the awareness of environmental problems, the satisfaction for environmental education using web, the awareness of preserving local environment, self-leading ability to learn environment, the effect of using environment homepage, and the internalization of environmental awareness. This study obtained the following results; First, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.29 points higher than the control group having traditional learning in the awareness of using web as environmental material, showing a statistically significant difference. Second, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 2.80 points higher than the control group in the ability to use web as environmental material, showing a statistically significant difference. Third, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.10 points higher than the control group in the awareness of environmental problems, showing a statistically significant difference. Fourth, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based teaming was 0.89 points higher than the control group in the satisfaction for environmental education using web, showing a statistically significant difference. Fifth, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.70 points higher than the control group in the self-leading ability to learn environment, showing a statistically significant difference. Sixth, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.21 points higher than the control group in the effect of using environment homepage, showing a statistically significant difference. Finally, as a result of post-test, the average of the test group of web-based learning was 1.39 points higher than the control group in the internalization of environmental awareness, showing a statistically significant difference. Based on these results, it is assumed that the teaching method which applied web-based teaming to science and environmental education in elementary school is a effective strategy for elementary science and on environmental education.

본 연구에서는 교사가 교육용 홈페이지를 손쉽게 유지 보수할 수 있도록 템플릿 시스템을 구현하였다. 이것은 회원과 학교 정보를 관리하는 정보 관리 시스템, 이러한 기본 정보과 ASP로 이루어진 템플릿 파일을 이용하여 인터페이스를 구성하는 템플릿 관리 시스템, 사용자에게 보여질 메뉴를 손쉽게 추가하고 수정할 수 있는 메뉴 관리 시스템으로 구성되어진다. 시스템을 운영해본 결과 학교 홈페이지의 활용도를 크게 향상시켰으며, 교사와 학생의 ICT 활용 능력 향상과 교육 정보화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

컴퓨터 기반 산업이 활성화되고 이에 따라 학생들을 위한 IT 교육이 급성장하였다. 국가적으로 정보화에 부합되는 인간을 양성하기 위해 다양한 IT 관련 교육이 실시되고 있다. 특히 정보과학영재에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 정보 과학 영재를 위한 다양한 프로그래밍 언어교육이 활성화되어 일선 교육청과 각 대학에서 영재를 위한 프로그래밍 교육이 실시되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 학생들이 딱딱한 알고리즘 교육과 일부 특정 언어에 치중한 교육에 싫증을 느끼고 있으며 프로그래밍 교육이 시험위주로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다른 프로그래밍 언어보다 배우기 쉽고 다루기 쉬우며 초보자도 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 비주얼 베이식을 이용한 프로그래밍 교육과정을 개발 적용하였다. 이를 통해 학생들은 실제로 다양한 방식으로 자신이 배운 프로그래밍 지식을 홈페이지를 통해 적용하게 하면서도 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 기초를 쌓을 수 있다.

정보와 환경의 급속한 발전에도 불구하고 고령자, 장애인 등은 웹 서비스를 포함한 보편적 서비스를 받지 못하고 소외되고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 공공 및 사설 교육 사이트의 E-Learning이 웹 접근성 표준 평가 항목인 '한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침'(Korea Web Contents Accessibility Guide 1.0)을 준수 여부를 웹 접근성 평가도구를 사용하여 측정 및 분석하고, 정보격차의 해소를 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

The significant historical events and developments in the area of approach for sensory integration in Korean Society of Sensory Integration Therapists(KSSIT) are reviewed to stimulate future planning and clinical application in professional and health promotion. The paper reviewed the purposes of establishment, the role of members, progress of regular meetings and education for members and seminars in KSSIT. This review is placed within the context of the progressive period of KSSIT history, 1997-2003. Historical data are used as primary sources as records of events in KSSIT's homepage, official transcripts, professional articles, and secondary sources such as news letters for occupational therapists and oral information from first members. This review examined current actions and thinking, and suggests further actions and thinking for progressive professional education programs, research, clinical applications and public relations in sensory integration approach in KSSIT.

교육현장에는 주의집중력이 부족하고 학습태도가 잘 형성되지 않은 학생들이 많다. 이러한 학생들은 학습에 대한 효과가 떨어질 뿐만 아니라 수업활동에도 방해가 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 음악치료이론을 이용하여 주의집중력을 향상시키고 학습태도가 잘 형성될 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 제안한 방법을 홈페이지로 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 홈페이지를 교육현장에 적용한 결과는 학생들의 주의집중력이 향상되고 학습태도에 긍정적인 변화가 있음을 보여준다.

최근 학교 현장에서는 전통적인 교수 학습 방법을 탈피한 정보통신기술을 활용한 교수 학습 방법은 거스를 수 없는 정보화 사회의 새로운 교수 학습 모형으로 보편화되어 가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현실 여건을 개선하고 교육과정이 요구하는 목표 달성을 위하여 학생들의 인터넷 사용의 대부분을 차지하는 커뮤니티 활동을 미니홈페이지라는 공간을 통해 교사와 학생 사이에 학습과 대화의 장으로 활용하기 위해 ICT 활용 교육 커뮤니티를 구축하였다. 이를 활용하여 학생들이 학습에 대한 관심과 흥미를 유발하고 시간과 장소에 구애를 받지 않으며 학생 자신이 주도적으로 학습 과제를 해결하는 학습과정으로 교수 학습 방법의 개선을 통하여 학생의 자기주도적 학습 능력이 신장되도록 ICT 활용 교육을 활성화하여 ICT 활용 교육이 우리 학교 현장에 튼튼히 뿌리를 내리는 데에 기여하고자 HTML학습을 위한 홈페이지를 블로그툴을 이용하여 구현하였다.

최근 무선인터넷의 발달로 장소에 상관없이 언제든지 정보를 얻을 수 있는 다양한 기술들이 개발되고 있다. 무선인터넷 기술을 우리 생활에 유익한 도구로 활용하기 위해서 다양한 연구 활동이 이루어지고 있으나 초등교육 현장에서의 활용은 아직까지 미비한 편이다. 본 연구는 무선인터넷 기술을 초등 교육 현장에 적용하기 위한 시도로 먼저 학부모를 대상으로 그들이 원하는 정보를 언제 어디서든지 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 무선인터넷 홈페이지를 설계하고 구현하였다. 무선인터넷 홈페이지의 특징은 첫째, 작은 화면과 전송 속도를 고려하여 이미지 사용을 자제하고 텍스트 위주로 핵심 정의를 전달하였다. 둘째, 게시판 관리와 데이터베이스 관리는 유선 인터넷과 연동할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 사용자는 본인이 편한 방법으로 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있으며 관리자 입장에서는 휴대폰을 이용하는 것 보다 홈페이지 관리가 편리하다. 셋째, 유선홈페이지에서는 휴대폰으로 문자서비스가 가능하도록 하여 필요할 경우 바로 정보를 전달할 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 많은 사용자들이 활용할 수 있도록 다양한 무선인터넷 컨텐츠 제작언어로 홈페이지를 제작하도록 지원하였다.
