The article proves the relevance of developing conceptual frameworks for managing the quality assurance of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants. It is established that the fundamental difference of the logistic approach in management from traditional approaches is the allocation of a single management function of previously separated, disparate material flows, as well as economic, technological, information integration of chain links into a single system capable of effective management of these flows. It is substantiated that the functioning of the enterprise as a logistics system can be represented in the form of a triad of logistics components, namely: supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants is a functional component of the entire logistics system due to the quality of work and interaction of all participants in the implementation of certain activities. The quality of logistics activities will affect the level of economic potential, rationalization and optimization of all logistics flows. It is proved that the management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of their participants involves the following main areas: the introduction of a quality system of logistics processes; development and implementation of the general strategy of quality improvement at the enterprise; internal integration; controlling. Management of quality assurance processes of logistics activities in the context of socio-economic interaction of its participants requires compliance with the following requirements: systematic and comprehensive management of all flow processes; coordination of criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the entire logistics system; dissemination of the use and application of information technology; ensuring partnerships and close interaction of all participants in sales networks.

The presented research is devoted to determining the role of the mechanism of attracting investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of transformation using the process approach. It is proved that the process approach is dominant for this study because investments are considered as a process of investing in innovative development in the enterprise in the context of digitalization, and its application allows to take into account the impact on the mechanism of attracting investment resources. related to the mechanism of attracting investment resources of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for innovative development in the context of digitalization is a specific way of organizing, mobilizing and using investment resources for innovative development of the enterprise in the context of digitalization under the influence of economic development laws, government regulation. The effectiveness of attracting investment resources in innovative development is ensured by the mechanism that exists in the enterprise. The mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of digitalization gives the chance to define an optimum ratio between sources and volume of attraction of investments in innovation sphere.

The industrial technology (including trade secrets), which is commonly understood as systematic and applied technical knowledge, can be transferred to third parties by contracting for the transfer of technology or by granting of a licence. The activity of industrial espionage, due to the gradual increase of the economic interests of intellectual property, is displaying intensively in order to gain advanced technology information. With our outstanding high technology, but compared to the level of the advanced countries, the technical protection systems, the legal protection measures and the systematic management thereof may still be insufficient. Our industrial technology outflow abroad, due to the vulnerability to the security control system in our country, has been increasing since the 2000. Computer software and SNS, such as smart devices, appear as a rapid change in the technical information environment. In order to minimize the dead zone of a new industrial security, the country's organic activity is being conducted. In 2006, Industrial Technology Outflow Prevention and Protection Law was enacted, which emphasized the responsibilities of the country. In this paper for the economic entity's efforts to prevent technology leakage oversea, I have looked to how the industrial technology can be protected in terms of national security and economic benefits of our enterprises. To solve the above-mentioned problems hereof, Korean government should willingly establish a reliable legal system for supporting to enterprise's operations, and Korean companies should autonomously introduce a synthetic technology protection system and incorporate the confidentiality clauses in an international transfer of technology agreement with third parties.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security. For the successful operation of enterprises, regardless of their form of ownership and field of activity, in order to carry out effective activities, they turn to innovative methods related to the formation of the potential of the workforce, and increasing the level of education and qualifications of staff and establishing their potential ability to make independent decisions. Based on the results of the study, the key features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security are characterized.

최근 우리나라의 기업들은 해외진출을 고려하거나 이미 진출한 경우가 많다. 과거 기업의 해외진출은 대부분 대기업 주도의 해외진출로 이루어졌으나 대외적 환경 변화와 기술 및 자본도입의 자유화 등 경제 개방화로 인해 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업도 해외진출을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 필요불가결한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 중국으로의 진출이 애로를 겪고 있는 중 대안으로서 베트남 진출은 점차 확대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 기업의 베트남 진출과 관련하여 경제, 정치, 사회적인 환경 분석을 통하여 효율적이고 바람직한 베트남 진출 전략수립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적에 따라 이론적 고찰을 통하여 베트남 진출 관련 국내.외 문헌조사와 선행연구를 토대로 하여 이론적 고찰을 행하였으며 진출방안으로서 향후 우리나라 중소기업의 유망진출 분야로는 에너지 산업, 정유 및 석유화학산업, 전력 산업, 기타분야로서 건설 자재 관련 산업, 노동집약적 제조업, 수산업 농산물 재배, 가공업 등을 들 수 있다.

The recent financial crisis is not yet solved. Although economic conditions are improving, the real-economy is still frozen, and considering Korea's reality of relying heavily on external trade, hardships in the global economy fall entirely upon us. In particular, since developed nations like United States and the EU have intensified logistics security since the terror attacks on September 11, 2001 and can use it as a tool for protective trade, Korea with a high dependency rate on foreign trade needs to actively cope with changes to the trade paradigm in logistics security. This paper uses DAGMAR(Defining Goals for Measured Advertising Results), a model developed by the Association of National Advertisers(ANA) to measure the results of a communication campaign as its basic model, after partially modifying it to fit the paper's objective of conducting a more systematic analysis of awareness levels in Korean export enterprise regarding logistics security.

본 연구의 목적은 기업에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 채택하기 전에 판단 해야하는 중요한 요인들에 대한 우선 순위를 도출하고 평가한다. 연구 방법으로 전문가들에 대한 의사결정 사항을 반영하기 위해서 AHP 분석기법을 활용하였다. AHP는 복잡한 의사결정 문제를 계층적으로 표현하고 그 계층의 항목 간의 쌍대비교(Pairwise comparison)를 통하여 최선의 대안을 도출해 내는 의사결정 기법이다. 기존의 통계적 의사결정 기법들과 비교해 의사결정과정이 체계적이며 간단하여 이해하기가 쉽다. 또한 분석과정에서 의사결정자의 일관성을 판단할 수 있는 지표를 제공하여 절차 또한 합리적이다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 중요도 우선순위 항목으로 보안성, 신뢰성, 경제성 순으로 나타났다. 보안성의 하위 항목요인 중 제1순위는 접근권한의 통제성, 2순위는 외부위협의 안전성으로 도출되었다. 연구 결과가 추후 실무에서 기준으로 활용될 수 있는 방안으로 활용되는데 이바지할 수 있으며, 향후 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 채택을 한 기업의 만족도를 평가하여 비교·분석하는 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다.

The article is devoted to perfecting the system of management of the financial potential of transport enterprises. It is established that transport as an integral part of the state economy has to organically enter the market economy and provide sustainable transport services to national economy enterprises regardless of ownership, as well as ensure passenger transportation. It is also determined that in the conditions of market relations, transport highways must perform their functions with sufficient economic benefit to keep their material and technical resources in good order, conduct an investment policy with extensive use of scientific and technological progress, as well as a social policy guaranteeing the conditions for employees' motivated work. The study reveals an association between the financial and strategic goals of transport enterprises and the minimization of their economic risks, the prevention of bankruptcy and profit margin shortfalls. It is found that transport enterprises need to strive for the overall improvement of their financial potential through increasing the components of financial potential and assessing the impact of risk factors on them: the capacity of fixed assets, the capacity of financial resources, the capacity of services, and the capacity of credit opportunities. These are the elements of transport enterprises' financial potential that ensure its desired level. It is demonstrated that of critical importance in managing the financial potential of a transport enterprise is the role of financial resources, as a subject cannot reach the desired strategic goals without them.

본 연구는 글로벌 비즈니스 환경에서의 한국기업의 수익성과 기업안정성 제고를 위한 기업보안과 비즈니스의 전략적 협력에 관한 연구이다. 현대기업환경은 하루가 다르게 과학기술이 복잡해지고 국경에 상관없이 새로운 경쟁자들이 등장하면서 아무리 거대한 기업이라도 혁신적인 사고로 무장한 새로운 기업에게 하루 아침에 시장을 내주어야 하는 상황이 빈발하고 있다. 이러한 새로운 환경에서 살아남기 위해서는 새로운 관점의 기업경영관리기법에 대한 패러다임의 변화이다. 한국기업이 과거를 답습하는 낮은 수준의 보안리스크관리방법으로는 기업수익에 도움이 되는 보안관리가 되지 못한다. 21세기 70억에 육박하는 인구가 살고 있는 지구촌은 급격한 생태계변화에 직면해있다. 급격한 기후환경의 변화는 순식간에 수십만 명의 이재민을 발생시키고, 신종전염병으로 수백만 마리의 가축을 생매장시키는 광경을 우리는 매순간 목격하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 지구촌에 살고 있는 인간의 삶의 근본적인 방식의 변화를 추동하고 있다. 우리의 경제적인 삶의 근간인 기업생태계도 여기에 예외가 될 수는 없다. 21세기 기업환경에서 생존하기 위해서는 경영진 수준의 보안리스크관리가 필요하며, 보안리스크관리를 통한 기업경쟁력을 제고를 위해서는 기업의 보고라인을 새롭게 정립하여야 할 것이다. 기업도 변화하는 환경에 민감하지 않으면, 하루아침에 시간의 뒤안길로 사라질 수 있음을 명심하여야 한다. 현대기업의 새로운 리스크 중에 특히 한국기업들이 안이하게 대처하는 분야가 보안리스크이다. 과거와 다르게 훨씬 대규모이고 전파 속도가 빠른 보안리스크는 경영진이 다루어야 하는 주요한 기업리스크 중에 하나이다. 현대기업에 핵심적인 영향력을 미치는 보안리스크에는 기업 브랜드와 평판의 보호, 생산과 운영의 연속성, 고객신뢰의 유지가 우선한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 보안리스크를 효과적으로 다루기 위한 기업보안과 비즈니스의 전략적 협력에 관하여 제시하였다.

The article assesses the role of the human factor in management, analyzes the personnel policy, as well as the style and methods of management at the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to study the place and role of personnel management in the general management system of an organization.
