가족돌봄 대체인력 요양보호사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도 (A Study on the Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Caregivers Substituting the Care of Family)

  • This study investigated the job stress and job satisfaction of caregivers who work to substitute the care of family. The purpose was to improve the quality of elderly welfare services and maintain a healthy family. Data were collected from 239 caregivers working in long-term care facilities in Gwangyang in Jeonnam in October 2010. They were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. The statistics used for analysis were correlation and regression. The results of this study are as follows. First, most of the subjects were women in their forties or fifties. Most of them worked to support their families and, on average, earned less than 1.5 million won. The relation of job stress and job satisfaction appeared negative. The stress of relationships, income, and the number of clients had significant effects on job satisfaction. First and foremost, these results mean that a reduction in the job stress of caregivers is essential to provide them. So it is suggested that wage increases and more professional education or interpersonal skills training should be provided and a standardized test to assess job stress and job satisfaction should be prepared to improve the quality of caregivers.

문화공연에 대한 사회·경제적 수요 특성 분석 (The analysis of socio-economic determinants of demanders for cultural performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 전국 1,000 가구를 대상으로 시행된 일대일 개별 설문자료를 바탕으로 일반 국민들의 사회 경제적 변수가 공연관람 및 공연관람지출에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 한편 설문자료를 활용하여 수요를 분석할 경우 공연관람 경험이 없거나 공연관람 지출이 전혀 없는 다수의 응답자를 고려해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Two-equation 모형과 Tobit모형을 활용하여 이를 고려하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있다. 우선 소득수준이 높을수록, 여성일수록, 연령대가 상대적으로 젊을수록, 상대적으로 교육수준이 높을수록, 서울 거주자일수록 문화공연에 대한 수요가 많은 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 소득에 대해서는 비탄력적이며 일정연령(peak age)가 지나면 오히려 수요가 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다.

한국 오징어 채낚기의 기존 녹색 낚시와 은백색 낚시의 어획성능 비교 (Comparison of the catch performance between traditional green jig and silver-white jig of squid jigging in Korea)

  • The catch performance of the silver-white jig for automatic jigging machine, developed to improve the effectiveness of LED fishing lamp in catching squid, was compared to that of the conventional green jig. The vessels used in this investigation were Haesong-ho (A-vessel), a training vessel of Gangwon State University and Haengbok-ho (B-vessel), a commercial fishing boat. In the case of the A-vessel, five to eight automatic jigging machines were used in the fishing operation with a 31.3 kW LED fishing lamp in summer. As for the B-vessel, fourteen automatic jigging machines were used with a 43.2 kW LED fishing lamp in autumn and winter. The results showed that the catch performance of the silver-white jig was similar to that of the green jig in the case of the A-vessel (p>0.05). However, in the case of the B-vessel, the catch performance of the silver-white jig was superior to that of the green jig in both winter (p<0.05) and autumn (P<0.001). Based on the catch performance results regarding the B-vessel in autumn, it is expected that the annual income increase that can be earned by using the silver-white jig will be KRW 26,385,000.

The Relationship Between Family Ownership, CEO Demographic Characteristics and Dividend Policy: Evidence from Indonesia

  • The objective of this study is to examine the effect of family ownership and family CEO on the dividend policy of family firms by using the demographic characteristics of the CEO as a moderator. Dividend policy is a decision taken by the firm in determining whether the profits earned by the firm will be distributed to shareholders in the form of dividends or will be reinvested in the company as retained earnings for future internal resources. Using samples from non-financial family firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, 93 firms were selected based on adequate data. We also used logit regressions to provide robustness. The results show that family ownership and family CEO have a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio. This finding supports the family income hypothesis. Among CEO demographic characters, CEO age significantly strengthens the positive effect of family CEO on dividend payout ratio. While CEO tenure does not significantly strengthen the positive effect of family CEOs on dividend payout ratios. Meanwhile, leverage, ROA, and firm size significantly affect the dividend payout ratio, but firm age does not significantly affect the dividend payout ratio.

Effects of Work Value on the Life Satisfaction of Culinary Arts Majors

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the work value factors regarded as important by the culinary-related graduates in their 20s, and also to analyze the effects of work value factors on the life satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study analyzed the data of 155 graduates from departments including 'culinary arts', 'foodservice', and 'confectionery' among the college graduates in their 20s who participated in GOMS 2018. The results of analysis are as follows. First, the new generation majors in culinary arts showed the high importance of their aptitude and interest, employment stability, earned income. Second, in relation to the major field, the male graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the female graduates majored in culinary arts. On the other hand, regarding the social reputation of job and work duty, the female graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the male graduates majored in culinary arts. Third, the developmental value factor of work value had positive effects on the life satisfaction. Thus, the career-related staffs or professors of college should provide the career guidance by considering gender when the majors in culinary arts transit to the labor market after graduation.

여대생의 모발건강관리행위에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Effecting the Hair Care of Female University Students)

  • Female university students generally have a lower intake of nutrition compared to other age groups due to their adverse interests in their appearance. Drinking, smoking, too much weight control, accumulation of psychological and physical stress are causes of inadequate diet. The result is deterioration of hair health. Establishment of good diet and hair care is the foundation of a healthy hair in adulthood. For this reason, there is a great need for a healthy hair care. The data from a questionnaire survey was analyzed with 800 female undergraduate students responding. Seventeen universities were included in the study, 8 of which were from Seoul, 6 from other large cities and 3 from smaller towns. The objective of this study is to investigate the correlations of these factors and to provide preliminary data for developing an effective hair care education program. Results include the following: 1. Knowledge score of hair care based on general characteristics were higher for students in larger cites compare to small cites or regions. Also, students in higher academic year, more allowance, interest in their apparence and family income showed higher knowledge in this field. These factors had meaningful effect on the statistics of this study. 2. Attitude score towards hair care based on general characteristics were higher for students in larger cites compare to small cites or regions. Also, students in higher academic year, more allowance, interest in their apparence and family income showed higher knowledge in this field. These factors had meaningful effect on the statistics of this study. 3. Behavior score towards hair care was higher for students with greater family income, allowance, interest in appearance. These factors had meaningful effect on the statistics of this study. 4. The correlation study between knowledge, attitude and behavior showed that higher the knowledge and attitude, better the behavior. 5. The analysis of factors effecting hair care behavior showed that interest in health, acknowledgement of current hair condition, total family income were a viable factor in predicting hair care behavior. The predictability of regression model is 38.9 %($R^2$) Therefore, in order to maximize the hair care behavior, consistent and systematic study should be earned out to develope an effective education program to improve health interest.

군포시 저소득층 소아의 비만도, 혈압 및 지질검사 (Prevalence of obesity, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia in Gunpo children of low economic status)

  • 목 적: 군포시 저소득층 소아들의 건강상태를 알아보고 저소득층 소아에서 비만도, 고지혈증, 고혈압, 높은 공복 혈당의 유병률을 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법: 2007년 10월부터 2008년 3월까지 원광대 산본병원에서 기초생활수급을 받는 저소득층 가정의 소아 341명을 대상으로 키, 몸무게, 혈압 등 신체계측과 콜레스테롤, 중성지방, HDL-콜레스테롤, 공복혈당, 혈색소, 간기능, 전해질 검사 등을 시행하였다. 결 과: 전체 수검자는 341명으로 남아 174명 여아 167명이였고 평균연령은 여아군이 $9.8{\pm}2.0$세, 남아군이 $9.8{\pm}1.9$세 였으며 두군 모두 연령 범위는 6-13세였다. 체질량지수가 성별 연령별 95백분위수 이상을 비만으로 정하였을 때 비만아는 7.0%였고 고지혈증은 16.7%, 고혈압은 8.2%, 높은 공복혈당을 보인 소아는 0.3%였다. 특히 비만아중 고혈압의 빈도가 25%로 높았다. 결 론: 경제적 수준이 낮은 가정의 소아들에서 비만, 고지혈증, 고혈압의 빈도가 조금 높았으며 공복혈당의 증가는 높지 않았다. 특히 비만아에서의 고혈압 유병율이 높았으며 이는 낮은 경제적 수준이 고혈압의 빈도 증가와 관련이 있다고 하겠다.

손자녀 양육 조부모와 자녀와의 갈등에 영향을 미치는 요인: 조부모의 특성을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting the Conflict between Grandparents Raising Grandchildren and Adult Children: Focusing on Grandparents' Characteristics)

  • 본 연구는 손자녀 양육 조부모와 그들의 자녀 사이에서 손자녀 양육으로부터 비롯되는 갈등 요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 제3차 국민노후보장패널자료를 분석 데이터로 사용하여 손자녀 양육 조부모와 그들의 성인 자녀와의 갈등에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 손자녀 양육 조부모의 인구사회학적 요인과 경제적 요인, 돌봄 관련 요인, 건강 요인, 가족관계 요인을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 조부모가 남성일수록, 연령이 높을수록, 학력이 높을수록, 종교가 없을수록, 비취업자인 경우에 자녀와의 갈등이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조부모의 근로소득과 금융소득이 없는 경우, 사적이전소득이 있을 경우, 즉 경제적으로 어려운 경우에 자녀와의 갈등이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 손자녀의 연령이 낮을수록, 손자녀 양육 대가가 없는 경우, 손자녀 양육으로 인해 근로나 소득활동을 중단 또는 단축한 경우에 자녀와의 갈등이 높았으며, 조부모의 신체적 건강상태가 좋을수록, 정신적 건강상태가 나쁠수록 자녀와의 갈등이 높았다. 마지막으로 조부모의 가족관계 만족도와 배우자관계 만족도가 낮을수록, 자녀와의 관계 만족도가 높을수록 자녀와의 갈등이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자식을 위해 대가 없이 희생하는 전통노인과는 다른 양상으로서 손자녀 양육 대가 부재와 갈등에 대한 이해가 필요함을 시사한다.

논타작물 작부체계의 효율성 분석 - 콩+보리 작부체계 농가를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Efficiency of Cropping System for Substitute Crops - Focus on Farms with Cropping Systems for Soybeans + Barley -)

  • 논벼 재배로부터 대체작물로의 이행과정에서 해당 품목에 대한 수익성 및 효율성에 대한 정보의 제공은 정부가 추진하고 있는 생산조정제의 정착과 확산을 위해서는 무엇보다 필요한 작업이라 할 수 있다. 특히 콩+보리 작부체계의 효율성을 분석함으로써 논타작물을 재배하고자 하는 농가에 의사결정을 보조하고자 하였다. 먼저, 콩+보리 작부체계의 수익성을 분석하였다. 콩+보리 작부체계를 가진 조사농가들의 평균 소득은 868천원이며, 소득 비율은 55.1%로 나타났다. 논벼 단작과 비교하여 약 1.7배의 소득을 얻는 것으로 나타나 수익성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 다음으로, DEA분석을 통해 농가들에 대한 효율성을 분석하였다. 농가의 효율성은 CCR모형(0.927815), BCC모형(0.97544)으로 분석되었다. 효율값이 1인 경우는 CCR은 10개, BCC는 14개로 나타났다. 평균 0.9이상으로 나타나 대체로 효율적인 경영이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 비효율적 농가로 나타난 DMU8에 대해서는 개선안을 제시함으로써 비효율적인 농가가 효율적인 농가가 되기 위한 목표값을 제공하였다.

노후생활비 준비에 따른 연금 수급액의 만족도에 관한 연구: 공적연금을 중심으로 (A Study of Pension Receipt Satisfaction According to the Preparation of the Living Cost for Aging: Focusing on Public Pensions)

  • The graying of populations is emerging as an international issue around the world, and this is a problem that is rapidly advancing in Korea as well, signaling the need for financial preparations for the aged. For this purpose, various retirement pension systems are being employed as preparatory measures for the nation's elderly. Using data from 1474 people in the 2007 panel study of National Security for the Retired, the present work attempts to look at satisfaction rates with regard to public pension receipts for the national pension and special occupational pensions according to general characteristics and factors related to the preparation for an aging society. Satisfaction with retirement pension receipts according to the type of pension was high for special occupation retirement pensions, individual retirement pensions and the national retirement pension, in that order. Looking at satisfaction rates based on the general characteristics of pension recipients, the study revealed that for the national pension, satisfaction was highest for groups with above-average physical and psychological health, groups who think appropriate living expenses for the elderly are lower, groups in which a partner also earns income, and groups who had amply prepared for their expected living expenses in later life. Regarding special occupation retirement pensions, satisfaction was high for groups over the age of 70, groups with good psychological health, and groups sufficiently prepared for their living expenses in later expenses, compared to groups for which these factors did not apply. In terms of the relative influences impacting retirement pension recipient satisfaction, satisfaction with the national pension was highest when the primary source to cover elderly living expenses was a resource other than income earned by the recipient and their partner and/or income received from children. Concerning special occupation retirement pensions, satisfaction was highest among those whose education terminated before middle school, and for those in good physical health. Based on the above results, it is vital that plans exist for preparing sufficiently for the living expenses of the elderly and for facilitating the physical and psychological health of pension recipients. Plans are also necessary to, ensure that citizens are provided with easily accessible educational programs and activities regarding general installment savings and deposits, stocks and bonds, real estate investments, individual retirement pensions, private insurance, severance pay pensions, and public pensions.
