보육교사의 직무스트레스에 대한 자아탄력성과 원장.동료의 사회적 지지 (The Effect of Ego-resilience and Directors' and Fellow Teachers' Social support on Childcare Teachers' Job Stress)

  • This study examined the effects of ego-resilience and directors' and fellow teachers' social support on childcare teachers' job stress. The participants were 323 childcare teachers in Chung nam Province and Daejeon Metropolitan City. The research instruments were Job Stress Scale by Cho(2004), Ego-resilience Scale by Park(1996) with CPI and CAQ correction, and Social Support Scale by Park(1985). Collected data were analysed by t-test, F test and Scheff$\acute{e}$ test for post hoc test, Pearson's productive correlation and stepwise multiple regression, and Cronbach's $\alpha$ for reliability by SPSS PC program (17.0 version). The results were as follows: First, the childcare teachers' job stress level was low (M=2.51, SD=.63), while ego-resilience level and social support level of directors and fellow teachers (M=3.68, SD=.58; M=3.62, SD=.94; M=3.83, SD=.69, respectively) were above the average. Second, there were significant differences between different levels of ego-resilience and of social support from directors and fellow teachers. Last, directors' social support and childcare teachers' optimistic attitude of ego-resilience were the most dominant variables that affected childcare teachers' job stress level(R2=38.3% for total score of childcare teachers' job stress).

유아 영어교사의 자질과 교사효능감에 대한 인식 - 유아교육기관 방문 영어교사를 중심으로 - (The Perception toward Qualification and Teachers' Sense of Efficacy of Early Childhood English Teachers - Focused on Visiting English Teachers in Preschools -)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the perception toward qualification of early childhood English teachers and their teachers' sense of efficacy. The samples consisted of 201 early childhood English teachers in Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Gyeonggi area. A sample of early childhood English teachers completed a series of questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, F-test, correlation. The results showed that most teachers were women between 30 to 40 years old, university graduate with job experience less than 3 years. In addition, half of teachers in this study majored on English studies or early childhood education and child studies. This study found that early childhood English teachers thought themselves to be qualified as a English teacher and early childhood teacher. And they rated teachers' sense of efficacy to relatively high. There were differences on the scores of qualification of early childhood English teacher and teachers' sense of efficacy according to education level and major. And years of job experience were positively related with the perception of qualification of early childhood teacher and teachers' sense of efficacy.

유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족의 상관관계에 대한 메타분석 (Meta Analysis of the Correlation between early Childhood Teachers' Teaching Efficacy and their Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족의 상관관계를 고찰할 수 있는 연구방법인 메타분석(mata-analysis)의 방법으로, 유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족 간의 효과크기 및 두 변수의 하위변수 간 효과크기를 살펴보는 것을 연구목적으로 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 메타분석 전용 프로그램인 CMA(Comprehensive Meta Analysis) 2.0을 분석에 적용하였다. 분석결과, 유아교사의 교사효능감과 직무만족의 관계는 Cohen(1992)의 기준으로 중간 효과크기보다 높게 나타났다. 교사효능감 하위변수 중에서는 개인 교수효능감이 일반 교수효능감보다 직무만족의 관계에서 높은 효과크기를 보였으며, 직무만족의 하위변수 중에서는 직무자체 신념이 교사효능감의 관계에서 효과크기가 가장 높았다. 조절변수인 논문유형에서는 박사 학위논문이 효과크기가 높았으며, 출판연도와 표본 수는 메타회귀분석 결과, 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이상의 분석결과를 기초로 하여 논의와 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

유아교사의 임파워먼트와 조직효과성과의 관계 - 개인 및 조직특성 중재효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship between Teacher Empowerment and Organizational Effectiveness in Early Childhood Educational Institutes : Focused on the Moderating Effects of Personal and Organizational Characteristics)

  • This study was intended to investigate the influence of teacher empowerment on organizational? effectiveness, and the moderating effects of personal and organizational characteristics on the relationship of teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness in early childhood educational institutes. The subjects in this study were 808 teachers who worked at kindergartens and childcare centers located in all parts of Korea. This study was surveyed with the questionnaires. The results are as follows. Firstly, teacher empowerment had a positive and meaningful influence on all components of organizational effectiveness, such as organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance. Secondly, as for the moderating effects of personal and organizational characteristics on the relationship of teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness, teachers' educational background had moderating effects on job performance of organizational effectiveness, and married or unmarried status of teachers, teachers' experiences in other institutes, type of institute, and the number of teachers working in an institute had moderating effects on organizational commitment. Also, the number of teachers working in an institute had moderating effects on job satisfaction. However, teachers' period of service in their present institutes didn't have moderating effects between teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness.

유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Kindergarten Teachers' Resilience in the Relation Between Job Stress and Psychological Burnout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 유치원에 근무하는 유치원교사 164명이다. 연구대상의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진 및 회복탄력성은 설문지를 사용하여 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석했으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 위계적중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 회복탄력성은 심리적 소진과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 영향을 미쳤으며, 이와 같은 영향은 회복탄력성에 의해 조절되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • This study investigated the influence of director's leadership on teachers' empowerment and organizational effectiveness in early childhood educational institutes. The subjects in this study were 627 teachers who worked at kindergartens and childcare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership had stronger effects on teacher empowerment than transactional leadership. (2) Directors' transformational leadership had meaningful effects on organizational commitment, but their transactional leadership didn't have effects on commitment. (3) Directors' transformational leadership had stronger effects on job satisfaction and job performance than transactional leadership.

아버지의 기질에 따른 결혼만족도, 직업만족도, 양육참여 간 관계의 차이 (Marital Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, and Parenting Participation of Fathers : The Role of Paternal Temperament)

  • The present study aimed to identify the variables related to paternal participation in child-rearing. For this purpose, 543 fathers of young children living in the seven biggest cities in Korea were invited to participate in the internet survey and completed questionnaires assessing marital and job satisfaction. Their temperament was measured with the EAS Temperament Survey(Buss & Plomin, 1984). The result of this research showed that both the marital and job satisfaction of the fathers affected their parenting participation. And also, marital satisfaction was more strongly associated with the fathers' parenting participation than job satisfaction. All temperament types of the fathers had moderating effects and there were significant differences according to their temperament. This study provides the key factors which have an influence on paternal involvement in parenting and also suggests that the temperament of the father should be considered for participation in parenting.

영국 보육교사의 직무만족도와 직무스트레스 (The study of British Child Care Teacher's Job Satisfaction and Their Job Stress)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the job satisfaction and the job stress of British child care teachers. Respondents, including childminders, were 137 British child care teachers who worked in nursery school, day nursery, creche, and playgroup. In the survey on the job satisfaction of British child care teachers, they were asked to answer two items. In the survey on their job stress level, they were required to rate their job-related stress levels on a 5 point scale of 'Job Stress scale' by Davis et al(2003). The results indicated: firstly, the British child care teachers are much satisfied with their job and have the low level of job stress. Secondly, their job satisfaction depends on who runs the child care facilities, what position they have in the centers, how long they work for child care, what qualifications they have. The levels of their job stress depend significantly on their present position in the centers. Thirdly, the job satisfaction of British child care teachers is explained about 27%, is related to their performing of daily routine, their age, the management of child care centers and qualifications of the teachers.

영유아교사의 교사효능감과 스트레스 대처방식이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Teacher Efficacy and Stress Coping Strategies on Job Satisfaction of Teachers in Early Childhood Education and Care)

  • 이 연구는 영유아교사의 교사효능감과 스트레스 대처방식이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 영유아교사 189명을 대상으로 조사를 하여 얻은 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족도 가운데 직무특성에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았고, 훈육에 대한 교사 효능감이 가장 높았으며, 스트레스를 받을 경우 직접적 대처방식을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 둘째, 교사효능감의 하위요인 가운데 긍정적인 학습환경을 조성하는 능력은 영유아교사직의 직무특성, 원장 및 동료와의 관계에 정적인 영향을, 의사결정참여 능력은 원장 및 동료와의 관계, 근무환경, 복리 및 보수에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 스트레스 대처방식의 하위요인 가운데 직접적인 대처 방식이 직무만족도의 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 정신적, 심리적, 파괴적인 대처 방식은 각각 직무특성, 원장 및 동료와의 관계, 복리 및 보수에 영향을 미쳤다. 이와 같은 결과는 영유아교사의 직무만족도를 향상시키는 방법을 모색하는데 기초자료로 사용될 것이다.

Stack Resource Policy를 사용하는 동적 우선순위 스케줄링에서 작업 큐잉을 위한 효율적인 자료구조 (An Efficient Data Structure for Queuing Jobs in Dynamic Priority Scheduling under the Stack Resource Policy)

  • Stack Resource Policy (SRP)는 몇 가지 독특한 특성을 가진 실시간 동기화 프로토콜이다. 그 특성 중의 하나는 초기 수행 차단(early blocking)으로서, 공유자원을 요청하는 시점에 작업의 수행을 정지시키는 것이 아니라, 작업의 수행 시점 자체를 연기하도록 한다. SRP가 EDF와 같은 동적 우선순위 스케줄링 알고리즘과 같이 사용될 경우, 초기 수행 차단을 지원하기 위해 스케줄러는 수행이 블록(block)되지 않을 작업 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 작업을 선택해야 하며, 이러한 탐색 연산은 수행 오버헤드(runtime overhead)의 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 SRP와 EDF를 같이 사용할 때의 스케줄러 수행 오버헤드를 분석한다. 기존의 준비 큐(ready Dueue) 구현 방식과 탐색 알고리즘을 사용하면 작업의 수가 많아짐에 따라 작업 탐색 오버헤드가 매우 커진다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문은 스케줄러가 효율적으로 작업을 탐색할 수 있는 준비 큐 자료구조와 O([log$_2n$])의 복잡도를 가지는 작업 탐색 알고리즘을 제안한다.
