The company protects the information of legacy system to satisfy all member in company. Integrating between applications is increasing recently because of e-Business activation. The e-Business activation also make between extra companies and intra companies integrated. This paper suggest on implementing the ERP using Phased Approach Method and the EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) with legacy system. This paper also suggest the standard method which would be used in implementing the EAI in another company and reduce the mistake during the EAI project. Therefore, it would be the one system between complicated systems through application integration, it would be also make shop floors visualized. This research would help users and service suppliers getting more advantages of e-Business system.

Needs of automation and computerization in the construction industry has been recognized but the implementation of e-business solutions with project management systems has not been fully explored. In order to cope with different management practices in home office and project sites, integration of two popular systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management System (PMS) is essential. The objective of this study is to find ways to functionally and systematically integrate ERP and PMS. With the integration of ERP and PMS, a project will be managed much more efficiently and effectively. It is expected that this study will benefit system integrators and help them to understand construction management processes and integrate the solutions with minimized programming work.

대외 기관과의 통신이 필요한 대부분의 시스템은 운영의 효율성을 고려하여 대외 망을 한 시스템에서 집중 관리 하고 있다. D-보험회사에서는 이러한 기능을 회계시스템으로 관리하고 있다. ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템 구축을 통하여 보험회사 지급 프로세스는 개선 되었다. 이러한 지급 프로세스가 개선되기 위하여는 기본적으로 ERP 시스템과 회계 시스템과의 인터페이스를 통한 데이터공유가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 D-보험회사에 적용된 데이터 공유 모델(EAI 시스템을 통한 비동기식방식)을 설명하며, 그 결과로 지급 프로세스 개선을 통한 지급업무 상위부서 집중화, 부실 증빙 방지, 사업비 통제의 효과를 제시한다.

Smart factories can be defined as intelligent factories that produce products through IoT-based data. In order to build and operate a smart factory, various new technologies such as CPS, IoT, Big Data, and AI are to be introduced and utilized, while the implementation of a MES system that accurately and quickly collects equipment data and production performance is as important as those new technologies. First of all, it is very essential to build a smart factory appropriate to the current status of the company. In this study, what are the essential prerequisite factors for successfully implementing a smart factory was investigated. A case study has been carried out to illustrate the effect of implementing ERP and MES, and to examine the extensibilities into a smart factory. ERP and MES as an integrated manufacturing information system do not imply a smart factory, however, it has been confirmed that ERP and MES are necessary conditions among many factors for developing into a smart factory. Therefore, the stepwise implementation of intelligent MES through the expansion of MES function was suggested. An intelligent MES that is capable of making various decisions has been investigated as a prototyping system by applying data mining techniques and big data analysis. In the end, in order for small and medium enterprises to implement a low-cost, high-efficiency smart factory, the level and goal of the smart factory must be clearly defined, and the transition to ERP and MES-based intelligent factories could be a potential alternative.

ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구축을 위해서는 ERP 제품에서 제공하는 기능과 조직이 요구하는 기능 간의 차이에서 발생하는 부적합을 해결하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 그 동안 부적합의 해결방안으로서 커스터마이징을 가능한 자제하고 ERP의 기능에 조직의 업무를 적응시킬 것이 권고되어왔다. 그러나 실제 커스터마이징의 효과를 분석한 연구가 없었으므로 본 연구에서 그 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 전체 적인 커스터마이징의 효과뿐만 아니라 커스터마이징을 유형별로 구분하여 변경 및 추가의 효과를 살펴보았다. 또한 ERP 제품에서 기능을 제공하는데도 커스터마이징을 하였는가, 그리고 커스터마이징한 업무 프로세스에 대해 사전 BPR을 실시하였는가에 따라 커스터마이징의 효과를 살펴보았다. 현장 연구를 통하여 이러한 관계를 살펴본 결과 전체적인 커스터마이징의 정도는 사용자 만족도와 조직의 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 유형별로 분류하여 검증한 결과추가의 정도만이 사용자 만족도와 조직의 경쟁우위에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사전에 BPR을 수행한 결과에 따라 추가를 할수록 사용자 만족도가 높았고, 기능제공의 정도가 낮을 때 추가를 많이 할수록 조직의 경쟁우위가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 커스터마이징의 효과를 처음으로 실증 분석 하였으며, 기능제공의 정도, 사전 BPR의 정도, 구축 경과 기간 등의 여러 상황 변수를 도입 하여 연구 결과를 보다 의미 있게 해석하였다.

중소 제조 기업 중심으로 ERP를 도입함에 있어 경쟁회사와의 차별화, 비용 우위 전략이 필요하다고 보는 관점에서 효과적인 ERP 구축전략을 할 수 있는 길잡이 역할을 목표로 하고 있다. 구축 전략으로 차별화 및 비용우위와 서비스 품질이 도입성과에 종속관계, 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 차별화 나 비용우위전략은 재무적 성과에는 선행연구 결과를 지지하고 있다. 하지만 차별화 전략에서는 비재무적 관점에서만 유의하였다. 둘째, 차별화와 비용우위 전략은 서비스 품질 요인 확신성만 재무적 성과가 있고 나머지 서비스 품질은 도입 성과에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 컨설팅 서비스 품질의 매개효과 분석은 차별화나 비용우위 전략 경로에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 결론적으로 시스템 구축은 구축 전략으로는 재무적 관점에서 차이가 있으며, 서비스 품질 요인에서는 공급업체가 제공하는 확신성 즉 지식 및 확신과 믿음을 줄 수 있는 능력에 영향이 있다.

ERP는 기업 내의 모든 인적, 물적 자원을 효율적으로 관리하여 궁극적으로 기업의 경쟁력을 강화시켜 주는 역할을 하게 되는 통합정보시스템이다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서 ERP가 가야할 최선의 요구사항은 실시간으로 데이터를 수집 분석하는 것이다. 기존의 ERP 시스템은 자원의 정보수집이 수동적이라는 문제가 존재했다. 그 문제를 해결하기 위해 RFID Tag와 Reader를 이용한 능동적 시스템을 제안한다. 실험 결과 자재의 정보가 제대로 수집되는 것을 확인하였고 일정시간이 지나게 됐을 경우 이벤트 메시지를 발생시키는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 RFID를 이용한 실시간 산업자원 관리 시스템은 기존에 존재하는 수동적인 자원관리를 능동적으로 수집하고 스케쥴에 맞는 이벤트를 제공하게 한다.

본 연구에서는 철강산업의 광범위한 업무 프로세스를 하나의 모델로 통합시켜 코일센터전용의 맞춤형 ERP시스템의 구현으로 업무의 효율성과 기간산업으로서의 철강산업에 맞는 새로운 인터페이스 확장 모듈을 제안하였는데 그 결과 첫째, 검증된 S/W 개발 방법론 활용으로 CMM Level2기준에 의한 S/W 품질관리와 진행관리, 체계적인 방법론과 다양한 업무정의를 통하여 고객사의 업무 표준화를 제시하였다. 둘째, 충실한 기술이전으로 고객사의 참여실무자에 대한 다양한 교육과 기술이전을 통한 자체 운영 능력 강화와 개발 과정보다 완료 후의 운영에 최대한의 기술지원을 보장하였다. 마지막으로, 업무처리 속도의 향상이다. 우리가 하고 있는바 정형화된 업무혁신을 통해 표준화하고 시스템화하여 정형화함으로써, 사원들에게는 쉽고, 편하게 일할 수 있게 하고 속도와 효율을 올리자는 목적을 상당 부분 성취했다고 본다. 결산 리드타임이 종전 15일 정도에서 5일 이내로 줄어들었다.

Recently, business application vendors have responded to customer demand with several technological and organizational changes for reflecting network-oriented process flow with electronic communication and expanding their market. In organizational changes. Vendors are adding new functionality to their core offerings through mergers and acquisitions, or by partnering with front-office operation and SCM vendors. And technological changes are embracing the development of component-based application and middleware technology to be possible with integration of their function modules. We will present the design and development process of component-based SCM system to be integrated with heterogeneous ERP under implementation. Especially, we survey and analyze the technology related with CBD(Component-Based Development) to be adapted this research - component's design and methodology, the interface for component integration, middleware's development methodology of Enterprise Middleware vendo to bundle various types of middleware into a single package product with easy-to-use interface.

본 논문은 원목 세일즈 문서, 생산 및 재고 관리 시스템에 대하여 논의한다. 논문의 목적은 특수한 작업 환경, 생산부터 판매까지의 업무 처리 및 ERP 시스템인 ACCPAC 의 연동하는 시스템이다. 새로운 사업장, 판매 시장의 변화 및 전문 관리자의 부재의 경우 ERP 시스템을 활용하기가 매우 어려운 현실이다. 이런 특수한 상황과 소스 데이터의 미표준화를 표준화한 인벤토리 데이터를 활용하여 판매 부서에 제공하고, 회계 소프트웨어에 자동으로 입력하여 기존 ERP 시스템을 최대한 활용하는 시스템이다.
