철강산업에 많은 기업들은 기업내에 인적, 물적자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해 컴퓨터 시스템인 전사적 자원관리(Enterprise Resource Planning, 이하 ERP)를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. ERP 시스템을 개발하는 개발사는 자사의 솔루션을 글로벌 시스템으로 개발하기 위해 기업의 환경과 다양한 국가의 세법을 연구하여 시스템에 적용하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 "S" 사의 "M" ERP 시스템을 분석하여 국가별로 세법과 환경이 다른 사용자들의 요구사항을 해결하는 시간을 절약하고 초기 시스템 구축의 '확장성'이 떨어지는 현상을 Form Setup 방식을 이용해 개선한 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

The target company of this study goes ahead with plan to adopt ERP systems. Hereupon, I want to present the issues which should be considered in the process of ERP system implementation. This study focuses on the manufacturing system, but it also discusses important issues on the selected business area. Raising the competitive power of the enterprise to recently, all resources integration it is a tendency which it manages with the method for, the reasoning being caused by system is professionalized and chief executive officer complicated becoming gets off the decision-making being difficult, it is following. The management technique which is BPR with solution plan will be presented, it will reach and ERP systems which it comes true concretely appeared. From the research which it sees in order to apply at the governmental under the influence public enterprise as ERP systems which it develops it provided ERP information to the customer at real-time and the web environmental ERP system from business site it will be able to control a company internal business at real-time it constructed. The evaluation which is fixed quantity it led in about the system which is constructed and improvement and expense curtailment of solution and business productivity of customer dissatisfaction, the system effectiveness and customer satisfaction index etc. improving, it verified.

With the competitive pressure and the development of information and communication technology, many organizations have introduced various kinds of enterprise-wide systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems as strategic tools for the purpose of improving organizational performance. Despite their promised strategic benefits, however, their implementation has suffered from a high failure rate and difficulty in realizing the anticipated benefits. Previous studies have indicated that one of the most critical failure reasons is the lack of knowledge sharing and utilization across organizations. As a consequence, many information systems (IS) researchers have paid attention to examining the effect of absorptive capacity closely associated with knowledge sharing and transferring on IS usage performance. ERP systems implementation involves changes not only in systems but also in processes and other social dimensions, which can be related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) requiring appropriate communications and interactions among organizational members. A lack of communications and interactions due to a lack of OCB might lead to weak absorptive capacity and thus negatively influence knowledge sharing across organizations, because OCB facilitates a successful collaboration among functional units and positively impacts individual's attitude toward radical organizational change. With this motivation, this study has two research objectives. First, it introduces and tests a theoretical model accounting for the relationships among performance of ERP system usage, absorptive capacity, and OCB. Second, it examines a mediating role of absorptive capacity between OCB and performance of EPR system usage. Theoretical and practical implications of the study ware discussed, along with its limitations.

Auto-industry is very difficult to standardize item code generation rule, because it has more than 20,000 parts in this industry. As finished good companies have already used the ERP system such as SAP, they have a good Master Data Management(MDM) system. However, since many supplier companies have poor MDM system, they have a lot of barriers on system implementation like ERP, MES. PDM systems. This study surveys various benchmarking sites and investigates the standardization of item code of the auto-parts manufacturing companies. Finally, this study proposes the implementation guide (IMG) of auto-industry MDM standardization.

Recently, people seek to recognize organizationally and cross sectionally the period work of a company such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, accounting, and personnel management in order to maximize company profit. Also, the ERP system, which is used as a management concept for plan management designed to optimize the utilization of management resources in an enterprise like manner, has been introduced for the same purpose. This study has examined the ERP system, which has been currently set up, for the parent company, S. The study has evidentially analyzed the system efficiency and satisfaction level of customers by examining implementation effects after onsite application and by seeking ways of improvement after recognizing the difficulty linked with use discovered after onsite application of the system and rejection by customers by conducting a questionnaire survey.

The main propose of this research is to examine the performances in ERP introduced enterprises by utilizing BSC model proposed by Kaplan and Norton [1992], to realize this goals, a theoretical review on ERP, BSC, and other related issues is performed in advance, accordingly, research model was generated. In conceptual model analysis, we focused on casual relationships among four performance measurement indicators after introduction of ERP proposed by Kaplan and Norton [2000]. To test the model, structural equation modeling is employed to analyze data collected from 164 enterprises which have introduced ERP for more than 1 year. Survey respondents were confined within the representatives of each enterprise's ERP. Hypotheses proposed in our research are tested by covariance structure model, results are listed as follow : First, learning and growth performance is significant factors for improving both internal process performance and customer performance; second, process performance has a positive impact on customer performance third, despite that customer performance is positively related to financial performance, no direct relationship is found between internal process performance and financial performance, an indirect relationship is built through intermediate medium of customer performance. Based upon these results, we discuss implications at the latter part of paper. Meanwhile, we also provide research limitations, and future research in the final section.

This paper is to evaluate the informational direction, current situations and ERP establishment concerning constructing industry, to present the right directions, implemented cases for implementing constructional ERP, also to suggest the effect, influence, problems and shootings in constructional ERP arena. The constructing industries in korea are facing great turning point because of the huge corruptions currently happened and forcing to open the market in 1997. Attempting to establish Computer Integrated construction system (ERP) by breaking down constructing cost, improving quality, operating rapid and effective construction to enhance productivity, it is hard to achieve the goal with only inter-contractor's establishment. Constructing industries are integrated ones, consisted of many organizations for instance ordering agencies, contractors, subcontractors, material vendors, etc. and use various information formats such as texts, graphics, drawings. I dare suggest that implementation of constructional CALS including EDI/EC, GIS is tile only solution to control the information systematically generated in whole stages from planing, designing, constructing through maintenance, and to supply or switch the information.

In this paper, we have presented the implementation plan for the Server interface and how to implement the Client GUI interface of a form you can use Android considerations and ERP Interface methods available in mobile devices, with iOS. It provides in the form of Web services using TCP / IP, how to handle the data, communication of Client and Server in mobile devices, coordination of ERP that can be used in mobile devices by presenting how to send in XML format it presented a new method which can be performed more efficiently.

전세계적으로 특정 업종에 상관없이 정보화의 필요성을 느끼고 이를 추진하기 위해 많은 시간과 비용이 투입되고 있다. 또한 최근 대기업들의 협력사에 대한 시스템 연동 요구와 중국 일본 업체들과의 경쟁 심화 등으로 기계 산업 업체들의 경영환경 개선이 이슈로 부상하면서 이들 업체들의 ERP도입 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 기계산업은 전통적인 제조업 분야이므로 정보화의 관심이 다른 업종에 비해서 늦게 나타난 것은 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 기계산업 분야에 있어서 ERP 도입사례를 조사하여 그 현황에 대해 분석하였다.
