건설산업의 생산성 향상 및 건설사업관리의 효율성 제고를 위해 국가차원에서의 건설 CALS/EC 표준을 개발한바 수자원 분야에서도 국가 전자도면 작성기준에 준한 표준체계의 개발이 필요한 시기이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가 건설CALS/EC를 지원하기 위한 수자원분야 전자도면정보의 표준체계 개발전략을 수립하였다. 이를 위해, 수자원분야 공공기관의 건설사업관리시스템, 건설유지관리시스템, 도면작성기준서 등 건설관련 분야의 도면정보 표준, 국내 전자도면 작성표준과 ISO, 미국 NCS, 일본표준에서 포함하고 있는 도면표준을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 건설CALS/EC 지원을 위한 수자원분야 도면정보 표준의 기본적인 방향을 제안하였다. 실무적으로 표준체계를 적용하기 위해, 수자원 분야 공공기관의 현행 표준체계와도 연계되면서 국가 건설CALS/EC을 준수하도록 번호부여체계를 수립하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설CALS/EC을 지원하기 위한 수자원 분야의 기본적인 표준화 방향 및 번호부여 규칙을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of automatic building code checking for architectural drawings in the web environment to enhance the utility of CALS/EC standard drawings and efficiency of construction industry business. To fulfil this aim, the authors seek to standardize the architectural drawing automatic checking system by linked drawing information to the STEP based CALS/EC standard format. Therefore, the automatic building code checking system can represent a way of utilizing the relationship between the construction CALS/EC standard drawings and the related study as well as improve the efficient of the construction work by sharing a variety of drawing information.

This paper is intended to investigate the Build-up Method of SCM(Supply Chain Management) Connection applying EC Standard. SCM helps companies plan and supply to meet customer demand. SCM is the only solution available today that enables an organization to strategize, plan and execute a company's buy, make, move, store, fulfill and service business processes across multiple enterprises for total profitability. The research of modern scientists has thrown new light on the subject. However, the study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM systems, which require to introduce the functions of EC, need to be changed. Summarizations of the main points that have been analyzed in this paper are as follows:. the sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system(Order management module(PIP 3A4) of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net). Finally, it shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.

Bsusiness-to- Business transactions requires interactions between diverse application s and business. This gives rise to the need to for a common standard and protocol for exchanging busienss messages. and RosettaNet is the leading industry organization focused on developing B2B process standard for a global supply chain. This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for E-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Supply Chain Management (SCM) helps companies plan and execute supply to meet customer demand. The researches of modem scientists have thrown new light on the subject. but, The study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM system, which require to introduce the functions of EC, needs to be changed. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems. This provides felxibility in incorporating any new emerging open standard.

In the Korean domestic construction field, there are a lot of problems related to construction information exchange and sharing owing to the absence of construction drawing information exchange standard. To remedy the aforementioned inefficiency effectively, it is necessary to apply the STEP standard which is known as an international standard for achieving the establishment of Construction CALS. This study focus on suggesting a methodology to activate the STEP based construction drawing information exchange standard to the current construction drawing information exchanging and sharing practice. In this paper, the domestic and foreign standardization projects related to the construction drawing information have been investigated and analyzed. In addition, a methodology of applying and activating the STEP standard has been suggested. Finally, a verification and certification methodology for applying the CALS/EC construction drawing information exchange standard(STEP) have been suggested.

전자상거래 규모가 시간이 지날 수록 매우 빠른 속도로 확산되어 그 활용영역이 광범위해지고 보편화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회의 최근 동향을 반영하여 4년제 대학의 전자상거래학과에 적용할 수 있는 교과과정을 제안한다. 컴퓨터학, 경영학 그리고 산업공학 등 다양한 영 역에 관련되어 있는 전자상거래학의 교과과정을 제안하기 위해 현재 국내 고등교육기관에 개설된 학과를 분석하고 전자상거래학의 새로운 학문적 분류기준을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 분류기준에 따라 전자상거래학의 전공별 교과과정을 제시하며 각 과목별 개요를 기술한다.

국내 건설산업 전반에서 건설도면 정보교환 표준이 존재하지 않는 관계로 건설 정보 교환 및 공유에 많은 문제들을 발생시키고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 건설 정보를 효율적으로 공유하기 위해서는 국제 표준이며, 건설CALS 체계구축을 위한 표준화 기술인 STEP(STandard for the Exchange of Product model data) 표준의 적용이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 기존의 건설도면 정보의 교환 및 공유에 대한 문제 해결 방안 제시와 국내외 건설도면 정보 표준화 연구 개발동향을 조사, 분석하여 STEP 표준의 적용 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, CALS/EC 건설도면 정보교환 표준(STEP)의 적용을 위한 검증과 인증 방안을 제시하였다.

최근 건설사업이 복합화되고, 대규모화됨에 따라 다양한 사업 수행주체들간 협업의 중요성은 더욱 강조되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 수행주체들간의 협업을 위한 의사소통 도구 또는 사업정보의 형태는 매우 다양하게 분포하고 있지만, 전통적으로 설계도면과 공사시방서등 설계도서가 중요한 역할을 담당해 왔다. 특히, 설계도면은 다른 설계도서와 다르게 최근의 정보화흐름에서도 개념설계부터 시공관리 및 유지관리에 이르기까지 보존 형식의 차이는 있지만, 그 효용성 및 정보의 재활용성 측면에 있어서 핵심적인 요소로 등장하고 잇다. 본 논문은 건설CALS/EC를 기반으로 하는 공공건설사업의 설계도면을 표준화하기 위한 시도로서 기본적으로 설계도면에 대한 사용자의 요구사항을 정성적으로 분석하고, 국내와 미국, 일본의 도면 및 제도 표준, 그리고 ISO의 도면 관련 각종 표준들에 대한 현황을 파악하였다. 그리고 건설CALS/EC기반의 설계도면에 대한 사용자 요구사항들을 예측하고, 협업에 기반한 설계도면의 표준화 대상과 이를 위한 협업기능을 정의하였다. 또한, 최근의 국내 도면 표준관련 연구 및 현행 도면 표준 관련 현황 및 실태를 분석한 후, 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 건설산업에 있어서 적용 가능한 미래지향적이며, 협업기능의 극대화를 위한 국내의 도면 표준의 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

강도 설계법에 기반을 둔 콘크리트구조설계기준은 전 응력의 계산이 불가능하기 때문에 한계 상태 설계법에 근간을 둔 EC2와 휨 압축부재의 P-M상관도를 비교분석하였다. 해석결과, 설계기준에 따라 P-M상관도는 거의 유사하였지만 피복두께가 클 경우 EC2에 의한 값이 보다 안전 측에 해당하였다.
