본 논문은 인터넷과 통신매체의 확산과 더불어 최근에는 기업간, 기업과 정부간에 주로 정형적인 문서교환에 활용되던 초기의 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)가 멀티미디어 정보교환이 가능한 인터넷의 보급, 확산과 함께 소비자를 대상으로 하는 전자상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)로 급속히 확산되고 있으며, 이를 지원하기 위해 기업의 정보화 기반을 구현하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)도 요구되고 있다. 그러나, 전자상거래는 네트워크를 통하여 형성되므로 사용자들은 서로 만나지 않고 거래하게 된다. 이는 전자상거래의 장점이기도 하지만, 반대로 상호간의 신분에 대한 인증이 쉽지 않다는 단점이 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 위험을 방지하기 위한 보안기술 및 암호기술에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

Intercompany online businesses can offer digital information to each company, and yet without legal verification business activities are less efficient. Just one single country cannot control this problem with its own EC law and now international cooperations are being required. Currently, International Regularization is the main agenda among the international organizations such as UNCITRAL, OECD and WTO and so on. Furthermore, most of the advanced nations, including the USA and EU, announce their fundamental strategies for the multilateral regularization in their favor. At the present stage, South Korea's Electronic Commerce law and Digital Signature law went into effect as from July 1, 1999, indicating that they can strike the keynote of the systematic infrastructure for the electronic commerce transactions in this country.

The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

인터넷을 통한 전자상거래가 실제화 되고 확산되고 있는 가운데 개인과 기업에서 요구사항은 더욱 다양화되고 보안의 구축이 필수 조건으로 요구되고 있다. 이러한 다양한 요구사항에 대한 효율적인 조작과 처리를 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 통하여 해결하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. XML을 통한 전자상거래는 표준이 되어 가고 있으며 그 효율성은 전자상거래를 활성화시킴으로써 새로운 시장의 창출과 효율성 극대화하기 위한 활력소가 되고 있다. 본 논문 에서는 B2B기반 XML전자상거래 시스템을 구현하고 문서교환에 SSL과 XML표준에 기초한 전자서명(XML Digital Signature)시스템을 구축하므로써 인증과 보안을 고려한 XML/EDI 전자서명 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다.

최근의 통상환경중 "Logistics" 혁명을 통한 컨테이너 운송의 신속화, 인터넷혁명을 통한 전자상거래 활성화는 EDI, EC등을 통해 "Paperless trade"가 실현을 앞당기고 있다. 본 논고는 이러한 물류혁명과 인터넷 정보기술의 발달로 대두되는 문제중 기존의 종이서류로서의 운송서류를 전자식 운송서류로 대체하는데 따른 문제점과 이의 활성화 방안에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 인터넷 전자거래가 활성화되어지면 기존의 종이서류들은 전자메시지로 대체될 것으로 여겨진다. 이에 따라 전자계약서, 전자송장, 전자보험증권, 전자선하증권 등이 출현할 것이지만 이중 무엇보다도 전자식 운송서류중 유통성 운송서류의 전자화는 그간 전자화의 핵심부문으로 여겨서 상당한 중요성을 두어왔다. 현재 이용되는 유통성 운송서류는 그간 선하증권의 지연도착문제와 이에 따른 추가 경비의 소요, 또한 선하증권 발급에 따른 부대경비의 과다소비, 종이서류로서의 선하증권의 위조에 따른 사기문제 등에 제기되어 졌고 이에 따라 선취화물보상장 등의 현실적 대안이 제시되었지만 이 또한 여러 문제점을 야기시켜왔다. 전자식 운송서류는 이러한 문제점을 다소 해소할 수 있는 방안으로 알려져 왔다. 전자거래가 활성활 될 미래에는 운송서류의 전자화는 필연적으로 대두되게 될 것이고, 이러한 전자화에 있어 해상운송장의 사용은 바람직한 모델로 여겨지고 있다. 그렇지만 전매가 잦은 산업에 있어 해상운송장은 자체의 유통성의 미비로 인해 그 사용에 문제점이 있고, 실제 상관행에서 많은 이점을 가진 선하증권의 발행 욕구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 논고에서는 전자식 운송서류의 활성화 방안으로 첫째, 전자식 운송서류에 관한 법률정비가 필요할 것으로 여겨지며 둘째, 유통성 전자식 운송서류에 있어 관리기관의 안정성이 확보되어야 할 것으로 여겨지며 셋째, UCP에서 전자식 운송서류에 관한 조항이 삽입되어져야 할것으로 여겨지며 넷째, 여러 측면에서 우위성을 지닌 전자무역거래의 활성화는 점차적으로 운송서류의 전자화를 활성화시키는데 반드시 필요한 명제로 등장할 것으로 여겨진다.

Today, information society is affected by new technologies including Electronic Commerce(EC), Electronic Data Interchange(EDI), Commerce At Light Speed(CALS ), multimedia and teleconferencing. Electronic Commerce is believed to be a field that will bring about a huge revolution of human life in the 21st century and thus its industry will give greatly influential effect on other industries In this paper, we have surveyed and studied through the internet and related materials for the development of framework of Electronic Commerce. It is required that we need the leading role of our government for the earlier activation of Electronic Commerce usage and have to establish the solid background of EC technology creation of our nation's originality and to activate the venture industry oriented for idea and technology rather than the industries in the form of larger enterprises. In conclusion, we have to expand our own ability of research and development to keep the continuous growth of our Electronic Commerce market and industries through the development of new product and prior acquisition of market as well as to expand the path of various technology aquisition by the strategic M&A and capital investment with the leading foreign enterprises.

최근 정보기술, 정보통신기술등의 발달로 기존의 상거래 방식과는 많이 다른 방식의 거래가 이루어지고 있다. Electronic Commerce의 활성화는 가상상점(Electronic Shopping Mall), 전자지불체계 (Electronic Payment System), Web EDI 등 인터넷을 기반으로 한 전자적 경제활동을 다양하게 하였다. 이러한 EC의 한 패러다임으로 이동 상거래 방식이 등장하게 되었다. 이것이 개방 네트워크와 공중망을 통하여 이용자의 위치, 시간과 관계없이 텍스트, 음성, 화상의 디지털 데이터를 이용하여 기업 또는 개인의 상거래 활동을 정의하는 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce) 방식 중의 하나인 모빌커머스(Mobile Commerce)이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모빌커머스가 기존의 인터넷 비즈니스의 한 방향으로서 유, 무선 통신망을 이용한 자유스런 정보의 전달을 통한해 어떤 상거래를 구축하는 것이 성공할 수 있는 것인가 이해하고자 전자상거래에서의 모빌커머스 역할에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

Recently the interests in NII, CALS/EC, and security are rapidly increasing. However, only one of the security issues for CALS implementation, i.e., the security for EDI implementation, has been presented in the literature. No comprehensive discussion about CALS security including other CALS applications exists. This paper intends to present such a comprehensive analysis for the security requirements and standards for the well-recognized two-phase CALS implementation. We present a framework for CALS security encompassing security protocols and systems that are arranged into the framework in terms of the CALS implementation phases, application systems, and communication modes. This framework is followed by brief descriptions of the security services and mechanisms for each CALS application.

When a receiver of ciphertext message can not decrypt a message because he has lost his private-key, the private-key of receiver and session-key of the message should be recovered. In this paper, we developed an Encapsulation based Key Recovery System (EKRS). EKRS is a new key encapsulation based key recovery system which is characterized by secretly choice of KRA, randomized target keys. n-way recovery type, and useful for commercial key recovery. EKRS is formally specified by a pictorial model, an Extended Cryptographic Timed Petri Net (ECTPN). Secure information flow and reachability of a session-key are verified by using reachability graph of ECTPN. EKRS, executing over a Public Key Infrastructure, can be used as a security solution in Web based applications such as CALS, EC an EDI.

최근 인터넷상에서 정보 교환의 표준으로 XML이 자리잡고 있다. XML은 웹 문서뿐만 아니라 전자 도서관, 전자 상거래, EC/EDI를 포함한 다양한 분야에서 사용하기 위하여 폭 넓은 연구를 진행하고 있다. 따라서 이들 문서에 대한 저장 및 검색에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이들 기법들은 주로 관계형 데이터베이스 시스템만 지원하거나, 주로 검색만 다루어 문서 정보 갱신이 발생할 경우 인덱스 변환에 따른 비용이 증가하는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 기법과 달리 객체 관계 및 관계형 데이터베이스 환경 둘 다 지원할 수 있도록 하였으며, 검색 정보 표현과 정보 갱신에 따른 인덱스 갱신 비용을 최소화하기 위해 화장 경로 표현 기법을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 기법을 Window 2000에서 PHP와 SQL Server 2000 데이터베이스 시스템을 이용해서 구현하였다.
