  • The online retail market continues to grow, especially in China, as e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years in many countries. Meanwhile, the development and use of new network information technology provides consumers with various contact and experience environments for online shopping. Based on the theory of media weakness, the study began to focus consumer experience on the nature of commercial transactions. The study proposed and designed an initial measure of the consumer information evaluation index, which combines previous findings with implications. Finally, the five-dimensional B2C system was established to evaluate consumers' information experience providing information display, information interaction, information support and information personalization. We researched on evaluation index system for information experience of B2C e-commerce consumers based on samples of Chinese consumers.

  • Security products were developed and diffused for defense all emergency on cyberspace on E-commerce, but it requires special technique of information security in maintenance. The operation and need of security system was required in a public corporation and company, but it isn't provided in an appropriate time. Therefore, the domestic sites were vulnerable by security vulnerability. In this paper, we propose on the design and implementation of the data integrity analysis system that a novice manage usefully and automatically for management of E-commerce security products.

Fraud Detection in E-Commerce

  • Fraud in e-commerce transaction increased in the last decade especially with the increasing number of online stores and the lockdown that forced more people to pay for services and groceries online using their credit card. Several machine learning methods were proposed to detect fraudulent transaction. Neural networks showed promising results, but it has some few drawbacks that can be overcome using optimization methods. There are two categories of learning optimization methods, first-order methods which utilizes gradient information to construct the next training iteration whereas, and second-order methods which derivatives use Hessian to calculate the iteration based on the optimization trajectory. There also some training refinements procedures that aims to potentially enhance the original accuracy while possibly reduce the model size. This paper investigate the performance of several NN models in detecting fraud in e-commerce transaction. The backpropagation model which is classified as first learning algorithm achieved the best accuracy 96% among all the models.

  • The purpose of this study is how to apply to e-Commerce of parts procurement system in the Japanese Automobile Industry and examine the influence of that through the case studies of automobile makers. In the Japanese automobile industry, B2B e-Commerce of parts procurement system have a shifted from closed circuits through VAN to opened IP-VPN and eventually to the JNX of internet environment. The Japanese automobile industry depends mainly on IP-VPN and JNX, especially EDI on a one to one basis with parts procurement suppliers. As to the future direction of B2B e-Commerce of parts procurement in the Japanese automobile industry, many of commodity parts will be traded among established participants on internet websites owned by automobile maker groups. Finally, for improvement of B2B e-Commerce of parts procurement in the Japanese automobile industry I suggested that there are 'revitalize of e-Marketplace', 'improvement of IT and business process', 'extension of B2B e-Commerce among small and medium sized suppliers'.

  • The economic growth in China takes the step of the Internet/Mobile revolution together. The high internet penetration provided the opportunity to increase the e-commerce market with fast speed. However, due to imbalance of the growth speed and preparation, the problems on various infrastructures and regulations were generated. Therefore, this study investigateed the current status of e-commerce market and sub-categories. This study also discussed about the problem of e-commerce logistics system, consumer protection, R&D investment, and human resources and provided the considerations for the future improvement. Finally, this study diagnosed the mobile payment and internet finance market and new e-commerce tax regulation, and then suggested institutional implications for the international standardization. This study is meaningful to provide the first implication to the Korean exporters after Chinese government had announced market open strategy for the 5 year e-commerce development plan.

  • Recently, commerce paradigm is developing to e-commerce, mobile commerce, and ubiquitous commerce(u-commerce). While many companies consider to adopt u-commerce, they have a task to solve this problem. The typical consideration is to derive the critical success factors for u-commerce. By the literature survey, this paper suggests the critical success factors for e-commerce business and off-line business to transform to u-commerce environment. We find significant variables to contribute the management performance by analyzing the cause and effect relationship.

  • As the Internet settles down as a general means, every year the domestic e-commerce transaction using the internet rapidly increases in its scale, and the conflicts occurred from the e-commerce largely grow as well. However, it is true that the clear settlement means to work out such conflicts is not established yet. Considering the feature of e-commerce, it would be better to resolve them by ADR rather than by lawsuits in the court, and in addition to it, the ODR system having sweetness as its advantage will be the optimized model. But to make the ODR settled down, there are many assignments to be improved in many aspects afterwards. In case of our country also, since the ODR system is still its early developing step, it is not activized yet due to its weak technical, lawful environments. Thus, currently, it is unavoidable to operate the dispute mediation system, carrying out a system by the existing Off-line together, and thereby, as we replace the parts worked out by the Off-line with by the On-line, we must try to develop it into a quick, cheap, and reliable dispute settlement system.

Propose XML(eXtensible Markup Language) in e-Catalog's standard document format to augment interoperability in selfishness species system in treatise that see hereupon, and defined e-Catalog document structure that can process goods information configurationally because using XML Schema. Also, e-Catalog registry system that offer search, registration service using e-Catalog document that is defined by XML design and embody.
