반사형 저위상 변화 감쇠기의 설계 (Design of reflection type low phase shift attenuator)

  • A transmission type phase shift attenuator has a poor reflection characteristics at an output port. And that is controlled by the current, its dynamic rnage decreases due to the current limitation. In this paper, to avoid such disadvantages, a reflection type low phase shift attenuator has been designed and measured. As a result, at a center frequency (1855MHz), the sreflection type low pahse shift attenuator has an attenuation of 30dB, within the limit of 3 phase shift and less than -17dB reflection characteristics at both input and output ports. And it demonstrates the peformance of the reflection type low phase shift attenuator is better than the transmission type phase shift attenuator with the same measurement specifications.

미사일 모델의 피치 동안정미계수 측정을 위한 강제진동기법의 적용 (Application of Forced Oscillation Technique for Pitch Dynamic Stability Derivatives of a Missile Model)

  • This paper presents an application of forced oscillation technique to measure pitch dynamic stability derivatives of a missile model in the low speed wind tunnel. The missile model is oscillated by D.C. electric servomotor with constant amplitudes and frequencies. Phase shift is determined as the difference of peak values between input and output signals from the dynamic stability balance installed at the center of gravity of the model. Stability derivatives were calculated by using phase shifts, amplitudes, forcing moments and input frequencies. Test results show the proper usage of the force oscillation technique with good damping effects.

A Digital Self-Sustained Phase Shift Modulation Control Strategy for Full-Bridge LLC Resonant Converters

  • A digital self-sustained phase shift modulation (DSSPSM) strategy that allows for good soft switching and dynamic response performance in the presence of step variations is presented in this paper. The working principle, soft switching characteristics, and voltage gain formulae of a LLC converter with DSSPSM have been provided separately. Furthermore, the method for realizing DSSPSM is proposed. Specifically, some key components of the proposed DSSPSM are carefully investigated, including a parameter variation analysis, the start-up process, and the zero-crossing capture of the resonant current. The simulation and experiment results verify the feasibility of the proposed control method. It is observed that the zero voltage switching of the switches and the zero current switching of the rectifier diodes can be easily realized in presence of step load variations.

  • In the phase-shift measurement method, the distance light travels can be obtained based on the phase difference between the reference signal and the measured signal. When the object having various colors is measured, the intensity of the measured signal much varies even at the same distance, and it causes different phase delay due to wide dynamic range input to a signal processing circuit. In this work, an measured intensity control method is proposed to solve this phase delay problem.

  • A precision high voltage generator for ion injection is implemented on HFZVS-PSCI (High Frequency Zero-Voltage-Switching Phase-Shift-Controlled Inverter). Some practical aspects of implementing precision high voltage generator with HFZVS-PSCI, such as a HFHV transformer, multiflier, and precision CR divider are discussed. The results show that the generator under the Phase-Shift-Controller has a fast dynamic response, low ripple voltage, and high accuracy.

  • Rotating machines are using gears to change the rotary motion into the linear motion, on the other hand, linear motors have a accurate position control and excellent dynamic characteristics because of generating a thrust force directly. But the important problem, one of the linear motor is a high thrust force ripple. Thrust force ripple has a bad effect on the position accuracy and the dynamic characteristics, so it is necessary to reduce the thrust force ripple. Cogging is one of the cause that affect thrust force ripple. Cogging has some connection with the GCD between pole pitch and teeth pitch It is proposed method to reduce a thrust ripple of the linear motor that chamfering, skew, and so on. In this paper, the module phase set shift(MPSS) is used to reduce a thrust force ripple that has a similar effect to skew. And propose a method that reduce a thrust force ripple more by use of chamfering.

  • 본 논문에서는 유도성 부하를 가지는 위상 변위 풀 브릿지 컨버터(PSFB)의 성능과 다양한 유도성 부하를 갖는 출력 전류의 동적 응답을 향상시키는 새로운 전류 제어 기법을 제안하였다. 누설 인덕턴스 및 유도성 부하를 포함하는 향상된 동적 모델을 사용하였으며, 유도 부하의 변화에 대한 영향을 상세히 분석하였다. 제안된 전류 제어 방식은 위상 여유 사양을 기반으로 설계하였다. 결과적으로 제안된 전류 제어 기법은 기존의 전류 제어 기법과 비교하여 동적 응답을 개선시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 설계된 컨트롤러의 성능은 500 A PSFB 컨버터 시스템을 통하여 검증하였다. 이 결과는 초전도 장치와 같이 유도성 부하가 큰 고 전류 애플리케이션에 활용할 수 있다.

  • 고주파에서 사용되는 능동소자들은 입력전력의 세기에 의하여 위상변화량이 달라지게 된다. 특히 증폭기에 사용되는 트랜지스터는 효율을 고려하여 포화영역 근처에서 사용하게 되면, 입력전력의 변화에 따른 위상 변화량이 크게 나타난다. 본 연구는 능동소자를 통과할 때 발생하는 위상변화량을 고정시키는 회로에 관한 것이다. 회로내의 임의의 가변 위상 벼노한기를 이용하여 위상을 변화시킬 시, 입력부에서 커플링 한 기준신호의 위상과 출력부의 비교신호의 위상을 비교하여 회로내의 또 다른 자동 위상 변환기를 동작하여 자동적으로 고정된 위상 변화량을 가진 신호가 출력되는 회로를 제작하였다. 약 10dB 동작 범위에서 위상이 고정됨과 2개 이상의 신호 입력과 FM 신호 입력시에도 전체회로를 통한 위상 변화량이 측정되고 또한 고정될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 실험주파수는 1960 MHz이고, 실험 기판은 두께가 31mil이고 비유전율 3.2인 테플론을 이용하였다.

Hybrid Control Strategy of Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge LLC Converter Based on Digital Direct Phase-Shift Control

  • A digital direct phase-shift control (DDPSC) method based on the phase-shifted full-bridge LLC (PSFB-LLC) converter is presented. This work combines DDPSC with the conventional linear control to obtain a hybrid control strategy that has the advantages of linear control and DDPSC control. The strategy is easy to realize and has good dynamic responses. The PSFB-LLC circuit structure is simple and works in the fixed frequency mode, which is beneficial to magnetic component design; it can realize the ZVS of the switch and the ZCS of the rectifier diode in a wide load range. In this work, the PSFB-LLC converter resonator is analyzed in detail, and the concrete realization scheme of the hybrid control strategy is provided by analyzing the state-plane trajectory and the time-domain model. Finally, a 3 kW prototype is developed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the DDPSC controller and the hybrid strategy are verified by experimental results.
