경기도 소재 특수학교에 근무하는 영양사.영양교사의 직무만족도와 급식운영 현황 (Study on Job Satisfaction and Foodservice Management of Dieticians and Nutrition Teachers in Special Schools for the Disabled: Focused on Gyeonggi Area)

  • This study examined students' menu preferences as well as the job satisfaction and specific considerations concerning foodservice operation of dieticians and nutrition teachers at special schools for the disabled. Semi-structured interview questionnaires were sent to all of the 21 special schools with direct school food service in Gyeonggi-do, and 16 dieticians and nutrition teachers agreed to participate in this study. Among the various menu groups, the subjects perceived the meat group as the most preferred and the vegetable group the least preferred. They were generally satisfactory with their job and duty, and had a strong sense of belonging to the school. However, most of them answered that they needed more time for nutritional education and counseling. While most had pride and pleasure in their job, they expressed a desire to change the system to better fit with their roles as professional nutritionists. The content analysis revealed that the subjects mainly focused on safety issues in planning the food menu and were thus limited in selecting menu items. They also felt difficulty in menu planning due to various tastes and preferences, since special schools tend to consist of a wider grade range. However, most subjects reported little trouble in food distribution and food leftovers owing to practical support from teachers and parents. The necessity for education concerning table manners and obesity prevention was generally a shared opinion, and education programs for parents were also perceived as necessary to better understand the special considerations for developing proper eating habits in their child. The study findings provide useful basic data to improve the foodservice system at special schools.

외식기업 종사원의 유니폼 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 - 서울 시내 패밀리 레스토랑을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Uniform Design for the Food Service Industry Employees - Focused on Family Restaurants -)

  • This study conducted a questionnaire survey of family restaurant employees in Seoul on their satisfaction and preference in working uniforms, and analysed the result to suggest adequate designs to serve the purposes of uniforms. The result is as follows - First, many pointed out a need to improve generally showing a low satisfaction with varying degrees according to sexes and ages. More women complained about colors, designs, materials and sizes than men did, and young employees in their twenties wanted better designs, colors and sizes in the order while those in their thirties and forties were dissatisfied mostly with materials. The need fur the improvement was focused on function and designs, and as for uniform materials, perspiration absorbency had the highest level of dissatisfaction. Second, about 40% of the respondents said the skirt width, pants length, and sleeve width were trio small or too big, therefore it is vital to improve uniform sizes. Third, the employees on duty felt uncomfortable mostly when they sat, and the neck and armhole parts were the most uncomfortable. The most easily tainted parts were in the order of the collar, front hem, and sleeve seam for upper garments, and the hip, bottom hem, and pleats for lower ones. Therefore it is required to develop functional uniforms considering the body features and momentum. Fourth, the most preferred material was that guaranteed easy movement and good air-permeability, and colors were in the order of white, beige and black for upper garments, and black, beige and blue for lower ones. And plain, natural and stripped patterns were preferred by both men and women. As seen so far, restaurant employees were mostly dissatisfied with the design, movement, and function of their uniforms demanding functional ones made of better and comfortable material. Uniform designs were suggested based on the analysis of the demonstrative rese.

설명간호사의 현황과 법적 지위에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Nurse in Charge of Education'S Current Status and Legal Status)

  • Recently several hospitals have established a new nursing position so called, 'the nurse in charge of education (NCE).' The job description of NCE is to give a detail explanation on examination or test introduced to patients or a guide for those who are not familiar to hospital facilities at the out-patients level. The motivation of NCE position is the quality improvement in patient education on the sophisticated procedures or the follow up care for medical purposes to improve their compliances, as well in delivering services for outpatients or visitors in more informative and efficient way. The application of NCEA has been turned out positive and effective in patient satisfaction and unit management. However, special attention is brought to the scope and depth of the contents of education delivered by NCE which might overlap with the duty of physicians by the Medical Act. It is needed to clarify the role and job description of NCE in the context of Medical Act. The engagement of NCE to the Advanced Nursing Practitioner (ANP) is one of the possible solutions for a duty charge on patient education since ANP is a legislatively official position with higher license of RN at master level. Further discussion is needed to elaborate and arrange the details on the scope and content of patent education among health science professionals including RN, ANP and physicians.

울산지역 치과위생사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of the Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 울산광역시 근무하는 치과위생사의 직무만족도를 파악하기 위하여 울산지역 일부 치과위생사를 대상으로 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 직접방문조사를 시행하여 총 77부의 자료를 수합하였다. SPSS 11.5를 이용하여 치과위생사의 인구통계학적 특성 및 직업관련 특성, 이직경험 유무에 대한 직무만족도, 각 직무만족도 세부 요인들 간의 차이와 각 직무만족도 세부요인들 간의 관련성을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 연령은 25세 이하가 53.2%, 결혼여부는 미혼이 79.2%, 학력은 전문대졸이 84.4%, 월 급여는 100만원 이상 150만원 미만이 69.9%로 가장 많았다. 2. 치과위생사의 직무만족 관련요인별 만족도는 직업적 긍지에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았고 보수에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 3. 치과위생사의 직무만족도 및 이직경험에서는 이직경험이 있는 경우가 없는 경우보다 근무환경만족도와 직업적 긍지에 대한 만족도, 현 근무지에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 이는 통계적으로도 높은 유의성을 나타내었다.(p = 0.003, p = 0.0.030, p = 0.000) 4. 각 세부직무만족도요인들은 모두 강한 정의 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 5. 직무만족도를 종속변수로 한 회귀분석에서는 월급여가 150만원 이상 200만원 미만인 경우(p = 0.004), 연령은 31세 이상(p = 0.002), 근무지는 치과의원(0.037), 학력은 전문대졸이 (0.004) 직무만족도가 높게 나타나 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다.

치위생과 학생들의 전공교육 및 직업관에 대한 의식 조사 연구 (A Study on Dental Hygiene Students' Consciousness about Course Education and their Occupation)

  • For the purpose of strengthening Dental Hygiene students' confidence and motivation in the Dental Hygiene Department and helping construct proper professionalism, survey on Dental Hygiene students' consciousness of attitude to and satisfaction of the course, career plan and occupation mind set was carried out. 530 three year students in 8 Dental Hygiene academies in Seoul and Kyonggi province were questioned. The results of the survery are as follows:. 1. Dental Hygiene students' motives consisted primarily of employment and a desire for professionalism 25% of them entered the course after one failure in the entrance examination and 17% had family members engaging in the dentistry field 84%, the largest portion, were from an academic high school. 24% had some knowledge of Dental Hygiene, which they had acquired from seniors, friends, and teachers. 2. Patient care and treatment assistance related matters were not considered important in the course. The weak points of the course turned out to be education in computers and foreign languages, but the weakest was the ability of patient care during clinical training. 53% had experiences had thought of changing their major while in the course because it didn't match their aptitude and interest. 3. As for a career after graduation, 49% worried about it Most students wanted to work at a dental hospital or general hospital, The most favored duty was coordination or reception or oral disease preventive work. They wanted to work untill they had a stable living. 68% answered they would get a job at an oral clinic and 70% said they would continue studying for self-realization. 4. Satisfaction with the major was high in students whose aptitude and interest matched the course, who had background knowledge of the major, and who. didn't think of changing the major but would continue studying resulting in statistically slight difference(p<0.001). As to satisfaction with the faculties, it was high in the students whose aptitude and interest matched the major and who didn't think about a career after graduation showing a slight difference(p<05, p<0l). As for satisfaction with clinical training, students whose aptitude and interest matched the major and who didn't consider changing the major answered positively showing a statistically slight difference(p<.001, p<.01). As to satisfaction with the course, it was high in the students who entered with aptitude and interest, who had preliminary knowledge, who didn't consider changing the major, and who didn't think about a career after graduation showing a statistically slight difference(p<.001, p<.05). 5. Occupation mind-set was positive for students who entered with interest and aptitude, who had preliminary knowledge, and who had not considered changing the major showing a statistically slight difference(P<.001). The higher the satisfaction with the major, faculty and clinical training was, the more positive the occupation mind-set was(p<.001).

노인장기요양시설의 서비스 구성요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The impact of service composition factor on organizational performance of long term care facilities for the elderly people)

  • 본 연구는 노인장기요양시설의 위탁과 직영이라는 운영형태에 따른 조직성과의 차이와 노인복지시설 서비스관리 구성요인과 조직성과간의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2012년 9월 현재, 서울, 인천, 경기도 등 수도권 지역에 위치한 민간위탁 및 공공직영 노인요양시설의 종사자를 대상으로 삼았다. 독립변수로서 조직성과 결정요인이 될 서비스관리요소는 리더십, 교육훈련, 보상, 참여, 서비스품질이며, 종속변수인 조직성과는 직무만족, 업무성과, 재무적성과, 수혜자지향성으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스관리 구성요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향은 회귀분석 유의수준의 .001(F=37.429)으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났고 정의관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스관리 구성요인이 업무성과에 미치는 영향은 회귀분석 유의수준의 .001(F=55.099)에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스관리 구성요인이 재무적성과에 미치는 영향은 회귀분석 유의수준의 .001(F=56.904)에서 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 정의 관계로 나타났다, 넷째, 서비스관리 구성요인이 수혜자지향성에 미치는 영향은 회귀분석 유의수준의 .001(F=61.367)에서 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 서비스 구성요인 중 직원의 보상이 가장 커다란 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

사경찰(Private Police)의 피로도가 이직의도와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Fatigue on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction in Private Police)

  • 종래에는 경찰(Police 또는 Policing)의 개념을 국가 또는 정부의 경찰조직을 의미하여 치안 질서유지를 위한 법집행기관으로서의 공경찰(Public Police)만을 경찰로 이해하였다. 그러나 급변하는 현대사회의 특성상 파생된 범죄의 양상은 양적 질적으로 다변화되고 심화됨에 따라 공경찰의 활동만으로는 범죄대응에 한계를 갖는 반면 국민은 개인의 생명 신체 재산 등에 대한 사회적 안전에 대한 욕구는 늘어 치안서비스의 요구는 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라 민간부문에서 담당하는 사경찰(Private Police)이 요청되게 이르면서 선진국에서는 경찰의 개념을 사회 안전과 평화유지라는 보다 넓은 개념으로 이해하여 사경찰의 활동을 경찰개념에 포섭하고 있다. 결국 이 양자는 상호이해와 협조를 통하여 치안서비스에 공동목표를 두기 때문이다. 따라서 사경찰의 활동도 치안서비스 활동이므로 사경찰의 직무만족의 정도는 곧 치안분야에서 중요한 문제로 연결된다. 사경찰 스스로 직무만족을 느끼고 조직에 몰입할 때 보다 향상된 양질의 치안서비스를 제공할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구도 사경찰의 직무만족과 관련하였다. 사경찰은 그 수행에 따라 주체가 다르지만 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 사경찰의 대부분을 차지하는 민간경비원에 한정하였다. 이 연구는 24시간 교대근무를 하는 민간경비원이 자각한 피로도가 이직의도 및 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 국내 외의 선행연구에서 신뢰성과 타당성이 검증된 설문문항들을 본 연구에 맞게 수정 보완하여 수도권 및 대전 충청지역의 20개 경비업체에 근무하는 경비원 215명을 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 14.0K 통계패키지를 이용하여 변수들 간의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들이 자각하는 피로도는 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 민간경비원의 피로도를 감소시킴으로서 개인이 몸담고 있던 조직에서 떠나려는 결정도 감소될 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 민간경비원이 자각하는피로도는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을주지 않는것으로 나타났다.

창원국가산업공단 근로자들 작업복 착용실태에 관한 연구 -작업분야별 작업복 기능성 및 동작요인 중심으로- (A Study on the Working Clothes in the Changwon National Industrial Complex -Considering Clothing Performance and Motion Factors in Work Places-)

  • The study aimed to investigate the actual condition of working clothes in the Changwon National Industrial Complex and to analyze the industrial workers' satisfaction with and preference to the working clothes in terms of the clothing performance and work motion factors. 1 major companies in machinery, automotive, industrial engineering, shipbuilding and rolling stock industries located in the industrial complex were selected as the subject firms. Approximately 900 workers responded to the questionnaire designed for the research and the results derived from the research were as follows. (1) The subject employees were divided into 4 work groups, i.e. the $1^{st}$ work group: managerial, general affairs, sales, production planning; the $2^{nd}$ group: quality assurance, material planning and distribution, product inspection; the $3^{rd}$ group: electric, facilities, machinery, vehicles; and the $4^{th}$ group: cutting, pressing, rolling, welding and coating. (2) The significant work environmental factors considered by all work groups were air ventilation, noise and dust factors and in particular, the most dissatisfied factors evaluated by manufacture workers were insulation, noise, dust and vibration. (3) According to the employees' work motion evaluation, the work motion diversity and frequency increased in proportion to the degree of work intensity. Besides, manufacture workers more frequently wore the working clothes even during the off-duty hours comparing to the evaluation of the other work groups. (4) The most important clothing performance factors considered by manufacture work groups were perspiration absorption, stretch, air permeability, tactile sense softness, soil proof in order.

노인요양시설의 사회복지사 직무 표준 기반의 지식관리 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Knowledge Management System based on Job Standards of Social Worker in Elderly Care Facilities)

  • 우리 사회는 산업 전반에 걸쳐 빠른 성장을 보이고 있으나 핵가족화와 고령화 시대에 접어들고 있어 노인에 대한 요양 서비스와 같은 사회복지 서비스의 수용가 급격하게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 노인과 관련된 요양시설에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사들의 직무가 명확하지 않아 직무 스트레스가 발생되고 있으며, 직무 만족도가 현저하게 낮아지고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노인요양시설의 사회복지사 직무와 관련하여 복지 서비스를 실천함에 있어 보다 좋은 환경 및 표준화된 절차에 의하여 서비스에 집중할 수 있도록 직무와 융합한 지식 기반의 관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템을 통하여 사회복지사들이 자기 개발 및 정보 공유를 통하여 신속한 업무 파악과 직무 스트레스에서의 탈피에 의한 업무 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

치과기공사의 근무 환경 및 업무특성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Working conditions and Characteristics of Dental Technicians)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to improve the working conditions of dental technicians, through survey for working conditions related to perform one's duty, the extent of personal exposure to substances hazardous and complaint rate and factor of job stress and subjective symptom on musculoskeletal disorders. Methods: Using four types of structured questionnaires: social and demographic factor; the actual conditions of working space; working conditions; and characteristics of dental technicians, respondents filled in the questionnaires and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: The evaluation of comfort in working place found that satisfaction level on indoor noise was the lowest with 2.6 on a five-point scale and privacy space followed 2.8 point. In reasons for dissatisfaction with job, over workload ranked the highest by 25.4% and role overload had the highest by 39.5% in job stress factors. Based on the results, we could draw conclusion that dental technicians were unsatisfied with role overload and heavy workload a day. In reasons for musculoskeletal symptom prevalence, long-patient work was the highest by 24.1%. It was thought to cause dental technicians need deep procession and long-patient work due to the nature of their job. Conclusion: In conclusion, noise reduction and privacy space are required to improve job efficiency of dental technicians. In addition; we need to think of ways to increase the job satisfaction with adequate rest while deep procession and long-patient working.
