안전운전 환경 제공을 위한 자동차 IP 구성요소의 긴급도와 사용빈도 분석 -소비자 설문을 바탕으로- (Emergency Degree and Usage Frequency Analysis of Vehicle IP Composition Factors to Provide Safety Driving Environment)

  • By the report of KISCO, the 54.20% of total disaster and the 20.87% of death disaster was caused by unsafe position-control. However, it is possible to decrease this kind of disaster rate by designing the control device in the consideration of safety. One of the most popular control device is vehicle instrument panel. Therefore, not only basic function but safe control under the driving environments should be considered when the vehicle instrument panel is designed. For safe control at the driving time, it is especially important to determine the priority of each part using emergency degree and usage frequency, and to set them with this priority for easy control position. In this paper, developing method to determine the priority of each part by pair-wise comparison for emergency degree and usage frequency was suggested and generated the mutual order weights to give them orders. To apply this method to the parts of instrument panel such as function button, audio, air conditioner, and other several detail parts, the direct questionnaire was implemented to drivers about the emergency degree and usage frequency of each part.

불균일분포 RC소자에 의한 정편각구동점 임피이던스의 최적실현 (Optimal Realization of Constnat-Argumet Driving-Point Impedance Using a Nonuiform Distributed RC Element)

  • 불균일분포 RC소자와 집중 RC소자를 병용한 간단한 회로구성에 의하여 구동점임피치던스가 일정편각 θo을 값도록 실현하는 문제를 고찰하였다. 분포소자의 형상과 집중소자의 값을 조직적으로 변화시키면서 오차를 최소로 하는 최적설계법을 적용하였다. 그 결과 θo=30°, -60°의 경우에는 주파수가 1 : 100의 범위에서 편각오차 2.5° 내외의 것을, 또 θo=-45°의 경우에는 어떤 낮은 주파수이상의 전주파수범위에서 매우 평저한 주파수 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. The problem of realizing a driving-Point impedance, the argument, θo, of which is as constant as possible over a given frequency reange was considered. An optimal design technique was applied by varying systematically the shape of the distributed element and the parameter values of the lumped elements. As a result it was possible to make the argument over two decades of frequencies within-2.5° for θo=- 30° and -60° and very flat above a certain frequency for θo=-45°.

가속도센서를 이용한 운전패턴 인식기법 (Recognition of Driving Patterns Using Accelerometers)

  • In this paper, we proposed an algorithm to detect aggressive driving status by analysing six kinds of driving patterns, which was achieved by comparing for the feature vectors using mahalanobis distance. The first step is to construct feature matrix of $6{\times}2$ size using frequency response of the time-series accelerometer data. Singular value decomposition makes it possible to find the dominant eigenvalue and its corresponding eigenvector. We use the eigenvector as the feature vector of the driving pattern. We conducted real experiments using three drivers to see the effects of recognition. Although there exists differences from individual drivers, we showed that driving patterns can be recognized with about 80% accuracy. Further research topics will include the development of aggressive driving warning system by improving the proposed technique and combining with post-processing of accelerometer signals.

운전 시뮬레이터의 주행감각 재현을 위한 새로운 가속도 모의 수법 알고리즘 개발 (A New Washout Algorithm for Reappearance of Driving Perception of Simulator)

  • For reappearance of driving perception in a driving simulator, a washout algorithm is required. This algorithm can reappear the vehicle driving motions within workspace of the driving simulator. However classical washout algorithm contains several problems such as selection of order, cut-off frequency of filters, generation of wrong motion cues by characteristics of filters, etc. In order to overcome these problems, this paper proposes a new washout algorithm which gives more accurate sensations to drivers. The algorithm consists of an artificial inclination of the motion plate and human perception model with band pass filter and dead zone. As a result of this study, the motion of a real car could be reappeared satisfactorily in the driving simulator and the workspace of motion plate is restrained without scaling factor.

  • We have development the electronic ballast for metal halide discharge (MHD) lamp. The ballast consists of the boost pre-converter for power factor correction (PFC), a flyback a converter, half-bridge inverter and ignitor. To reject acoustic resonance phenomena, we have designed electronic ballast driving with the low frequency square wave. 나노 가이드 시스템에서 초기 변위의 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of an initial displacement on a nano-guiding system)

  • This study shows that the system performance of a positioning system composed of a piezoelectric actuator-driven flexure guide depends largely on the preload applied on the flexure guide and the driving input amplitude. We used a flexure guided system that had an original resonant frequency of 54Hz. Our experiment showed that we could increase the driving bandwidth above the original resonant frequency, for a case involving a large preload and a small input amplitude. Results show that there is a specific 'separation frequency' where the response of the moving mass of the flexure system decouples from the response oi the piezoelectric actuator, and this specific separation frequency can be selected by a proper choice of the preload and the input amplitude. To find the separation frequency, sine sweep tests were performed. To confirm the increased system bandwidth frequency, open-loop sine tracking experiments were performed. Test results show that the system responds very well up to 130 Hz frequency higher than the original natural frequency (54Hz).

교류구동방식에 의한 형광 OLED의 주파수 응답 특성 (Frequency Response Characteristics of Fluorescent OLED with Alternating Current Driving Method)

  • To study the frequency response characteristics of alternating-current-driven organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), we fabricated blue-fluorescent OLEDs and analyzed their electroluminescent characteristics according to the alternating current voltage and frequency. The luminance-frequency characteristics of alternating-current-driven OLED was similar to that of a low-pass filter, and the luminance of high-voltage OLED decreased at higher frequency than low-voltage OLED. The luminance characteristics of the OLED according to the frequency is due to the capacitive reactance in the OLED, generated during the alternating current driving. The frequency response characteristics of the OLED according to the voltage is due to the decrease in internal resistance of the organic layer. In addition, the negative voltage component of the alternating current did not affect the frequency response of the OLED. Therefore, the electroluminescent characteristics of OLED with an alternating current power of 60 Hz are not influenced by the frequency.

교류형 플라즈마 디스플레이에 있어서 유지방전 주파수에 따른 발광 효율에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Sustaining Frequency on the luminous Efficiency in AC-PDP)

  • 최근 디지털 텔레비젼전 및 고해상도(High Definition) 텔레비전용 표시장치로 교류형 풀랴즈마 디스플레이가 각광 받고 있다. 상용화되고 있는 교류형 플라즈마 디스플레이의 구조를 보면 3전극행 면방전형(three electrodes surface discharge type)이 주류이다. 재의 효율은 11m/W의 수준으로 본격적인 상용화를 위해서는 효율의 향상이 관건이다. 효율 향상올 위해서는 패널 구조(Panel structure)의 개선도 필요하지만 주어진 구조에서 최대한의 효율을 갖도록하는 구동방법의 최적화가 선결 과제이다. 교류형 플라즈마 디스플레이의 방전 이미지는 연속되는 방전 발광에 의해 이루어 진다. 대부분의 전략 소모는 연속되논 발광을 위한 유지 방전에서 소모되기 때운에 유지방전의 파형의 최적화는 고 방전 효율을 위한 중요한 과제이다. 구동 방식으로서는 ADS(Address and Display period Separated) 구동이라는 방식이 일반적으로 널리 쓰이고 있다. 이 구동법의 평균 유지방전 주파수는 수십 [kHz]이지만 실제 주파수는 100[kHz]에서 200[kHz] 사이의 상당히 높은 값이다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면 형광체가 가시광을 방출시킬 때 형광체 재료의 특성상 감쇄시간(Decay Time)이 수 ms에 이른다. 만약 감쇄 시간이 유지방전 펄스으 주기보다 길다면 방전에서 만들어진 진공자외선(Vacuum Ultra Violet Rav)이 가시광으로 변환애 효과적으로 이용되지 못한다. 결국 발광 효율은 유지방전 주파수에 비례하여 감소한다. 결론적으로 말해 저 주파수 유지 방전으로 발광효율을 크게 개선할 수 있다.

스마트폰을 위한 광학식 손떨림 보정 설계 탐색에 관한 연구 (A study on the design exploration of Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) for Smart phone)

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트폰에 적용 가능한 광학식 손떨림 보정 시스템의 저복잡도, 저면적, 저전력 설계를 위하여 자이로스코프의 샘플링 레이트 최적화, 간단한 구조의 정확도가 우수한 자이로필터 설계, 움직임 보정부의 동작속도 최적화, AD/DA 변환기의 비트폭 최적화, 액츄에이터 구동전력을 낮추기 위한 PWM 구동 시 노이즈 평가 등을 제안하였다. 자이로 샘플링 주파수는 5KHz 이상에서 에러 값이 크게 변화가 없는 것으로 확인 되었다. 자이로필터는 퍼지부를 적용하여 손떨림 각도 및 위상 오차에 대한 보상 효과를 검증하였다. PWM 구동은 선형모드 대비 약 50% 이상 소모전력이 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며, 구동 주파수 2MHz 이상에서 영상 노이즈가 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 움직임 보정부의 동작속도는 제어부 5KHz, 구동부 10KHz로 낮추어도 특성에 문제없는 것으로 확인되었다. AD/DA 변환기의 비트폭은 AD 변환기는 11비트, DA 변환기는 10비트로 최적화되었다.
