본 논문에서는 성층화된 용액ㅇ네 수평방향으로 온도구배가 가해지는 경우에 있어서 두 부력인자의 상대적 크기에 따라 나타나는 유동형태와 그에 따른 온도, 농도 분포 및 열전달특성을 수치적으로 연구하고자 한다.

A free boundary problem is derived from a singular limit system of a reaction diffusion equation whose reaction terms are bistable type. In this paper, we shall consider a free boundary problem with two layers satisfying the zero flux boundary condition and shall show that the Hopf bifurcation can not occur as a parameter varies.

In this paper, We intended to evaluate characteristics of XLPE/EPDM interface which exists in the cable joint. Because the fault was mainly occurred in this interface. We investigated breakdown characteristics of XLPE/EPDM double layered insulator as a funtion of temperature, pressure, annealing time, kinds of jointmaterial. It was shown that breakdown strength of XLPE/EPDM insulators is higher that of XLPE/XLPE or EPDM/EPDM

Microorganisms having beta-latamase inhibitory activity were selected from soil samples collected from 63 spots throughout the country. Screening procedures consist of two steps. Those are growth inhibition test of penicillinase-producing Staphylococcus aureus by double-layered agar plate containing penicillin G as a substrate, and that of penicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 in the similiar condition including penicillinase. Finally, a strain was selected from a soil sample of Pa-ju, Kyeong-gi Do. This strain was classified as a Streptomyces sp. by ISP(International Streptomycete Project) and Bergey's manual.

수직기록매체에서 기록 밀도가 증가하기 위해서는 bit의 크기를 줄여야 하고, 이를 위해서는 writing head의 width와 thickness를 줄여야 한다. 그러나 head의 크기가 줄어들면 기록층의 자화를 반전시키기에 충분한 write field를 얻지 못한다. 이를 극복하기 위해 head의 tip부분을 trimming을 하여 작은 pole tip 크기를 가지면서도 큰 write field를 얻고, 여분의 magnetic field를 얻기 위해 soft underlayer를 도입하는 이중층 수직기록 매체가 제안되고 있다. In this reseach, double-layered photoconductor consist of the carrier generation layer(CGL) of $\varepsilon$ type copper phthalocyanine thin film by an aqueous coating method and the carrier transport layer(CGL) of polyvinyl carbazol(PVK) by spin coating. We inverstigated effect of the surfactant solution and cathod electrolysis to the crystal type of $\varepsilon$-CuPc in CGL with TEM, SEM and X- ray diffraction spectroscopy and studied the mechanism of an aqueous coating for the preparation of CGL. The effect of the washing of CGL about the electrophotographic characteristics of the $\varepsilon$-CuPc/PVK doublelayered photoconductors is studied also.

A design method of double layered electromagnetic wave absorbers with cross-shaped ferrite prominence in the second layer which has broad band frequency characteristics was proposed. The broad band electromagnetic wave absorber can be designed under some approximations by the theoretical model using the equivalent material constants method for the second layer. Based on the developed model broad band electromagnetic wave absorbers with excellent reflectivity frequency characteristics in the frequency range of 30MHz to 3,990MHz were designed.

정사각형 (sqaure) 구조 미소공진기는 Q값이 큰 4-bounce whispering gallery mode (WGM)가 존재 할 수 있고, 외부 도파로와 표면감쇠파 결합을 통해 상호작용할 때, 결합 길이가 매우 길어질 수 있어, 광통신용 Add／Drop Filter, 광집적회로 등의 저문턱 미소공진기 레이저 등의 광소자 분야에 적용하려는 연구가 최근 진행되고 있다. 그러나 단일 경계면을 갖는 사각 공진기는 공간 모드가 매우 많은 multimode 특성을 띄기 때문에 응용에 있어 단점이 된다. (중략)
